The purpose of this study is to increase students' interest in the subject of English, which has been led by some mannerism, and to improve the students' basic scholastic ability and self-controlled problem solving, through adopting an individualized Web Based Instruction(WBI) as a concrete and practical learning method. In order to achieve this, an individualized Web Based Instruction(WBI) homepage has been developed to be applied experimentally to the field of middle school education for 8 months, and a research has been made on its effects on the students' interest in English along with the improvement of English. Two groups which showed almost the same interest were selected as a controlled group and an experimental one. Individualized Web Based Instruction was applied to the experimental group, while the controlled group was not instructed according to student ability. The controlled group was taught using CD added with the textbook. As a result of T-test, the students in the experimental group showed more improvement in communicative competence than those in the controlled group.

This study aims at what is required knowledge and ability to pre-service math teachers in teacher certificate examination. First, the items are analyzed and among questions of discipline of mathematics education in the last five years are analyzed and classified. Second, an analytical framework suitable for item analysis is examined and the items are analysed by the analytical framework. Finally, helpful implications for discipline of mathematics education assessment can be drawn from this study. It is found that the discipline of mathematics education assessment has the following characteristics: 1) It assesses specific content of the assessment component; 2) It assesses a teacher's theoretical knowledge, practical knowledge and creative knowledge in terms of teaching ability; 3) There are six cognitive assessments; 4) There is an item for difficulty adjustment.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of IT-enabled dynamic capability in the relationship between intellectual capital and innovation performance under Industry 4.0. We approach the intellectual capital from the perspective of the resource-based view and define the components of intellectual capital as human capital, social capital, and organizational capital. On the other hand, the IT-based dynamic capability means that the information technology and the utilization ability of the enterprise are combined to overcome the turbulent environment. The empirical results showed that the IT-enabled dynamic capabilities mediated the relationship between intellectual capital and innovation performance as it revealed in theory. And in terms of practical implications, we found the importance of an organization's information technology ability to effectively utilize intangible resources for organizational performance.

Purpose: To Provide 3 main principles that needs to be changed for clinical practice and suggest the frame of clinical practice in accordance with the change of generation. Methods: We reviewed literatures related with Clinical Practice. Results: The purpose of physical therapy is to maintain the client's motor and functional ability and enhance the quality of lifestyle. To carry out the principles of clinical practice effectively all the physical therapist must be able to comprehend as follows. First, physical therapy can be different generation by generation. Second, technical terminology must be used when communicate. Third, There are certain ways of process in physical therapy. Conclusion: Physical therapist that is heath care professional occupation in health related, is in need of constant endeavor. Also physical therapist must train oneself self-directed learning.

The fault-tolerance routing problem is one of the most important issues in the application of the Internet of Things, and has been attracting growing research interests. In order to maintain the communication paths from source sensors to the macronodes, we present a hybrid routing scheme and model, in which alternate paths are created once the previous routing is broken. Then, we propose an improved efficient and intelligent fault-tolerance algorithm (IEIFTA) to provide the fast routing recovery and reconstruct the network topology for path failure in the Internet of Things. In the IEIFTA, mutation direction of the particle is determined by multi-swarm evolution equation, and its diversity is improved by the immune mechanism, which can improve the ability of global search and improve the converging rate of the algorithm. The simulation results indicate that the IEIFTA-based fault-tolerance algorithm outperforms the EARQ algorithm and the SPSOA algorithm due to its ability of fast routing recovery mechanism and prolonging the lifetime of the Internet of Things.

Mathematics develops the ability to solve a problem and the spirit of inquiry by logical thinking, and statistics develops the ability to making a decision scientifically or rationally by various data processing techniques. Even though mathematics is a compulsory subject in most of IT-related departments, the reality of Korean education is serious. This research studies on the necessity of mathematics/statistics education for a person studying IT and analyzes the contents of mathematics/statistics among IT-related subjects. And the research makes a plan for specializing IT-related departments by use of specialized education programs using mathematics/statistics and examines a development plan in the short or long term period for connectivity with mathematics/statistics fields. This connectivity between IT-related departments and mathematics/statistics in the 21st century would certainly contribute to creating more practical or technical knowledge.

For the purpose of estimation of navigational method and ability about fishing raft, we have practical navigation of her from Chujado on Oct, 7 to Maryang-ri , Kangjin-kun, Jeonranman-do on Oct.10. The results obtained are as follow : 1. Ancient navigation of her is thought to over to an isolated island in the vicinity with a good informations and experiences. 2. Speed of her in outward voyage is 1.34 knots, but is varied with structure and shape of her and ability of fishing raftman. 3. The lee way(U) of her with sail of hight 2.5m and breadth about 1.2m according to windspeed(W) is U=$0.038{\times}W$ 4. We could estimate to take only three days to go over from Chujado to Maryang-ri, Kangjin-kun. Jeonranam-do by her with sail, and make a voyage total 55 miles for thirty-four hours and ten minutes i, e, mean speed is 1.6knots resulty.

The ability to efficiently and robustly recover accurate 3D terrain models from sets of stereoscopic images is important to many civilian and military applications. To develop an effective and practical terrain modeling system. We propose the methods which detect unreliable elevations in digital elevation maps (DEMs). and fuse several DEMs from multiple sources into an accurate and reliable result. This paper focuses on two key factors for generating robust 3D terrain models. the ability to detect unreliable elevation estimates. and to fuse the reliable elevations into a single optimal terrain model. We apply the correlation score methodology to reconstruct accurate DEM for multi-image and show the method is more effective than the conventional averaging method. The photo-realistic simulator is used for generating four simulated images from ground truth DEM and orthoimage.

In this paper we propose a path planning method for an autonomous mobile robot based on genetic algorithms(GAs). There have been a number of methods proposed for the path planning of a mobile robot. However, few algorithms have been developed for an on-line path planning of a mobile robot with the uncertain information of a task environment. Therefore, we propose a path planning algorithms based on GAs that has ability of creating path planning without the perfect information of a task environment and an ability of planning the efficient path by on-line process. Then we show a possibility of the practical use with the results of simulations and experiments.

It is concentrated their efforts on expanding establishment mind like creating regular subject about establishment business of students and establishment business supporting center in University. Students creation enterprise club for establishment business with this hot wind of change and it seems to be success with hot wind of venture creation and gather many students for it. But practical result of research says that there are many problems like absence of education program, insufficient of professional leader, missing exact purpose so members decreased and activity itself piled up. Also creation business supporting system for student didn't conveyed to students evenly and effectively as much as original purpose and feeling effect is short of expectation. Therefore it will be required to reorganize supporting system and operate existed club to raise their ability of basic quality and gift that needs to do company activity and create basic mind about principal of free enterprise through activity of establishment enterprise by students. And we have to interest in their activity for creation enterprise with exact consciousness of purpose and prepare systematic, material, human supporting system that needs to establish enterprise with our knowledge and ability.
