With the development and spread of smart devices, the proportion of mobile shopping is gradually increasing, and the market for mobile gift certificates is also increasing. This study examines the usage status and acceptance attitude of mobile gift certificates for university students who are major customers of mobile gift certificates. Also, based on the extended integrated technology acceptance model (UTAUT2), the results of the analysis of the mediating effect of the intention of the user on the relationship between acceptance of mobile vouchers and recommendation intention were presented. As a result of the analysis, it was shown that the effort expectation, hedonic motivation, price utility, and habit had significant influence on the intention to use the mobile gift certificates. Also, the intention to use mobile gift certificates has mediating effects between effort expectation, hedonic motivation, price utility and recommendation intention. The results of this study can be applied to strategic marketing such as recruitment of new customers through mobile gift certificates while explaining customers' acceptance of technology to mobile gift vouchers or future prospective customers.
In this paper, the purpose of this paper is to lay the foundation for the search system by using and building an online search engine suitable for the search domain and enabling search, conversion, integration and sharing of information. It is to use the ontology to infer hierarchical relationships, deduce objects based on that layer, and extract attributes to search areas that are relevant to the data that the user wants. In order to search for information in this way, the information search system was implemented by entering key words related to 'qualifications'. The implemented system arranged the meaning and relationship of each attribute online so that the general public can search information quickly, easily, and accurately. In addition, the implementation results were compared with two different search engines. Comparable search engines are Naver and Daum, the two major search engines. The search engine of this study, which was built using an ontology suitable for the search domain to perform searches using the semantic web, was evaluated to have excellent results. However, it is thought that a more formalized online location is necessary to increase the accuracy and reliability of search engines and to include more comprehensive categories of search terms.
The purpose of this study was to understand educational changes and effects of cognitive behavioral art therapy using the smart device. The participant of the study was a 4th grade of male elementary school student who had aggressiveness and impulsiveness with emotional instability. The study was conducted one to two times a week for six months with a total of 30 educational sessions. Among 80 minutes per session, 60 minutes of art therapy and 20 minutes of cognitive behavioral therapy were applied, and during the sessions, cognitive action art therapy (drawing and shaping activities), cognitive restructuring, behavioral modification, systemic dullness, social skills training, empathy and landscaping training were applied. For the numeral assessment, Traffic Anxiety Inventory for Children (TAIC), Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI) and emotional instability measures were used. Research showed that cognitive behavioral art therapy using smart devices had the effect of positive emotional change in children with emotional anxiety, and based on this, future development directions including systematic instructional design, scientific analysis and feedback technologies were discussed.

Electrical energy is an essential component in present societies, which is an important basis for our technological society. In the design of new power infrastructure, it is important to consider the psychological aspects of how our culture considers and aspects its development as an integral component of the community environment. The construction of new high voltage overhead transmission lines has become a controversial issue for public policy of government due to social opposition. The members of community are concerned about how these power lines may have an impact on their lives, basically caused by their effects on health and safety. The landscape and visual impact is one of the most impact that can be easily perceived for local community. The computer 3D simulation of new landscape is illustrated by a real life use corresponding to the selection of the power line route with least observability for local community. This paper used ArcGIS(geographic information system tool) for planning, survey, basic route and detailed route, route for implementation of transmission line corridor. Also, the paper showed the map of natural environment, living environment, safety and altitude using database of power line corridor, and transmission siting model was developed by this study. The suggested landscape of computer simulation with lowest visibility on a power line zone can contribute to reducing oppositions of local community and accelerating the construction of new power lines.
Purpose: In beauty industry, service quality is very critical, because it impacts on the customer's positive attitude and behavior to the beauty salon or beauty brand. Thus, this research examines the effects of service attributes on customer satisfaction and loyalty in beauty salon. This research suggests the guidelines for how beauty salons should manage their physical environment, price policy, professional skills, and employees that improve management and business performance. Research design, data, and methodology: This study examines the structural relationship between service attributes, customer satisfaction, and loyalty. Service attributes divide into four sub-dimensions such as servicescape, price service, technical service, and employee service. In order to test the purposes of this research, research model and hypotheses were developed. All constructs were measured with multiple items developed and examined in previous studies. A total of 160 questionnaires were distributed and collected, and 150 were used for analysis except 10 that were unresponsive or unfaithful. The data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 and SmartPLS 3.0 statistical package program. Result: The results of this research are as follows. First, all sub-dimensions of service attributes such as servicescape, price service, technical service, and employee service have significant positive impacts on satisfaction. Second, customer satisfaction have significant impact on loyalty. Conclusions: This study suggests an integrated model of the relationship that the characteristics of beauty salon service attributes affect customer loyalty through satisfaction, and suggests how to manage and allocate limited resources in the beauty industry. The findings of this research indicate that the level of customer satisfaction is shown to be increased by servicescape, technical characteristics, value of money, and human attributes. Thus, beauty salon management should focus on the relationship with their customers how to improve customer loyalty through satisfaction. The quality of beauty service influences customer's attitudes and behaviors toward beauty salon. Considering the beauty business, where the quality and customer satisfaction of beauty services are determined by the hairdresser's beauty skills,, the beauty salons must find ways to improve their skills and new trend of hair style. If beauty salon customers perceive the high quality of beauty service, they revisit beauty salon and recommend it to others.
We investigate empirically the impact of IT exploration & exploitation capability and operational capability upon organizational agility, especially small and medium sized firms in the logistics industry in South Korea. Based on literature on the bilateral relationship between organizational agility and IT capability, we follow the established research model and propose hypotheses. This work takes an empirical methodology to test the hypotheses: design survey questionnaires, collect data, test reliability and validity of data, and finally test the hypotheses. Our results based on the data collected in 2018 present that IT exploration & exploitation capability significantly increases operational capability, and operational capability increases organizational agility. We find our contribution in updating previous research findings with recent data and in expanding the domain of research more specifically into small and medium sized firms in logistics industry in South Korea. Practically our work suggests that managers and policy makers should consider both fostering newly emerging IT exploration and existing IT resource exploitation capability in order to enhance organizational agility of those small and medium sized firms in logistics industry.

The Domestic Construction Industry is in the process of changing from a one-sided production method centered on the contractor to a production method in which the order and the contractor can collaborate. Depending on the delivery method, the bid/success method, the contract method, and the degree of business involvement of the order may also vary. In this thesis, in order to introduce 'Construction Management at Risk' suitable for the domestic environment, domestic and foreign institutional analysis, bid process analysis, contract fulfillment and management analysis, post management analysis, and related laws and regulations for legalization In order to suggest a plan for the efficient operation of the system, a system and case analysis of domestic and international construction responsibility type construction project management was conducted. 'Construction Responsible Construction Project Management' defined in the Framework Act on the Construction Industry is divided into the main contract transfer contract, which is a service contract performing pre-con work, and the main contract, which is construction project management and construction contract. Therefore 'Construction Management at Risk' should be regarded as one of the ordering methods rather than a successful bid system, as in the case of overseas, and legalization as a bidding system equivalent to design/construction batch bid and technology proposal is necessary for introduction. In order to introduce 'Construction Management at Risk' suitable for the domestic environment, domestic and foreign institutional analysis, bidding process analysis, contract fulfillment and management analysis, and follow-up management analysis are conducted. A method for efficient operation was suggested so that it can be applied in the domestic market while maintaining the original merits of this system.
This study was attempted to identify the difference between nursing competencies and major satisfaction before and after the first clinical practice of nursing college students and use it as basic data for efficient clinical practice education. Data collection by single group pre- and post-design was conducted from February 18 to April 23, 2019 for 201 nursing college students before and after clinical practice for 8 weeks. The collected data were analyzed by frequency, paried t-test, and Pearson's Correlation, Multiple Regression using SPSS/Win 23.0. As a result of the study, Nursing competency increased after the first clinical practice than before, but it was not significant(t=-1.73, p=.084). Among the sub-factors of nursing competency, educational ability(t=-1.97, p=.050) and ethical practical ability(t=-209, p=.038) was found to increase significantly. Major satisfaction was significantly increased after clinical practice than before(t=-2.45, p=.015). After clinical practice, it was found that general satisfaction, relationship satisfaction, and recognition satisfaction which are sub-factors of major satisfaction, had a positive correlation with nursing competency. As a result of analyzing the impact on nursing competency, it was found that recognition satisfaction explains nursing competency as 9.9%. Therefore, it is necessary to reorganize the clinical practice curriculum that can improve nursing competency, develop a program that can improve major satisfaction, and verify the effectiveness.
The purpose of this study is to present the effect of differences in individual coping and organizational homogeneity culture on information security compliance from an exploratory perspective. The study divided groups into individual coping (task-oriented, emotion-oriented) and organizational homogeneity culture (homogeneity, heterogeneity), confirms the difference in information security for each group through cross-design and presents a multiple mediation model between information security factors. As a result of the study, in the coping dimension, the average of the security compliance factors was higher in the emotion-oriented than the task-oriented, and in the homogeneity culture dimension, the average of the security compliance factors was higher in the homogeneity than the heterogeneity. Additionally, social influence and involvement had a multiple mediation effect on the relationship between information security awareness and compliance intention. The implications of this study were to confirm the difference in the effect of individual decision-making styles on security compliance according to the organizational culture differences. The results suggest the necessity of applying a customized information security compliance model for each organization and individual characteristics.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of CSR on the managers' compensation-performance sensitivity, and to determine whether there are differences in this relationship as the governance structure is more efficient. The sample for analysis was from KOSPI-listed companies in 2011-2017, and regression analysis was performed to confirm the relevance. The results are as follows: First, in CSR company, there was a negative relationship for managers' compensation-accounting performance sensitivity and a positive relationship for managers' compensation-stock performance sensitivity. Second, CSR and the managers' compensation-performance sensitivity vary depending on the type of corporate governance. In CSR companies, when the corporate governance is effective, the managerial compensation system generally complements each other. These results suggest that there is a need to design an effective manager's compensation system within the company in order to induce managers' decision-making in the direction of increasing shareholder profits in a long-term perspective in CSR companies. In addition, if we identify the relationship with the governance structure and reduce or improve the devices that overlap each other, it is believed that it will contribute to enhancing corporate value.
