In response to the development of IT technology in the 21st century and the advancement of the public human rights consciousness, it has become necessary to continuously evolve the office environments to support the changes of organizational structure and work methods of the police investigation departments. As a facility standard, continuous researches on standardized design space models and guidelines of the police investigation departments are needed. In respond to the organizational changes for the convenience of the working police investigators and the protection of the human rights of the visiting public, the environmental improvement projects for the office of the investigation department of the police stations are going on since 2014. In this study, analyzation and verification of the 3 cases of pilot projects for the improvement of police investigation departments would be done, based on the policy research project in 2014: 'the standard design direction of police officers for the protection of human rights and benefit of police investigation process.' The purpose of this study is, first of all, the actual situation survey for presenting the standard design space model and guidelines of investigation department of the police department. Secondly, the validation of the spatial model adequacy for for the past 3 years' case study of the police investigation department's environmental improvements by the application of standardized design space models and guidelines. The result of this study would be to enable the more effective police department investigation environment improvement policy by presenting the standard design space models and guidelines of the investigation departments of the police facilities.

In the textile industry located in Gyeonggi-do, 85% of small-sized firms have less than 10 employees; in addition, the most of them are characterized by a vendor relying specialization system that conducts foundry from the vendor that managed marketing, textile design development, and quality checks according to unit stream. The breakaway of these vendors accelerated over the last 7 years; however, industry survival is at stake because the specialization system and orders have collapsed. The following four main policies must be implemented to overcome industry hardship. Policies have been derived from survey and analysis (present condition and trends) from industrial statistics and related policies in advanced and developing countries. First, a policy to promote cooperation between small-sized foundry unit-streams. Second, unification of the marketing support function with a textile design and development support system. Third, the introduction of policy support-management system customized according to developmental stages (tall process${\rightarrow}$fabric production${\rightarrow}$sales${\rightarrow}$clothing production sales). Fourth, foundation of a control tower that puts these tasks in a vehicle and runs them and the division of roles with the central government. We must propel main tasks to manifest the developmental potential (develop eco-friend dyeing and processing technologies, change to the young next CEO in business environment, and grow the of knit market) of the Gyeonggi Textile Industry in a short period to present a condition where these four main policies are running.

Recently, due to the open architecture of the internet and wide spread of internet users, the cyber terror threatens to the network\`s weak point are tending grow. Until now, information security solutions are passive on security host and particular security system. This passive information security solution is weak from the attacks through the networks connected worldwide internet systems, and has limitation on the defense against cyber terror attacks. Therefore, network level integrated security function must be provided. In this paper, we consider technology limitations on the information security problems and its environment. Then we present the architecture and functions of policy-based information security services for network level active information security function. This paper also includes design of target system, which provide information security services. Finally, we discuss network level system deployment direction and discuss with Network Security Simulation.

School safety in Japan in the 21st century has been directly influenced by changes in school education policy. The purpose of Japanese school education is to nurture self-reliance, cooperation, and creative humanity by promoting 'zest for life'. Reflecting this, the purpose of school safety is to strengthen survival capabilities that students can overcome in any disaster situation. The main features of Japanese school safety are as follows: 1) to emphasize ability to survive; 2) to focus on school safety role in home and community; 3) to balance between school safety and school education; 4) to emphasize school safety education through experiential and active learning; 5) to pursue safer school facilities; 6) to focus on continuous improvement through PDCA(Plan-Do-Check-Act); 7) to spread the UN safe school model. This analysis and discussion on Japanese school safety will give meaningful implications to Korea's school safety which has recently undergone dramatic changes.

An enlarging a scale of logical domain organizing Internet, security policy association among entities become complicated. Establishment and control of security policies for each system is a hard problem to solve because of the environment and composite factors with variable properties. In this paper, to solve this actual problems, we orgainze a hierarchical structure of network and than we design the structure of database to apply security policies for secure communication. This enables efficient management of security data and association of security policy by using designed data structure between different domain in hierarchical structure with make secure communication possible.

This paper aims to design a simulation for path-finding of objects in a simulation or game environment using reinforcement learning techniques. The main feature of this study is that the objects in the simulation are trained to avoid obstacles at random locations generated on a given track and to automatically explore path to get items. To implement the simulation, ML Agents provided by Unity Game Engine were used, and a learning policy based on PPO (Proximal Policy Optimization) was established to form a reinforcement learning environment. Through the reinforcement learning-based simulation designed in this study, we were able to confirm that the object moves on the track by avoiding obstacles and exploring path to acquire items as it learns, by analyzing the simulation results and learning result graph.

This paper has done a study of Chinese-Korean cooperative multimedia design education. Sino-Korean school of multimedia was set up by Shanghai University of Engineering Science (SUES) and Korea Dongseo University in October 2002. We have created "3.5+0.5 Teaching Model". In this model, Chinese and Korea professors take courses together. Firstly, paper points our the Chinese government policy background of Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in running schools and the development of Chinese-Korean cooperative multimedia design education in SUES. Secondly, by analyzing the multimedia design industry to understand the Chinese multi-media design education. Thirdly, paper made in-depth studies for "3.5+0.5 Teaching Model" so as to draw the experience of successes and problems. Through analysis of "Questionnaires for students' learning and living conditions in Dongseo University in 2009" by spss 16.0, paper made a research of mode of "A semester studying in Korea". Finally, paper points out the development direction of Chinese-Korean cooperative multimedia design.

In recent years, China Digital Media Design related undergraduate education has developed into great dimensions while producing a lot of problems. Now cause of rapid development, Disciplinary Location, Training Objectives and Curriculum require study. Firstly, the paper points out the scope and general process of Digital Media Design through an analysis of properties of digital media industry. Secondly, the paper studies the current status of Digital Media Design-related undergraduate education from the policy of Chinese Ministry of Education and the practice of representative universities. Through questionnaire survey of Digital Media Designers from Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, the paper points out the problems of China Digital Media Design related undergraduate education. Finally, paper brings forward the right direction of new system of China Digital Media Design related undergraduate education.
