목 적: 본 연구에서는 자궁강 내 근접치료 시 ABS (American Brachytherapy Society)에서 권고한 H점(point H)을 이용한 치료계획을 수립해 보았고, 이를 A점(point A)에 처방한 치료계획과 비교하고자 한다. 대상 및 방법: 2010년 3월부터 2012년 1월까지 본원에 내원한 자궁경부암 환자 중 탄뎀(tandem)과 난형체(ovoid)를 이용해 고선량률 강내 근접치료(high dose rate intracavitary brachytherapy)를 시행한 103명을 대상으로 하였다. 치료계획은 Manchester System에 따라 A점, 방광 기준점, 직장 기준점을 지정하였고, ABS의 권고에 따라 H점을 지정하였다. 또한 임의로 S자 결장기준점과 질 기준점을 설정하였다. A점과 H점의 위치가 얼마나 차이가 나는지 살펴보았으며, H점에 100%의 선량을 처방하였을 때 A점에 들어가는 선량을 계산하였다. 그리고 A점과 H점에 각각 선량을 처방하였을 때 직장, 방광, S자 결장, 질 기준점에 들어가는 선량을 비교 분석하였다. 결 과: H점이 A점보다 미측에 있는 경우 A점의 상대선량은 기존의 A점이 아닌 H점에 처방하였을 때 더 적어지는 경향을 보였다. 방광 기준점과 직장 기준점, S자결장 기준점, 질 기준점에서의 상대선량은 H점이 두측에 있는 경우 H점에 처방하였을때의 선량이 A점에 처방하였을 때보다 크며, 미측에 있는 경우 더 적어지는 양상을 보였다. 결 론: H점이 A점보다 두측에 위치할수록 주변 장기의 흡수선량이 커지고, 미측에 위치할수록 주변 장기의 흡수선량이 적어지는 경향을 보였다. 그 선량 차이가 치료에 큰 영향을 미칠 정도는 아니지만, 두 치료계획에서의 선량 분포 및 주변 장기 흡수선량 차이가 크다면 두 점의 치료계획은 비교 또는 참고할 만한 가치가 있는 것으로 생각된다.

Mutations in codon 12, 13 and 61 of one of the three ras genes, H-ras, K-ras and N-ras, convert these genes into active oncogenes. The presence of H-ras gene mutations have important prognostic implications in various cancers. In this study, the H-ras gene mutations were investigated by two-step PCRRFLP in patients with bladder and stomach cancer. For the control experiments, T24 and SK2 cell lines were used. In a total of 36 bladder cancer patient cases, five (13.9%) mutations were found by this method. Of these, point 12 mutations were two (5.6%) cases and point 61 mutations were three (8.3%) cases. On the other hand, H-ras mutation was not found in 29 cases of stomach cancer. The results of the mutated H-ras gene confirmed by direct sequencing analysis were correlated well with PCR analysis. From the sensitivity test, the H-ras mutation was found to have about 0.2% of mutated DNA mingled in normal DNA. In conclusion, the H-ras mutation has a higher clinical Significance in bladder cancer than stomach cancer. Moreover the two-step PCR-RFLP method is sensitive, rapid and relatively simple for clinical work in detecting H-ras point mutations.

The solar cells should be operated at the maximum power point because its output characteristics are greatly fluctuate on the variations of insolation, temperature and loads. To obtain maximum power from solar cell, photovoltaic system cell power system usually requires maximum power point tracking controller. This paper propose Maximum power point tracking method using zero slope of differential value of maximum power. The power compare method traces to maximum power point rapidly but oscillate on the maximum power point largely, when quantity insolation variation is big. The power compare method is traces to maximum power point slowly but oscillate maximum point on the maximum power point smally, when quantity insolation variation is small. To solve two problem of the power compare method, designed zero slope of differential value of maximum power.

본 연구는 기준목 측정값과 입도분석자료, 풍향 및 풍속자료를 이용하여 안면도 할미섬 주변의 침식 및 퇴적환경 요인을 분석하였다. 할미섬 주변의 퇴적 및 침식환경 변화를 관찰하기 위해 할미섬 주변 12곳에 기준목을 설치하고 2010년 5월 16일부터 2012년 5월 8일까지 총 32회의 현장실측을 실시하였다. 현장실측 결과 H-3, H-4, H-5, H-9 지점은 퇴적환경이 우세한 것으로 나타났으며, H-7, H-8, H-10, H-11, H-12 지점은 침식환경이 우세한 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 H-2, H-6 지점은 침식과 퇴적이 반복적으로 나타나고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 이러한 결과는 할미섬의 남서측에 설치된 제방에 의해 해빈의 모래가 할미섬의 북동변으로 이동하지 못하고 이들 지점에 퇴적되었기 때문인 것으로 판단되며, 할미섬 전면의 비치리즈에서 모래를 공급받지 못한 북동측에서는 침식이 우세하게 진행된 것으로 판단된다. 즉 일반적으로 할미섬의 남서측에서는 퇴적이 우세한 반면 북동측에서는 침식이 우세한 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 북동측의 H-9 지점과 남서측의 H-12지점은 반대의 경향이 관찰되었는데, H-9 지점의 경우 할미섬에 연결된 사취의 끝단에 위치하고 있어 조류에 의한 퇴적물 공급이 가능했기 때문으로 분석되었다. 반면 사구에 위치한 H-12 지점은 측정기간이 짧아 침식원인에 대한 분석을 내리기가 어려웠다.

The main purpose is to study the effects of princess lines on different body types and to disguise any imperfection by using diverse princess lines. We separated testers body shapes into specific body types, H, Y by applying both the direct and the indirect measurements. These designs were evaluated by using the point ranking system method, and then average scores were obtained from these evaluations. Following are the results of the study: 1 These are the resulting illusion effects when the shoulder width of the Princess line was fixed. When the Princess line originated from 1/3 point of the armhole, body types Y appeared to show narrow waist width. A-line silhouette appeared to display the narrowest shoulder width. When the Princess line originated from 2/3 point of the armhole, body types H and Y appeared to exhibit narrowest waist widths, and the A-line silhouette once again displayed the narrowest shoulder width. When the Princess line originated from 1/2 point of the armhole, body type H appeared to exhibit narrow width; and H-line silhouette displayed the narrowest shoulder width 2. When the Princess lines waist w'4th was fixed in order to study illusion effects of waist widths. In this experiment, locations of Princess lines and widths of the skirt were varied. When the waist width was fixed at 6.5 cm, For the H body type, the Princess line location of 1/3 point of the armhole in H-line silhouette design exhibited the narrowest waist width. For the Y body type in A-line silhouette design, the Princess line locations of 1/3 and 1/2 points of the armhole exhibited the narrowest waist width because it displayed the hourglass effect. When the waist width was fixed at 10 cm, H body type did not exhibit any significant differences between designs. For Y body type, A-line silhouette design with the Princess line origination point at 1/3 down the armhole exhibited the narrowest waist width. 3. The illusion effects of the hip were studied by fixating the width of the skirt and varying the locations of Princess line and waist widths. In H-line skirt silhouette designs, all two body types exhibited narrow hips when the Princess line origination points were at 1/3 and 1/2 way down the armhole. For A-line skirt silhouette, H body type exhibited narrow hips when narrow waist design with the Princess line originating from 1/2 point in the shoulder was shown. Y body type exhibited narrow hips when narrow waist design with the Princess line originating from 1/3 point of the armhole and 2/3 point of the shoulder. 4. With both waist and skirt widths fixed, all two body types exhibited taller and slender postures when the Princess line originated from the shoulder compare to the armhole.

지시약 메틸레드 용액을 시료용액에 첨가하고 지시약의 산형의 최대흡수파장과 염기형의 최대 흡수파장 및 등흡광점에서 이 시료액 흡광도를 측정하였다. 이를 측정한 흡광도로부터 이 용액의 pH를 계산하였다. 등흡광점에서 흡광도 범위를 0.1내지 0.3으로 유지하고 시료용액의 pH가 $pK_I{\pm}1$내에서, pH측정오차는 ${\pm}$0.08pH 단위 이내이었다.

Let H be a separable complex H be a space and let (equation omitted)(H) be the *-algebra of all bounded linear operators on H. An operator T in (equation omitted)(H) is said to be p-hyponormal if ($T^{\ast}T)^p - (TT^{\ast})^{p}\geq$ 0 for 0 ＜ p ＜ 1. If p = 1, T is hyponormal and if p = $\frac{1}{2}$, T is semi-hyponormal. In this paper, by using a technique introduced by S. K. Berberian, we show that the approximate point spectrum $\sigma_{\alpha p}(T) of a pure p-hyponormal operator T is empty, and obtains the compact perturbation of T.

The single point bonding in underground transmission system can induce high voltage on the sheath when ground fault, lightning serge and switching serge occurs, at that time underground cable systems cannot offer a return path of fault current. Accordingly if fault current, which cannot return to ground, flows at the single point bonding, high voltage can be induced in SVL and that voltage can cause aging and breakdown of SVL. Therefore this paper study on the effect of parallel ground conductor at the single point bonding when ground fault and lightning serge occurs by using ATPDraw.

In this work, we establish common fixed point results by utilizing a variant of F-contraction in the framework of C^*-algebra valued metric spaces. We utilize E.A. and C.L.R. property possessed by the mappings to prove common fixed point results in the same metric settings. To validate the applicability of these common fixed point results, we provide illustrative examples too.
