현장의 환경 시료를 대상으로 Real-Time PCR법과 LC/MS법을 이용하여 마이크로시스틴 검출방법을 비교 연구하였다. 3종류의 primer쌍을 이용하여 3종의 Microcystis aeruginosa 표준균주를 대상으로 Real-Time PCR법을 실시한 결과 TOX2P/TOX2M primer를 이용한 균주에서만 마이크로시스틴이 검출되었다. 2009년 6~9월 사이에 남조류가 발생한 상수원수 시료를 정립된 Real-Time PCR법과 기존의 LC/MS법으로 실험한 결과 11개 시료 모두에서 마이크로시스틴이 검출되었고, 농도는 5.98~219.0 ${\mu}g/l$ 범위로 조사되었다. 정수처리 공정별 실험에서는 BAC 여과 단계에서 마이크로시스틴이 완전히 제거되는 것으로 나타났다. 실험결과 Real-Time PCR법은 기존의 표준시험방법인 LC/MS법 보다 분석시간을 많이 단축시키는 것으로 나타나 효과적인 마이크로시스틴 검출방법임을 알 수 있었다.

The Total Electron Content (TEC) measured from Global Positioning System (GPS) can be continuously or peculiarly increased (positive ionospheric storm) or decreased (negative ionospheric storm) with solar and geomagnetic activities as well as the chemical and dynamic processes with thermosphere in the mid-latitudes. The ionospheric storm is not easy to predict owing to its difficult mechanism, and the real-time GPS TEC monitoring may be useful to follow ionospheric response to solar and geomagnetic storms. Korea Astronomy & Space Science Institute has continuously monitor GPS TEC over Korea Peninsula in near real-time of 10 minutes to watch activities. In this presentation, we will report the variation of GPS TEC over Daejeon and JeJu in Korea during the period of solar flare eruption and geomagnetic storm events in 2011. These events in 2011 will be compared with the event in October 2003 and November 2004.

This study is performed the design and production of the real hotel uniforms around the actual case. The purpose of the study is to research and develop the uniform design which is partially utilized for image integration. After reviewing and making up a theoretical background of general hotel uniforms, we designed I hotel's uniforms based on the uniform design process. Research Scope of uniform design is up to the development of it for practicians who have many opportunities to meet customers directly at front desk, banquet reservation office and restaurant. Based on logo of company C.I.(Corporate Identity) and symbol colors, the concept and an illustration according with I hotel are drawn up. Also design is planed and a real is produced. This like objective design development becomes the basis for building a uniform image suitable for C.I.(Corporate Identity) of hotel I and realizing a positive service. Also this study associated with the company would help the design development of corporate uniform.

When we perform the test related to the power distribution system such as artificial fault test, protective coordination test, distribution automation test in short length test line, Lumped Constant Circuit, a kind of variable impedance, should be attached to the test line in order to make it equivalent to a real line in length electrically. In this paper we designed the positive sequence and zero sequence Lumped Constant Circuit with optimized inductor and resister for the modification of long, 16km, distribution line, when they are attached to the short, 4km, distribution test line.

In this paper, the magnitude of undershoot and overshoot in a prototype second order system with one positive real zero is computed by the analytic methods. Also, it will be shown that the peak times of the undershoot and overshoot can be calculated using the impulse and step response of the second order system. Three different cases are investigated: underdamped(p<ζ<1), critically damped(ζ=1) and overdamped(ζ>1) cases. We deal with the undamped(ζ=0) case as a special case of the underdamped. And a compensation method is proposed to reduce undershoots of the nonmininmun phase system using feedforward compensator.

This paper investigates the relationship between financial markets and output growth for a panel of 27 Asian countries over 1960-2009. It utilizes the recently-developed panel cointegration techniques to test and estimate the long-run equilibrium relationship between real GDP and financial development proxies. Real GDP and financial development variables are found to have unit roots and to be cointegrated, based on various panel unit root tests and panel cointegration tests. We find that there is a statistically significant positive bi-directional cointegrating relationship between financial development and output growth by three distinct methods of panel cointegration estimation. Empirical findings suggest that financial market development promotes output growth and in turn output growth stimulates further financial development.

For positive integers $n_i \geq 2, i = 1, 2, 3, 4$, such that $\Sigma \frac{n_i}{1} < 2$, there exists a quadrilateral $P = P_1 P_2 P_3 P_4$ in the hyperbolic plane $H^2$ with the interior angle $\frac{n_i}{\pi}$ at $P_i$. Let $\Gamma \subset Isom(H^2)$ be the (discrete) group generated by reflections in each side of $P$. Then the quotient space $H^2/\gamma$ is a differentiable orbifold of type $(^* n_1 n_2 n_3 n_4)$. It will be shown that the deformation space of $Rp^2$-structures on this orbifold can be mapped continuously and bijectively onto the cell of dimension 4 - \left$\mid$ {i$\mid$n_i = 2} \right$\mid$$.

Let m be a positive integer. We show that for any given real number ${\alpha}\;{\in}\;[0,\;1]$ and complex number $\mu$ with $|\mu|{\leq}1$ which satisfy $e^{2{\pi}i{\alpha}}{\mu}^m\;{\neq}\;1$, there exists a Blaschke product B of degree 2m + 1 which has a fixed point of multiplier ${\mu}^m$ at the point at infinity such that the restriction of the Blaschke product B on the unit circle is a critical circle map with rotation number $\alpha$. Moreover if the given real number $\alpha$ is irrational of bounded type, then a modified Blaschke product of B is quasiconformally conjugate to some rational function of degree m + 1 which has a fixed point of multiplier ${\mu}^m$ at the point at infinity and a Siegel disk whose boundary is a quasicircle containing its critical point.

Let M be a smooth real hypersurface in complex space of dimension $n$, $n{\geq}3$, and assume that the Levi-form at $z_0$ on M has at least $(q+1)$-positive eigenvalues, $1{\leq}q{\leq}n-2$. We estimate solutions of the local $\bar{\partial}$-closed extension problem near $z_0$ for $(p,q)$-forms in Sobolev spaces. Using this result, we estimate the local solution of tangential Cauchy-Riemann equation near $z_0$ in Sobolev spaces.

In this paper, we present a case study of a new emerging business startup involved in smart house appliances. The irreversible investment concept and real-option theory are introduced as the fundamentals of the model. By using games theory we show that the startup's actions can trigger reactions from other firms. The first part covers initial the research and development stage, while the second part covers production and commercialization. The findings of this study suggest that, given a certain amount of initial investment, an open and shared innovation may lead to hurting a firm's investment while strengthening the competitors' position in the market. However, given the sensitivity analysis, when volatility and demand grow favorably, sharing R&D investment is not a bad option for a new player to adjust its position in the market while still maintaining positive returns.
