어메니티 지향적 지방행정을 위한 정책평가모델의 개발 (Development of an Annual Expenditure Assessment Model for Amenity-oriented Policy-making in Rural Areas)

  • According to the growing concerns of the public with efficiency and effects of regional policies, their assessment works have become an important issue. Up to now, several studies have been carried out on economic effects of policies using conventional cost/benefit analysis, while there have been few studies on assessment of amenity oriented policies. From the above consideration, this study tried to develop An Annual Expenditure Assessment Model (AEAM) for amenity-oriented policy-making in rural area. As a pre-work for model development, the hierarchical indices system for rural development and the classification system of expenditure were designed. Being based on high significant relationship between rural amenities and local government expenditure, a linear optimization model for maximization of regional amenity was constructed. Through a case study of Sunchang-gun, Chonbuk-province, the model applicability was ascertained.

A Network Capacity Model for Multimodal Freight Transportation Systems

  • This paper presents a network capacity model that can be used as an analytical tool for strategic planning and resource allocation for multimodal transportation systems. In the context of freight transportation, the multimodal network capacity problem (MNCP) is formulated as a mathematical model of nonlinear bi-level optimization problem. Given network configuration and freight demand for multiple origin-destination pairs, the MNCP model is designed to determine the maximum flow that the network can accommodate. To solve the MNCP, a heuristic solution algorithm is developed on the basis of a linear approximation method. A hypothetical exercise shows that the MNCP model and solution algorithm can be successfully implemented and applied to not only estimate the capacity of multimodal network, but also to identify the capacity gaps over all individual facilities in the network, including intermodal facilities. Transportation agencies and planners would benefit from the MNCP model in identifying investment priorities and thus developing sustainable transportation systems in a manner that considers all feasible modes as well as low-cost capacity improvements.

시간효과를 반영한 통행발생모형 개발 (The Trip Generation Models with Time-effects)

  • 우리 시간의 흐름에 따라 사회 경제 구조, 생활양식 등 여러 요소가 변하면서 사람들의 통행목적과 통행행태도 변하게 된다. 하지만 기존의 통행발생모형은 장래 수요예측 시 기준연도에 추정된 parameter 값이 장래에도 동일하기 때문에 시간과 통행행태의 변화를 반영할 수 없는 문제점을 안고 있다. 이러한 문제를 개선하기 위하여 시간변화를 반영한 통행발생모형을 개발하였다. 가구통행실태조사는 특정 시점의 통행특성을 조사한 횡단면 자료이지만 그동안의 3번의 조사를 통해 시계열적 측면이 보완되었고, 조사자료를 기초로 하여 행정동을 기준으로 OD를 구축하기 때문에 이를 하나의 패널로 설정하여 패널분석을 수행할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 1996년부터 2006년까지 조사된 가구통행실태조사자료 및 전수화 OD, 각 기준연도의 사회경제지표를 이용하여 패널분석을 통해 통행발생모형을 개발하였다. 분석 결과 시간이 지나면서 유의한 시간효과가 나타났다. 학원통행의 경우에는 시간이 지날수록 인구당 통행발생량이 증가하는 시간효과의 패턴이 나타났고, 쇼핑통행의 경우에는 감소하는 시간효과의 패턴이 나타났다.

New bimaxillary orthognathic surgery planning and model surgery based on the concept of six degrees of freedom

  • The aim of this paper was to propose a new method of bimaxillary orthognathic surgery planning and model surgery based on the concept of 6 degrees of freedom (DOF). A 22-year-old man with Class III malocclusion was referred to our clinic with complaints of facial deformity and chewing difficulty. To correct a prognathic mandible, facial asymmetry, flat occlusal plane angle, labioversion of the maxillary central incisors, and concavity of the facial profile, bimaxillary orthognathic surgery was planned. After preoperative orthodontic treatment, surgical planning based on the concept of 6 DOF was performed on a surgical treatment objective drawing, and a Jeon's model surgery chart (JMSC) was prepared. Model surgery was performed with Jeon's orthognathic surgery simulator (JOSS) using the JMSC, and an interim wafer was fabricated. Le Fort I osteotomy, bilateral sagittal split ramus osteotomy, and malar augmentation were performed. The patient received lateral cephalometric and posteroanterior cephalometric analysis in postretention for 1 year. The follow-up results were determined to be satisfactory, and skeletal relapse did not occur after 1.5 years of surgery. When maxillary and mandibular models are considered as rigid bodies, and their state of motion is described in a quantitative manner based on 6 DOF, sharing of exact information on locational movement in 3-dimensional space is possible. The use of JMSC and JOSS will actualize accurate communication and performance of model surgery among clinicians based on objective measurements.

  • 인터넷의 발달은 통신 기술에 커다란 변화를 요구하고 있다. 특히 공중전화망(PSTN: Public Switched Telephone Network)은 장기적으로 인터넷으로 흡수 통합되고, 현재는 이들간의 연동이 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 이처럼 인터넷에서의 전화 서비스는 인터넷 응용 서비스 중 가장 활용 가치가 높고, 기대를 모으고 있는 서비스이다. 그러나 높은 기대와 적은 서비스 이용료에도 불구하고 인터넷 전화 서비스의 보급이 부진한 이유는 낮은 서비스 품질에 있다. 지금까지 VoIP(Voice over IP) 서비스 품질 평가를 위해 송수신되는 음성에 기반 한 다수의 통화 품질 측정 알고리즘들이 사용되어 왔지만, 이러한 알고리즘들은 음성 샘플에 따라 그 결과가 다르고, 일부 알고리즘은 음성 전송 경로의 네트워크 환경 요소를 반영하지 못하는 단점이 있다. E-모델은 이러한 알고리즘들의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 사용될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 VoIP 단말의 통화 품질은 물론, 음성 전송 경로의 네트워크 품질 손실 요소들을 체계적으로 분석할 수 있는 E-모델의 다양한 분석을 통해 인터넷 전화 사업자나 망 운용자의 VoIP 계획(planing)에 대한 가이드라인과 통화 품질 평가 방법 및 결과를 제시하고자 한다.

보건관리자의 ADDIE 모형 활용정도와 셀프 리더십이 직무성과에 미치는 영향 (Influence of the Educational Planning Model(ADDIE) Utilization and Self-Leadership on Work Performance among Occupational Health Managers)

  • Objectives: This study was conducted to examine the effect of the utilization of the educational planning model (ADDIE) and self-leadership of occupational health managers (OHM) on work performance. Methods: The sample of this study was 180 OHM with over six months of experience, who attended continuing education by the Korean Academic Society of Occupational Health Nursing. Data were collected from April to June 2019 and analyzed using frequency analysis, t-test, F-test, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis through SPSS Program Ver. 23. Results: According to the results of multiple regression analysis of the factors influencing the work performance of OHM, the model was significant and the explanatory power was 40%. Self-leadership (${\beta}=.45$, p=.001), utilization of the educational planning model (${\beta}=.20$, p<.005), and position (${\beta}=.16$, p=.024) were significant influence factors on work performance. Conclusions: To improve the work performance of OHM, a customized program needs to be developed that promotes the utilization ability of the educational planning model and a strategy of benchmarking high performers in the light of their positions. The improvement of the work performance of OHM will eventually make a contribution to the reduction of industrial disaster and occupational diseases.

  • 최근 국내외 무인기 시장이 급속도로 성장하고 UAM과 같은 도심 내 UAV 운용의 중요성이 증가함에 따라 UAV의 고장으로 인한 인명 및 재산 피해에 대한 안전 관리 및 규제 체계가 부각되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 안전한 UAM 비행 경로 계획을 위해 운용 지역의 위험을 평가하는 위험 비용 모델들을 비교 분석하고, 각 모델의 주요 한계점을 식별하여 향후 모델 개발 시 고려해야 할 사항들을 도출하였다. 본 연구는 UAM 운용의 안전성 향상을 위한 기초적인 모델을 제공함으로써, UAM 비행 경로 계획 관련 분야의 기술적 개선과 정책 결정에 중요한 기여를 할 것으로 기대된다.

A Process Planning System for Machining of Dies for Auto-Body Production-Operation Planning and NC Code Post-Processing

  • This paper presents a process and operation planning system and an NC code post-processor for effective machining of press dies for production of cars. Based on the machining feature, major parts of press dies are categorized into 15 groups and a standard process plan is defined for each group. The standard process plan consists of a series of processes where a process is defined as a group of operations that can be done with one setup. Details such as cutting tools, cutting conditions, and tool paths are decided at the operation planning stage. At the final stage of process and operation planning, the NC code post-processor adjusts feedrates along the tool path to reduce machining time while maintaining the quality. The adjustment rule is selected based on the machining load estimated by virtual machining.

  • In this paper we propose a distribution planning method aiming the use in the real-life situations. The assumed form of the distribution network is arborescence. At every node in the distribution network, orders are placed periodically. At each renewal of planning horizon, demand informations of periods in the horizon are updated. The objective of the problem is to minimize the total cost, which is the sum of holding and backorder costs of all sites during planning horizon. For such a situation, this study addressed an effective distribution plan when demands for demand-sites are provided for a given planning horizon.

  • Wien Automatic System Planning Package (WASP) which is used to draw out generation expansion planning applies Dynamic Programming in Korea power system panning. While this package has an advantage that computes annual capacity, it has a disadvantage that can't consider environmental constraints. With the effectuation of the Kyoto Protocol in February, 2005, it is expected that CO2 emission has a severe effect on Korean power system. Therefore, as the most important issue, the generation expansion planning considering environmental constraints is rising in power system. This paper develops a mathematic model including not only generation expansion planning but transmission planning and considering regional supply-demand and environmental constraints, especially CO2 emission, and verifies propriety through the case study.
