In this paper we establish the general solution of the following functional equation with mixed type of quadratic and additive mappings f(mx+y)+f(mx-y)+2f(x)=f(x+y)+f(x-y)+2f(mx), where $m{\geq}2$ is a positive integer, and then investigate the generalized Hyers-Ulam stability of this equation in quasi-Banach spaces.

Let H be a Hilbert space, X be a real Banach space, A : H \longrightarrow X be an operator with D(A) dense in H, G： H \longrightarrow H be positive definite, $\chi$ $\in$ D(A) and b $\in$ H. Consider the quadratic programming problem: QP： Minimize $\frac{1}{2}$〈p, $\chi$〉 + 〈$\chi$, G$\chi$〉 subject to A$\chi$= b In this paper, we obtain an explicit solution to the above problem using generalized inverses.

An A-m-isometric operator is a bounded linear operator T on a Hilbert space $\mathcal{H}$ satisfying $\sum\limits_{k=0}^{m}(-1)^{m-k}T^{*^k}AT^k=0$, where A is a positive operator. We give sufficient conditions under which A-m-isometries are not N-supercyclic, for every $N{\geq}1$; that is, there is not a subspace E of dimension N such that its orbit under T is dense in $\mathcal{H}$.

We prove the existence of a unique positive solution for a class of systems of the following nonlinear suspension bridge equation with Dirichlet boundary conditions and periodic conditions $$\{{u_{tt}+u_{xxxx}+\frac{1}{4}u_{ttxx}+av^+={\phi}_{00}+{\epsilon}_1h_1(x,t)\;\;in\;(-\frac{\pi}{2},\frac{\pi}{2}){\times}R,\\{v_{tt}+v_{xxxx}+\frac{1}{4}u_{ttxx}+bu^+={\phi}_{00}+{\epsilon}_2h_2(x,t)\;\;in\;(-\frac{\pi}{2},\frac{\pi}{2}){\times}R,$$ where $u^+={\max}\{u,0\},\;{\epsilon}_1,\;{\epsilon}_2$ are small number and $h_1(x,t)$, $h_2(x,t)$ are bounded, ${\pi}$-periodic in t and even in x and t and ${\parallel} h_1{\parallel}={\parallel} h_2{\parallel}=1$. We first show that the system has a positive solution, and then prove the uniqueness by the contraction mapping principle on a Banach space

The three child patients aged 3 to 5 years were worn by anterior space maintainer which are fixed type after missing of anterior teeth due to nursing caries, and were taken periodic follow check up. The results are : 1. At missing of anterior teeth, fixed space maintainer can be used. 2. Increased esthetic satisfaction and positive change of social behavior can be observed by these child patients. 3. Some phonations can be changed definitely after wearing the fixed space maintainer.

For positive integers $n_i \geq 2, i = 1, 2, 3, 4$, such that $\Sigma \frac{n_i}{1} < 2$, there exists a quadrilateral $P = P_1 P_2 P_3 P_4$ in the hyperbolic plane $H^2$ with the interior angle $\frac{n_i}{\pi}$ at $P_i$. Let $\Gamma \subset Isom(H^2)$ be the (discrete) group generated by reflections in each side of $P$. Then the quotient space $H^2/\gamma$ is a differentiable orbifold of type $(^* n_1 n_2 n_3 n_4)$. It will be shown that the deformation space of $Rp^2$-structures on this orbifold can be mapped continuously and bijectively onto the cell of dimension 4 - \left$\mid$ {i$\mid$n_i = 2} \right$\mid$$.

In this paper, I examines the spatial representation of the change in the environment of the digital platform, and play the game with a focus on the spatial characteristics of a digital game. First, what is the Spatial characteristic of digital games? This section applies to a digital game "theory of Lefebvre", and the spatial representation of the practice space, divided into representational space were explored. Second, how to express dealing Is there space in the genre of adventure games? The spatial characteristics of the game medium through the Spatial characteristic of the adventure game genre that is most striking examples was analyzed whether the expression in any way. Consequently, the spatial characteristics of the digital game studies of the game as well as think a very large role in the development direction. In addition, this case analysis of the expression is the basis of this digital game that is utilized in many areas, and I am sure many possibilities to find a positive role in the game.

이 연구에서는 고위도 하부 열권 역학을 좌우하는 물리적 과정을 이해하기 위하여, 상이한 행성간 자기장(Interplanetary Magnetic Field, IMF)에 따른 남반구 고위도 하부 열권에서의 소용돌이도(vorticity)와 발산(divergence)을 분석하였다. 이 연구를 위하여 미국립대기연구소(National Center for Atmospheric Research, NCAR)의 열권-이온권 전기역학적 대순환 모델(Thermo sphere-Ionosphere Electrodynamic General Circulation Model, TIEGCM)을 이용하였다. 소용돌이도와 발산 분석은 전체 수평 바람장을 최종적으로 결정하는 운동량원(momentum source)을 밝히는데 도움을 주는 근원적인 흐름을 파악할 수 있게 해주며, 운동량원들의 상대적인 강도를 분석해내는데 좋은 도구가 된다. 고위도 하부 열권의 평균 바람장은 태양 복사와 쥴가열에 의해 유발되는 발산운동 보다는 이온대류에 의해 유발되는 회전운동에 의해 주로 지배된다는 것이 확인되었다. $IMF{\neq}0$와 IMF=0인 경우의 고위도 열권 하부에서의 소용돌이도 차이(difference vorticity)가 모든 IMF 조건에서 발산장 차이(difference divergence)에 비해 훨씬 더 크게 나타났다. 이는 IMF가 발산적인 흐름보다 회전적인 흐름에 더 강하게 영향을 끼치며, 나아가 IMF가 발산운동을 유발하는 에너지 유입보다는 회전운동을 유발하는 운동량 유입에 더 강하게 영향을 끼침을 의미한다. IMF의 방향에 따라 고위도 하부 열권에서의 소용돌이도 차이의 양상이 매우 달랐다 $B_y$가 음일 때는 지자기 위도 $-70^{\circ}$ 이상의 고위도에서 극을 중심으로 양의 소용돌이도 차이가 나타나고 $B_y$가 양일 때는 음의 소용돌이도 차이가 나타났다. $B_z$가 음인 경우 소용돌이도 차이가 저녁 영역에는 양이고 새벽 영역에는 음이며, $B_z$가 양인 경우에는 반대의 분포를 보였다. $B_z$가 음일 때가 양일 때보다 소용돌이도 차이가 더 큰 것으로 확인되었는데, 이는 IMF $B_z$가 남쪽으로 향할 때가 북쪽으로 향할 때보다 고위도 이온권의 이온대류를 더 강화시켜 열권 중성대기의 회전적인 흐름을 더 강하게 유발시킴을 의미한다.

In order to explain a U-shape pattern of stock returns, Fama and French(1988) suggested the state-space model consisting of I(1) permanent component and AR(1) stationary component. They concluded the autoregression coefficient induced from the state-space model follow the U-shape pattern and the U-shape pattern of stock returns was due to both negative autocorrelation in returns beyond a year and substantial mean-reversion in stock market prices. However, we found negative autocorrelation is induced under the assumption that permanent and stationary noise component are independent in the state-space model. In this paper, we derive the autoregression coefficient based on ARIMA process equivalent to the state-space model without the assumption of independency. Based on the estimated parameters, we investigate the pattern of the time-varying autoregression coefficient and conclude the autoregression coefficient from the state-space model of ARIMA(1,1,1) process does not follow a U-shape pattern, but has always positive sign. We applied this result on the data of 1 month retums for all NYSE stocks for the 1926-85 period from the Center for Research in Security Prices.

In this work, simultaneous measur of space charge and conduction current was c out in LDPE with air gap by Pulsed-Electro-Aco Method. Also, effect of long time charging at con electric field on the formation of space charge conduction was investigated. From the experim results. we knew that the homo space charge formed near the dielectric surfaces and moving the bulk of dielectric as the electric field elevated. This was related with the deep traps b carriers and de trapping by Poole-field lowering conduction current was coincident with the Pool emission. From the long time charging experimen obtained the results that the negative space was moving into the dielectric bulk as the cha continued and the positive space charge accumulated at upper surface of LDPE.
