  • This research has implemented the new game to develop the platform driving type that we contact frequently in mobile game market. We produced the prototype, 'Milky Wavy', for it. This game conduct to avoid the hole in the bottom in map that it splits or rotates, gain the coin, and take points. This game is controled to many characters in both hands. We focus to play that many balls can be moved simultaneously in the consideration of the principle physical laws. This research suggests the method to manufacture multi-driving platform game to control many characters at the same time.

  • This study examined the role of enjoyment in the relationship between perceived auditory feedback (PAF), which provides information about the situation during game play, and user experience factors. 100 undergraduates played a mobile game, 'Classy Royale' and took a survey about their user experience. As a result of analyzing the available data from 98 participants, PROCESS MACRO showed that PAF was positively associated with enjoyment, immersion, and intention to use; enjoyment mediated the effects of PAF on immersion and intention. These results can help game research and development regarding the functional value of audio factors.

  • The purpose of this study is to help preschool children in the interface design of educational game APP at the psychological level. The conceptual model is constructed through the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to explore the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use when children are playing educational game APP. The empirical study was conducted in the form of questionnaires collected after children used game. The research subjects were 3-6 years old children, and the research tool was the game app. Data collection under the guidance of their parents. The research shows that children educational game experience elements can effectively increase preschool children's psychological perception of educational games. Perceived ease of use also increases trust in educational games for children. The results were as follows: 1. Cronbach's Alpha and KMO were 0.969 and 0.955, and the P value was significant, which passed the reliability and validity test. 2. Through confirmatory factor analysis (Model fit index, Composite reliability, discriminant validity), we found that user experience is closely related to perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. 3. The path analysis of the relationship proves that perceived ease of use play a key role in trusting preschool children educational game APP.

  • The goal is to implement AI using reinforcement learning, which replaces the less favored Supporter in MOBA games. ML_Agent implements game rules, environment, observation information, rewards, and punishment. The experiment was divided into P and C group. Experiments were conducted to compare the cumulative compensation values and the number of deaths to draw conclusions. In group C, the mean cumulative compensation value was 3.3 higher than that in group P, and the total mean number of deaths was 3.15 lower. performed cooperative play to minimize death and maximize rewards was confirmed.

  • Mobile games have emerged as the most innovative entertainment technology, adding new revenue streams, taking advantage of the potential of wireless applications and service offerings. Mobile games, as well as PC games, Video games and online games, offer a unique value for users in providing an exciting digital experience in virtual worlds. The overall trend for mobile games is towards bigger, more colorful, more involving and exciting contents, which might build upon the developing capabilities of mobile phones and networks, in order to bring new styles, concepts and experiences of game play to the users. In this paper, we investigate the factors influencing the usage and acceptance of the mobile games, based on the extended version of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Based on data collected from online survey, we show that perceived usefulness, ease of use are the major determinants for mobile game users to play games. Four factors, including ease of use, self-expressiveness, visibility, and innovativeness are empirically shown to determine the level of perceived usefulness; additionally, innovativeness and facilitating conditions are shown to directly affect ease of use. Based upon the statistical results, some useful guidelines for game development and market penetration strategies are also provided.

  • In a game called red and black, you can stake any amount is in your possession. Suppose your goal is 1 and your current fortune is $f$, with 0$p$ and lose your stake with probability, $q$=1-$p$. In this paper, we consider optimum strategies for this game with the value of $p$ less than $^1/_2$ where the house has the advantage over the player, and with the value of $p$ greater than $^1/_2$ where the player has the advantage over the house. The optimum strategy at any $f$ when $p$<$^1/_2$ is to play boldly, which is to bet as much as you can. The optimum strategy when $p$>$^1/_2$ is to bet $f\cdot\alpha$with $\alpha$, a sufficiently small number between 0 and 1.

  • This study aims to evaluate smartphone gaming controllers. Diffusion of smartphone makes its users to play smartphone games in ease and comfort and its built-in sensors deliver new gaming experience to the users. Based on the concept how the controller system is important, the current research also implies the importance of customizing service which gives users a selection to deploy a controller. To explore the interaction effect of controllers and customizing on interactivity, flow, usability, attitude, and intention, the research constructs 3(gyroscope, wheel, and button controllers) by 2(default and customizing setting) experimental design and forty college students played Gameloft's Asphalt 8: Airborne in a within subject design. The results showed that interaction effect and customizing main effect were not found, but controller main effect was statistically significant. Button controller is superior to those other two in more detail. It implies that it is still not useful to play new types of gaming controller, and a customizing service. It suggests that smartphone games should more focus on improving optimal user experience with built-in sensor controllers.

  • Based on the 10 week filial therapy model developed by Landreth (1991) for parents in lower income families, this study used the pre- and post- test model applied to an experimental group of 9 individuals. The program was implemented in three hour sessions, once a week for eight weeks. T-tests were performed following the therapeutic program. Results were that all four subcategories of parent's acceptance capability (respect for children's emotion and emotional expression management, understanding of children's unique temperament, understanding of children's desire for autonomy, and unconditional love for children) showed statistically significant differences between the pre- and post- tests (p< .001). Differences between the pre- and post test on parents' stress approached significance.
