As the Internet business is expanding rapidly, companies began to realize that relationship profitable partners is a key to long-term profitability, efforts to foster better Partner Relationship management became an important focus of companies. Reliability assurance problem is an important issue in advanced company with good R&D capacity. In Korea, long-term and large-scale project for reliability improvement and certification have been conducted from 2000, 4 years ago. Generally, assurance is composed of system assurance and lot assurance. For reliability lot assurance. it is prerequisite to development reliability sampling plan with time-saving and minimum cost. In this paper, we aim to investigate previous study on reliability lot assurance focused on reliability sampling plans and propose some suggestions for the future study.

The general formulas of the operating characteristic(OC) function, average sample number(ASN) and average outgoing quality(AOQ) for the modified n-level skip-lot sampling plan(MMSkSP2) were derived using Markov chain properties by Cho(2008). In this paper, the OC curve, ASN and AOQ of a reference plan, modified two-level, three-level and five-level skip-lot sampling plans are compared.

This paper is to introduce attribute acceptance sampling plan based on statistical inference of binomial proportions such as PPM or PPB. In addition, this paper presents three variable sampling acceptance sampling plans based on $C_{pm},\;C_{pmk}$, and Taguchi's loss function. Producers are able to consider as not only external vendors but also internal customers.

Is this paper the selection of a set of process plans is considered for a flexible manufacturing systems. This problem arises in the metal working industry when numerical controlled(N/C) machines are used to manufacture parts. In this paper a new concept to reduce the size of problem is proposed. A corresponding Integer programming model is formulated. The model formulated is to minimize corresponding manufacturing cost and minimize the number of tools and auxiliary devices such as fixtures, grippers, and feeders.

The history of the church is becoming 100 years in Korea and it is great growth in both quality and quantity with relatively a short history. But, recently church architecture is without respect to environmental plan because of considering only a quantitative growth. Consequently, the purpose of this study is to analyze the church of floor plans and environment elements of which is built recently or will be built and presents to the fundamental data for church architecture in Korea.

This paper describes the role of TQC and its present issues as a management tool, especially in regard of Korean firm's environment. The author, participating in TQC activity for himself, stresses that the introduction and driving programs of TQC activity must include such plans as policy control, reorganization, training, standardization, quality assurance, QC circle activity, office management and auditing. The keypoints and problems in performing these plans are reviewed. And as the future hopeful direction of TQC activity, he remarks that a true recognition of quality control as a management tool in "total" concept and the adoption of industry - wide quality control policy.

This study discusses the performance evaluation of queueing network methodologies as used for the planning of FMS production systems. The possibility of applications and utilities of queueing network models is investigated for FMS producton plans. Experimental results by queueing network models such as CAN-Q, MVAQ and results by detailed simulation models written in SIMAN are compared and some propositions are presented based on the results of the experiments.

Standard acceptance sampling plans models the production pricess as a sequence of independent identically distributed Beruoulli random variables. However, the quality of items sampled sequentially from an ongoing production process of ten exhibits statistical dependency that is not accounted for in standard acceptance sampling plans. In this paper, a dependent production process is modelled as an ARMA process and as a two-state Markov chain. A simulation study of each is performed. A comparison of the probability of acceptance is done for the simulation method and for the approximation method.
