This study proposes basic information to make effective environments for social welfare education, revealing the reasons why students choose the social welfare major at Konyang Cyber University. We conducted qualitative research with 41 students in the social welfare department at Konyang Cyber University. The result of this research is as follows. First, most students chose their major to get a certificate that can benefit them in the near future. Second, they chose their major as a way to achieve renown, and to enhance the quality of their lives. Third, they desired to contribute to society through their social work. Finally, individual experiences and family background were also motives. Based on the research, to improve learning outcomes in social welfare education, the necessary learning strategies are as follows. First, goal-oriented learning is necessary for students who want to get the certificate. A practical curriculum needs to contain both practical skills and professional knowledge applicable to the social work field. Second, education for students who choose the major to gain fame, and to develop their lives, requires generation-integrated education to help them review their lives and find their own meaning in life. Third, education for students who choose the major for a practical social contribution has to contain volunteer training that can lead them to be professional volunteers in society. Fourth, education for students who choose the major based on their personal experiences and their family background needs to deal with case management, which discovers the recipients who need help in society and the students who can achieve visible outcomes after all.
The purpose of this study was to explore the characteristics of defining concrete and abstract nouns for the elderly. A total of 382 elderly participated in this study and they were classified into four age groups (i.e., over 55 to under 64, over 65 to under 74, over 75 to under 84, and over 85 year-old group). They performed the word definition task, composed of five concrete and five abstract nouns. The total scores and numbers and ratio of core/supplementary meanings were compared among four elderly groups. The frequency and ratio of error types were also examined. The results showed that all four groups had statistically significant differences in total scores, numbers and ratio of core and supplementary meaning of concrete noun definition task. In addition, abstract noun definition performances revealed group differences except the two groups (over 75 to under 84 and over 85-year-old group). The oldest group showed a sharp increase in error production. The highest ratio of error types were personal experience in over 55 to under 64-year-old group, and over 65 to under 74 year-old groups; and for the target word repetition in over 75 to under 84 year-old group; and no response in over 85 year-old group. In conclusion, both concrete and abstract word defining abilities had age-related deterioration. This decline results from impairment in spreading semantic knowledge within semantic network, which is vulnerable to aging. Characteristics of word definition for elderly can provide basic information to understand various neurolinguistic disorders associated with age.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of current difference of education needs for instructional competency of lifelong education instructor and the level of importance of lifelong education for drawing priority. Through the literature review, this is divided the lifelong education instructor's competencies such as planning, implementation, management and support and analyzed the current level and importance with 35 items through t-test analysis. The priority for education needs is applied to Borich and the Locus for Focus model simultaneously. According to result for study, the largest item of competency for lifelong education instructor is verified with the current level and importance for building of social networking and managing competency. The top priority item of education needs for instructional competency of lifelong education instructor is located in the first quadrant of model and the Locus for Focus model, according to priority in needs for Borich and was showed in program competency. The second items in priority were derived by learning resources, information gathering, competency for focus development, equitable evaluation for student, competency for building team work. Therefore, these competencies are considered as factors for priority of lifelong instructor and will be developed in personal and organizational development.
The significance of Presidential Impeachment in 2004 is subject to interpretations in many different contexts, but its nature as its justice was the constitutional trial by the nation's impeachment system. This study set out to compare and analyze the understanding of the event centered around its nature as "an impeachment event as a public activity" and the records related to it. For that purpose, the study attempted to analyze the impeachment event to understand it as a public activity and examined and analyzed the records of the impeachment event in the public domain through personal visit, phone interview, and request of information disclosure based on the analysis results. An impeachment event as a public activity can be understood as an activity carried out by the National Assembly, which is to issue a motion for impeachment under the norms of the nation's impeachment system, and Constitutional Court, which is responsible for impeachment trial, through their unique rights prescribed in the Constitution. The important subjects of such a public activity included the accused president, the acting presidential system created by the motion for impeachment, and the National Election Commission that provided a decisive ground for impeachment. It was confirmed that the records, which are legal requirements, were well created and have been preserved and managed in the public domain. However, it was difficult to conclude that the records of the impeachment event were thoroughly created in terms of content in relation to affairs as they mainly covered the superficial treatment processes and the results of explicit activities. There was, in particular, the absence of records showing the context of activity.
Since 2011, 148 public institutions (including the central administrative agencies) have been moving to the provinces. First of all, the Prime Minister's Office began to be relocated to Sejong City on 14 Sep, 2012, followed by 6 central administrative agencies and their cooperative agencies are planned to move there. With regard to public institutions' relocation, the issue of record centers' relocation should be also considered. In respect that there is lack of facilities, manpower, and equipment in most record centers, it is doubtable whether the relocation of record centers will end successfully. The purpose of this study is to investigate the current state of record centers and to grasp their issues when they are relocated. The targets are the central administrative agencies which will move in 2012. The data was collected by request of information disclosure and personal contact with record centers. After analyzing collected data, both the issues caused by relocation and the cases of environment improvement were assured. In addition, the improvement of record centers' limitation (ex. The lack of exclusively responsible workers, the shortage of facilities, space and budget etc.) was suggested.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the identified groups depend on the relationship of smartphone overdependence and adolescents' perception of smartphone overdependence itself. The study also explored gender positions in classified groups and the relationship between irrational perception of smartphone and positive emotion while smartphone usage. The participants to the study were 2,033 adolescents, aged between 10 and 19 from a smartphone overdependence survey of the National Information Society Agency. As a result of the qui-square analysis and MANOVA, four groups were classified depend on perception of smartphone overdependence and related smartphone overdependence behaviors. Second, gender did not show any differences in groups. Third, adolescents with lower perception in smartphone overdependence showed lower perception of smartphone usage compared to other adolescents in three groups. Fourth, adolescents with constructive perception in smartphone overdependence reported positive emotions. The results of this study suggest that it is necessary to understand adolescents' smartphone overdependence and look together with the irrational perception of smartphone.
This study is to discusses the relevance of social welfare in Freud's psychoanalytic theory. The results of the study are as follows. First, psychoanalytic theory details the client's family history and personal history to help them identify the characteristics of the problem they have today. At this time, social workers actively listen to clients and try to get various information.Second, when used in psychoanalytic techniques, the resistance of the client can be interpreted and analyzed to help the client maintain friendly relationships with the client.Third, psychoanalytic theory can properly apply the client's current state of mind by understanding the potential conflicts or emotions that exist in the client's unconscious mind. Fourth, during the process of intervention, social workers need to deal well with the client's transition response. This process allows social workers to observe the effect of reducing the stimuli that can cause nervousness in clients.In conclusion, all the techniques of interpretation used in psychoanalytic theory are, after all, techniques that help social workers improve clients' insight into their problems and help clients solve their psychological problems themselves. The psychoanalytic theory is widely applied in social welfare.
The purpose of this study is to research the effect of life satisfaction on young people at an early age and the impact of media on behavioral aggressiveness during this process. To this end, a group of primary schools located in Jiangnan and Jiangbei in the Seoul area and the Nanjing Road in the city were selected and 290 early youths from grades 4-6 of elementary school were chosen as specimens of structural equations. The results indicate that firstly, the personal causes of early youth have a positive (+) effect on the self-esteem life satisfaction and negative (-) impact on liquidity aggressiveness. Secondly, depression has a negative impact on life satisfaction, while action aggressiveness has no effect. Thirdly, the mobility aggression of early youth has a negative impact on life satisfaction (-), and there is a partial media relationship between self-esteem and life satisfaction. However, there is no media relationship between depression and life satisfaction. Based on the above research results, the project of improving youth early life satisfaction and reducing mobile aggression was proposed.
This study investigates the buying behavior pertaining to Japanese brands according to the degree of patriotism of consumers in their 20s. A survey of 235 university students was conducted; the survey questioned the basic purchasing attitudes of consumers in their 20s regarding outerwear and underwear and then surveyed the purchasing attitudes regarding U brand's (representative Japanese brand) outerwear and underwear. To detect the correlation between patriotism and U brand purchases, this study asked questions about patriotism and investigated basic personal information. The research results were as follows. First, there was a significant difference in consumer's purchasing attitude toward outerwear and underwear. When of consumers who are in their 20s purchase outerwear, its design was the most important factor, whereas when purchasing underwear, functionality was the most crucial factor. Second, it was confirmed that consumer's attitudes toward U brand's outerwear and underwear differed. Although the evaluation of U brand's outerwear design was not positive, the consumer tended to be satisfied with the price. U brand's score concerning the functionality of underwear products received a slightly positive response. Third, a total of 235 respondents were divided into a high- and low-patriotism-group based on questions about patriotism. There were significant differences in their attitudes toward clothing and consumer's purchasing behavior at U brand. Highly patriotic consumers thought negatively about U brand outerwear products in terms of price and product quality than low patriotic consumers; however, there was no significant difference only regarding design evaluation. For underwear products, low patriotic consumers were more positive about the price, design, and functionality of U brand products than high patriotic consumers.
In this paper, the method of analyzing the unformatted data of consumers accumulated on social networks in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution by utilizing data from the service design and social psychology aspects was proposed. First, the fandom phenomenon, which shows subjective and collective behavior in a space on a social network rather than physical space, was defined from a data service perspective. The fandom model has been transformed into a collective level of customer Persona that has been analyzed at a personal level in traditional service design, and social network analysis that analyzes consumers' big data has been presented as an efficient way to pattern and visually analyze it. Consumer data collected through social leasing were pre-processed by column based on correlation, stability, missing, and ID-ness. Based on the above data, the company's brand strategy was divided into active and passive interventions and the effect of this strategic attitude on the growth direction of the consumer's fandom community was analyzed. To this end, the fandom model of consumers was proposed by dividing it into four strategies that the brand strategy had: stand-alone, decentralized, integrated and centralized, and the fandom shape of consumers was proposed as a growth model analysis technique that analyzes changes over time.
