본 연구는 미용전공 졸업생 205명을 대상으로 미용교육과정 인식이 현장활용성, 직무활용도, 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 전공별 각 요인들의 차이를 분석하는 것을 연구목적으로 설문을 진행하였다. 연구결과 피부는 실습, 기타 전공은 기술적인 면, 실기 테크닉 및 현장감 있는 교육에 대한 요구가 가장 많았고, 모든 전공이 이론<실습 형태의 교육과정, 실습 위주 수업을 요구하였다. 미용교육과정 인식 및 현장활용성이 낮게 나타났고 자격증 교육과정, 직무활용도 및 직무만족도 인식이 낮게 나타났다. 미용교육과정 인식이 현장활용성에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 나타냈고(p<0.001), 교육내용은 직무활용도 하위요인과 직무만족도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 나타냈다(p<0.001). 결론적으로 모든 전공에서 현장활용성, 직무활용도 및 만족도를 높이기 위해 실기교육 보완, 실습 비율 증가 등 교육과정 내용을 개선할 필요성이 있는 것을 알 수 있었다.

본 연구는 미용사 일반 국가자격증 7가지 실기과제 두피스켈프, 샴푸, 헤어커트, 블로우 드라이, 롤셋팅, 퍼머넌트웨이브, 컬러링실기과제와 현장 실무와의 연계성에 관하여 알아보고자 서울 소재 미용실에서 근무하는 현직 미용사 180명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 7가지 실기과제 과목 대부분은 현장실무에 대한 활용정도가 평균 수준 정도로 나타났으며, 세부과제들 중 헤어컬러링의 경우만 유일하게 도포량, 도포방법 등의 항목에서 도움 정도가 높은 것을 알 수 있었다. 또 헤어커트와 컬러링 두 과제의 활용수준은 현장 실무에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나(p<0.05), 현직 미용사들에게 가장 중요한 과제 중 하나 인 헤어 커트에 대한 실전 응용과 고객 만족을 위한 수준 높은 교육이 요구되며, 상대적으로 현장실무에 영향을 미치지 못한 과제들에 대한 재점검이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

In this study, we had tried to present a plan for improving the actual conditions of practical utilization of teaching material for 6th grade science developed by Ministry of Education & Human Resources Development and distributed to all elementary schools in Korea. Also we presented ways of better utilization of the teaching material after investigating the actual conditions of practical utilization. A survey was made to investigate and collect all data in the major metropolitan cities, the Kangwon, Chungcheong, Honam, and Kyeongsang area, respectively. We surveyed 316 6th grader teachers to investigate the actual conditions of distribution and utilization of teaching material as a general research. In addition, we surveyed 46 teachers to investigate the organization and content of teaching material as a particular research. The results are as follows. First, the teaching material was not approximately transmitted and kept to 6th grader teachers. Second, the utilization guide was not made. Third, it was reported that the thematic divisions of teaching material was a strong point, but the less detailed experiment manual was a weak point. Fourth, the consideration of content difficulties and simplicity was necessary to improve the material. Fifth, additional items should be included in the introductory presentation, convenience of reorganization, activity material causing learning interest, guidance of substitution experiment, and more concrete notice of experiment activity. Finally, there were positive responses of more than 4.0 point of Likert scale (1 to 5 point scale) in detail investigations of thematic items, which could have possibility that the teaching material was helpful to elementary school science field.

Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of personality type on human performance tool compliance in nuclear power plants (NPPs) and to propose general recommendations for an enhancement of its practical utilization. Background: Various guidelines, regulating criteria, and recommendations have been developed to prevent human errors in NPPs. Despite these efforts, the accidents sometimes caused by human errors have steadily occurred, and therefore, various human performance tools have been adopted as countermeasures against human errors. The major and inevitable contributing factors among the many hazards to human errors might be the trait and personality, which are considered to be the inner world of humans. Thus, we try to investigate the utilization of human performance tools by considering the different types of operating crew personalities, and we suggested more practical recommendations to prevent human errors according to the personality. Method: We developed the Questionnaire using the Big 6 (HEXACO) models, which are human performance tools for workers in NPPs, and individual (condition) variables to investigate the effect of personality types on human performance tools. We slightly modified them to help the survey respondents understand them better. A survey was conducted for ordinary people over the age of 20. SPSS 22.0 was used to perform a correlation analysis and a hierarchical regression analysis to find the relationship between personality types and human performance tools. Results: The utilization of human performance tools shows significant differences statistically by personality. The correlation result reveals that the types of Honesty (H), Extraversion (X), Conscientiousness (C), and Openness to experience (O) show a higher utilization of human performance tools. In hierarchical regression results, human performance tools of task preview, questioning attitude, stopping when unsure, self-checking, effective communication, and place-keeping show a higher utilization with personality types. However, the Agreeableness (A) type did not show significant differences statistically with human performance tools. Conclusion: We tried to investigate the utilization of human performance tools by considering the different types of human personality and provide more practical recommendations to prevent human errors according to the personality. These results will be able to prevent human errors owing to the characteristics (advantages and disadvantages) of personality types. Application: This information can be utilized as guidelines for proactive recommendations according to the workers' personalities for more practical human performance tools to prevent human errors in an NPP.

Frozen boar semen should be utilized in swine production in order to get its advantages. Much studies were carried out for the practical use of frozen semen. Some of frozen boar semen are used in swine production and some companies are exporting frozen boar semen in U.S.A.. For the practical utilization of frozen semen in swine production in Korea, we have to get deep knowledge and understanding about frozen boar semen and studies on processing and conception of frozen semen.

According to the survey on the state of practical usage and present situation of FTAs, conducted among trade companies operating in Shandong province in 2014, more than 90% of companies are believed to be small and medium sized enterprises. Therefore this study tries to test what impact the awareness and utilization of an FTA have on its outcome among trade companies operating in Shandong province as well as partner countries and other trade companies. The research results are as follows. First, we found a positive correlation between 1) a company's global orientation (as measured in export density as a percentage of profit) and 2) its competitiveness (as measured in annual sales), and a company's degree of utilization of FTA provisions. Second, One of the findings is that the more aware of the (exporting) HS code, conventional tariffs and the process of issuing C/O the companies from Shandong province are the more they actually use (utilize) an FTA inpractice. Another interesting finding is that the more aware of the (exporting) HS code and conventional tariffs the enterprises are the higher is their practical usage level of an FTA. Third, however, at the time of this study's completion, FTA utilization was not yet positively correlated with statistically significant performance results. Therefore, to increase the utilization and performance of FTA, the China government have to make a efficient business models for each industry and support the small and mid-size businesses including Shandong province's SMEs.

The commercialization of UCC was already initiated, and there are some successful cases like 'YouTube.' However, the development level of UCC is not mature, stable yet. It's because most of the UCC users are young people and the contents are mainly about humor, funny, minor story. In other words, the practical use of UCC is not totally popularized but partly active. Therefore we want to think out 'how UCC can be utilized by many people and applicable to many industries.' UCC has enough possibility to be advanced, and it will greatly influence the society. In this paper, we will first explain Web 2.0 and the present conditions of online movies. After analyzing the problems and limitation of today, we will propose some suggestions for plans for practical utilization of UCC.

With the high morbidity and mortality caused by cancer, finding new and more effective anti-cancer drugs is very urgent. In current research, biotransformation plays a vital role in the research and development of cancer drugs and has obtained some achievements. In this review, we have summarized four applications as follows: to exploit novel anti-cancer drugs, to improve existing anti-cancer drugs, to broaden limited anti-cancer drug resources and to investigate correlative mechanisms. Three different groups of important anti-cancer compounds were assessed to clarify the current practical applications of biotransformation in the development of anti-cancer drugs.

In the MEP(Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing) field, the utilization of BIM-based drawings is lower than in the architectural and structural sectors, and the limited BIM collaboration problem caused by different levels of BIM utilization in each field is becoming a serious problem in adoption and utilizing BIM. Therefore, this study analyzed the current status of BIM application in the field of mechanical equipment in the construction industry and analyzed the practical problems and limitations of adoption and utilizing BIM from a corporate perspective based on Delphi analysis techniques. Based on the results of the analysis, the limitations of the current MEP BIM application were classified into economic, technical, institutional, and social factors to derive detailed items, and, accordingly, the improvement measures were classified as institutional, policy, and technical measures. As a result, the company intends to maximize the value of BIM utilization in the MEP field by presenting improvement plans to activate BIM in the field of mechanical equipment based on the opinions of the company, thereby laying the foundation for BIM in the construction industry by creating a collaborative BIM environment for each sector in the domestic construction industry.

본 연구는 우리나라의 무역업체를 대상으로 실시한 설문조사를 통해 지금까지 추진해 온 FTA에 대한 우리 무역업계의 평가를 살펴보고 활용에 있어 애로요인을 파악함으로써 지원정책에 대한 시사점과 대응방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 설문조사에 따르면 대부분의 무역업체는 FTA를 활용해 본 경험이 있었으며, FTA를 활용한 무역업체의 대부분은 FTA가 기업경영 및 수출입 확대에 도움이 되었다고 평가하였다. 그러나 응답기업 중에는 FTA를 활용해 본 경험이 없다고 응답한 기업도 상당수 있었으며, 활용한 경험이 있는 기업들도 복잡한 원산지규정과 실질적 정보부족 등으로 FTA를 활용하는데 어려움이 있음을 밝히고 있다. 따라서 FTA의 활용도를 높이기 위한 노력의 필요성이 제기되었고, 지원정책 또한 업계가 필요로 하는 실질적인 정책으로의 전환이 요구되었다. 또한 무역업계는 향후 체결될 FTA에 대해 가능한 동아시아 거대 경제권과의 FTA 체결을 선호하였으며, FTA가 기업경영에 실질적 도움이 되는 방향에서 추진되기를 희망하였다.
