전문 직업인으로서 자질과 실력을 검증하기 위한 미용사 국가기술 자격증의 중요성이 증가하는 가운데 헤어 실기과제에 대하여 헤어디자이너가 지각하는 직무 태도 연구를 통해 성취동기와 직무 태도 향상이 필요한 시점이다. 이에 헤어살롱에서 근무하는 헤어디자이너의 직무 태도에 미치는 영향을 연구한 결과 미용사 헤어 국가기술 자격증 실기과제 중 블로우 드라이는 헤어디자이너의 직무 효능감을 유발하는 것으로 나타났고, 두피 스켈링과 샴푸는 헤어디자이너의 직무만족도를 유발하는 것으로 나타났다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 가발에만 국한되는 비현실적 실기기법이 아닌 미용산업체에서 고객에게 다양한 기법으로 유용하게 적용할 수 있는 실용성을 가미한 자격증 실기과제에 대한 다양한 제시가 가능해지며, 체계적인 교육과 헤어디자이너의 직무 태도 향상을 유도하고자 한다. 더불어 본 연구는 헤어디자이너의 성취동기 향상을 위한 다양한 실기과제 개발의 기초자료를 제공하리라 사료한다.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to identify team commitment affecting employees' innovative activities and factors affecting team commitment including empowerment by leaders and job enrichment factors. In other words, so as to explain outcome variables of innovative activities, this study aims to emphasize employees' attachment roles towards their groups within nomological network, and identify the motives encouraging employees' innovative activities. The research purpose is significant due to the realistic situation of hotel industry. The reason why innovative activities are important can be found in recent changes of business environment. Also, unlike other various studies on precedence factors encouraging employees' innovative activities, this study classified those precedence factors into job and leader characteristics, and it emphasized the importance of team commitment as the process that job and leader characteristics are connected to innovative activities. Research design, data and methodology - The survey for this study was conducted during October 6^th ~ November 10^th in 2014 to the employees who are working in 5-star hotels in Korea. As for the selection of hotels and sampling method, convenience sampling method was used to the employees in 5-star hotels. Self-report method was used in the survey, judging that the employees' characteristics would be relatively homogeneous. 311 questionnaires were distributed in total, and 275 reponses were collected. After excluding the missing and unreliable responses, 245 questionnaires were used in the research. SPSS and AMOS programs were used for the analysis. Results - First, empowering leadership had positive effects on hotel employees' team commitment. It indicates that hotel employees are more committed to their team when their leaders set examples, provide information, and involve employees in decision-making process. Second, as a result of the relationship analysis in task diversity, task significance, task identity and team commitment, task diversity and task significance had significant effect on team commitment, while task identity had no significant effect on team commitment. It indicates that team commitment is enhanced when the employees can conduct diverse types of jobs and get more opportunities to talk with the guests. Also, the repetition for the same jobs in hotel rooms and the space for preparing food and beverage do not lead to team commitment, even though the employees fulfill their duties to the end. Third, hotel employees' team commitment has positive effect on their innovative activities. It indicates that employees voluntarily conduct innovative activities when they are attached to their team and identifies themselves with the team. Conclusions - There are theoretical and practical implications in this study. First, in terms of the theoretical perspective, this study proposes structural framework in team commitment, and it identifies the psychological mechanism in team commitment from the aspect of social exchange, which resulted in identification of precedence factors related to team commitment. In addition, this study presents new possibilities for relevant studies about team commitment by examining the effect on team commitment when the importance of innovative activities is emphasized in recent business environment.

본 연구의 목적은 먼저 전문대학 학생의 NCS 업무처리능력군(문제해결능력, 정보능력, 기술능력, 자원관리능력, 조직이해능력)과 진로효능감 간의 영향 관계를 실증분석하기 위함에 있다. 그리고 이 진로효능감과 진로결과기대 및 진로준비행동 간의 영향관계에 대해 실증분석하기 위함이다. 사회인지진로이론 및 자기효능감 관련 기존의 선행연구를 바탕으로 한 실증분석의 결과를 요약 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전문대학 학생의 진로결과기대와 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 선행 영향요인으로 진로효능감 요인을 확인하였다. 둘째, 업무처리능력군 중 문제해결능력, 정보능력, 자원관리능력, 조직이해능력은 진로효능감에 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인하였다. 마지막으로, 업무처리능력군 중 기술능력은 진로효능감에 유의한 영향관계가 없는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 전문대학 학생의 진로효능감을 향상 시킬 수 있는 학과 차원의 행정지원과 교수자의 상담 및 멘토링 지원이 이루어질 수 있도록 비교과과목의 개설과 교수평가 지표 항목의 개발 등의 정책적 제안이 가능함을 확인한 점에서 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다. 더불어 본 연구에서는 조직이해능력, 정보능력, 자원관리능력, 그리고 문제해결능력이 진로효능감에 미치고 이는 다시 진로결과기대와 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인 되었기에 해당 능력과 관련된 비교과목의 개설 및 특화 및 특강 프로그램을 위한 준비와 진행의 정책적 제안이 가능함을 확인한 점에서 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 한계를 제시하였다.

In dielectric waveguide analysis and synthesis, we often encounter an awkward task of solving the eigenvalue equation to find the value of propagation constant. Since the dispersion equation is an irrational equation, we cannot solve it directly. Taking advantage of approximated calculation, we attempt here to solve this irrational dispersion equation. A new type of eigenvalue equation, in which guide index is expressed as a function of frequency, has been developed. In practical optical waveguide designing and in calculating the propagation mode, this equation will be used more conveniently than the previous one. To expedite the design of the waveguide, we then solve the eigenvalue equation of a slab waveguide, which is sufficiently accurate for practical purpose.

This study is to explore one of efficient procedures in producing English textbooks for secondary school students. According to a series of changes in the National Curriculum, new textbooks have been selected and used in English classes. Textbooks are one of the fundamental factors in teaching and learning languages together with learners and teachers. So this study emphasizes the significance of textbooks and presents the practical model of producing English textbooks including activity books, from major aspects such as planning, writing, editing, selecting, etc. The current government has made continuing efforts to improve English education development by administrating innovative policies [strategies]. However, there still remain lots of difficulties in this gigantic task, which is not an exception in the matter of textbooks. Therefore, to provide students with better textbooks, the government should not only invest great funds but also renovate the present polluted system of selecting textbooks.

In this paper, a practical methodology of hand-manipulator motion coordination for indoor service robot is introduced. This paper describes the procedures of opening door performed by service robot as a noticeable example of motion coordination. This paper presents well-structured framework for hand-manipulator motion coordination, which includes intelligent sensor data interpretation, object shape estimation, optimal grasping, on-line motion planning and behavior-based task execution. This proposed approach is focused on how to integrate the respective functions in harmony and enable the robot to complete its operation under the limitation of usable resources. As a practical example of implementation, the successful experimental results in opening door whose geometric parameters are unknown beforehand are provided.

Deregulation in power industry has made the reactive power ancillary service management a critical task to power system operators from both technical and economic perspectives. Reactive power management in power systems is a complex combinatorial optimization problem involving nonlinear functions with multiple local minima and nonlinear constraints. This paper proposes a practical market-based reactive power ancillary service management scheme to tackle the challenge. In this paper a new model for voltage security and reactive power management is presented. The proposed model minimizes reactive support cost as an economic aspect and insures the voltage security as a technical constraint. For modeling validation study, two optimization algorithm, a genetic algorithm (GA) and particle swarm optimization (PSO) method are used to solve the problem of optimum allocation of reactive power in power systems under open market environment and the results are compared. As a case study, the IEEE-30 bus power system is used. Results show that the algorithm is well competent for optimal allocation of reactive power under practical constraints and price based conditions.

The ISO 90000 Quality System Certification is one of trends over the world. Many companies and organizations want to achieve the ISO 9000 certificate. But, some of companies did not fully consider the needs of certification before the decision of establishing the quality system to ISO 90000. If a company/organization wants to establish its unique quality system, it should consider some of points in the identification of needs, definition of application scope, effective ways of system establishing, top management committement, composition of task force team, practical involvement and development, analysis of process and assigned job functions, adoption of changes of business circumstances, and practical implementation of its unique quality system.

The publication International Standard Banking Practice for the Examination of Documents under Documentary Letters of Credit (ISBP) is the product by a task force of the ICC Banking Commission. The ISBP is a practical complement to UCP 500, ICC’s universally used rules on documentary credits. The ISBP does not amend the UCP. It explains, in explicit detail, how the rules are to be applied on a day-to-day basis. It fills a needed gap between the general principles announced in the rules and the daily work of the documentary credit practitioner. By using the ISBP, document checkers can bring their practices in line with those followed by their colleagues worldwide. The result should be a significant reduction in the number of documents refused for discrepancies on first presentation.

Blind mismatch correction of time-interleaved analog-to-digital converters (TI-ADC) is a challenging task. We present a practical blind calibration technique for low-computation, low-complexity, and high-resolution applications. Its key features are: dramatically reduced computation; simple hardware; guaranteed parameter convergence with an arbitrary number of TI-ADC channels and most real-life input signals, with no bandwidth limitation; multiple Nyquist zone operation; and mixed-domain error correction. The proposed technique is experimentally verified by an M = 4 400 MSPS TI-ADC system. In a single-tone test, the proposed practical blind calibration technique suppressed mismatch spurs by 70 dB to 90 dB below the signal tone across the first two Nyquist zones (10 MHz to 390 MHz). A wideband signal test also confirms the proposed technique.
