컴퓨터 지원시스템을 활용한 품질경영 성과측정 (Quality Management Performance Evaluation Using A Computer Support System)

  • Appropriate performance evaluation is a key successful factor for continuous improvement and systematic management support in the implementation of quality management. This research deals with the development of a computer support system for performance evaluation of quality management and its application to a real world problem. It, first, investigates existing performance evaluation methods and classifies them into three styles. A number of key factors for designing computer support systems are then elicited by analyzing the characteristics of the existing methods in terms of the requirements needed for a successful evaluation tool. The computer support system is designed by incorporating the key factors in the system design process and it is implemented as a network version. Finally, a case study is performed in order to verify the proposed support system. The pros and cons of the system are also discussed.

  • The purpose of this study is to confirm whether the IT activity and organizational strategy makes a significant influence on the system performance. IT activity is defined as a system development, system operation and system management. Cost leadership and Differentiation were used as a strategic type Field research was employed to empirically investigate the relationship among the var iables. The finding of the study can be summarized as follows. IT activity and strategic type are not enough to explain the system performance.

병원정보화 평가를 위한 PRM 기반의 체계 개발 및 적용 (Evaluation of Hospital Information System Based on the Performance Reference Model)

  • The purpose of this paper was to evaluate performance of information system for one national university hospital in order to identify the factors influencing performance of information system. KPIs were collected for 181 users of information system (41 doctors, 104 nurses, and 11 medical supporting staffs, and 25 administrative staffs) from August 10 to 24, 2010. The results were as follows: Average performance score for input layer was 3.16; average performance score for process layer was 3.35; and average performance score for business layer was 3.57. Scores for input layer was lowest for nurses and scores for process and business layer were lowest for doctors. Results from the path analysis showed that system quality, demographic characteristics, and security significantly influenced management process but these factors except demographic characteristics influenced user satisfaction; and management process also significantly influenced user satisfaction.

인적자원관리시스템이 조직성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 인적자원 유연성의 매개효과를 중심으로 - (The Effect of Organizational Performance on the Human Resource Management System - Focus on Mediating Effect of Human Resource Flexibility -)

  • 본 연구는 유연한 조직의 원천이 되는 개별 인적자원의 유연성이 조직의 경쟁우위를 위한 핵심적인 요소라고 판단하고 조직에서 인적자원유연성을 확보하기 위해 인적자원관리시스템의 주요 구성요소가 인적자원 유연성에 미치는 영향을 연구하고, 인적자원 유연성의 개념과 하위차원에 대한 고찰을 통해 이들이 조직성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 선행연구를 바탕으로 이론연구를 수행하였으며, 국내 138개 주요 기업을 대상으로 조직수준의 실증분석을 실시하였다. 실증분석 결과, 인적자원관리시스템의 구성요소인 선택적 채용, 폭넓은 훈련, 결과지향 평가, 인센티브 보상은 모두 기업의 재무성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 인적자원관리시스템과 인적자원유연성의 관계를 검증한 결과 선택적 채용, 결과지향 평가, 인센티브 보상은 인적자원의 기술유연성, 행동유연성, 관계유연성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 폭넓은 훈련은 인적자원유연성의 모든 하위차원에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 인적자원관리시스템과 조직성과의 관계에서 인적자원유연성의 매개효과를 검증하였는데 그 결과 부분적으로 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 이론연구와 실증분석 결과는 기업의 인적자원관리제도의 운영과 인적자원개발과 종업원의 경력개발을 위한 교육훈련 설계에 많은 시사점과 한계점을 제시하였다.

국방분야 지식관리시스템의 활용도와 만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Utilization and Satisfaction of Knowledge Management System in the Defense Sector)

  • The aim of this study is to analyze how both the quality of KMS (Knowledge Management System) and its organizational factors have effect on the utilization and user satisfaction in the defense sector. This study has verified the effects and identified the main factors affecting KMS performance measures. The nature of KMS quality and its organizational characteristics were deduced from previous research results, and a questionnaire survey was conducted on 250 KMS users in the defense sector on the performance of KMS based on the time spent on KMS and the overall satisfaction through which the hypothesis was verified. This study has made several contributions in the fact that it had provided the opportunity to analyze which factors have impact on knowledge management performance in the defense sector and the utilization and users' satisfaction of KMS reflecting the viewpoint of the organizational characteristics of the military, while studying the factors which can affect the performance for knowledge management.

일학습병행제 대학연계형 계약학과의 성과관리체계 개발 (Development of Performance Management System for Contract Departments in the Korean Dual College Context)

  • 일학습병행제는 국내 평생직업능력개발 체계에서 양적으로는 이미 중요한 한 축을 담당하고 있다. 하지만 기존의 일학습병행제 성과관리 방안들은 대부분 자격연계형 일학습병행제에 초점을 맞추고 있어, 4년제 대학이 담당하는 대학연계형 일학습병행제의 효과적인 성과관리체계구축에 대한 연구가 매우 부족한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 일학습병행제 계약학과의 질적 내 실화를 이루기 위해, 대학연계형 일학습병행제에 적합한 성과관리체계를 구축하기 위한 방안을 제시한다. 이를 위해, 대학연계형 일학습병행 계약학과의 성과평가 항목 및 지표를 개발하여 성과평가체계를 구축한다. 다음, 국내 학습근로자, 코리아텍 OJT 전담교수, 참여기업의 현장교사 등 다양한 이해관계자집단의 요구를 FGI와 설문조사를 통해 분석하여 현재의 계약학과 운영성과와 특별히 높은 중도탈락률의 원인을 진단한다. 이를 기초로 성과지표별 측정방법을 개발하고, 투입-변환-산출-피드백 구조의 시스템적 성과관리체계를 구축하기 위한 제 방안을 제시한다. 또한 높은 중도탈락률의 개선과 성과향상을 위한 방안을 각 이해관계자 측면에서 제시한다.

국가 연구개발을 위한 웹기반의 과제관리 시스템 (A WEB-BASED PROJECT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR GOVERNMENT R&D PROGRAMS)

  • Government R&D Project Management in Korea has had considerable difficulties because of the lack of project monitoring systems and insufficient communication. The National Program for Tera-level Nanodevices (TND Program) is a ten-year R&D program for commercialization in the area of nano technology. Collaboration and communication among the various participants such as business companies, universities, and government R&D institutes are key success factors in this R&D program. TND Program office has developed a Web-based project management system. This system consists of mostly four sub-management functions: (1) Milestones management of all R&D projects; (2) DR (Design Review) management as the mechanism for checking the performance against milestones; (3) Project activity management using the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure); (4) Budget management. Additionally, it also has many R&D supporting functions such as technology information bulletin board, community management, and visual summary of project progress and performance. This system is effective for monitoring research project as well as measuring project performance of the overall research program. This Web-based system has become the useful tool of R&D moving target mechanism and effective communication and collaboration tool. System features and adoption process of the system are also suggested.

ISO 9000 품질경영시스템의 인풍기관 유형에 따른 중소기업 경영성과의 차이에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Difference in Management Performance of Small-and Medium-sized Companies Due to the Types of ISO 9000 Quality Management Systems Certification Agencies)

  • Small- and medium-sized companies obtain ISO 9000 quality management systems as a way of adapting to the changes of business environment and improving their business performance. Certificates of ISO 9000 quality management systems have been granted to companies by either domestic or foreign certification agencies with different requirements and standards. This study empirically examined whether there are differences in business performance among small- and medium-sized companies that have obtained ISO 9000 quality management system from different types (domestic or foreign) of certification agencies. This study found that there are statistically significant differences in both qualitative and quantitative business performance among them. The findings of this study imply that companies considering ISO 9000 quality management systems be prudent in choosing the type of certification agency to maximize the expected benefits of ISO 9000 quality management systems. This study also provides the government agency regulating ISO 9000 quality management certification system with some valuable information that brings up the need for establishing and managing a more effective quality management certification system.

Development of Expertise-based Safety Performance Evaluation Model

  • Construction projects have become increasingly complex in recent years, resulting in substantial safety hazards and frequent fall accidents. In an attempt to prevent fall accidents, various safety management systems have been developed. These systems have mainly been evaluated qualitatively and subjectively by practitioners or supervisors, and there are few tools that can be used to quantitatively evaluate the performance of safety management systems. We propose an expertise-based safety performance evaluation model (EXSPEM), which integrates a fuzzy approach-based analytic hierarchy process and a regression approach. The proposed model uses S-shaped curves to represent the degree of contribution by subjective expertise and is verified by a genetic algorithm. To illustrate its practical application, EXSPEM was applied to evaluate the safety performance of a newly developed real-time mobile detector monitoring system. It is expected that this model will be a helpful tool for systematically evaluating the application of a robust safety control and management system in a complex construction environment.

병원고객관계관리시스템의 성과요인 분석 (Factor Analysis on the Performance of Hospital Customer Relationship Management (HCRM) System)

  • 이 논문의 목적은 병원고객관계관리(HCRM)시스템의 성능에 영향을 미치는 요인를 찾고 또한 이러한 요인 간의 관계를 분석하는데 있다. HCRM 시스템의 성능을 분석하기 위해 여러 KPI (핵심성과지표)의 분석을 수행했다. HCRM 시스템 성능에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석을 위해 다중회귀분석과 카이제곱검정을 수행하였다. 이 연구에서는 HCRM 시스템 성능의 선행요인과 결과요인 사이의 관계를 분석하기 위해 몇 가지 가설을 도출하였다. 이러한 가설들은 SEM (Structural Equation Model)을 사용하여 테스트되었다. 조사 결과 본 연구의 결과로서 HCRM-Infrastructure가 HCRM-Performance에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 사실을 발견했다. 그리고 HCRM-Performance는 병원의 경영관리성과에도 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 HCRM시스템의 성공적인 구축과 성공적인 구현 및 개선을 위한 몇 가지 제안과 지침을 제안했다.
