A bibliographical study were designed under the purpose of the prevention and remedy in Dysentery, A boil, Syphilis, Pest and Pulmonary distoma by the Korean traditional sanitary customs and a superstition. The method of the Korean Traditional Folk Remedy used in this area was mainly food, which can be easily found around their house and easy to use.

온실에 발생하는 담배가루이 성충에 대한 LED 트랩의 시설재배지내의 이용 가능성을 평가하기 위해 white LED (450-625 nm) 및 yellow LED (590 nm) 트랩과 광원이 장착되지 않은 트랩을 이용하여 유인활성을 비교하였다. 광원별 일일 포획 밀도 변화는 yellow LED 트랩에서 가장 높은 유인활성을 나타내었으며, white LED 트랩 또한 유사한 개체수가 포획되었다. 그러나 대조구로 사용된 광원이 설치되지 않은 트랩의 경우 광원이 설치된 트랩보다 적은 개체수가 포획되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 white LED 및 yellow LED 트랩이 시설재배지내에서의 친환경적 해충방제법으로의 가능성을 보여주었다.

Leptoglossus occidentalis Heidemann, 1910 was newly recorded in Korea as a invasive species at Gyeongsangnam-do, Korea in 2010 and 2011. Leptoglossus Guerin-Meneville, 1831 is also newly recorded Coreid genus in Korea. The diagnostic shape is expanded leaf-like hind tibiae. The origin of this species is North America and it has been rapidly propagated around the world as a pest. This bug recognized as a pest on almost of Pinaceae plants and they suck on developing cones, so the monitoring on the present invasion of this species in Korea is urgent. It was presumed that the invasion of Leptoglossus occidentalis into Korea was before 2010 with present study.

북미지역에서 저장곡물해충으로 잘 알려진 거저리과의 북미쌀거저리[Cynaeus angustus (LeConte)]가 국내 여러 정미소에 발생하고 있음을 새롭게 보고하며, 이 미기록종에 대한 성충과 유충 사진 및 진단형질과 저장산물을 검역하는 과정에서 검출되는 거저리과 해충 17종에 대하여 도해 검색자료를 제공하였다.
