Thera-Band를 이용한 단축성 & 신장성 수축 저항 훈련 프로그램이 어깨의 최대 토크와 최대 파워에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Combined Resistance Training Program of Concentric and Eccentric Contraction Using Theraband on Shoulder Rotation Torque Max and Peak Power)

  • 본 연구는 Thera-Band를 이용해 단축성 수축과 신장성 수축이 혼합된 저항운동을 실시하는 것이 단축성 수축 저항 운동만을 실시하는 것보다 근력증진에 더 효과적인지를 알아보고자 하는 논문이다. 연구대상자는 부산광역시 소재 S 대학교에 재학 중인 학생 30명 이었으며, 30명을 무작위로 단축성 수축과 신장성 수축 운동군, 단축성 수축 운동군, 무운동군으로 나누어 4주 동안 운동을 실시하였다. 근력 측정은 등속성 운동기기인 CON-TERX를 이용하였으며, 각속도는 $60^{\circ}$/sec, $120^{\circ}$/sec이었다. 4주 운동 후, 단축성 수축과 신장성 수축 운동군의 경우 각속도 $60^{\circ}$/sec에서 단축성과 신장성 최대 토크와 최대 파워, 각속도 $120^{\circ}$/sec에서 단축성 최대 파워가 통계적으로 유의하게 증가하였다. 반면 단축성 수축 운동군은 각속도는 $60^{\circ}$/sec와 $120^{\circ}$/sec의 최대 파워에서만 유의한 증가가 있었다. 반면 무운동군은 변화가 없었다. 따라서 Thera-Band를 이용해 단축성 수축과 신장성 수축이 혼합된 운동을 실시하는 것이 단축성 수축 운동만을 실시하는 것보다 근력증진에 더 효과적임을 알 수 있었다.

파워 저항운동이 여성노인의 체력, 근육량 및 단기운동수행력에 미치는 영향 (Effect of power resistance intervention on fitness and muscle mass and short physical performance battery in older women adults)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 파워 저항운동이 여성노인의 체력, 근육량 및 단기운동수행력에 미치는 영향을 보고자 하였다. 이 연구에 참여한 피검자는 70세 이상의 천안시 거주 여성노인 30명을 파워 저항운동군 15명과 일반 저항운동군 15명으로 분류하였다. 파워 저항운동군은 속도를 빠르게 하는 저항운동을 일반 저항운동군은 평소속도의 운동을 주 3회 60분간 실시하였다. 연구결과 근력은 두 저항운동군에서 유의한 개선을 보였고, 전신지구력에서는 파워 저항운동군에서 유의한 개선을 보였다. 단기운동수행력 중 2.44m왕복걷기는 파워 저항운동군에서, 400m걷기에서는 두 저항운동군에서 유의한 개선을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 체력과 근량 및 단기운동수행력에서 두 운동방법의 효과는 충분하나 파워저항운동이 다소 우세한 것으로 나타났다.

노인물리치료를 위한 저항트레이닝 처방에 대한 탐색 (An Exploration on Prescription of Resistance Training for Geriatric Physical Therapy)

  • There can be little dissension that the ultimate goal of all physical therapy interventions with the elderly is to restore or maintain the highest level of function possible for the individual. Whenever physical therapists take on this challenge, they assist elders in maintaining their identities as competent adults. Advancing age is associated with profound changes in body composition, including increased fat mass, decreased fat-free mass(particularly muscle), decreased total body water and decreased bone density. Along with these changes in body compositions, and perhaps as a direct result of them, elderly people have lower energy needs, reduced strength and functional capacity and a greatly increased risk for such diseases as noninsulin-dependent diabetes mellitus and osteoporosis. Resistance training is considered a promising intervention for reversing the loss of muscle function and the deterioration of muscle structure that is associated with advanced age. This reversal is thought to result in improvements in functional abilities and health status in the elderly by increasing muscle mass, strength and power and by increasing bone mineral density. In the past couple of decades, many studies have examined the effects of Resistance training on risk factors for age-related diseases or disabilities. We have explored the positive and negative aspects of older adults' participation in resistance training programs. The benefits to older adults are reported to be increased strength, endurance, muscle capacity, and flexibility; more energy; and improved self-image and confidence. The negative aspects include some pain or stiffness and other nonspecific problems. The positive and negative aspects of resistance training are therefore very similar to those in younger populations. Scientific investigations over the past 10 years have demonstrated that resistance training can be safely and successfully implemented in older populations. Even the frail and very sick elderly can benefit and improve their quality of life. Proper design and progression of a resistance training program for older adults is vital to optimal benefits from resistance exercise. The results of data provided by this research on resistance training for health shows that there is enough existing evidence to conclude that resistance training, particularly when incorporated into a comprehensive fitness program, can offer substantial health benefits which can be obtained by persons of all ages. These benefits, including improvements in functional capacity, translate into an improved quality of life.

저항운동의 운동 강도별 세트 간 휴식시간 차이가 근수축력, 반복횟수 및 총운동량에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Varied Resistance Training Intensities and Rest Intervals Between Sets on iEMG, Repetition Rate, and Total Work)

  • 본 연구는 최근 3개월 동안 저항운동 경력이 없는 남학생 14명을 선정하여 2주간 체력을 안정화 시킨 후, 운동 강도(90, 75, 60% 1RM)와 세트 간 휴식시간(1, 3, 5분)을 조합한 9가지 운동 프로그램을 1주일 간격으로 적용하였다. 근기능 지표들(근수축력, 반복횟수, 총운동량)의 변화를 분석함으로써 적절한 운동 강도와 휴식시간의 효용성을 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 운동 강도별 세트 간 휴식시간에 따른 대흉근의 근수축력은 90, 60% 1RM 강도에서 유의하게 감소하였으나, 60% 1RM 강도에서 세트 간 5분 휴식 시에는 유의하게 증가하는 것으로 나타났고, 상완삼두근의 근수축력은 90% 1RM에서 세트 간 휴식시간에 따라 유의하게 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 반복횟수와 총운동량은 세트 간 휴식시간에 따라 모든 강도에서 유의하게 감소하였으나, 강도가 낮아지고 휴식시간이 길어질수록 유의하게 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 종합하면, 처음 저항운동을 시작하는 사람이나 비단련자의 경우에는 근기능 향상 및 정확한 자세와 기술을 습득할 수 있도록 운동 강도를 낮추거나 휴식시간을 길게 유지하는 방법이 효과적일 것이다.

저층 트롤선의 유효마력 산정에 관한 실험적 연구 (Experimental study on the estimating effective horse power of a bottom trawl ship)

  • In order to estimate the effective horse power(EHP) in towing net of a bottom trawl ship, the ship's resistance was calculated by using a series data of Yamagata and Wigley formula. Also the effective horse power for a ship(EHPs) was estimated versus the ship speed in sailing and the propulsive efficiency was calculated with the brake horse power and the effective horse power. Then the effective horse power for a ship and a trawl net were estimated in the application of the propulsive efficiency in towing net. The total effective horse power($EHP_T$) was average 187.6kW and the effective horse power for a 1.awl net($EHP_n$) was average 176.7kW at a smooth sea state in towing net. The ratio of $EHP_n$ to $EHP_T$ was about 94.0% and the value was higher slightly than was already informed at a smooth sea state. The power for keeping up a townet speed was required more about 20% of a maximum continuous power at a rather rough sea state than a smooth sea state. In the future, if the residual resistance is considered with a sea state, $EHP_n$ will be estimated more correctly Also the data of EHP estimated by this method will be used as the basic data to design a trawl net.

호흡 기능 향상을 위한 들숨근 강화 훈련 방법 : 위팔운동을 동반한 가로막 호흡과 파워브리드 호흡의 효과 비교 (Inspiratory Muscle Strengthening Training Method to Improve Respiratory Function : Comparison of the Effects of Diaphragmatic Breathing with Upper Arm Exercise and Power-Breathe Breathing)

  • Purpose : It was to compare changes in respiratory function (pulmonary function, inspiratory function) after four weeks of inspiratory muscle strengthening training (diaphragmatic breathing with upper arm exercise, Power-Breathe breathing) for 36 healthy people. Methods : Subjects were randomly assigned to diaphragmatic breathing with upper arm exercise (Group I) and Power-breathe breathing (Group II) was conducted by the protocol for four weeks five times per week. As the main measurement method for comparison between groups For pulmonary function, Forced Vital Capacity (FVC) and Forced Expiratory Volume at One second (FEV1) were used, and for inspiratory function, Maximum Inspiratory Capacity (MIC), Maximum Inspiratory Pressure (MIP), and Maximum Inspiratory Flow Rate (MIFR) were used. Results : In changes in pulmonary function between groups, FVC and FEV1 showed no significant difference, and in inspiratory function changes, MIC showed no significant difference, but in MIP and MIFR, Group B significantly improved over Group A. Conclusion : The progressive resistance training using the Power-breath device applied to the inspiratory muscle did not show a significant difference in the increase in the amount of air in the lungs and chest cage compared to the diaphragmatic breathing training accompanied by the upper arm exercise. However, by increasing the air inflow rate and pressure, it showed a more excellent effect on improving respiratory function.

정상 성인 호흡기능에 대한 들숨 근 강화훈련과 날숨 근 강화 훈련의 효과 비교 (Compare the Effects of Inspiratory and Expiratory Muscle Strengthening Training of Normal Adult Respiratory Function)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study was to examine the Compare the effects of inspiratory muscle strengthening training and expiratory muscle strengthening training of normal adult respiratory function. Method : In this study, we want to compare the effect of inspiratory muscle strengthening training(n=8) and expiratory muscle strengthening training(n=8) to target the normal adult 16 people. expiratory muscle strengthening training, was 25 minutes of training on the basis of the breathing image program that has been pre-recorded. inspiratory muscle strengthening training, use the power-breathe plus on the measured resistance value, was carried out for 25 minutes. Using the spirometer in order to examine the ability to breathe, FVC, FEV1, FEV1 / FVC, MVV was measured. Result : The results showd that in the breath muscle strengthening training FVC, FEV1, MVV increased statistically significantly. The inspiration muscle strength training FVC, FEV1, MVV was a statistically significant increase, FEV1/FVC decreased. There was no statistically significant difference between. Conclusion : In conclusion, both methods give the result of increasing the effective respiratory function. Inspiratory muscle strengthening training, the function of the lung is very limited to be used when and by us effectively and expiratory muscle strengthening training to increase the capacity of the lung is an effective way that will increase the volume.

국내 학생운동에 표현된 저항 패션에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Anti-Fashion Expressed in the Korean Student Movement)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine, specifically, the external and internal characteristics of anti-fashion expression in the Korean student movement after the 1945 Liberation. The dress expressed in the student movement represented the purity of student and characterized resistance, and this character expressed strongly in 80s, faded from middle of 90s. Until the 60s, the student movement was not characterized by, so activist students wore dress and suits. It symbolized students as an elite group of society. They added on head-bands to express resistance. In the 70s, activist students wore school uniforms, school military training wear, blue jeans and loose shirts in demonstrations. They tried to express re-bellion against the government and the older gen-eration. In the 80s, the period was remarkably distingusihing by the economic growth at that time. Activist students wore T-shirts with Korean letters and popular paintings specially made, Korean costumes, wrapped in the Taggeuki (Korean national flag), and refused wear on jeans because of anti-Americanism. They also wore masks, muffled their faces, and got their heads shaved. These anti-fashions are very strong expressions for the national independence spirit, national traditional heitage, anti-foreign power and anti-American. In the early 90s, activist students wore reformed Korean costumes specially made group uniforms, after that they wore casual everyday clothes with caps. They tried to express remarkable resistance in the early 90s, but after the mid-90s expression of resistance weakened and faded, so there was no distinction between activist and non-activist. There are the reasons why the student movement changed after the peaceful transfer of political power.

저항운동치료 처방에 관한 연구 (A Study of Resistive Therapeutic Exercise Prescription)

  • Resistive therapeutic exercise prescription goal is to improve functional performance and capabilities through the development of increased muscular strengh endurance or power. Resistance can be applied to either dynamic or static muscle contractions. Resistive therapeutic exorcise can be carried nut concentrically, eccentrically, isometrically, isokinetically. Neurodevelopmental treatment has not resistive therapeutic exercise concept. But proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitate techniques have resistive therapeutic exercise concept with pattens and techniques. It is aid muscle contraction, motor control and increase strength. Manual muscle testing will help the therapist establish a qualitative and quantitative baseline level of strength. Manual resistance maybe applied a against controlled lengthening contraction re static contraction of a muscle. A repetition maximum is not easy to calculate and is not the most accurate method available today to measure strength before of after a resistive therapeutic exercise program. Oddvar Holten Diagram is essy to calculate and is the most accurate method available today to measure strength before of after a resistive therapeutic exercise program. Plyometric training emphasize the development of muscular power and coordination. Quick bursts of force in functional movement patterns are often necessary of a patient is to return to high-demand occupational, recreational or sports related activities.

선박의 저항접지 시스템에서 지락 고장에 따른 대지전압 중성점 전위 특성 (Characteristics on the Neutral Point Potential of Line-to-Ground Voltage according to Line-to-Ground Fault in Resistance Ground System for Ships)

  • 계통 접지(system grounding)는 어떤 이상전압 유입이나 지락 고장 등으로부터 전력 계통의 안정성을 확보할 목적으로 전원의 중성점에 적용하는 것이다. 선박에서 주로 적용되는 계통 접지는 비접지 시스템과 저항 접지 시스템이다. 440V 선박은 비접지 시스템을 적용하고, 3.3kV, 6.6kV, 11kV의 MV(medium voltage) 시스템을 사용하는 선박은 저항 접지 시스템 중에서 주로 고저항접지 방식을 적용한다. 지락 고장은 전기시스템에서 발생하는 모든 고장의 95%정도이고, 지락고장 발생 시 전력 계통의 대지전압이 과도하게 증가하여 선내 절연 시스템에 악영향을 주게 된다. 본 논문에서는 선박에서 적용하는 저항접지 시스템에 대해 지락 고장 발생시 지락 정도에 따라 전력 계통의 대지전압 중성점의 변동 특성을 확인하고자 한다. 이를 위해 우선 접지 시스템의 종류에 따른 특성을 알아보고, 선박의 저항 접지 시스템의 대지전압 중성점에 대한 모델링을 유도한다. 최종적으로 다양한 변수환경에 따라서 대지전압, 선간전압, 중성점 전위 등이 어떻게 변동되는지 MATLAB을 이용한 시뮬레이션을 통해 지락고장 발생시 나타나는 선내 전압의 변화특성을 분석한다.
