  • This paper analyses the main cause of pollution in Beijing city-the limiting of the pollution caused by coal burning has seen important progress, and natural gas is assuming an important role in China's energy strategy as the country actively seeks new and cleaner sources of energy, since 1997 to 2007, the gas supply for Beijing was given, compared with the air quality standard above II which set up by WHO(World Healthy Organization), as a result the important relationship between the environment and gas using was found, then the percent of $SO_2$, $NO_2$, PM10, CO, $O_3$ of air was shown from August $8^{th}-24^{th}$ 2006, Which it was verified that the quality of air will be perfect within the standard of WHO during the Olympic Game 2008 China.

  • Because of a sudden growth of the research of fatigue failure, recent machines or structures have been designed by damage tolerance design in many fields. Consequently, it is the most primary factor to clarity the specific character of fatique failure in the design of machines or structures considering reliability. A statistical analysis is required to analyze the outcome of an experiment or a life estimate by reason of that fatigue failure contains lots of random elements. Reliability analysis which has tukenn the place of the existing analyses in the consideration of the uncertainty of a material, is a very efficient way. Even reliability analysis, however, is not a perfect way to analyses the uncertainties of all the materials. This thesis would refer to a newly conceived data analysis that the coefficient of a system could cause the ambiguity of the relationship of an input and output.

  • A set {a1, a2, …, am} of positive integers is called a Diophantine m-tuple if aiaj + 1 is a perfect square for all 1 ≤ i < j ≤ m. In this paper, we find the structure of a torsion group of elliptic curves Ek constructed by a Diophantine triple {F2k, F2k+2, 4F2k+1F2k+2F2k+3}, and find all integer points on the elliptic curve under assumption that rank(Ek(ℚ)) = 2.

  • Let R be a finite commutative ring with nonzero identity. We define ${\Gamma}(R)$ to be the graph with vertex set R in which two distinct vertices x and y are adjacent if and only if there exists a unit element u of R such that x + uy is a unit of R. This graph provides a refinement of the unit and unitary Cayley graphs. In this paper, basic properties of ${\Gamma}(R)$ are obtained and the vertex connectivity and the edge connectivity of ${\Gamma}(R)$ are given. Finally, by a constructive way, we determine when the graph ${\Gamma}(R)$ is Hamiltonian. As a consequence, we show that ${\Gamma}(R)$ has a perfect matching if and only if ${\mid}R{\mid}$ is an even number.

  • A set {$a_1,\;a_2,{\ldots},\;a_m$} of positive integers is called a Diophantine m-tuple if $a_ia_j+1$ is a perfect square for all $1{\leq}i$ < $j{\leq}m$. In this paper, we show that the form of third element in Diophantine pairs and develop some results which are needed to prove the extendibility of the Diophantine pair {a, b} with some conditions. By using this result, we prove the extendibility of Diophantine pairs {$F_{k-2}F_{k+1},\;F_{k-1}F_{k+2}$} and {$F_{k-2}F_{k-1},\;F_{k+1}F_{k+2}$}, where $F_n$ is the n-th Fibonacci number.

  • Loop transversal codes take an alternative approach to the theory of error-correcting codes, placing emphasis on the set of errors that are to be corrected. Hitherto, the loop transversal code method has been restricted to linear codes. The goal of the current paper is to extend the conceptual framework of loop transversal codes to admit nonlinear codes. We present a natural example of this nonlinearity among perfect single-error correcting codes that exhibit efficient domination in a circulant graph, and contrast it with linear codes in a similar context.

  • This paper addresses the bidding strategies of a hydro generator in an electricity market, and their effect on the electricity market in accordance with some parameters: the water volume, the demand elasticity, and the hydro unit performance. The competition of a hydro generator is formulated as a hi-level optimization problem, and the solving scheme for the equilibrium condition is proposed as a set of nonlinear simultaneous equations. The equilibrium of the oligopolistic model is evaluated by comparison with that of a perfect competition model from the viewpoint of a market power.

  • Literature data measured by the author have been processed to report on the effect of solute structure on gas liquid partition coefficients of eleven normal, branched and cyclic alkanes ranging in carbon number from five to nine in sixty nine low molecular weight liquids. The alkane solutes are n-pentane(p), n-hexane(hx), n-heptane(hp), n-octane(o), n-nonane(n), 2-methylpentane(mp), 2,5-dimethylpentane(dp), 2,5-dimethylhexane(dh), 2,3,4-trimethylpentane(tp), cyclohexane(ch), and ethylcyclohexane(ec). The solvent set encompasses most of those studied by Rohrschneider as well as three homologous series of solvents (n-alkanes, 1-alcohols and 1-nitriles) and several perfluorinated alkanes and highly fluorinated alcohols. An excellent linear relationship was observed between lnK and the carbon number of n-alkanes. The effective carbon numbers of branched and cyclic alkanes were determined in a similar fashion to the method of Kovats index. We found that the logarithm of solute vapor pressure multiplied by solute molar volume was a perfect descriptor for the linear relationship with the median effective carbon number.

  • Android's inter-application access enriches its application ecosystem. However, it exposes security vulnerabilities where end-user data can be exploited by attackers. While existing techniques have focused on minimizing the risks of inter-application access, they either suffer from inaccurate risk detection or are primarily available to expert users. This paper introduces a novel technique that automatically analyzes potential risks between a set of applications, aids end-users to effectively assess the identified risks by crowdsourcing assessments, and generates an access control policy which prevents unsafe inter-application access at runtime. Our evaluation demonstrated that our technique identifies potential risks between real-world applications with perfect accuracy, supports a scalable analysis on a large number of applications, and successfully aids end-users' risk assessments.
