In general, members of an organization want their own growth and development. As these members grow or develop, they feel satisfied and fulfilled in the process. Growth or development can motivate members to become more involved in their jobs. Therefore, these concepts are very important for organizations as well as individual members. Various elements of the organization affect the growth of its members. Leaders influence members to achieve organizational goals. Leaders can therefore be an important variable influencing the growth of members. Specific leadership informally develops the potential to identify and satisfy members' personal needs and to achieve higher performance. These leader behaviors motivate members and drive their growth. Thus, this leadership will have a significant impact on the growth of members. In addition, in this relationship, if members have perceived organizational support, they can further improve their expectations for growth. Therefore, support from leaders and organizations will have a positive impact on employee growth. This study highlights the importance of the growth of members of the organization. It demonstrates the moderating effects of leader's individualized consideration and perceived organizational support necessary elements for member growth. Through this process, the purpose and significance of the study are to identify the variables that affect the personal growth of members and explain how they can grow.

본 연구는 사용자들의 공유행위의도에 대한 이유를 설명하기 위해 계획된 행동이론 모델 변인(주관적 규범, 태도, 자기효능감)과 소속 욕구, 자기성장주도성의 관계를 입증하고자 하였다. 온라인 설문조사를 통해 온라인 비디오 공유 경험이 있는 959명의 참가자들을 표본으로 수집하였으며, 수집된 데이터는 구조방정식모형 검증을 통해 분석되었다. 연구 결과, 소속 욕구는 온라인 비디오 공유에 대한 태도와 주관적 규범에 영향을 미쳤으며, 자기성장주도성 역시 온라인 비디오 공유에 대한 태도와 자기효능감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 계획된 행동이론 모델의 3가지 변인 모두 온라인 비디오 공유 의도에 영향을 미치고 있음이 확인되었으며, 온라인 비디오 공유에 대한 태도는 주관적 규범과 자기효능감에 영향을 미치고 있음이 확인되었다. 본 연구는 소속 욕구, 자기성장주도성과 함께 계획된 행동이론 모델의 구성 변인을 통해 사용자의 온라인 비디오 공유 의도에 대한 설명력을 입증하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

This study explored the experiences of couples therapists' marital relationship during the couples therapist training using phenomenological research method. The research questions involved the marital relationship experiences and their meanings, and how their marital relationship experiences affect the development of couples therapists during couples therapist training. Five couples therapists identified their personal, relational, and professional growth experiences by half-structured in-depth interview. Giorgi analysis guidelines were used, and five major themes and 20 subthemes were derived. The essence of their marital relationship experiences was "to establish a marital relationship as partners for growth and healing, and provide resources to become a wounded healer." Five major themes included the motivation to become a couples therapist, the experiencing of personal growth, the experiencing of differentiated connection, the experiencing of professional growth, and resources for the development of couples therapist. Exploration of the meanings of marital relationship experiences during couples therapist training shows the reciprocal relationship among personal, relational, and professional growth experiences. The integration of these experiences leads to holistic development of couples therapists. Implications for practice and future research are also discussed.

본 연구의 목적은 노년기 배우자 사별 후의 성장과정을 살펴보고, 그에 대한 이론을 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 배우자와 사별한 노인 17명을 대상으로 질적 연구를 실시하였다. 심층면접 후 Strauss와 Corbin(1998)의 근거이론 방법을 적용하여 분석한 결과, 143개의 개념과 43개의 하위범주, 19개의 범주가 도출되었다. 배우자 사별 후 참여자들에게 나타난 중심현상은 '우울', '막막함', '생활상의 스트레스', '심리적 위축감', '회한', '홀가분함' 등의 심리적 반응이었다. 이러한 사별 직후의 심리적 손상 정도는 인과적 조건으로서 사별 전의 '부부관계', '개인의 독립적/의존적 성향', '사별에 대한 마음의 준비'에 따라 차이가 있었으며, 맥락적 조건에는 '친밀한 인간관계 구축에 대한 욕구', '독립성 유지에 대한 욕구'가 존재하였다. 현상을 극복하기 위한 작용/상호작용 전략은 '현실에 대한 직시'와 '새로운 삶을 위한 노력'이었으며, 이를 촉진, 제어하는 중재적 조건은 '사회적지지'와 '신앙생활'이었다. 나타난 결과, 즉 성장의 내용은 '삶의 의미 찾기', '자존감의 향상', '인간관계의 강화', '포용과 수용'이었다. 노년기 배우자 사별 후 성장의 과정은 시간 순에 따라 '슬픔과 절망단계', '끌어안고 나아가기 단계', '성장단계'로 이어졌다. 마지막으로 유형분석의 결과, 배우자 사별 후 성장과정은 '적극적 변화형', '발전적 적응형', '포용형', '답보형', '원망형'의 5가지로 분류되었다. 본 연구의 결과, 노년기 배우자 사별 후 성장은 노년기에 보편적으로 경험하게 되는 "발달적 위기 이후의 삶의 통합과정으로서, 배우자 사별 직후의 절망을 딛고 일어서 삶의 주체자로서 새로운 삶을 모색하고 더욱 강해진 자아를 발견해 나가며, 배우자를 포용해 나가는 과정"으로 개념화할 수 있다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to look for physical growth and developmental retardation of the disabled children in registered educational institutions. Method: The participants in this study were 103 children. The data was collected from January to September 2006. Body weight, height and head circumference were measured and the Denver II developmental screening tool was used to measure personal-social development. Results: For 40.8% of the children body weight was less than the average for Korean children of the same age, for 49.5% height was lower than average and for 44.7% head circumference was lower. For 84.5% of the children there was a delay in personal-social development, for 87.4% a delay in fine motor-adaptive development, for 80.6% a delay in speech development and for 81.6% a delay in gross motor development. Conclusion: Based on the findings of this study, it is necessary to develop an individual developmental programs for these children based on their growth and development status.

It dissects how Wilde navigates the intricate layers of Dorian's character, exposing the ethical dilemmas and transformative moments that contribute to the profound changes within him. The examination sheds light on the depth and complexity of Dorian Gray's character, offering readers a nuanced understanding of the forces at play in his moral and psychological journey. Interpretation of Wilde's intent to impart lessons on the reader's personal growth and development through Dorian's story is undertaken. The discussion also explores the impact of Dorian's unethical attitude on contemporary readers and its influence on our daily lives and values.

Every country has a dark history in the process of transition to a modern state. Many countries have until the 21st century, especially in East Asia, colonialism, has experienced conflict influenced, racial discrimination, the trauma of such massacre. Such a dark history in many countries are also still in progress. Dark History of China, which maintains the proletarian dictatorship is the 'Cultural Revolution(Wenhua da Geming)'. 'Cultural Revolution' is neither the outer aspect of the ideological struggle, but in fact it was not even class struggle ideology and class struggle. Put an end to the feudal intellectuals in China in the course of the tragedy stood and lead to build a new China suffered the humiliation of being betrayed from state power. Chinese writers after the 'Cultural Revolution' ended, was created in the process of creation reflects the tragedy of the 'Cultural Revolution' in the country(national memory) is suffering from the pain and suffering the same growth process as it saw this novel growth experienced in the personal growth process. "Road leaving at 18 years" of WiHua has ruled out the pain of growing national attention wholly to personal growth and pain. Such "Road leaving at 18 years" in the sense suggests the possibility of a typical growth story in China Contemporary Literature.

창업자의 희망은 창업에 있어서 중요한 역할을 하지만, 창업자의 희망의 본질과 그 역할에 대한 이론적 및 실무적 이해가 부족하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 창업자의 희망이 감정적 소모와 심리적 웰빙에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 심리적 웰빙은 자아수용, 개인적 성장, 긍정적 관계로 구분하였다. 연구자료는 창업기업의 156명의 CEO를 대상으로 수집하였다. 분석결과는 창업자의 희망이 클수록 그들의 감정적 소모가 낮아지는 반면, 심리적 웰빙이 높아진다는 것을 제시한다. 또한, 분석결과는 창업자의 감정적 소모가 클수록 그들의 심리적 웰빙이 낮아진다는 것을 제시한다. 마지막으로, 본 연구결과의 이론적 및 실무적 시사점이 논의되었다.

People enthusiastic about human brands eagerly engage in fan communities to share their common interests with others. Although sharing one's enthusiasm towards the same celebrities can give thempositive senses of we-ness (in-group identity, togetherness, camaraderie) and belongingness, negative sides also exist such as schadenfreude and trash talk. Even though the studies addressing the negative sides of fan community are gaining significance, no prior studies formally examined the negative consequences of engaging in a fan community and their effect on one's well-being. Therefore, this current study aims to investigate how engaging in fan community negatively affects members' psychological well-being through schadenfreude and trash talk. Structural equation modeling analysis revealed that engaging highly in a fan community leads members to feel malicious pleasure at rivals' misfortunes and share negative opinions of rival human brands and fan communities. These negative consequences of fan community engagement ultimately lead to a lower level of psychological wellbeing, especially in the area of personal growth whereas fan community engagement has a direct positive effect on personal growth. By showing the negative influences of engaging in fan communities on members' well-being through schadenfreude and trash talk, the results of this study are expected to add depth to the existing literature.

Purpose Targeting Korean companies listed on Korean securities markets (i.e., KOSPI and KOSDAQ markets), this study aims to shed lights the effects of personal information security breaches on stock prices of information security companies. Interestingly, this study is, to the best of our knowledge, the first to examine the information transfer effect on personal information security breaches of companies. Design / Methodology /Approach To examine the information transfer effect of personal information security breaches, our study employs the event study commonly used in financial studies. To this end, we investigate a variety of events of personal information security breaches of companies listed on the KOPSI stock market and the KOSDAQ market. We collect the total samples of one hundred and twelve with forty seven of events of personal information security breaches by thirty companies and sixty five of information security companies. Findings The principal findings from the empirical study are as follows. First, for companies of personal information security breaches, our event study presents the significantly negative AAR (averaged abnormal return) value on the event day at the 5 % level and the highly significant negative CAAR(cumulative averaged abnormal return) value on the event day and the day after the event day at the 1 % level. The results suggest that personal information breaches significantly contribute to an decrease in value of the information breached companies. The cross sectional regressions in this study estimate the significantly negative coefficient for the ME/BE variable, the proxy for a growth opportunity at the 5 % level. This suggests a reverse relation between the growth opportunity of companies and their value. As for the various samples of the information security companies categorized by physical security, network and system security, security application software, code authentication, system integration, we find the significantly positive AAR on the day after the event day at the 5% level, only for the network and system security-companies. This addresses that the information transfer effect followed by personal information breaches is uniquely observable for companies categorized into network and system companies. The regressions for the network and system companies estimate the significantly positive coefficient for the NS dummy variable (i.e., the dummy of the network and system security companies) at the standard level. This allows us to identify appropriate times needed to make the information transfer effect realized from personal information breached companies to information security companies.
