유투어 시스템에서의 합리적 행동이론 적용 (Application of Theory of Reasoned Action in u-Tour System)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 유-투어 시스템의 합리적 행동이론(TRA)을 사용하여 관련 시사점을 제시하는 것이다. 여기서 크게 사용자 친숙성(인지적 요인), 인지된 유용성(정서적 요인)과 구매 의도(능동적 요인) 등 세 가지 구조로 연구 모형이 구성되었다. 본 연구는 총 153명의 응답자 표본을 갖고 분석하였는데, 적은 표본 수를 고려하여 PLS-SEM 방법을 적용하였다. 또한, 연구 모형 내 각 경로에서 비선형 관계를 탐색하기 위하여 WarpPLS 소프트웨어를 활용하였다. 분석 결과, 제안된 연구 모델은 통계적으로 유의하였고, 유투어 시스템이 제안된 TRA 이론의 적용 가능성을 보여 주었다. 또한, 추가 분석으로서, 연구 모형 내 각 경로에서 비선형 관계로서 J 형태의 가능성을 보여주면서, 종속요인에 부분적으로 부(-)의 영향이 있다는 사실을 보여 주었다. 그리고 구매의도의 기반이 되는 소득변수는 제안된 모형 내 각 경로에 조절적 효과를 줄 수 있음을 실증적으로 제시하였다.

정규압밀점토에서의 피에조 콘 관입에 의한 과잉간극수압에 대한 연구 (Initial Excess Pore Pressure Induced by Cone Penetration in Normally Consolidated Clays)

  • 본 연구에서는 콘 선단부 주변의 정규압밀점토 요소의 응력 경로가 삼축압축시험의 응력 경로와 같고 흙 요소를 탄성-완전 소성 재료로 가정하여, 콘 관입에 따른 과잉간극수압의 두 요소를 포함한 응력 상태를 평가할 수 있는 방법을 제안하였다. 제안된 방법은 루이지애나 주립대학교 모형 토조에서 수행된 소형 피에조 콘 시험결과에 적용하였다. 해석결과에 의하면, 제안된 방법에 의해 산정된 $\Delta{u}_{oct}$/ $\Delta{u}$ and $\Delta{u}_{shear}$/$\Delta{u}$ 는 오직 간극수압계수의 함수인 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 기존의 이론해에서는 비배수 전단강도, 강성지수와 같은 흙의 물성치 산정의 정확성에 따라 좌우되는 반면에 제안된 방법은 간극수압계수에 따른 일관된 결과를 주며 기존의 연구결과와도 일치하는 것으로 나타났다.

패션 및 뷰티 제품의 모바일 쇼핑에 영향을 미치는 마켓 메이븐 및 시간지향특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects that Personal Characteristics of Market Maven and Time Orientation have on Mobile Shopping - With a Focus on Mobile Shopping -)

  • Mobile shopping, through the use of the smart phone, has become a very popular shopping method for consumers due to it not being limited by time or place. This research aims do the following:1)find the causes for consumers shifting to mobile shopping with the focus on fashion and beauty items; and in order to so, this research will use the TAM that was found by David et al (1989), and 2) distinguish any behavioral differences between consumer groups divided into purchasing intention of fashion and beauty items through smart phone. Path analysis was performed to verify the cause-and-effect relationship between the variables. Personal characteristics(i.e. market maven, time orientation), perceived usability, ease of use, attitude towards mobile shopping, and purchase intentions were all treated as dependant variables. The results showed that attitude towards mobile shopping was the most important variable on mobile shopping intentions. Time-oriented and Market Maven were thought to affect mobile shopping attitude and the dependent variables of purchase intention. Also, when purchasing smart phones, consumers highly valued smart phone's popularity; people with higher purchasing intention mainly used entertainment and utility apps. The following are the main reasons for not purchasing through mobile shopping: they are slower than computers, inconveniences in viewing due to small size of the screen, and security issues. The consumers used the internet as their main source of acquiring daily information. In this research, factors that affect the purchase intention were studied. However, it is difficult to firmly insist that this research correctly predicts the actual purchase intention-further studies need to be done to investigate the relationship between mobile purchase intention and actual purchase intention.

콘크리트의 점진적(漸進的) 파괴(破壞)에 대한 비선형(非線型) 구성(構成)모델확립연구(硏究) (A Nonlinear Constitutive Model for Progressive Fracturing of Concrete)

  • 본(本) 논문(論文)에서는 콘크리트의 점진적(漸進的) 인장파괴현상(引張破壞現象)을 해석(解析)할 수 있는 증분형(增分形)이며, 진로종속적(進路從屬的)이고, 텐서적으로 불변성(不變性)인 비선형구성(非線型構成)모델이 제안(提案)되었다. 전(全) 변형도(變形度)는 탄성성분(彈性成分)과 비탄성성분(非彈性成分)의 합(合)으로 표시(表示)된다. 콘크리트내부(內部)에는 미세균열(微細龜裂)의 근원(根源)이 되는 약(弱)한 면(面)들이 모든 방향(方向)으로 좌우(左右)하며, 이 약(弱)한 면(面)에서의 법선응력(法線應力)은 법선변형도(法線變形度)의 함수라고 가정된다. 이와 같은 근본개념(根本槪念)아래 가상(假想)일의 원리(原理)로부터 콘크리트의 접선강도(接線剛度)가 유도된다. 본(本) 이론(理論)은 비비례하중(非比例荷重)이나 주응력(主應力)의 방향(方向)이 변(變)하는 경우 등의 일반적(一般的)인 하중상태(荷重狀態)에 적용할 수 있으며, 이것이 본(本) 모델의 주요(主要)한 목적이 될 수 있다. 본(本) 이론(理論)을 변형연화현상(變形軟化現象)을 보이는 직접인장실험자료(直接引張實驗資料)와 비교한 결과 좋은 일치를 얻었다.

Rediscovering A Path to Aging in Place: Development of Housing Cooperatives for Rural Elderly

  • Profit-keeping behaviors naturally occur in the market to satisfy consumers, and the logic behind it lies in the economies of scale. On the flip side, some commodities transacted in the market are not available or can not be easily acquired unless the demand is high enough. Under this proposition, some consumers rise and find their own solution to meet the services at a reasonable cost or at an adequate level. The commonly adopted way is to establish a cooperative, and it stirs purchasing power by pooling resources and further bargains price and service quality. As a consumer cooperative, housing cooperatives notably found in rural towns enable the elderly to continue independent living. This study is to take a closer look at residential life of the rural elderly in housing cooperatives. Utilizing in-depth focus group interviews with 40 residents in four housing cooperatives, this qualitative research draws main factors affecting the decision to move in, residential assessment, and strengths and weakness of living in a housing cooperative. The primary factor influencing the moving decision is to continue to independent living in a familiar community, and the bottom line is planning ahead. Frailty and bereavement are found to be the leading occasions for them to move. The participants are satisfied with the independent living arrangement, and particularly, cited such features as safety and security, elderly-friendly design, common spaces, freedom, social activities and efficient living. Also, it is stated that some cooperative natures such as control over the property and giving a voice on management render positive impacts on the satisfaction with communal living. In spite of all the benefits and strengths, participants face with a public notion that an independent living arrangement like a housing cooperative has never done before in rural towns, so that most people recognize it as part of dependent living arrangements like nursing home.

현장자료를 사용한 지반-구조물 상호작용에 대한 경험적 연구 (System Identification Analysis on Soil-Structure Interaction Using Field Data)

  • 최근 지진공학 제반분야의 연구동향은 지진발생시 구조물의 거동을 보다 합리적/경제적으로 고려하는 내진성능 목표 개념에 입각하여 많은 향상을 성취하고 있다. 특히, 실제 지진에서 관측된 자료를 사용하여 시방기준과 해석기법에 많은 보완이 이루어지고 있는 실정이다. 그러나, 지반-구조물 상호작용에 대한 연구는 경험적으로 입증된 해석방법의 정립이 아직까지 과제로 남아있는 분야이다. 이러한 취지에서, 본 연구에서는 구조물과 지표면 자유장 운동의 강진기록이 잘 관측되어 있는 2매 사이트를 선택하여, 입/출력 자료를 가지고 시스템 특성치즐 추정할 수 있는 System Identification 기법을 이용하여 지반-구조물 상호작용의 해석기법 중 가장 보편적이며 비교적 간단한 주파수 영역의 Impedance 함수를 계산하고 그 결과를 바탕으로 관성력에 의한 지반-구조물 상호작용에 대한 고찰을 수행한다.

신제품 구매시 온라인 사회적 결정 역할 : 신제품 혁신성 조절효과 (Role of Online Social Decision When Purchasing NP : The Moderating Effect of NP Innovation)

  • Purpose - Recently, internet access and social network utilization using smart phone are increasing. In such a smart environment, interactive activities such as information generation, information searching and information sending are increasing rapidly on-line environment. Therefore, consumers tend to purchase something according to eWOM and also meet the social consensus online environment. In connectivity society, consumers became accessible and engaged in the opinions of others easily. Many decisions that seem like personal decisions are actually social decisions on online connectivity. This paper seeks to explore factors that can help generate a social decision on purchasing of new products in an online environment. Research design, data, and methodology - The process of collecting a lot of wisdom and making an agreement online is called social decision. The purpose of this paper is to examine empirically the influence of factors such as online ties, online eWOM expectancy and online information behavior on online social decision. In addition, We studied online social decision by analyzing the moderating effect of new product innovation. To understand this structural relationship, research hypotheses and research models were set up and empirical analysis was conducted. In order to verify the hypothesis, 208 questionnaires were collected from the residents of Seoul city/Gyeonggi province. The answered questionnaire verifies reliability and validity using SPSS/AMOS and test hypotheses through path analysis and multiple regression analysis. Results - According to the research results, First, online ties don't have a positive impact on online social decision, Second, online eWOM expectancy have a positive impact on online social decision. Third, online information behaviors have a positive impact on online social decision. The degree of innovation of new products have a moderating effect between Independent variables of three factors and dependent variable of social decision. Conclusions - Social decisions have a positive impact on purchasing decisions about new product. There is a great significance in the fact that the online social influence and online social decision have been studied academically. It is meaningful that we have studied in depth the changing phenomenon of consumer purchase decision process in smart environment. The results of these studies provide academic and practical implications.

RF 마그네트론 스퍼터링법을 이용하여 사파이어 기판과 ZnO 박막 위에 증착한 AlN 박막의 특성분석 (Growth of AlN Thin Film on Sapphire Substrates and ZnO Templates by RF-magnetron Sputtering)

  • 먼저 RF 마그네트론 스퍼터링법을 이용하여 사파이어 기판 위에 AlN 박막을 증착하였다. AlN 공급원으로는 분말소결된 AlN 타겟을 적용하였다. 플라즈마 파워를 50에서 110 W로 증가시켰을 때 AlN 층의 두께는 선형적으로 증가하였다. 그러나 동작압력을 3에서 10 mTorr로 증가시켰을 때는 동작기체인 아르곤 양이 증가함에 따라 AlN 타겟으로부터 스퍼터링되어 나온 AlN 입자들의 평균자유행정의 거리가 감소하기 때문에 AlN 층의 두께는 약간 감소하였다. 질소 기체를 아르곤과 섞어주었을 때는 질소의 낮은 스퍼터링 효율에 의해서 AlN의 두께는 크게 감소하였다. 다음으로는 ZnO 형판 위에 AlN를 증착하였다. 그러나 700도 이상의 열처리에 의해서 AlN와 ZnO의 계면이 약간 분리되어 계면의 열적 안정성이 낮다는 결과를 얻었다. 게다가 스퍼터링으로 증착한 AlN 박막의 나쁜 결정성으로 인하여 700도에서 MOCVD의 반응기 기체인 수소와 암모니아에 의해서 AlN 밑의 ZnO 층이 분해되는 현상도 관찰하였다. 그리고 900도 이상에서는 ZnO가 완전히 분해되어 AlN 박막이 완전히 분리되었다.

국내 초전도 한류기 요구와 하이브리드 초전도 한류기 (Domestic Efforts for SFCL Application and Hybrid SFCL)

  • We present domestic efforts for superconducting fault current limiter (SFCL) application in the Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO) grid and pending points at issue. KEPCO's decision to upgrade the 154 kV/22.9 kV main transformer from 60 MVA to 100 MVA cast a problem of high fault current in the 22.9 kV distribution lines. The grid planners supported adopting an SFCL to control the fault current. This environment friendly to SFCL application must be highly dependent upon the successful development of SFCL having specifications that domestic utility required. The required conditions are (1) small size of not greater than twice of 22.9 kV gas insulated switch-gear (GIS), (2) sustainability of current limitation without the line breaking by circuit breakers (CB) for maximum 1.5 seconds. Also, optionally, recommended is (3) the reclosing capability. Conventional resistive SFCLs do not meet (1) $\sim$ (3) all together. A hybrid SFCL is an excellent solution to meet the conditions. The hybrid SFCL consists of HTS SFCL components for fault detection and line commutation, a fast switch (FS) to break the primary path, and a limiter. This characteristic structure not only enables excellent current limiting performances and the reclosing capability, but also allows drastic reduction of HTS volume and small size of the cryostat, resulting in economic feasibility and compactness of the equipment. External current limiter also enables long term limitation since it is far less sensitive to heat generation than HTS. Semi-active operation is another advantage of the hybrid structure. We will discuss more pending points at issues such as maintenance-free long term operation, small size to accommodate the in-house substation, passive and active control, back-up plans, diagnosis, and so on.

TFT-LCD용 휘도 성능을 향상시키는 나노 와이어 그리드 편광 필름의 제작 (Fabrication of a Nano-Wire Grid Polarizer for Brightness Enhancement in TFT-LCD Display)

  • TFT-LCD consists of LCD panel on the top, circuit unit on the side and BLU on the bottom. The recent development issues of BLU-dependent TFT-LCD have been power consumption minimization, slimmerization and size maximization. As a result of this trend, LED is adopted as BLU instead of CCFL to increase brightness and to reduce thickness. In liquid crystal displays, the light efficiency is below 10% due to the loss of light in the path from a light source to an LCD panel and presence of absorptive polarizer. This low efficiency results in low brightness and high power consumption. One way to circumvent this situation is to use a reflective polarizer between backlight units and LCD panels. Since a nano-wire grid polarizer has been known as a reflective polarizer, an idea was proposed that it can be used for the enhancement of the brightness of LCD. The use of reflective polarizing film is increasing as edge type LED TV and 3D TV markets are growing. This study has been carried out to fabrication of the nano-wire grid polarizer(NWGP) and investigated the brightness enhancement of LCD through polarization recycling by placing a NWGP between an c and a backlight unit. NWGPs with a pitch of 200nm were fabricated using laser interference lithography and aluminum sputtering and wet etching. And The NWGP fabrication process was using by the UV imprinting and was applied to plastic PET film. In this case, the brightness of an LCD with NWGPs was 1.21 times higher than that without NWGPs due to polarization recycling.
