  • The purpose of this study is a method to discover problems and improve them by analyzing the status of software education of A primary school conducted by online class. The coronavirus infection-19(COVID-19) pandemic, which began in early 2020, has continued to delay the start of the new semester. Finally, on April 9, 2020, the first semester began with online class. While progressing non-face to face online class, most students said they had difficulties. Students solved difficulties in class with Internet searches or program hints, not teachers. In the post-class self-evaluation, most students answered that there was no increase in coding skills. To solve this problem, the school rents additional smart devices to student. schools should have real-time interactive classes. After covid 19, online class became a paradigm for classes. Therefore, software education will also require research and development of curriculum and teaching learning methods suitable for online classes.

  • After the COVID-19 pandemic, hand hygiene has become more important to prevent and reduce infection. To manage and provide water to ensure safe handwashing, water governance and the role of public servants are also getting critical. Many organizations have given their priority to capacity building of public servants. In the Strategic Plan for the ninth phase of the Intergovernmental Hydrological Programme (2022-2029), 'Water education in the Fourth Industrial Revolution' is included as a priority. In Korea, ODA in the field of water and sanitation is emphasized in Korea's 3rd Mid-term Strategy for Development Cooperation (2021-2025). Also, KOICA and various water-related organizations have been organizing water education programs for developing countries. This study presents the direction for water education for public servants in developing countries in the post COVID-19 through the education program cases of the International Centre for Water Security and Sustainable Management established by the agreement between the Korean government and UNESCO in 2017. The study suggests that water-related organizations should cooperate with each other to prevent duplication of water education contents. It also suggests that blended learning should be actively utilized for the improvement of education program effectiveness. Lastly, the study emphasizes that education demand for the water technologies related to the fourth industrial revolution and smart water management is increasing, which should be considered when water-related organizations create online content or design education programs.

Methods: PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) Group's key questions (PICO) for systematic reviews, a literature search was conducted from January 1, 2020 to June 30, 2023 using the "AND" search formula. The databases used were Korea DB: RISS, SCIENCEON, and KoreaMed, and International DB: PubMed, CINAHL, and Embase. Results: Among a total of 22 selected articles, 4 studies were published in korea journals: 3 were survey studies (75.0%), 1 was an analysis study (25.0%), and 18 studies were published in international journals. Through a literature review, we confirmed the differences in difficulties between PwD (People with Disability) and PwoD (People without Disability) in the COVID-19 situation, differences by disability type, and post-COVID-19 impact. In order to examine this systematically and objectively, the results were examined by dividing them, which are components based on the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF). Conclusion: In order to respond well to crises and establish effective health policies in similar pandemic situations in the future, understanding and exploration of more diverse types and areas of disability are necessary. In addition, the development and application of appropriate health education and health promotion programs for disability type and ICF component area are required. In addition, it is necessary to develop and apply appropriate health education and health promotion programs tailored to the type of disability and ICF component area.

  • In the post-epidemic era, COVID-19 has not yet been fully controlled. Wearing masks is still the main means of epidemic prevention, and the negative effects brought by masks continue to continue. Wearing a mask for a long time can cause two problems. The first problem is hypoxia, and the other is an increase in psychological stress. To reduce the negative impact of masks, this paper proposes a new breathing mode. It is the "Umm~" vocal breathing mode, which simultaneously solves the two problems of hypoxia and increased stress. This paper explores the reasons why new breathing patterns can relieve stress. Explains the relationship between HRV and stress index and uses SDNN as an indicator to detect stress index to confirm the effectiveness of this breathing pattern. Experimental results prove that the "Umm~" vocal breathing mode can not only relieve the stress induced by wearing a mask. And when not wearing a mask, it can also be used to relieve daily stress. This method that anyone can easily implement should be more popularized.
