수동소자에 의한 축적에너지 2중 궤환방식 전류형 GTO 인버터의 입.출력 특성 (Currant Source GTO Inverter with Double Recovery Path of Commutation Energy by LCD)

  • In order to develop the three phase GTO CSI with double recovery path of commutation energy by passive devices (LCD), we studied the clamping circuit to protect switching device and energy recovery circuit to recover absorbed energy of capacitor and DC inductor. In this paper, we investigated how DC input power is increased or decreased according to energy recovery path with or not in the three phase GTO current source inverter, we used a induction motor as inverter load, and controlled a induction motor with v/f constant control. Experimental results show that dissipated DC power is decreased in $9{\sim}14%$ by double recovery path. We also confirmed that the characteristics is met as compare simulation results with experimental results according to each frequency.

  • Comparative study on a low cost sustaining driver with single and dual path energy recovery circuits for plasma display panels (PDPs) is shown in this paper. The cost of PDPs has been still high and about half of the cost has been occupied by driving circuit. A simple sustaining driver is proposed to reduce the cost and size of driving circuit. The proposed driver has small number of devices and reactive components and there are two methods for charging and discharging PDPs such as single and dual path energy recovery circuits. A comparative research on two-types of energy recovery path is practiced to evaluate performance. As a result, the dual energy recovery path circuit has low power consumption, low surge current and high performance. To verify those results, experiment will be shown with 42-inch HD panel.

빠른 경로 복구를 고려한 오버레이 멀티캐스트 (Overlay Multicast considering Fast Path Recovery)

  • 오버레이 멀티캐스트를 이용하는 응용에서는 노드들의 잦은 탈퇴로 인하여 발생하는 전송 경로의 빠른 재구성이 필요하다. 이를 위해 많은 연구들이 진행되어 왔지만 빠른 경로 복구를 위한 연구는 지속적으로 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 오버레이 멀티캐스트에서 부모노드의 탈퇴로 발생하는 전송 경로 재구성 시간을 개선하고 안정적인 경로를 유지하기 위하여 새로운 빠른 경로 복구 방법을 제안한다. 제안 방법에서는 빠른 경로 복구를 위하여 가상 전송 경로와 후보 부모 노드를 이용한다. 모든 노드들은 전송 경로 상 자신과 비슷한 깊이에 존재하는 노드 및 인접한 노드와 주기적으로 RTT(Round Trip Time)정보를 교환한다. 모든 노드들은 후보 부모 노드 리스트를 가지고 있고 각 노드는 이 교환된 RTT 정보를 리스트에 저장한다. 각 노드들은 경로 복구 시간을 줄이기 위하여 저장된 RTT 정보 순으로 후보 부모 노드들을 결정하고 가상 전송 경로를 구성한다. 구성된 가상 전송 경로를 이용하여 부모 노드의 탈퇴 시 빠르게 전송 경로를 복구할 수 있다. 시뮬레이션 결과는 제안 방법의 복구 시간이 일반적인 방법보다 평균 30%로 더 빨랐음을 보여준다.

  • We propose a new multipath-based reliable routing protocol on MANETs, Multipath-based Reliable routing protocol with Fast-Recovery of failures (MRFR). For reliable message transmission, MRFR tries to find the most reliable path between a source and a destination considering the end-to-end packet reception reliability of the routes. The established path consists of a primary path that is used to transmit messages, and the secondary paths that are used to recover the path when detecting failures on the primary path. After establishing the path, the source transmits messages through the primary path. If a node detects a link failure during message transmission, it can recover the path locally by switching from the primary to the secondary path. By allowing the intermediate nodes to locally recover the route failure, the proposed protocol can handle the dynamic topological change of the MANETs efficiently. The simulation result using the QualNet simulator shows that the MRFR protocol performs better than other protocols in terms of the end-to-end message delivery ratio and fault-tolerance capability.

  • Comparison of one two-path single energy recovery circuit for plasma display panel (PDP) is shown in this paper. A single energy recovery circuit (SERC) is proposed to reduce cost for manufacturing PDP and there are two ways, one and two-path, in driving this circuit. Compared with one-path SERC, there are low power consumption, low surge current and high performance in two-path SERC. The results will be shown with 42-inch HD panel.

  • 현재 QoS 라우팅의 목적은 사용자 서비스들의 각 QoS 요구사항을 만족하는 최적의 경로를 찾아 서비스하는 것이다. 그러나 네트워크 상황에 따라 장애가 발생했을 경우 이들의 QoS 요구를 만족시킬 수 있는 또 다른 백업 경로를 사용하여 서비스해야 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 네트워크 상에 발생된 장애 상황에 대해 서비스되고 있는 각 응용들에 대한 복구 방법으로 서비스 복구 QoS 재라우팅 알고리즘을 제시하고자한다. 이를 위해 사전에 모든 네트워크 노드를 보호할 수 있는 PFC(Protection Fundamental Cycle) 생성 방법론과 최소의 재라우팅 비용을 사용하는 경로 선택 알고리즘들에 대해 살펴보고 이들에 대한 성능을 분석하기로 한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 고정익 무인항공기의 그물망 자동착륙을 위한 나선형 강하궤적과 종말 유도기법을 설계하였다. 시야가 확보된 좁은 지역에서 착륙하도록 고정익 항공기의 나선형 강하궤적을 설계하였고, 나선형 강하의 끝점에서 그물망 입사방향을 향하도록 비행경로각 명령을 생성하였다. 종말유도 단계에서는 그물망 중심으로의 정밀한 유도를 위하여 시선각 정보 기반 의사추적 유도기법을 설계하였다. 고정익 무인항공기의 시스템 인식 모델을 이용한 6자유도 수치 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 제안한 나선형 착륙비행의 성능을 검증하였다.

FTCARP: A Fault-Tolerant Routing Protocol for Cognitive Radio Ad Hoc Networks

  • Cognitive Radio (CR) has been recently proposed as a promising technology to remedy the problems of spectrum scarcity and spectrum underutilization by enabling unlicensed users to opportunistically utilize temporally unused licensed spectrums in a cautious manner. In Cognitive Radio Ad Hoc Networks (CRAHNs), data routing is one of the most challenging tasks since the channel availability and node mobility are unpredictable. Moreover, the network performance is severely degraded due to large numbers of path failures. In this paper, we propose the Fault-Tolerant Cognitive Ad-hoc Routing Protocol (FTCARP) to provide fast and efficient route recovery in presence of path failures during data delivery in CRAHNs. The protocol exploits the joint path and spectrum diversity to offer reliable communication and efficient spectrum usage over the networks. In the proposed protocol, a backup path is utilized in case a failure occurs over a primary transmission route. Different cause of a path failure will be handled by different route recovery mechanism. The protocol performance is compared with that of the Dual Diversity Cognitive Ad-hoc Routing Protocol (D2CARP). The simulation results obviously prove that FTCARP outperforms D2CARP in terms of throughput, packet loss, end-to-end delay and jitter in the high path-failure rate CRAHNs.
