제올라이트 쉬트 담지 백금촉매의 제조 및 톨루엔 연소 특성 (Preparation of Pt Catalyst Supported on Zeolite Sheet and Its Performance of Toluene Combustion)

  • 원통형으로 성형된 zeolite sheet (제올라이트를 함유하는 세라믹 종이)는 VOC 제거를 위한 효과적인 흡착로터로서 사용될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 ZSM-5가 함유된 zeolite sheet 지지체에 Pt를 담지한 후 톨루엔 연소 촉매 성능을 ${\gamma}-Al_2O_3$ 및 cordierite honeycomb 지지체에 담지된 Pt 촉매와 비교하였다. Pt/zeolite sheet 촉매는 $Pt/{\gamma}-Al_2O_3$ 또는 Pt/cordierite honeycomb 촉매에 비하여 톨루엔 연소반응에 높은 활성을 나타냈다. 한편, Pt/zeolite sheet 촉매를 상온에서 $NH_3-H_2O$ 증기로 전처리하면 zeolite sheet에 담지된 Pt 입자의 분산도가 향상되었으며, 톨루엔 연소 촉매 활성이 크게 증가하였다.

국립대학교병원의 최근 10년 경영성과 분석 (Analysis of Business Performance of National University Hospitals for the Past 10 Years)

  • Purposes: The purposes of this study is analysis of business performance in national university hospitals in Korea. Methodology: Data from 2010 to 2019 were collected from balance sheet, income statement, and annual reports in 11 national university hospitals. The dependant variables are business performance which are operating margin to total assets, operating margin to gross revenue, and net income to gross revenue. The independent variables are the number of bed, hospital location, opening, liquidity, stability, and activity. Findings: In recent years, activity has been shown to have a lot of influence on management performance. National university hospitals increase profitability by using resources as efficiently as possible. The short-term debt and fixed assets have been increased rapidly in recent years. It was found that management performance has been increased through active investment using financial leverage. Practical Implications: Based on these results, this study will be the basic data for efficient management of national university hospitals.

소프트웨어 기업의 기술혁신 활동과 혁신 성과에 관한 연구 (Technology Innovation Activity and Innovation Performance in the Software Firms)

  • In this paper, the technology innovation for software firms are discussed. Through the literature study, the concepts about this issue and the environment and activity of software firm's the technology innovation related are described. The survey paper was developed for searching the obstacles, policy considerations, and performance of this issue etc. Also questionnaire sheet was made for identifying the relations on technology innovation activities and performance. The degree of understanding about the need of technology innovation were very high according to the analysis result from the response based on the 103 software firms. Among this survey the other results are described as follows; the motivation of technology innovation, the necessity and implementation, the duration acquired for innovation result, the favorite support program as for innovation policy, obstacles for innovation implementation, the reason for innovation collaboration etc. Finally, it is verified statistically that the performance of technology innovation be affected by the employment of external professional technician, research and development, the technical education.

세라믹 시트 필터에 부착된 V2O5-WO3/TiO2 촉매의 NO 환원 성능 (NO Reduction Performance of V2O5-WO3/TiO2 Catalyst Supported on a Ceramic Sheet Filter)

  • 분진과 질소 산화물을 동시에 처리할 수 있는 이원적 기능을 가진 촉매 필터는 산업체 적용에 많은 장점을 갖고 있다. 통기성이 높은 시트 형 세라믹 필터를 촉매 필터 소재로 활용하면 배기가스 처리 공정의 타당성을 더욱 높일 것이다. 그러나 시트 필터는 두께가 얇아서 촉매 지지층에 촉매를 부착할 수 있는 공간이 부족하므로 효과적인 촉매필터를 제조하기가 쉽지 않다. 본 연구에서는 국산 시트 필터를 사용하여 촉매 필터를 제조하고 실험실 장치에서 제조된 촉매 필터의 NO 환원 성능이 평가되었다. 현재 시판되고 있는 시트 필터로 촉매 필터를 제조할 경우 여과속도 $2m\;s^{-1}$에서 700 ppm NO 농도에 대한 NO 전환율이 92% 이하로써 촉매 필터 재료로써 좋은 특성을 나타내지 못했다. 이와 같이 저조한 특성을 보이는 이유는 시트 필터의 촉매 지지층의 기공이 균일하지 못하여 필요 이상의 큰 기공이 존재하기 대문으로 해석되었다. 필터에 존재하는 큰 기공의 사이즈를 줄이기 위하여 필터를 제조하는 원재료에 작은 입자를 혼합하여 시트 필터의 기공을 줄이는 효과를 통하여 NO 전환율 96% 이상을 달성하였다. 또한 촉매 지지체로써 큰 입자의 $TiO_2$를 혼합하여 촉매층의 기공을 팽창시켜서 개선된 촉매 필터는 상용 요구에 충족되는 98% 이상의 NO 전환율을 보였다. 위 두 경우 모두 촉매층 내에 존재할 수 있는 큰 기공을 효과적으로 메워서 적절한 촉매층이 형성되면 촉매 필터의 성능이 향상되는 결과를 보인 것이다. 따라서 이와 같이 통기도가 우수한 장점을 가진 시트 필터가 촉매 필터의 소재로 잘 활용될 수 있음을 보였다.

대학병원의 재무성과 비교 분석 (Comparative Analysis of Financial Performance in University Hospital)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to compare analysis of financial performance in university hospitals. Methods: Data from 2005 to 2017 were collected from income statement, balance sheet, and annual reports in 23 university hospitals. The dependent variables are used financial performance, namely, medical profit to total assets, medical profit to medical revenue, and net profit to medical revenue. The independent variables are establishment type, hospital province, bed, open liquidity, stability, and activity. Results: From 2005 to 2007, university hospitals steadily increased medical revenues, nonmedical revenues, medical profit, net profit, and reserve fund for essential business by investing fixed assets using financial leverage. From 2015 to 2017, the debt ratio was minimized based on existing management performance. Results showed that university hospitals maintained high profitability by actively investing in medical equipment, medical environment, and facilities using reserve fund for essential business. Conclusions: Results suggest that this will be the basic data for efficient management of university hospitals.

융합 차폐시트를 이용한 선량 맞춤형 에이프런 마이크로 기능성 디자인 (Dose Customized Apron Micro Functional Design Using Convergence Shielding Sheet)

  • 본 의료기관에서 사용되는 방사선 차폐복은 납당량 0.25 mmPb를 기준으로 제시하고 있다. 그러나 신체 각 부위별 감수성을 고려하고 사용자의 활동성을 보장할 수 있는 동시에 정밀한 방어가 가능한 차폐복 제작에 대해 연구하고자 한다. 친환경 차폐 재료를 기반으로 제작하여 기존 납 Apron의 중량 문제와 환경 문제를 해결하는 동시에 두께로 납당량과 동일한 차폐성능을 제시하고자 하였다. 제작된 차폐시트의 원단은 납당량 0.12 mmPb부터 0.32 mmPb까지 차폐시트의 두께로 조절하는 카렌더 공정을 통해 제작하였다. 각 신체 부위별 감수성을 고려한 차폐복을 제작하여 의료기관에서 상시 착용하고 있는 대상자를 통해 사용성평가를 실시하였다. 차폐복을 착용한 후 활동성이 좀 더 증가하였다는 의견이 많았으며, 무게는 0.26kg을 줄였다. 향후에는 의료기관의 종사자의 활동성을 고려한 차폐복 디자인 개선 노력이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

뮤지컬 '크리스마스 캐롤'의 무대의상 제작에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Production of Stage Costume of Musical 'Christmas Carol')

  • This study researched the costume manufacture process by having the musical 'Christmas Carol' as an example and specifically presented the costume manufacture process of an actually performance work, thus it aimed to be helpful theoretically and realistically, by allowing theatrical costume manufacturers and majors in theatrical costume to be informed of the systematically practical affair process of the theatrical costume manufacture and by exhibiting the research work of costume composition aiming at reproducing a silhouette in the process such as costume composition and sewing, and the effectively manufacturing methods such as the costume composition application and the sewing method development aiming at the activity of performers. In the empirical research, it analyzed the features of characters and arranged the manufacture points while actually manufacturing the performance costume, and clarified the systematically performance costume manufacture process such as a manufacture meeting${\rightarrow}$costume list preparation$\rightarrow$work-instruction sheet preparation$\rightarrow$pattern manufacture$\rightarrow$sewing$\rightarrow$performance and inspection. Through performing the manufacture of the really performance work, it is hoped that this study contributes to the development of performance art circles, by presenting a step and a method of professionally theatrical costume to the performance manufacturers and the theatrical costume manufacturers at present when the theatrical costume is solidifying its position as a professional sphere, in the performance and an, has a meaning as the initially empirical research, which can exhibit as a guide of realistically and empirically educational contents for theatrical costume aiming to bring up professional staff for theatrical costume, and becomes help in the efficiently theatrical costume manufacture realistically.

국내 발전소 지붕방수설계 시스템 및 단열 성능에 관한 연구 (A Study on the domestic power plant roof waterproofing system & insulation efficiency)

  • As the development of construction technology and new materials, building requirements has been varied gadually. Comfortable environment and serviceability of production activity and energy conservation are being dealt with very seriously. Recently localization of engineering technology of Power Plant, however, construction materials and domestic technology are being developed forcingly. According to above topics this thes is going to study roof waterproofing, thermal insulation and evaluate adiabatic performance and evaluation of properties of waterproofing materials and energy conservation. The results of studying and evaluating of roof waterproofing, thermal insulation and adiabatic performance of Power Plant are as follows. 1. Sheet waterproofing method is better than that of asphalt waterproofing method in that adaptability of wearhertight, thermal resistant, contraction and expansion. 2. It is required to replace polyurethane or ethylene used as thermal insulation with rock wool which is noncombustible materials. 3. It is recommended to usd outer insulation method than inner insulation method due to superioty of outer insulation method. Efficiency of insulation materials used in power plant is generally good except perlite mortar used in the power plant(YGN 1-2, GRI 1-2).

Polypyrrole을 증착시킨 Poly(vinyl alcohol) 나노섬유 제조 및 전극용 텍스타일 센서로의 활용 가능성 탐색 -딥 코팅과 현장중합 증착 방식을 중심으로- (Fabrication of Polypyrrole Deposited Poly (vinyl alcohol) Nanofiber Webs by Dip-coating and In situ Polymerization and their Application to Textile Electrode Sensors)

  • This study compared dip-coating and in situ polymerization methods for the development of nanofiber-based E-textile using polypyrrole. Nanofiber webs were fabricated by electrospinning an aqueous poly (vinyl alcohol) (PVA) solution. Subsequently, the PVA nanofiber web underwent thermal treatment to improve water resistance. Dip-coating and in situ polymerization methods were used to deposit polypyrrole on the surfaces of the nanofiber web. An FE-SEM analysis was also conducted to examine specimen surface characteristics along with EDS and FT-IR that analyzed the chemical bonding between polypyrrole and specimens. The line resistance and sheet resistance of the treated specimens were measured. Finally, an electrocardiogram (ECG) was measured with textile sensors made of the polypyrrole-deposited PVA nanofiber webs. The polypyrrole-deposited PVA nanofiber webs fabricated by dip-coating dissolved in the dip-coating solution and indicated damage to the nanofibers. However, in the case of in situ polymerization, polypyrrole nanoparticles were deposited on the surface and inter-web structure of the PVA nanofiber web. The resistance measurements indicated that polypyrrole-deposited PVA nanofiber webs fabricated by in situ polymerization with an average sheet resistance of 5.3 k(Ω/□). Polypyrrole-deposited PVA nanofiber webs fabricated by dip-coating showed an average sheet resistance of 57.3 k(Ω/□). Polypyrrole-deposited PVA nanofibers fabricated by in situ polymerization showed a lower line and sheet resistance; in addition, they detected the electrical activity of the heart during ECG measurements. The electrodes made from polypyrrole-deposited PVA nanofiber webs by in situ polymerization showed the best performance for sensing ECG signals among the evaluated specimens.

지구과학 수행평가 모형의 개발 및 활용방안 (Development and Using for Practical Model of Performance Assessment in The Earth Science Education)

  • The purpose of this research is to accomplish the goal of science education based in the seventh science course of study by suggesting the plan for development of executable method in the learning process of Earth Science education and establishing a practical model to evaluate its achievement. Furthermore, the idea of this research is to recognize a way of using and consideration at practical use of the model. Since the purpose of the educational evaluation is to maximize the efficiency of school studying, there are some negative aspects in our current method of evaluation to achieve the purpose. New system has been introduced into the educational evaluation to resolve such a critical issue. Despite some positive aspects in the system, it could not be escaped from the multiple choice and pens examination. This could be caused by in various limitations, especially the insufficiency of teachers' awareness and the data about the Performance assessment. This research is to develop and use the practical model for the Performance assessment in consideration of current educational circumstances of Junior and High school. The model of the Performance assessment in this research is to sufficiently evaluate student's ability and skill in the learning process of Earth Science education. Hence, it is dedicated to the education for human being and improve quality in the learning process of the Earth Science education among the modern society, which is characterized globalization and information. Furthermore, it may promote the growth of various character of students and increase creativity and skill for the problem solving.
