The quality growth of online education triggered by remote education platforms such as Coursera and edX has increased the demand for lifelong education through online platforms. In response, South Korea has also created various lifelong education support systems and sites in government agencies and local governments. Each support system and web sites created its own member information collection system. The systematic collection and utilization of learners' information requires an integrated member management system of each system. Therefore, the current status of member information collection of state-level lifelong education support systems was analyzed. Based on this, it distinguishes between member information that systems collect in common and information that they collect separately. It will help to bridge the items underlying the integrated membership framework.
This study investigates how experiences of domestic violence from fathers during childhood and adolescence have influenced the formation of one counselor's identity and the outcomes in their life. The research aims to explore how studying the life of this counselor can provide positive effects to other clients who have experienced domestic violence. The research methodology involves in-depth interviews and observations of the participants to understand the subjects, adopting a qualitative research approach based on counseling content. The research findings demonstrate that experiences of domestic violence during childhood and adolescence have had a significant impact on shaping an individual's identity and that through 'overcoming,' one can reconstruct a negative life of 'violence' into a positive life as a 'counselor.' Furthermore, these experiences have provided an opportunity for the individual to perceive themselves more objectively and to find meaning in personal growth and maturity throughout their life journey.

Purpose: This study aimed to develop an intentional rounding protocol to enhance the clinical competence of nursing students. Methods: An intentional rounding protocol for nursing students' clinical practice was developed following the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model. A convenient sampling method was used to select 23 junior year university nursing students during their clinical practice in adult nursing. The program evaluation included a quantitative assessment (communication and relationship efficacy, empathy, and patient safety competency) and focus group interviews. Results: The intentional rounding protocol focused on the 4Ps (pain, position, potty, and possessions) and encompassed aspects such as level of consciousness, pain management, personal care needs, intravenous injection, oxygen administration, nasogastric/nasoenteric tube care, maintenance of urine collection bags, and the identification of environmental fall risks. Nursing students performed intentional rounding at least twice a day. Following the implementation of this protocol, nursing students demonstrated a significant improvement in communication and interpersonal efficacy. The focus group interviews revealed four main themes: growth of human relationships, acquiring knowledge in and about the clinical field, becoming a nurse, and barriers in reality. Conclusion: The intentional rounding protocol has the potential to enhance nursing students' communication and interpersonal skills during clinical practice and to provide them with positive experiences in nursing clinical education. Therefore, it is recommended that this protocol be incorporated into nursing clinical practice education.
With the growth of blockchain and cryptocurrency-related markets, cryptocurrency exchanges are growing as a new industry. However, as the legal and regulatory definitions of cryptocurrencies are still in progress, unlike existing industrial groups, they are not under the supervision of regulatory agencies. As a result, users (i.e., cryptocurrency investors) have suffered two types of damage that could occur from hacking and other accidents on the exchanges. One type of the damage is the loss of assets caused by the extortion of personal information or account and the other is the damage from users who might be involved in external frauds. Both are analyzed in comparison with existing operators whose functions are like the exchanges. The results of this study show that membership (KYC: Know Your Client), log-in, and additional authentication in transactions are on the similar level to those of the operators while the fraud detection system (FDS) and anti-money laundering (AML) of fiat currencies and cryptocurrencies need rapid improvement.
The purpose of this paper was to review the problems relating to Korea's occupational health services and suggest ways to improve them. Korea can be classified as a welfare state type of conservative corporatism partially interwoven with liberalism. While experiencing compressed economic growth, the economic sectors of developed (excess areas) and developing (deficient areas) countries are interwoven. Therefore, it is necessary to perfect conservative corporatism along with a complementary reinforcement of liberal contents and to apply a multilayered approach focusing on complementing the deficient areas. It is essential to form a national representative indicator related to occupational health, and a strategy for selection and concentration is needed. The proposed central indicator is the occupational health coverage rate (OHCR), which is the number of workers who have applied for mandatory occupational health services under the Occupational Safety and Health Act in the numerator with the total working population in the denominator. This paper proposes ways to raise the OHCR, which is currently at the level of 25%-40%, to 70%-80%, which is the level of Japan, Germany, and France. To achieve this target, it is necessary to focus on small businesses and vulnerable workers. This is an area of market failure and requires the active input of community-oriented public resources. For access to larger workplaces, the marketability of services should be strengthened and personal intervention using digital health resources should be actively attempted. Taking a national perspective, work environment improvement committees with tripartite (labor, management, and government) participation for improvement of the working environment need to be established at the center and in the regions. Through this, prevention funds linked to industrial accident compensation and prevention could be used efficiently. A national chemical substance management system must be established to monitor the health of workers and the general public.

This study aimed to delve into the personal experiences of academic librarians as they perform their duties, seeking a holistic understanding of their professional experiences and the subjective experiences underlying them. To this end, the study conducted in-depth interviews with librarians, who were selected as research participants from private four-year universities, and analyzed the collected data using Giorgi's phenomenological analysis method. The findings reveal that the experiences of academic librarians can be summarized as "ambivalent perceptions of the librarian profession," "discrepancies between expectations and reality," "discriminatory personnel practices within university organizations," "growth and limitations derived from professional experiences," and "adaptation and anxiety in response to rapid environmental changes." A closer examination indicated that academic librarians continuously experience and resolve dilemmas within complex contexts. The findings of this study are expected to deepen the understanding of the profession of academic librarians and contribute to the development of practical strategies for workforce management and the improvement of working conditions.

Background: Some epidemiological studies have estimated exposure among flight attendants with and without breast cancer. However, it is difficult to find a quantitative evaluation of occupational exposure factors related to cancer development individually in the case of breast cancer in flight attendants. That is, most, if not all, epidemiological studies of breast cancer in flight attendants with quantitative exposure estimates have estimated exposure in the absence of individual flight history data. Case presentation: A 41-year-old woman visited the hospital due to a left breast mass after a regular check-up. Breast cancer was suspected on ultrasonography. Following core biopsy, she underwent various imaging modalities. She was diagnosed invasive ductal carcinoma of no special type (estrogen receptor positive in 90%, progesterone receptor positive in 3%, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2/neu equivocal) with histologic grade 3 and nuclear grade 3 in the left breast. Neoadjuvant chemotherapy was administered to reduce the tumor size before surgery. However, due to serious chemotherapy side effects, the patient opted for alternative and integrative therapies. She joined the airline in January, 1996. Out of all flights, international flights and night flights accounted for 94.9% and 26.2, respectively. Night flights were conducted at least four times per month. Moreover, based on the virtual computer program CARI-6M, the estimated dose of cosmic radiation exposure was 78.81 mSv. There were no other personal triggers or family history of breast cancer. Conclusions: This case report shows that the potentially causal relationship between occupational harmful factors and the incidence of breast cancer may become more pronounced when night shift workers who work continuously are exposed to cosmic ionizing radiation. Therefore, close attention and efforts are needed to adjust night shift work schedules and regulate cosmic ionizing radiation exposure.

In this study, the factors affect on entrepreneurship and professional values were studied on the vocational personality types of student. As a result of this study, Vocational personality types positive commitment to the entrepreneurship. Realistic, exploratory, artistic, social, persuasive and customary factors also positive commitment the entrepreneurship. Vocational personality types positive commitment to the professional values. Professional values positive commitment to the entrepreneurship. However, the professional value factors which are self-actualization, safety, power, independence, community service and leadership depend on entrepreneurship. Therefore, in order to improve the success rate of student start ups, the appropriate selection of optional items of start ups and entrepreneurship education at the right time to establish a business plan by the type of vocational personality types and should provide the opportunity to encounter.
The study was conducted to centum the construct of individual perception and preference for work characteristics as personal factors influencing Korean nurses' job satisfaction. The subjects of the study were 231 nurses who are currently working in intensive care units and have been for a minimum of 6 months. The study used the Staff Perception and Preference Scale(Song et al., 1997) to measure the individual's perception and preference on the technical. practice. and management components of the ideal work environment. The Korean version of the Staff Perception and Preference Scale consists of 16 items on perception and 13 on preference with each item related on a scale from 1(not at all) to 4(a great deal). Psychometric testing revealed that the preference and perception scale is internally consistent with Chronbach's alphas of .83 for perception scale arid .80 for preference scale. The subscales of the perception and preference scale also showed acceptable reliability for the early stage of the development of the instruments with Chronbach alphas of .62-.76 and .69-.83 respectively. Criterion-related validity of the scale was tested by examining correlations with individual growth need that is conceptually close to individual preference. but not to individual perception. Individual growth need was significantly related to individual preference(r=.63, p<.05), but the correlation with the perception scale was not significant. A separate factor analysis for the each of perception and preference scales was performed with a three-factor loading solution based on a previous study. The results on the staff perception scale confirmed with varimax rotation that the items were cleanly and strongly loaded on technique. practice and management components, which together explained 50.7% of the variance. The factor analysis on the staff preference scale also yielded a three factor solution that explained 56.7% of the variance. but items on technique and management components were loaded together. This phenomena may due to the current nursing delivery system in Korea where nurses never experience either shared governance nor case management, and as a results they may not be able to consider management roles as their potential extended roles. Therefore, more efforts should be given to enhance nurses' autonomy and decision making in the technique, practice and management components of their work environment. Meanwhile, there is a need for continuously confirming and developing tools for individual perception and preferences to effectively enhance job satisfaction among Korean nurses through innovative work environments.
