Invasive methode and Non-invasive methode are used in blood pressure measurement. The Invasive methode can Set the correct measured blood pressure but, it has patient feels uncomfortable. So most of cases use Non-invasive methode. The Oscillometric method is commonly apply to modem electric sphygmomanometer and using various algorithm. In this paper describe about a algorithm it control and to determinate the cuff pressure, and filtering that data for measure the blood pressure. The communicating with personal computer can pressure deflation is by Solenoid valve and it uses RS-232 system in packet communication. The main using algorithm for blood pressure measurements are maximum amplitude algorithm and oscillometric algorithm. MAA(maximum amplitude algorithm) has various measured oscillation it depend on patient's age, height, weight and arm circumference size. In this paper, 1 studied the various measured oscillation apply to characteristic ratio and can get the result of systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, mean blood pressure. It was not used same ratio to measuring oscillation. In the MAA(maximum amplitude algorithm), we hope for reduce the difference with the real blood pressure and the measured blood pressure, when it applied with various specific ratio.

Necessity of the service-on-demand that reflect a personal characteristic of a customer was increased by an aggravation of web service competition. So a study on a customization is being performed actively. The common customization system supporting of the personalization is performed through the computational data like individual characteristic or preference. Various studies on the service that used emotional information were performed. But we can't use this emotional information in the web system because of characteristics of emotional information system In this study, we design the adaptive customization system that used emotional information of the customer and analyse the system by experiments.

Fingerprint recognition systems are the most widely used in biometrics for personal authentication. As they become more familiar, the security weaknesses of fingerprint sensors are becoming better known. In this paper, we propose a liveness detection method that applies correlation filter to the fingerprint recognition systems. The physiological characteristic of sweat pore, observed only in live people, is used as a measure to classify 'live' fingers from 'spoof' fingers. Previous works show that detection of sweat pores and perspiration patterns in fingerprint images can be used as an anti-spoofing measure. These methods don't consider the characteristic of pores in each individual. We construct the correlation filters of each individual which are composed of their pore information. We make the final decision about the "livens" of fingerprint using correlation output. The proposed algorithm was applied to a data set of 110 live, 110 spoof fingerprint images from optical fingerprint scanner and achieved classification rate of 80%.

Although a figure expression has a role of mediator in the geometry proof, it is not admitted to prove based on a vision-dependent feature. This study starts from the problem that although a figure expression has an important role in the geometry proof, a lot of students don't understand the limit of vision-dependent feature in the figure expression. We will investigate this problem to understand cognitive characteristic of students. Moreover, we try to get the didactical implications. To do this, we investigate the cognitive ability for a limit of vision-dependent feature, targeting a class of middle school seniors And we will have a personal interview with four students who show a lack of sense of limit of vision-dependent feature in the figure expression and two students for who it is difficult to judge that they don't understand the limit of vision-dependent feature in the figure expression. We will observe and analyzed the cognitive characteristic of six students. Based on the analysis, we will finally discuss on the didactical implications to help students understand the limit of vision-dependent feature in the figure expression.

Various media are expanding the fantastic expression methods and sphere wider than now. As an intermediate for expressing fully self-desires, fashion of the day has surfacing an important concept called fantastic that does not exist and surpasses reality in expressing the ideal body of a desiring body. Goth and cospre are personal expressions of movie costumes that visualize virtual reality as representative of fantastic fashions. The fantastic is a modem concept putting together SF, fantasy, magical realism, fable, and surrealism. Studies in fashion fields related to fantastic have treated fantastic illiberally and peripherally owing to the centering on the SF genre or fantasy. The thesis that dealt with an important fashion as an external favorite as well as the socio-cultural contents of the expressed body in genre expression remains inadequate. In research methods, this study carried out theoretical reviews on the concept and characteristic of the fantastic through literature data that includes local and international theoretical books, monographs, and dissertations that are related to the fantastic. The experimental analysis was executed by collecting fashion works shown after 2000 and included in special fashion editions, collection magazines, Internet materials, and monographs. The results show that the categorization of expression characteristic (according to fantastic spheres) appeared as 5 kinds such as uncanny borderline, cyborg grotesque, heroic superman, myth allegory, and unconscious meaninglessness.

The contact-less inductive power transformer (IPT) uses principle of electromagnetic induction. Generally, there were many methods to improve the transfer performance of traditional transformer. But, though the principle of IPT is similar to that of general transformer, it is impossible to apply the methods because of large air-gap. Consequently, many linear numerical formulas for analysis of performance and design of traditional transformer cannot be used in development of IPT. The concept of the IPT for vehicle like PRT(Personal Rapid Transit) system is suggested and some suggestions for power collector(core & winding) design of IPT to improve power transfer performance arc presented in this paper. The characteristic of power delivery with these novel methods in design is presented by simulation and examination.

This research was conducted with goals to reducing arson and finding its relationship with social phenomenons. Especially, unlike previous researches, focus has been on the economic indicators, and the effect of economic indicators on arson. As a result, we were able to find the relationship between economic indicators and arson. When growth rate and consumer index prices decrease, the economy stagnates and thus incidents of arson increases. In contrast, when growth rate increases and consumer index prices increase, the rate in which arson occurred decreased. Also, we have found that when personal debt rate increases, the numbers of arson incidents increased as well.

In this paper, we propose a frequency synchronization algorithm using characteristic of CAZAC sequence for HDR-WPAN and analyze the performance by signal constellation and EVM(error vector magnitude). The proposed frequency offset technique estimated each sample phase error of two sequences among 12 CAZAC sequences which have excellent autocorrelated characteristic. Estimated phase error is multiplied to each sample of next sequence for compensating the frequency offset. The remaining frequency offset after compensating it with two sequences has maximum 0.002 offsest ranges at each sample. The computer simulation proved that the permission of EVM value had satisfied in the case of DQPSK at 20[dB].

The reason why organization culture is acknowledged as modern theory of business management is-modern company has proposed management innovation, organization activation, company transformation, and company reprogramming as management strategy to cope actively with various and quickly changing environment that modern company face-that organization culture and management innovation, that is, the concept of new business management is highlighted for means and tools to solve such problems. Seeing contemporary situation, although organization culture of small company is being improved by management innovation, cause and effect that organization culture affect technique innovation still insufficient. The meaning of this research is, through a good example of organization culture, providing reason that efficient organization culture affect technique innovation of small company(medium and small company) and making people understand why this effect occur. Through this, I want to provide strategy and policy implication of company.

Purpose The purpose of this study was to investigate the intention of using a news media platform using block chain through media company workers in a situation where various platform services using block chain are being newly released in the media industry. Therefore, in this paper, we intend to explore the development direction of the news media platform service using the block chain in the future by deriving implications through the characteristics of the block chain, user characteristics, and self-determination factors. Design/methodology/approach This study conducted a survey on the main characteristics of blockchain, user characteristics, self-determination, resistance to innovation, etc., and designed a research model by integrating factors on the continuity of intention to use the news media platform. Findings According to the empirical analysis result, in this study, it was confirmed that the intention to use the blockchain news media platform is significantly related to decentralization, which is a characteristic variable of the blockchain, perceived risk, which is a user characteristic variable, and competence and relationship, which is a self-determination variable. In addition, it was confirmed that it affects the perceived ease of use with respect to the intention to use. In addition, in this study, news writers write more careful articles as they cannot edit articles once written, which can contribute to improving the quality of news content.
