  • Interleaved 컨버터의 경우 전류 리플을 줄여 출력 필터의 사이즈를 줄이기 위해 많이 사용된다. 하지만 모듈간 소자값의 편차가 발생할 경우 전류 불평형을 초래하게 되며, 이는 리플저감효과를 감소시키거나 방열문제, 노화촉진, 그리고 오동작을 일으킬 가능성을 높이게 한다. 특히 공진형 컨버터의 경우 주파수 제어를 시도하기 때문에 Interleaving 기법을 적용하여 효용성을 얻기에는 제약이 많다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 소자값의 불일치로 인한 전류 불평형 문제를 해결하기 위해 위상천이변조 제어를 제안한다. 동작원리와 시스템에 대한 분석을 제시하고, 모의실험을 통해 타당성을 검증한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 비절연 고승압 소프트 스위칭 양방향 DC-DC 컨버터의 PWM Plus Phase Shift(PPS) 제어기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 컨버터는 기존의 하프브리지 양방향 컨버터의 2배의 승 강압비를 가지며 CCM에서 모든 스위치가 소프트스위칭을 성취한다. 또한, PPS 제어기법을 적용하여 스위치의 전압/전류정격을 최소화할 뿐 아니라 매끄러운 모드전환이 가능하다. 제안하는 양방향 컨버터의 3kW 시작품은 5.2배의 승 강압동작에서 최고효율 97.2%, 97.5%를 달성하였다.

  • This paper presents the Efficiency Characteristic of Three-Level Converter. Three-Level DC/DC Converter Presented in this paper is used a phase shift control with a flying capacitor in the primary side to achieve ZVS for the outer switch. This converter reduces the voltage stress across the main switch to half of input voltage. This paper analyses the loss of each component and the various losses for efficiency variation. The result of the analysis are verified using 3kW prototype.

  • A high-efficiency full-bridge DC-DC converter with a current-doubler rectifier and an asymmetric pulse-width modulation is proposed. Through the asymmetric pulse-width modulation, the proposed converter achieves zero-voltage switching of power switches without the circulating currents. The proposed converter reduces the output current ripple through the current-doubler rectifier. A control strategy is suggested for the proposed converter to charge battery banks. A constant current and constant voltage charging is performed. The proposed converter achieved a higher efficiency compared with the conventional full-bridge DC-DC converter with a phase-shift modulation. The performance of the proposed converter is evaluated by the experimental results for a 1.0 kW prototype circuit.

  • This paper presents the new method to recognize the 2D patterns dynamically by rotating the input patterns according to the difference vector. Generally neural network with many patterns leads to various recognition ratio. The dynamic management of input patterns means that we can move pixels to desired locations controlled by the difference vector. We divide dual neural network model into two parts at learning phase, respectively. And then we combine them to construct the total network. Our model has some good results such that it has less number of patterns and reduced learning time. At present, we only discuss the four way movement of input patterns. The research for the complex movement will be fulfilled later.

  • A simple method is proposed for determining the frequency response function G(j.omega.) of a system using a pair of characteristic M-sequences (maximum length linear feed back shift register sequence). When a characteristic M-sequence is sampled with q$_{1}$ and q$_{2}$ both of which are coprime with N, where N is the period of the M-sequence, the obtained pair of sequences have conjugate complex frequency spectrum. Making use of this fact, two charcteristic M-sequences having conjugate complex frequency spectrum are applied to a system to be measured. Since the magnitude of spectrium of M-sequence is known, the gain of G(j.omega.) is directly obtained from the Fourier transform of the system output. The phase of G(j.omega.) is obtained simply by taking the average of the two phases of output spectrum.

  • Low cost automatic welding machine is developed for the purpose of welding process automation of automobile parts with two dimensional welding joints. Developed gantry type machine is equipped with X, Y and roll axis stepping motors, and dirive units units are designed by two phase on drive scheme using shift registers. Control system is constructed by single board microcomputer of Z80A CPU, and also it is equipped with parallel input output ports and counter-timer chips. Linear and circular interpolation of welding head movement is accomplished by employing software digital differential analyzers. It has been shown that contour error of develped system is withi ${\pm}1.0mm$, meaning that the machine is suitable for CO2 arc welding process of automoble parts and is expected it's application to industry.

  • The paper proposes the coupled inductor rectifier of Three Level DC/DC converter CICDR-TL(Coupled Inductor Current Doubler Rectifier-Three Level) achieves Zero Voltage Switching (ZVS) for the switches in a wide load range and Zero Current Switching (ZCS) in a light load range. Advantages and disadvantages of this topology compared to the conventional Center Tapped TL Converter are discussed. Experimental evaluation results obtained on a 27V 60A DC/DC converter prototype for the 1.8kW 40kHz IGBT based experimental circuit.

  • This paper presents the ZVZCS(Zero- Voltage and Zero-Current-Switching) Full-Bridge converter using the secondary coupled inductor and auxiliary capacitor. The converter with phase-shift control is proposed to reduce the circulating loss in primary and the voltage stress in secondary side. Using a coupled winding of the output inductor, two auxiliary capacitors are generated to reset the primary current at circulating interval.
