천진보세항구의 발전방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development Strategy of Tianjin Bonded Port in China)

  • In the 21th century, with the development of the economic global progress, the competition is more stiff. During the fierce competition, 85% of the world's trade volume is root from the sea transportation, that means the harbor trade is becoming an important part in the world's trade. With the strong support of the Chinese national ministries, Tianjin Dongjiang Bonded Port Area had made a series of encouraging results and now becoming a positive mode of the chinese harbor trade port. In the meanwhile, the Dongjiang Bonded Port Area is also searching for the change and a better development. From this year, the Dongjiang Bonded Port Area is apply for the experimental unit to change from the Bonded Port Area to the Free Trade Zone. This paper focus on the Tianjin Dongjiang Bonded Port Area which is the largest port area in the northern part of China. The development progress of the Dongjiang Bonded Port Area is concerned and studied in the paper. This paper expected to research on the transformation progress from the Bonded Port Area to the Free Trade Zone, to find out appropriate ways for the blossom of the harbor trade and the bonded area.

  • 본 연구에서는 부산 북항 재개발지역을 대상으로 하여 항만 재개발지역의 경관계획 특성을 알아보고 해외 항만재개발지역에서 경관계획사례를 살펴본 다음 북항 재개발지역의 경관현황을 분석하여 경관계획을 위해 선결해야 할 과제를 도출하고 마지막으로 경관계획을 위한 가이드라인을 제시하였다.

  • The world Economy has rearranged into three economic block. Especially, the nation's economy in Northeast area are an engine of world economic development. Among these nations in Northeast area china has done a main role of the development of world economy. Owing to raising of the China economy, the Export-Import of container load has rapidly increased in this area. So it is very important of the nation to manage a port. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to analysis a port of Masan and to search the way of development. To accomplish this purpose, I will analyze a logistics circumstance in northeast area and a port of Pusan and Jinhae. In conclusion, government and local government must enlarge the investment to develope the port of Masan. Local government should do its best effort to solve the problem of port of Masan. And all citizen should recognize that a development of the port of Masan will be the engine of the raising of Masan.

친수공간조성을 위한 부산 북항 재개발 방향에 관한 연구 (A Study on Busan North Port Redevelopment for Waterfront Revitalization)

  • This study is to propose key directions of Busan North Port redevelopment for revitalization of waterfront. Since 1960s, there have been a lot of port redevelopment projects around the world. In Korea, Busan North Port redevelopment project is the first one which aims to make waterfront citizen-friendly within old port area. Many ports will be redeveloped soon after the Busan North Port redevelopment. At this time this is the basic research to lay groundwork for the systematic and efficient port redevelopment. We analyze the good examples of the world through case studies and suggest the problems and important elements of success of port redevelopment. Also we propose the objectives for waterfront revitalization and the visages of waterfront within port area. And then we analyze the situation of Busan North Port and examine the blueprints issued by national and city government. After that we suggest some ideas, such as land use plan, on North Port redevelopment for revitalization of waterfront in Busan Port Area.

  • An environment of world marine port today is rapidly changing. Importance of a hub port is being maximized along with appearance of a large container ship, and Busan port is also growing with the goal as a hub port of Northeast Asia. Busan port currently has competitive power as the 5th top port in the world, but increase rate of transportation quantity, is low compared to Shanghai port in China and other ports in Northeast Asia. For a port to obtain competitiveness, investment on infrastructures of a port is necessary and also it has close relation with an intraregional port logistics industry. However, a port logistics industry in Busan area has a hard time avoiding a small size due to the government support on major companies. Therefore, this study will analyze difficulties of small port logistics companies and the related companies as to vitalize port logistics industry in Busan area in hopes to help vitalizing regional economy.

DSRC 기반의 T/C 무선통신 시스템 개발 (Wireless Communication System for T/C based on DSRC)

  • In this paper, we proposed the model of wireless communication for ACTS using DSRC and the DSRC system for T/C. The proposed wireless communication model is how to join with DSRC and other wireless communication in port. The DSRC system for T/C is the first application to the unit of port Facilities Automation on stacking area. The DSRC system is communicated between OBE and RSE using 5.8Hz ISM band frequency. The previous works of DSRC applications are gate automation. In these cases, the road trackers are difficult to obtain information of the port in the stacking area. So we used the DSRC for the wireless communication for the port Facilities Automation. Using DSRC, the load trackers obtain more information in the port and contacts to ITS on back-roads of port. The proposed communication system is serviced to reelection of port statistics.

항만이 인근지역 생활여건에 미친 영향 분석 (An Analysis of The Effect of a Port on The Living Conditions of Its Neighborhood Area)

  • 본 연구는 항만이 항만인근지역의 생활여건에 어떻게 영향을 미치고 있는지를 부산항 신항과 인근 강서구 생활여건 간의 구조방정식모형을 통해 명확히 밝힘으로써 우리나라 항만정책에 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 분석결과, PLS-SEM 측정모형은 신뢰성과 타당성을 충족하고, 구조모형은 설명력(R2), 경로계수의 유의성, 예측의 적합도(Q2) 측면에서의 기준을 모두 만족시키고 있다. 따라서 분석결과는 부산항 신항 확충이 강서구의 고용증가를 통해 강서구의 인구증가에 유의미한 영향을 미침으로써 강서구의 생활여건 개선에 기여하고 있다는 본 연구의 가설을 지지해 주고 있다. 본 연구는 항만이 항만인근지역(구(區)단위)의 생활여건 개선을 유발하는 견인차로서의 역할을 하고 있다는 것을 분명히 밝혔다는 데 그 의의가 있다. 중앙정부, 지방자치단체, 기업은 항만정책의 수용성 제고를 위하여 항만인근지역의 생활여건을 개선하는 데 상호협력을 강화해 나가야 한다. 향후 연구는 항만이 항만인근지역에 미친 영향을 포괄적으로 평가하기 위하여 항만이 항만인근지역 삶의 질에 미친 영향이나 항만인근지역에 미친 사회경제적 영향에 대해 주목할 필요가 있다.

강정항 VTS 시스템 구축시 음영구역 최소화를 위한 레이더의 위치설정에 관한 연구 (A study on installation location of radar for minimizing blind area in the construction of VTS system of Kangjeong Port)

  • We have studied the efficient operation of the radar and the appropriateness of the installation location, when constructing the VTS system. As the Civil-Military Complex Harbour (Kangjeong Port) is completed in 2016, we set the control area within 10 nautical miles centering on Kangjeong Port, and found out and removed the operational radar blind area of VTS system to provide safe navigation information for vessels that navigating this area. Assuming that two international cruise ships entering at the same time, we performed the radar simulation and compared the images by considering the three sites of Kangjeong Port, Miaksan and Seoguipo Port. Simulation results for a single radar installed at Kangjung Port indicate that the blind area was largely affected by two large cruise ships and the surrounding islands. The blind area due to Kogunsan was considerably large when installed in Miaksan, but the blind area due to the influences of Beomseom, Moonseom and Seopseom was negligibly large. It seems that additional radar installation is necessary as a complementary solution to solve this blind area. When two radars were installed at Miaksan and Kangjeong Port, the residual blind area due to the Seopseom was $0.25km^2$ at 0.1~0.33 nautical miles in the southeast direction from Seopseom. In addition, the remaining blind area with two cruise ships mutually influenced was $0.18km^2$, which did not occur with a single cruise ship.

항만배후지역의 거주성 향상을 위한 도시재생 시나리오 도출 -부산광역시 동구와 남구를 대상으로- (Derivation of Urban Regeneration Scenario for the Improvement of Habitability in Hinterland of Port City -Donggu and Namgu District of Busan Metropolitan City as the Subjects-)

  • 항만 배후지역은 역사적으로 계획된 공간이기 보다는 항만공간 개발에 의해 밀려나듯이 만들어진 공간이라고 할 수 있다. 이러한 이유로 인해 항만배후지역의 거주환경은 과거부터 현재까지 매우 열악한 실정이며, 최근 항만공간의 기능 변화에 따라 재개발 되는 사례가 늘고 있는 실정이다. 하지만 국내 항만공간 개발은 항만공간에만 국한되어 있으며 여전히 항만 배후지역의 거주환경 개선에 대한 대비는 미비한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구를 통해 항만배후지역의 거주환경 개선을 위한 도시재생 시나리오 도출을 위하여 항만 배후지역의 쇠퇴정도를 진단, 분석하였다. 이후 쇠퇴화가 진행되고 있는 항만 배후지역의 거주성 향상을 위한 도시재생 요소를 도출하고, 각 요소가 적용된 시나리오를 구축하였다.

  • This study aims at advancing waterfront of Pusan Port and attempting to establish an identity through studying characteristics of place in Pusan Port. The place is consisted of two elements ; orientation and identity, which is expressed clearly the environmental totality including the character and space. The urban waterfront is also one of the place pattern, and that is consist of land area, water area, and transit zone combining two areas. Although there are a lot of primary factors to be able to make the most of the character and identity in Pusan port, badly planned development prevents the plan promoting the sense of place in urban waterfront. The point in the waterfront development plan of Pusan Port is how to secure aminities based on Identity and Orientation; node, landmark, edge, path, district. The result of this study is for planners to develop more and systematic approaches which could utilize waterfront.
