지식관리시스템의 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구: 주관적 규범, 성격특성을 중심으로 (A Study on Factors Influencing the Performance of the Knowledge Management System(KMS): Focused on Subjective Norm and Personality)

  • This study focuses on influencing factors of TAM on personality, subjective norm and then examines the relationship between influencing factors such as KMS usage and system performance. The survey was collected from KMS users by e-mail and on-line questionnaire. Finally, 206 questionnaires were chosen for the analysis of data. It was analyzed by SPSS and AMOS for the frequency analysis, reliability analysis, CFA(Confirmatory Factor Analysis) and SEM(Structural Equation Modeling). The results were as follows. First, subjective norm is found to be especially important to KMS usage. Second, Extraversion positively moderated the relationship between subjective norm and perceived usefulness. Third, KMS usage is significant to personal performance such as knowledge growth, decision making and the ability of problem solving. This study proposed that the usage of Knowledge Management System positively contributes to the improvement of personal performance.

  • This study aims to intensively analyze the effect of ESG activities on the Business performance focused on Korean national flag carrier. The purpose of this study is to provide ESG activities to promote the sustainable development of Korean national flag carriers by verifying the impact of ESG on airline's business performance through mediate variables within the airline industry in consideration of the value and importance of ESG. A survey is conducted with a total of 272 users of Korea's national flag carrier both Korean air and Asiana airline. The collected data is analyzed using a structural equation model. The results show that ESG management has an indirect positive effect on business performance. It is expected that the results of this study may be employed as fundamental data to emphasize the relative importance of an ESG activities, thereby enhancing the Korean national flag carrier's business management and eliciting a positive impact on sustainable growth.

인수합병에 있어 지식자원 간 상호보완성이 인수합병성과에 미치는 영향 분석: 전자상거래 산업을 중심으로 (Assessing the Effects of Knowledge Resource Complementarity on Organizational Performance in Merge and Acquisition (M&A): Focused on Electronic Commerce Industries)

  • Although merger and acquisition (M&A) has been considered as an important means to improve firm performance, most prior empirical research have failed to prove the relationship between M&A and firm performance. In order to fill this gap, this study attempts to identify the effect of M&A on firm performance based on knowledge resources relatedness and complementarity theory. For this purpose, this study examines complementarity patterns of knowledge resources and their impacts on acquirer's performance using M&A announcements of electronic commerce industry from 2001 to 2007. The results of this study indicate complementarity among knowledge resources are positively related with acquirer's market value. This study contributes to expand knowledge management research by identifying the relationship among knowledge resources and their impacts on firm performance.

기업가지향성이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 중소기업 제조업체를 중심으로 (A Study on the Effects of the Entrepreneurial Orientation on Management Performance : Focused on the Manufacturer in the Small Businesses)

  • The purpose of this study is to present that the entrepreneurial orientation affects to management performance in the small manufacturer. In order to carry out this research, we obtained 171 survey sheets and inspected seven assumptions based on the reliability, validity of the questionnaires. The results of regression analysis are summarized as follows; First, the factor of entrepreneurial orientation, innovative-ness, influences on the technical innovation performance and financial performance significantly. Second, the element of entrepreneurial orientation, proactive-ness, has an important effect on the technical innovation performance and financial performance. Finally, the requisite of entrepreneurial orientation, risk taking, affects to the technical innovation performance significantly, but not the financial performance. Based on the results, the companies that achieve the technical innovation and financial performance have an atmosphere to encourage to perform the research and development works and find out innovative ideas and improvement points in processes. However, the entrepreneur is required to take careful judgement for determining the uncertain circumstance.

  • 2005년 '국가연구개발사업 등의 성과평가 및 성과관리에 관한 법률'이 제정되고, 이를 수행하기 위한 '연구성과관리활용기본계획(안)'이 수립되면서 연구개발성과관리 및 활용 그리고 이에 대한 체계적인 관리가 본격화되고 있다. 본 연구는 관련 법령과'연구성과관리활용기본계획(안)'의 기본 목적에 부합하면서 성과 활용가능성이 크게 요구되고 있는 산업기술분야의 국가연구개발 성과확산을 촉진할 수 있는 추적평가관리체계 모형과 본 모형을 현행 연구기관평가체계와 양립할 수 있는 세 가지 적용방안을 제안한다. 특히, 국가 연구개발사업 및 과제의 성과에 대한 체계적이고 합리적인 추적평가를 위하여 AHP 및 DEA 등 계량적 방법론을 활용 상대 평가할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다.

  • In order to manage organizational knowledge efficiently, Knowledge Management System(KMS) is considered as mandatory. This study aims at developing a KMS performance model to predict user satisfaction as well as KMS usage, considering the unique features of KMS. By analyzing 261 surveys with LISREL, we found that community of practice(CoP) characteristics - participation and interactivity among users - significantly affects KMS user satisfaction. This implies that the development of KMS should focus on facilitating users' interactivity and participations such as CoP activity, which differs from the general information system context. We also found that KMS usage is influenced by CoP interactivity, not by CoP participation, and that KMS usage as well as user satisfaction leads to user performance. Interpretations and implications of the findings are discussed.

  • The computer system validation consulting industry is growing as domestic GMP companies' overseas exports or advancements increase, and computer system validation has been mandatory in Korea since the 2010s, but domestic CSV consulting companies are small in size and have a short history, revealing many shortcomings in terms of service quality and customer satisfaction when conducting consulting. Research related to consulting has been mainly focused on management consulting and IT consulting, and research related to computer system validation is very insufficient. This study confirmed the effect of consultant competency and service quality on consulting performance, customer satisfaction, and intention to renew contract when performing computer system validation through empirical research on food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and medical device companies, which are representative companies in the GMP industry. As a result, it was confirmed that consultant competency and service quality had a significant effect on consulting performance, customer satisfaction, and intention to renew contract. In addition, it was confirmed that the reputation and expertise of consulting companies had a moderating effect on the relationship between consultant competency and consulting performance.

  • 지난 30년간 서비스 혁신을 어떻게 바라볼 것인가에 대한 관점의 논의가 지속적으로 이루어져왔지만, 아직까지 학계에서 전반적으로 통용되는 서비스 혁신에 대한 관점 및 측정방법은 부재한 실정이다. 많은 서비스 혁신 연구들은 기존의 전통적인 기술 개발 및 제품 혁신 이론에 기반을 두고 서비스 혁신을 이해하려 했다. 기존의 제품 중심의 분석방법론은 서비스 혁신의 비기술적 특성을 간과하는 오류를 범할 수 있어 이를 대체할 수 있는 새로운 접근법이 요구되고 있으며, 대표적인 접근법으로 서비스 지배적 논리가 있다. 서비스 지배적 논리는 새로운 관점에서 혁신과 혁신의 선행요인들을 분석할 수 있는 개념적인 프레임워크이다. 또한 서비스 혁신이 기업 경쟁력과 기업성과를 향상 시킨다는 인식은 서비스 기업들을 중심으로 점차 증가하고 있음에도 불구하고, 서비스 혁신에 대한 이론 및 활용에 대한 연구와 이해 부족으로 인해 소수의 기업만이 서비스 혁신을 수행하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 기업에서 성공적으로 서비스 혁신을 수행하기 위해서는 무엇보다도 서비스 혁신에 영향을 미치는 선행요인에 대한 연구가 먼저 선행되어야 한다. 이러한 필요에 따라 본 연구에서는 서비스 지배적 논리관점에서 서비스 혁신의 선행요인을 이론적이고 실증적으로 분석하고자 한다. 따라서, 본 연구의 목적은 다음 질문에 대한 답을 구하는 것이다: 1) 서비스 혁신 선행요인은 서비스 혁신에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가? ; 2) 서비스 혁신은 기업의 비재무적 그리고 재무적 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가? 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 서비스 혁신의 선행요인(인적자원 관리 역량, 내부 협업 역량, 마케팅 역량, 정보기술 역량), 서비스 혁신 차원(서비스 창출 혁신, 서비스 전달 혁신, 고객 상호작용 혁신)과 기업성과(비재무적, 재무적)를 가지고 이들 간의 인과 관계를 분석하였다. 본 연구는 국내 189개의 서비스 기업을 대상으로 수집된 데이터를 기반으로 수행되었다. 연구결과 인적자원 관리 역량, 마케팅 역량은 모든 서비스 혁신 차원에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 반면, 내부 협업 역량과 정보기술 역량은 서비스 창출 혁신과 서비스 전달 혁신에만 제한적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 고객 상호작용 혁신에는 인력자원 관리 역량이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 모든 서비스 혁신 활동은 비재무적 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미친 반면, 재무적 성과에는 서비스 전달 혁신과 고객 상호작용 혁신만 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

정부부처 혁신브랜드의 중요도-성과분석을 중심으로 한 브랜드 관리 전략 (The Brand Management Strategy focused on Importance-Performance Analysis on Innovation Brand of Government Ministries)

  • This study explored which the component factors on innovation brand to building an organizational culture of government. The innovation brand perception of organizational officers are in order brand awareness(recognition, discrimination) and brand loyalty(identification, ease of memory, meaning diffusion, the reaction of customer needs), brand salience, brand knowledge and brand innovation. The result of Importance-Performance analysis are as follows. We can see that Brand loyalty have Quadrant I meaning good management implementation. Brand Knowledge have Quadrant II meaning concentrate improving. Brand Uniqueness have Quadrant III meaning improving. And Recognition, familiarity and salience have Quadrant IV meaning low relative importance and high performance. The Quadrant IV consider the cost and benefit of brand management.

협력병원간 협력내용과 성과의 영향요인에 대한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study of Cooperative Relationship and Influencing Factors of Cooperating Performance in Interhospital Cooperative Relationship)

  • Many tertiary hospitals have started to establish cooperative relationships with small and medium sized hospitals in Korea. But the performance of the relationship is not satisfactory to both of partners. The relationship and performance of cooperation for small and medium sized hospitals are analyzed according to the framework of inter-organizational cooperation. Data are collected by 4 focal hospital and 34 small and medium sized hospitals through interview and questionnaire. The findings are : a) The cooperation is focused on management area, such as healthcare technology transfer and information sharing, rather than patient referral. b) Patient referral is not yet active in cooperative relationship. But some partner hospitals which is located close and managing internal organization for cooperation show a significant number of referrals. c) The characteristics of high performers are positive attitude about cooperation, and recognition of the relationship as flexible, experiences of cooperation, internal and external management activities.
