Method: Data Collection for this study was conducted form July 20 to August 2, 2019 using a structured questionnaire. We analyzed the collected data by frequency, percentage, ANOVA, t-test, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient, and Multiple Regression Analysis. Results: The factors affecting the health-promoting lifestyle of the subjects, multiple regression analysis results showed that Dietary Self-Efficacy(𝛽=.406, p=.001), Physical Activity Self-Efficacy(𝛽=.245, p=.038), Furthermore, the F statistics for the fitness of the estimated regression model were 6.34(p<.001), which was significant. The explanatory power was 24.2%. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that Dietary Self-Efficacy and Physical Activity Self-Efficacy of the school-age obese children was the most influential factor on health-promoting lifestyle. Consequently, the results of this study suggest that it is necessary to find ways to improve Dietary Self-Efficacy and Physical Activity Self-Efficacy in order to improve health-promoting lifestyle of nurses, and it is considered to be useful as basic data for developing intervention programs to improve health-promoting lifestyle.

  • The purpose of this study is to present the scale of the overall influence by way of investigating how much any sub - elements of middle school teachers' distributed leadership influences any sub - elements of teacher efficacy and teaching commitment. First, there was no statistically significant difference in perceived level on distributed leadership according to the background variables of middle school teachers, but on average, it was shown to be high in female teachers, common teachers, over 21-year-career teachers and private school teachers. Second, there was a statistically positive correlation between distributed leadership and teacher efficacy or teaching commitment. Teacher efficacy showed a higher positive correlation than teaching commitment. Third, the study statistically showed that distributed leadership overall has influence on teacher efficacy and teaching commitment(41%). In conclusion, the study revealed a meaningful positive correlation between sub - elements of distributed leadership and sub - elements of teacher efficacy or teaching commitment, specially self-regulating efficacy, confidence of sub-elements of teacher efficacy, and school love of sub - elements of teaching commitment were positively explained according to the sub - elements of middle school teachers' distributed leadership. The explanatory power of the sub-elements of the distributed leadership on the teacher efficacy and the teaching commitment was 27% in the school situation, 28% in the leadership of the school principal, 28% in the leadership of the teacher, and 28% in the teacher interaction.

  • This study was a descriptive survey study to confirm the correlation between self-differentiation, Nursing Professionalism, and care efficacy in nursing college students, and to confirm the mediating effect of Nursing Professionalism in the relationship between self-differentiation and care efficacy. The data collection period is from October 30 to November 30, 2022. Data analysis was performed using t-test, Pearson's correlation, and regression methods. Studies have shown that the general characteristics that show significant differences in care efficacy were grade level and major satisfaction. The three variables were statically correlated. In the relationship between self-differentiation and care efficacy, Nursing Professionalism appeared to be a partial mediator (Z=2.196, p<0.05). The partial mediated effect explanatory power was 40%. This study was significant in that it examines the partial mediating effect of Nursing Professionalism in the relationship between self-differentiation and care efficacy for nursing college students, and has prepared the basic data for improving the care efficacy of nursing college students in the future. In the follow-up study, it would be created a program to improve the efficacy of care based on the results of this study and propose an analysis study of its effectiveness. It also proposes a study to expand the number of subjects to identify factors that can affect the efficacy of care.

  • The purpose of this study was investigate the effect of self-efficacy, self-directedness and self-leadership on reslience in nursing students and to provide the basic data of to enhance resilience. Data were collected from 199 nursing students in B city. Data analysis was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 22.0 program. The degree of self-efficacy of the subjects was 3.63±0.52. Resilience of the subjects was positively correlated with self-efficacy (r=.677, p<.001), self-directedness (r=.573, p<.001), and self-leadership (r=.654, p<.001). Self-leadership of the subjects showed a positive correlation with self-efficacy (r=.517, p<.001), self-directedness (r=.665, p<.001). Self-directedness of the subjects showed a positive correlation with self-efficacy (r=.491, p<.001). The factors influencing the subject's resilience were identified as self-efficacy (β=.435, p<.001) and self-directedness (β=.133, p=.036), self-efficacy (β=.341, p<.001), and the explanatory power was 57.5%. Therefore, in order to improve nursing students' resilience, it is necessary to consider self-efficacy, self-directedness and self-leadership.

  • This paper gives an assessment criteria and reliability improvement for high frequency power supply of high efficacy electrodeless fluorescent lamp. The electrodeless fluorescent lamp system consist of electrodeless fluorescent lamp, high frequency power supply and lighting fixtures. The high frequency power supply has a shortest life at the system. Therefore It is need to assess the Failure Rate or Mean Time To Failure(MTTF) for the high frequency power supply of electrodeless fluorescent lamp system and improve the reliability at design. We suggest the assessment criteria and improve methods of the reliability on the design basis for the electodeless fluorescent system.

  • In this study, we present a 260k color TFT LCD driver chip set that consumes only 5 mW in the module, which has exceptionally low power consumption. To reduce power consumption, we used many power-lowering schemes in the logic and analog design. A driver IC for LCDs has a built-in graphic SRAM. Besides write and read operations, the graphic SRAM has a scan operation that is similar to the read operation of one row-line, which is displayed on one line in an LCD panel. Currently, the embedded graphic memory is implemented by an 8-transistor leaf cell and a 6-transistor leaf cell. We propose an efficient scan method for a 6-transistor embedded graphic memory that is greatly improved over previous methods. The proposed method is implemented in a 0.22 ${\mu}m$ process. We demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed method by measuring and comparing the current consumption of chips with and without our proposed scheme.

  • In this paper, the fractional order time-varying linear dynamical systems are investigated by using a residual power series method. A residual power series method (RPSM) is constructed for this problem. The exact solution is obtained by the Laplace transform method and the analytical solution is calculated via the residual power series method (RPSM). As an application, some examples are tested to show the accuracy and efficacy of the proposed methods. The obtained result showed that the proposed methods are effective and accurate for this type of problem.

  • To verify that the friction damper used to high buildings as a kind of control technology of wind vibration can reduce dynamic behaviors of PTTs effectively, slip dampers in this paper are proposed to absorb the energy through relatively frictional movement of slip dampers applied to main post of a PTT (Power Transmission Tower) when dynamic displacement of a PTT occurs. The result of dynamic analysis is presented to determine the capacity of the damper system by controlling damping ratio on the resonance condition. It is observed that by installing slip dampers at a PTT the strain amplitudes of the main post caused by wind load are effectively reduced. Therefore it is shown that the proposed damper satisfies the strengthened wind-load design standards, and its efficacy was also validated experimentally by field testing.
