The two factor authentication capability, private key possession and key protection password knowledge, and the strong public key cryptography protocol of PKI authentication have largely contributed to the rapid construction of Internet transaction trusted infrastructure. The reusability of a certificate-based identity for every PKI site was another contribution factor of the spread of PKI authentication. Nevertheless, the PKI authentication has been criticised mainly for the cost of PKI construction, inconvenience of individual certificate management, and difficulties of password management. Recently FIDO authentication has received high attention as an alternative of the PKI authentication. The FIDO authentication is also based on the public key cryptography which provides strong authentication services, but it does not require individual certificate issuance and provides user-friendly and secure authentication services by integrating biometric technologies. The purpose of this paper is to concretely compare the PKI-authentication and FIDO-authentication and, based on the analysis result, to propose their corresponding applications.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the extent of possession of competence to organize and operate NCS-based curriculum among vocational teachers in specialized vocational high schools, their educational needs and demands. Designs in the modernism era were produced for the purpose of standardization of items and devices centered on efficiency and functions, and the will of design consumers in the industrial era, when consumption exceeded production, was limited to the objects of consumption. But, after the post-modernism era, design consumers have started to entail acts of exclusive possession such as participation in the design idolization, partipation, tuning, control and parody as design consumers in the digital environment do not passively accept what is given to them anymore, and aggressively intervene in the process of design production and management. It is expected that designs will change from the system in which only professionals can produce and manage its production to that of cooperating with consumers to produce designs, and various forms of consumers' exclusive possession will change all sort of design environments including production methods surrounding design products and distribution. Therefore, this study seeks to induce efficient design production by understanding changes of consumers' cultural environment resisting standardization and structuralization with smoothy perception between producers and consumers through classification of consumers' appropriation into de-construction, re-signification and self-identification.

Korean students ranked the 3rd out of 32 participating countries in the first cycle of PISA(Programme for International Student Assessment) science field, which assessed 15-years-old students' scientific literacy. PISA developed several variables such as parents' socio-economic status, parents' educational attainment, family wealth, and cultural possession, to investigate the effects of background variables on scientific literacy. On the other hand, motivation and engagement in science study were not given much attention, partly because science was the minor area in the first cycle of PISA. Therefore, PISA Korea developed a series of variables to collect data on students' learning motives and out-of-school activities in science as a national option. The results are as followings. First, Korea was found to be one of the PISA participating countries with the scientific literacy achievement least influenced by parents' socio-economic status, family wealth, and parents' cultural possession. Second, the degree of achievement in scientific literacy according to parents' educational attainment was in a positive correlation, similar to the overall tendency of PISA. Third, the most crucial learning motive for Korean students was their desire to develop scientific thinking abilities or obtain science knowledge. On the other hand, choosing jobs in the field of science or parental expectation was the least important learning motive. In particular, the motive for scientific learning was found to have a positive relationship with the degree of scientific literacy achievement. Therefore, the higher the students achievement, the stronger the motive for scientific learning in order to develop their ability to think scientifically or acquire science knowledge. Fourth, Korean students were shown to participate very little in out-of-school scientific activities other than watching TV programs related to science. Whatever the activities may be, the more actively involved students are in out-of-school scientific activities, the higher their scientific literacy achievement. Fifth, Korean girls were rather passive compared to boys in all areas, including science learning motive and out-of-school scientific activities. The gender difference was especially more pronounced in out-of-school scientific activities with wider gaps in such activities as reading scientific books or articles and visiting science-related web sites.

Public library is established on impartial accessibility of any distinction as their sex, age, financial status, etc. The function of public library is not only to accumulate materials and offer information but also minimize gulf between the rich and the poor by knowledge possession, which is realized by important means to intercept exclusive possession and power in knowledge pose-industrial society. As it is judged that most public library is established to individual building with thousands of cost, it is judged of obstacles to Increase library buildings. The purpose of this study is try to find the way to Increase In number of public library In Seoul by interaction local education-cultural facilities. The result from this study, the user rate of public library is influenced by number of buildings and accessibility of traffic and public library can improve efficiency by substantial operation by basic function for all age group. The target population of Seoul public library sizes by decuple of advanced countries because of difficulty of accessibility, so it needs to make it small scale and also can offer self-regulation learning, materials and life-long learning programs because generally public library's utilization purpose is different by age. As school in Seoul amounts to 25 times of public library by about 1,200 buildings and can function of lifelong education center with a school library, cultural center and other composition buildings, so school facilities may use as a public library for local residents.
The purposes of this study were to investigate difference on recognition, preference, satisfaction and possession of functional textile clothing in psychological comfort groups according to gender and age of the elderly and suggest optimal physical, mental and healthy functional textiles for the elderly. The data was collected from 262 respondents in their age of over 55, who lived in Busan. SPSS 21.0 was used and t-test, cross tabulation analysis, frequency analysis, and descriptive analysis were performed for analysis. The results are as follows. First, high groups of psychological comfort for both gender and age of the elderly showed higher recognition and preference of functional textiles, especially in the high groups of the new silver generation and women. Second, the high groups of psychological comfort for both gender and age of the elderly showed higher satisfaction of functional textiles. However, it was lower than preference of functional textiles. Last, the possession of major clothing function over all the elderly was comfort, fitting motion adaptability, and health safety function in order. Low groups of psychological comfort possessed fitting motion adaptability textile clothing more than the high groups, and the high groups of psychological comfort possessed comfort and health safety textile clothing more than low groups. In conclusion, this research showed the importance of functional textiles for the elderly in terms of psychological comfort as well as the need for healthy comfort textiles for the advanced activities of daily life.
Objectives: The goal of this study was to identify association between the continuity of ambulatory care of diabetes patients in South Korea (hereafter Korea) and the incidence of macrovascular complications of diabetes, using claims data compiled by the National Health Insurance Services of Korea. Methods: This study was conducted retrospectively. The subjects of the study were 43 002 patients diagnosed with diabetes in 2007, who were over 30 years of age, and had insurance claim data from 2008. The macrovascular complications of diabetes mellitus were limited to ischemic heart disease and ischemic stroke. We compared the characteristics of the patients in whom macrovascular complications occurred from 2009 to 2012 to the characteristics of the patients who had no such complications. Multiple logistic regression was used to assess the effects of continuity of ambulatory care on diabetic macrovascular complications. The continuity of ambulatory diabetes care was estimated by metrics such as the medication possession ratio, the quarterly continuity of care and the number of clinics that were visited. Results: Patients with macrovascular complications showed statistically significant differences regarding sex, age, comorbidities, hypertension, dyslipidemia and continuity of ambulatory diabetes care. Visiting a lower number of clinics reduced the odds ratio for macrovascular complications of diabetes. A medication possession ratio below 80% was associated with an increased odds ratio for macrovascular complications, but this result was of borderline statistical significance. Conclusions: Diabetes care by regular health care providers was found to be associated with a lower occurrence of diabetic macrovascular complications. This result has policy implications for the Korean health care system, in which the delivery system does not work properly.

In this paper, we design MHEG engine that can generate MHEG objects and present It to the users in Multimedia/Hypermedia Applications In the MHEG engine, the transmitted MHEG objects decoded into internal format. For the easy interpretation of MHEG objects, we define internal format as to be matched for each MHEG object. We easily processobjectinformation using the tree data structure because object inheritance and possession can be represented in tree structure. Object inheritance and possession must be represented in the internal format because they used in resolving the reference to external objector data file. The presentation synchronization extracts the synchronization information from MHEG composite objects, representing and controlling heterogencous media associated to spatio- temporal relation. In order to exactly represent the spatio-temporal synchronization included into MHEG composite object, we propose the algorithm that processes synchronization using the message of the synchronization module and the internal objects. MHEG engine proposed in this paper may be basic technology fro multimedia application area using Korea New Net.
Bills of lading are crucial in international sales on shipment terms since they guard buyers against loss of or damage to the goods in transit by giving them the rights against carriers. A bill of lading, as document of title, gives the buyer the right to demand physical possession of the goods from the carrier and enables the buyer who is in possession of damaged or short-delivered goods to sue the carrier. In this context the buyer in sales on CIF or CFR terms or FOB terms with additional services benefits from the bill of lading which functions as a receipt of goods and a evidence of the terms of the contract of carriage. Protection of such buyer's interests can be provided in the sale contract through appropriate express or implied terms on the seller's documentary obligations: Which transport document, a bill of lading or a sea waybill, is required? Who should be named as the consignee in the transport document and, in case of bill of lading, by whom should the bill be endorsed? What should be stated in the bill of lading for the quantity of the goods? How about a bill of lading that contains so called "unknown clause"? How many bills of lading for the entire contract goods should be tendered? Can a bill of lading stating that the goods have been shipped in apparent good order and condition also state that the goods were damaged after shipment? This paper seeks to provide answers for these particular questions.
