핀테크 기술은 모바일 뱅킹 및 지불의 핵심으로 대두되어 있고, 현재 우리나라에서는 전통적인 대면거래로부터 비대면 핀테크 기반 뱅킹 및 지불로 급격한 금융시장의 변화가 이루어지고 있다. 특히 스마트폰은 지문센서, 홍채센서 등 다양한 생체인식 센서를 갖춤으로써 본인확인의 핵심 도구가 되어 있다. 하지만 이러한 금융거래에 있어서 데이터전송 경로상의 해킹 및 파밍의 위협이 상존하고 있고, 이러한 위험을 회피하기 위한 다양한 보안체계 및 다단계 본인인증 절차가 적용되어 있다. 결과적으로 다양한 보안체계와 본인인증 절차가 위험을 줄여주는 효과가 있음은 분명하나, 상반되게 금융거래와 지불에 있어서 상당한 불편함을 가중시키고 있는 것도 사실이다. 본 논문은 이러한 보안체계 적용에 있어서 무선랜과 이동통신망 등 네트워크 경로에 따라 서로 다른 감성신뢰도가 있음을 확인하고, 네트워크 접속경로에 따른 점진적 본인인증 방법을 제안함으로써 사용자에게 신뢰도와 불편함에 있어서 효율적인 해결방법을 제안한다.

통신과 방송의 융합 환경에서 소셜한 개인 방송은 급속하게 증가한다. 실시간 개인방송은 다수의 개인이 불특정 다수에게 전달하는 서비스이다. 반면 새롭게 소개되는 개인방송 서비스는 사회, 문화적으로 경험하지 못한 서비스로서 많은 문제점도 예상된다. 새롭게 등장한 실시간 개인방송 서비스는 그 순기능 못지않게 다양한 역기능이 예상된다. 예측된 역기능을 미연에 방지하고 서비스의 순기능을 강화하기 위해 취약점 분석을 기반으로 한 이용방안(가이드라인)의 조성과 실천이 필요하다. 따라서 이 글은 사이버규범, 사이버윤리, 사이버위험, 사이버민주주의 등을 위협하는 정보화의 역기능을 소셜한 개인방송 서비스 수준에서 점검하고 이에 적절한 이용방안을 제시하는 것에 목적을 둔다. 이를 통해 첫째, 개인방송 서비스에 따른 정보화 역기능 미래 변화 예측 및 대응 전략 그리고 정책 방향을 제시할 수 있다. 둘째, 개인방송 서비스에서 새롭게 등장할 수 있는 ICT 기반 서비스의 역기능을 예측하고 바른 이용자 가이드 라인을 마련하여 잠재적 위험 요소를 줄이고 서비스의 순기능을 늘릴 수 있다. 이 글은 신규 ICT융합서비스 중 실시간 개인방송 서비스를 중심으로 뉴미디어적인 특성을 다각도로 분석하고 역기능 출현 및 심화에 대해 예측한 후, 가이드라인을 제시한다.

In this paper, we study a vibration bell App which shows waiting sequence numbers by utilizing smartphones to solve an inconveniently long waiting time from ordering to getting foods in restaurants and coffee shops. Unlike existing independently developed hardware and software, the vibration bell App is developed to manage and integrate customer management service, POS service in shops, and group shop management services. The functions of the vibration bell App include two-way communications based on NFC- issuing waiting sequence numbers and electronic coupon, showing event information, and transferring user information. Furthermore, the user's personal information is minimized by recognizing the pre-existing information of the user's smartphone. Replacing the shop's vibration bell system with the vibration bell APP, the shops can reduce the cost of construction and maintenance by up to 1/10, compared to the cost of for existing vibration bell systems. Moreover, the customer's preference and current sales trend can be easily figured out. Thus, it will have a great effect on the future marketing strategies.

유도전동기는 기동 시 전류가 정격전류의 6$\sim$8배에 이르기 때문에 경 부하로 운전하는 경우에는 역률을 떨어뜨릴 뿐만 아니라 과다한 기동전류로 인해 계통전원에 순간전압 강하를 유발시켜 선로의 전력품질저하가 심각하게 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 PSCAD/EMTDC 패키지를 이용하여 IEEE에서 제시한 배전 계통 13버스 모형 모델 및 유도기 부하를 모델링 하여 사고모의 및 DSTATCOM의 보상효과를 시뮬레이션을 통하여 보였다.

In this paper, using diplexer structure and varactor diode controlled by reverse bias voltage for diplexer switch gives possibilities to improve isolation and current characteristics. 1 have newly designed switch with high isolation by application varactor diode corresponding to capacitor of diplexer. The low-pass filter for proposed tunable diplexer passes the microwave signal in the bandwidth for wireless cellular network systems and high-pass filter passes it in the bandwidth for wireless personal communication services (PCS) network systems. As the capacitance of the low-pass filter increases, the cut-off frequency can be moved to low frequency, so that the switch is on state in cellular bandwidth and off state in the PCS bandwidth, in contrast to, as the capacitance for attenuation characteristic of high-pass filter increases, it can be moved to high frequency, so that the switch is off state and on state in the cellular bandwidth. it is possible to improve isolation and current consumption characteristics by application diplexer design methods and varactor diode. 1 expect that the tunable diplexer circuit and design methods should be able to find applications on MMIC and low temperature copired ceramic (LTCC).

The environment of Information and Telecommunication industry has rapidly changed. This is leading the growth of the world economy. Because of the characteristic of the information and communication, the standardization plays a important role in this market. The company that owns the standardization in its industry has dominant power like Microsoft in personal computer software, and Qualcomm in digital cellular phone system. Therefore, to take advantage of this standardization power, it is important to find which technology will be set up as a new standard. This paper presents how to capitalize the standardization as a market strategy. To perform this strategy, we take two steps. The first step is to strategically choose the most important technology or service which would lead the information and telecommunication market. We used modified AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) to set the priorities among the various standard related technologies and services, We interviewed with the information and telecommunication experts to find out some criteria and the weights of them. The second step is to select the standard to realize the technology. Actually, this is very hard to decide which technology we should select, because there are lots of alternative standards to develop the technology. In this step, we use a strategic framework for choosing the standard. This framework provides how the research institution and company do to get a maximum benefit from the standardization strategy, Finally, we applied these to Korea's situation simply in order to show how to take advantage of the framework.

With the rapid development of communication technology and widespread uses of internet service, utilization of internet-based medical information systems which transmitts moving pictures of medical objects is becoming a common practice. The internet-based medical information service prvovides richer information than conventional services such as touch-tone telephone, personal computers e-mails, or pagers, because "a picture is worth a thousand words". However, the systems passively transmits moving pictures of the medical objects to the users, and thus the system cannot intelligently adjust itself to provide better service. As the tradeoff exists between transmission speed and quality of the image, there is a need that moving pictures be analyzed to adjust the trnasmission speed and image quality. When very little difference between consecutive images are detected, the system can automatically increase the size of the image files, thus enhancing the quality of image. In contrast, the system should increase the number of images to send more pictorial information by sacrificing the quality of each individual image, when a significant difference is detected. In this paper an adaptive filtering technique is introduced which adjusts the quality of image and transmission speed according to a clinical situation in hospital.

To meet increasing needs for environmentally sustainable management of coastal area, there has been compelling pressure to establish a cost-effective and long-term coastal water quality (CWQ) monitoring system. A remote CWQ monitoring system, STAMP, has been developed and is in operation along the route between Kyema harbor and Anma Island in the southwestern coastal area of Korea. STAMP uses a PCS phone as a telemetry unit to transmit acquired data for monitoring general water quality parameters, and a routinely operating coastal passenger ship or car ferry. STAMP has various merits of low-cost operations; long-term monitoring with secure instrumentation; and stable real-time telemetry of acquired data with-out the loss and noise. It is expected that the system will serve as a very useful tool in the CWQ managing programs of Korea taking the advantage of many coastal passenger ships in various routes including the ships departing from the coastal industrial cities. The acquired data compiled on suspended surface sediment concentrations (SSSC) will be also valuably helpful in understanding the sediment budget across the routes of the vessel.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify employment experiences of nurses caring for hospitalized foreign patients. Methods: For this study, 10 nurses caring for foreign patients for more than 6 months were chosen purposively. Data were collected through in-depth individual interviews from July to September 2013 and analyzed in terms of Giorgi's phenomenological methodology. Results: Five themes-clusters were identified from fifteen themes; 1) Awesome challenges; 2) Laborious dealing with barriers; 3) Acceptance of cultural differences; 4) Complete concentration of personal energy; 5) Taking a powerful step towards tomorrow. Conclusion: Results of this study reveal the significance of nurses' experiences in caring for foreign patients for the first time in Korea. The following are suggested: First, facilitation and training is necessary for language proficiency, communication skills and ability to understand cultural traits of foreign patients. Second, manuals and international guidelines for caring for foreign patients should be systematically developed to improve quality of healthcare services.

스마트폰의 급격한 확산은 우리 일상생활에 패러다임을 바꾸어 놓고 있다. 스마트폰은 개인용 컴퓨터와 유사한 수준의 고기능 환경구현이 가능한 범용 운영체제를 탑재하고 있다. 또한, 다양한 응용프로그램을 설치하거나 삭제할 수 있어 확장성이 뛰어난 이동통신 단말기이다. 이러한 확장성은 각종 앱 스토어를 통해 다양한 응용 프로그램을 사용할 수 있다. 그뿐만 아니라 위치를 기반으로 한 다양한 서비스와 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서 다양한 서비스도 가능하다. 본 연구는 스마트폰 환경에서 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스가 사용자의 지속적 사용의도에 미치는 영향 요인을 알아보고자 한다. 결과를 바탕으로 연구의 한계와 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.
