ㄷ자형 초등학교의 비상구를 중심으로 한 정량적 배치방법 (Systematic Emergency Exit Planning Method in School Design)

  • This study examined emergency exit location with the most representing school floor type with a mathematical model that applied optimized algorithm in the field of engineering. Recent school buildings became much more diverse in floor planning than the old days. Nevertheless, architect's approach to building prevention against fire related emergency planning still relies on an personal experience and knowledge. Therefore, since school buildings are much more likely to be exposed to any fire related events, emergency exit planning has to be seriously evaluated with a scientific method. The algorithm, which acquires the number of persons in each spatial type(node) and the minimum physical distance between spatial types(arc), can propose the most optimized emergency exit locations. Consequently, this study compared an architect's fire exit planning with the scientific outcome of this study and suggested the most reliable emergency exit locations.

Virtual Tangential Vector와 퍼지 제어를 이용한 준 3차원 경로계획 (Semi-3D Path Planning using Virtual Tangential Vector and Fuzzy Control)

  • In this paper, a hybrid semi-3D path planning algorithm combining Virtual Tangential Vector(VTV) and fuzzy control is proposed. 3D dynamic environmental factors are reflected to the 2D path planning model, VTV. As a result, the robot can control direction from 2D path planning algorithm VTV and speed as well depending on the fuzzy inputs such as the distance between the robot and obstacle, roughness and slope. Performances and feasibilities of the suggested method are demonstrated by using Matlab simulations. Simulation results show that fuzzy rules and obstacle avoidance methods are working properly toward virtual 3D environments. The proposed hybrid semi-3D path planning is expected to be well applicable to a real life environment, considering its simplicity and realistic nature of the dynamic factors included.

Hatch를 고려한 컨테이너 터미널 적재순서 최적화 연구 (A Study on the Optimization of Stowage Planning for Container Terminal Considered by Hatch)

  • The shipping plan for an efficient augmentation of terminal is NP-hard problem which is subordinate to a shipping quantity. The load location problem and stowage planning problem are two important tactical problems for the efficient operations of container terminals. This paper is concerned with reduction of feasible region in constraints for stowage planning. After designing model which minimizes the number of shifting and the travel distance of the transfer crane, the simulated annealing algorithm is employed to search optimal solution quickly and accurately. In order to apply more realistic approach, the partial restriction through adding hatch is complemented to stowage planning decision problem applied in cluster. A variety of numerical experiments demonstrated that solutions by simulated annealing algorithm are useful and applicable in practice.

  • 국방 기술기획은 미래 국방목표 달성을 위한 중 장기적 핵심기술을 식별하고, 향후 연구개발을 위한 전략을 제시한다. 향후 수출주도형 방위산업을 육성하기 위해서는 무기체계 중심의 기술지향형 기술기획에서 시장지향성 연구개발로 기획 패러다임을 전환하여야 한다. 본 논문은 현재 국방기술품질원에서 추진 중인 '사전 기술기획'을 전략적으로 지원하기 위해 연구되었다. 연구내용은 국방 R&D 기획과 시장지향성의 선행연구 자료조사, 세계 방산시장 분석 현황 및 시장성 분석, 무기체계 시장성 평가모델과 공격용 무인기 사례 분석으로 시장매력도 등을 평가하여 시장 개척방안, 장비 경쟁력 제고 방안 등을 도출하였다. 연구된 무기체계 시장성 평가모델은 소요요청 계획 수립 및 검증 시 사업추진 우선순위 등에서 의사결정을 위한 합리적인 기준요소로서 유용한 참조자료가 될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 특히 향후 이러한 마케팅 관점의 시장지향성 국방 R&D 기획 프로세스가 제도적으로 정립된다면 기획 단계부터 장비별 맞춤형 수출전략을 수립하고, 체계적으로 마케팅을 지원하기 위한 전략적 접근이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

CA기법과 WSM-AHP 간편법을 이용한 도시확산의 결정론적 최적 모의 (Deterministic Optimal Simulation of Spatial Growth Form for Urbanized Area Using CA Model and Simplified WSM-AHP Techniques)

  • This study aims to analyze the sensitivity of WSM(weighted scenario method)-AHP method according to variation of nonlinear exponent for accessibility criteria, which are used to make urbanization potential maps with the optimal weighting value for multiple criteria in grid-based GIS technique. Besides this study tried to develop WSM-AHP2 which is simplified by using rank of the potential value for each scenario. The two methods were applied to the test area, Suwon city located south area of Seoul, with time series land-use maps of 1986 and 1996. The evaluation system of urbanization potential have 7 criteria including 6 accessibility criteria. The results of WSM-AHP2, the optimal weighting values and their corresponding potential maps, have almost similar with those of WSM-AHP. In the application of CA(cellular automata) model for expansion of urbanized area using the three potential maps by WSM-AHP, WSM-AHP2, and specialists's AHP evaluation, it also showed that the accuracy of simulation for actual urban area is the highest in the potential map of WSM-AHP, followed by WSM-AHP2 and specialists's AHP evaluation. From the results of this study, WSM-AHP and simplified WSM-AHP2 will be used to generate the optimal potential maps for land-use planning in urban fringe area.

  • 본 논문에서는 스포츠 이벤트에서 선수단 수송 계획을 위한 혼합 정수 선형 계획법 모델을 제안하였다. 선수단 수송 계획은 선수단을 다수의 숙소에서 경기장까지 최소의 비용과 빠른 시간 계획을 찾는 것이다. 운행 회수를 의사결정 변수로 하고, 전체 수송비용은 최소가 되어야 하는 목적함수가 된다. 제안한 방법은 혼합 정수 선형 계획법을 이용하여 전역 최적점을 찾을 수 있는 장점이 있다. 제안한 방식의 유용성을 확인하기 위해서 시뮬레이션을 수행하고 스포츠 이벤트 관리 서비스 플랫폼(SEMSP)에서 수송 계획을 구축하였다.

  • Recently, the computer software technology is not keeping pace with the increasing demand of application software development and rapid changes in business environment. To overcome this "software crisis", many researchers have studied the methodologies to improve the productivity in software development and the flexibility of software usage. Among these methodologies, the most promising and intensively studied methodology is the Object-Oriented Approach The purpose of this study is, therefore, to examine the applicability of the Object-Oriented Approach for improving productivity and flexibility in Management Information Systems development. For an application, we selected a financial planning model, especially focusing on the budgeted income statement. In this thesis, we identified relevent objects in the budgeted income statement, and represented them in the object models. By implementing these object models using C++ language, we evaluated their adaptability in the budget-making process, and showed, by comparing them with the existing Planning '||'&'||' Modeling Languages such as IFPS(Interactive Financial Planning Saystem), their practicability in Management Information Systems. The results of this study are as follows: First, the same object models can be used in making the budgeted income statement both in the department level and in the corporate level. Second, the object models provide the flexibility and extensibility of an application program in case of the changes in business environment. Third, the Object-Oriented Approach is a practical methodology to improve the productivity and cut down the maintenance cost of application software development.t.

  • An Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) is a powered pilotless aircraft, which is controlled remotely or autonomously. UAVs are an attractive alternative for many scientific and military organizations. UAVs can perform operations that are considered to be risky or uninhabitable for humans. UAVs are currently employed in many military missions and a number of civilian applications. For accomplishing the UAV's missions, guarantee of survivability should be preceded. The main objective of this study is to suggest a mathematical programming model and a $A^*PS$_PGA (A-star with Post Smoothing_Parallel Genetic Algorithm) for Multiple UAVs's path planning to maximize survivability. A mathematical programming model is composed by using MRPP (Most Reliable Path Problem) and MTSP (Multiple Traveling Salesman Problem). After transforming MRPP into Shortest Path Problem (SPP),$A^*PS$_PGA applies a path planning for multiple UAVs.

  • For a systematic approach to rural settlement planning, socio-economic and land use potentialities were analysed in 10 villages("Ri", the lowest-order administrative unit in Korea)of Izuk-myun, Anseong-gun, Kyeonggi province, the model area in this study. Socio-economic potentialities, sub-grouped into rural and urban related ones, were analysed by the principal component analysis technique, while land use potentialities by the land suitability system of which the physical analysis is based on geographical information system. The principal component of rurality is strongly related with 5 key variables such as annual increasing rate of farm households, ratio of over 1ha-households, ratio of full-time farmers, ratio of animal rearing households and the principal component of urbanity with 6 key ones such as population density, number of schools, number of shops and servicing facilities, number of daily bus routes, number of non-farm households, percentage of area of housing sites. The analysis procedure of land suitability using the geographical information system were generalized and the results of analysis on village sites and paddy and upland fields were presented. The whole land use planning was presented by the criteria of the land suitability rank and the priority order of land use. land use.

총괄계획을 위한 선형결정법과 탐색결정법에 관한 연구 (I) (A Study on the Linear Decision Rule and the Search Decision Rule for Aggregate Planning (I))

  • Aggregate planning coordinate the control variable over long-term to apply a demand variable and forcasting. In order to necessary the goal that doesn't make an inter-contradiction and explicitly defined. We made a considerable point of system approach for scheduling establishment. It include the control variables of aggregate planning : 1) employment 2) over time working and idle time 3) inventory 4) delivery delay S) subcontract 61 long - term facility capacity. Each variables composed of pure strategy as like a decision of inventory level, a change of employment level, etc. md alternative costs make a computation on the economic foundation. But the optimum alternative costs represent the mixed pure strategy. The faults of this method doesn't optimum guarantee a special scheduling as well as increasing a number of alternative combination. Theoretical, Linear Decision Rule make an including all variables, but it is almost impossible for this model to develope actually And also make use of the aggregate planning problem for developing system approach : LDR, heuristic model, Search Decision Rule, all kind of computers, simulation. But these models are very complex, each variables get an extremely inter-dependence. So this study be remained by theory level, some approach methods has not been brought the optimum solution to apply in every cases.
