MEPS는 해양환경 컨텐츠의 효율적인 운영을 위해 체계적인 시스템 설계를 거천 Oracle RDBMS를 구축하였으며, Web 기반의 사이트 구성은 다양한 컨텐츠의 기획 개발을 통해 뉴스(국내, 국외, 기관 소식, 취업정보), 커뮤니티(포럼, 게시판), 행사일정, POLL, 관련사이트 등과 국내 관련사이트의 웹페이지별 내용을 분류하여 정리한 해양환경정보검색 둥 포탈로써 갖춰야 할 기본 메뉴와 MEPS DB(전문자료, 법규, 국제기구활동), 멀티미디어 DB(온라인세미나, 해양상징이미지), 해양환경퀴즈 DB 등 컨텐츠 개발을 통한 DB체계로 이루어졌다. 또한, 지리적으로 분산된 지역DB로써 해양조사자료를 저장, 관리하는 관련기관들의 정보시스템을 통합연계한 분산DB 해양자료(해양수질, 해양생태)를 통합 검색하여 정점도, 통계치 및 그래프 등으로 출력되는 인터페이스를 개발하여 정보공동 활용을 위한 기반체계를 구현하였다. 사이트 오픈 후 지속적인 컨텐츠 갱신과 국내 검색엔진사이트 등록, 리플렛 제작ㆍ배포, web-mail 서비스 등의 능동적인 홍보활동을 수행함은 물론, 향후 컨텐츠 개발을 위한 기획과 운영체제 유지관리에 활용키 위한 사용자 행동패턴을 모니터링이 수반되어야 할 것이다.

One of the key success factors for the intelligent IT service which is characterized by personalization and automation, is to obtain relevant data from either sensors or data storage for reasoning, analyzing and forecasting. The availability of the open data sources such as public portal sites remarkably increases the efficiency and quality of the intelligent IT service. However, with the condition that not all data in the existing public or private sites are opened or have various types of openness, it prohibits the value of utilization. For these reasons, it is highly required to evaluate the extent of openness of data storage. However, there are only a few studies which explore the factors which affect the degree of data openness with respect to intelligent IT services. Hence, this study aims to propose an evaluation model including the indices to evaluate a process of opening data for the intelligent IT service from a viewpoint of data utilization process. The indices are applied to evaluate the actual multinational websites, which provide public data for verification. We also discuss the implications of the evaluation according to the results.

현재 한국과학기술정보연구원의 과학기술정보 포털 서비스는 방대한 전문용어를 포함한 문서를 서비스하고 있으므로 포괄적인 질의어만으로는 사용자의 의도를 반영한 검색 결과를 얻을 수 없다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 의미적 언어자원으로 알려진 사용자 어휘지능망(U-WIN)의 동의어, 유의어, 관련어, 하위어, 상위어 관계 정보를 활용하여 검색어 자동 추천, 관련 단어 제시, 질의어 확장 등을 서비스에 반영하는 사용자 중심의 검색 서비스 요소를 제안한다. 이러한 어휘지능망의 의미 관계 정보를 활용한 서비스 요소를 통해 현재의 과학기술정보서비스의 검색 만족도를 향상시키는 동시에 사용자가 요구하는 정보를 빠르고 정확하게 검색할 수 있는 서비스 환경으로 개선시키고자 한다.

This study has the aim of developing an evaluation index that can help evaluate the reliability of the information resources of institutions retaining humanities assets for the purposes of laying out the foundation for providing one-stop portal service for humanities assets. To this end, the evaluation index was derived through the analysis of previous research, case studies, and interviews with experts, the derived evaluation index was then applied to the humanities assets retaining institutions to verify the utility. The institutional information resources' reliability evaluation index consisted of the two dimensions of the institutions' own reliability evaluation index. The institution provided a service and system evaluation index. The institutions' own reliability evaluation index consisted of 25 points for institutional authority, 25 points for data collection and construction, 30 points for data provision, and 20 points for appropriateness of data, for a total of 100 points, respectively. The institution provided service and system evaluation indexes consisting of 25 points for information quality, 15 points for appropriateness (decency), 15 points for accessibility, 20 points for tangibility, 15 points for form, and 10 points for cooperation, for the total of 100 points, respectively. The derived evaluation index was used to evaluate the utility of 6 institutions representing humanities assets through application. Consequently, the reliability of the information resources retained by the Research Information Service System (RISS) of the Korea Education & Research Information Service (KERIS) turned out to be the highest.

농림수산식품교육문화정보원에서는 2015년 1월부터 공공데이터 포털 서비스를 시작하였으며 포털 내에 구축된 빅데이터 기반 농식품 추천 시스템을 이용한 맞춤소비정보를 제공하고 있다. 추천시스템의 특징은 첫째, SNS오피니언마이닝, 소비자패널의 모든 구매내역 정보, 기후데이터, 도매가격 데이터와 같은 빅데이터의 성격을 가진 농식품분야의 다양한 데이터들을 이용하기 때문에 데이터 양의 관점에서 추천의 정확도를 높일 수 있다. 둘째, 추천시스템 구축 초기에는 사용자 정보 기반 추천이 어려운 한계를 극복할 수 있는 방법으로 식생활 라이프스타일과 메가트렌드 요인을 이용한 소비자 세분화방법을 사용한다. 이는 사용자 개인정보가 없는 상황에서도 다양한 식품 선호를 반영할 수 있도록 하여 추천실패율을 낯춘다. 셋째, 디리슐레-다항분포를 이용하는 추천 알고리즘을 적용하여 다양한 상황적 요인들의 선호가 반영된 농식품 추천이 가능하도록 하였다. 이 외에도 추천 농식품에 대한 SNS 맛집정보와 버즈량, 관련 식재료를 판매하는 주변 소매점 위치 및 가격정보 등 다양한 정보를 제공하여 농식품 분야 정보에 관심을 높일 수 있도록 시스템을 구현하였다.

최근, 웹을 이용한 기록정보의 유통과 이용이 증가하고, 정보적 활용 가치가 제고되어 웹사이트를 이용한 기록정보서비스가 기록관의 중요업무로 부각되고 있다. 웹을 이용한 기록정보서 비스의 핵심은 이용자가 원하는 기록정보의 검색을 용이하게 하는데 있다. 검색을 용이하게 하기 위해서는 검색시스템의 기본 메커니즘인 이용자질의와 기록정보표현의 매칭의 정확성이 요구된다. 이를 위해 기록정보 관리자들은 다양한 정보표현 도구를 이용하고 있지만, 이용자들은 여전히 정보검색 과정에서 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이를 개선하기 위해 본 연구에는 기록물의 기술정보 메타데이타를 중심으로 정보자원을 구조화하여 이용자 질의의 접근점을 확장하고, 의미있는 매칭을 통해 지식자원화된 검색결과값을 제공하기 위해 토픽맵 기반의 기록정보 검색시스템을 구축하고자 한다. 구축대상은 웹사이트를 이용하는 불특정 이용자이며, 구축범위는 국가기록포탈의 기록자원 중 대통령 기록물로 선정하였다. 구축단계는 다음과 같다. 1)기록물의 기술정보 메타데이타를 중심으로 토픽맵 기반의 기록정보서비스를 위한 온톨로지 모델을 설계한다. 2)설계한 온톨로지 모델을 바탕으로 국가기록포탈에서 추출한 정보자원목록을 에디터를 이용해 토픽맵으로 반입하여 검색시스템으로 구현한다. 3)구축된 검색시스템의 사용자 인터페이스에서 테스트질의를 통해 토픽맵기반 검색시스템의 특징을 확인하고 그 의미를 평가한다. 최종적으로, 의미적 추론에 의한 연관 네비게이션검색을 확인하고, 분산된 기록정보자원 간의 연계된 결과값을 통해 지식자원화의 가능성도 제시한다.

현재 국내 음악산업은 음반시장에서 디지털음악시장으로 중심이 이동하고 있으며, 대부분의 대형 포털사이트에서 디지털 음원서비스를 제공하고 있는 추세이다. 본 논문에서는 국내 포털사이트(도시락, 싸이월드, 네이버)에서 제공하고 있는 음원서비스프로세스를 살펴보고 취약점을 분석한다. 또한 분석된 취약점을 바탕으로 실제 공격을 수행하여 음원서비스의 문제점을 보여준다. 마지막으로 본 논문에서는 이러한 취약점을 해결할 수 있는 기술적인 대응방안을 제안함으로써 기업과 저작권자의 이익을 보호하고자 한다.

본 연구는 우리나라 관광정보안내체계의 전반적 현황을 살펴보고 관광정보의 전달에 있어서 중요한 위치에 있는 관광안내 소의 문제점을 안내요원의 인적 서비스 차원과 제공되는 정보 차원에서 검토하면서 문제점을 도출하고 이에 대한 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

이 연구에서는 국내 주요 검색 포털인 네이버 이용자들의 검색 행태 추이를 조사, 분석하였다. 즉 1년 동안 분기별로 네이버에 입력된 질의들을 대상으로 질의의 입력 행태, 오타 입력 행태, 멀티미디어 검색 행태, 결과 문서 클릭 행태 등의 추이를 조사하였다. 이를 위하여 이용자들이 입력한 통합 검색 질의들로 구성된 질의 로그와 질의에 대한 검색 결과에서 이용자들이 조회한 문서를 기록한 클릭 로그를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 입력된 질의의 길이 및 주제, 멀티미디어 질의의 특징 및 비율, 오타의 비율 등에 있어서는 1년 동안 큰 변화 없이 일정한 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 질의별로 발생되는 클릭 횟수는 시간이 지남에 따라 점진적으로 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 포털의 효과적인 콘텐츠 구축 및 검색 알고리즘 개발에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The study aimed to assess the state of electronic security for the website of the Deanship of Library Affairs at Northern Border University, as one of the university's electronic portals, which provides distinguished knowledge services to faculty members, through the Saudi Digital Library, and the integrated automated system for libraries (Symphony) with the definition of cyber security of the university, and the most important threats The study sought to analyze the opinions of a wide sample of faculty members, towards evaluating the state of electronic security for the Deanship of Library Affairs portal, through the use of both the analytical method, as well as the survey, using the questionnaire tool, and the study sample consisted of 95 A faculty member of all academic categories and degrees, and university faculties, and the study concluded that it is necessary to work to overcome the relative slowness of the university's Internet, with the faculty members notifying the information security services through e-mail and SMS service, with the continuous updating of operating systems, Apply and use the latest anti-spyware, hacking, and antivirus software at the university, while conducting extensive research studies towards information security services, and contracting It aims to introduce information security risks, and ways to combat and overcome them, and spread the culture of information security among faculty members.
