학계나 연구소에서는 연구동향이나 과학기술동향을 파악하고 예측하기 위해 전문가들의 판단에 의존하는 정성적인 방법을 주로 활용하여 왔다. 이 기법은 많은 시간과 비용이 드는 단점이 있기에 본 논문에서는 키워드 네트워크 분석을 활용하여 과학기술 동향을 예측하였다. 이를 위해 미국 특허 중 AI(Artificial Intelligence) 특허 초록 13,618개를 대상으로 키워드 네트워크 분석을 활용하여 분석 1기(2002.1.1. ~ 2006.12.31.), 분석 2기(2007.1.1. ~ 2011.12.31.), 분석 3기(2012.1.1. ~ 2016.12.31.)로 구분하여 분석하였다. 빈도 분석 결과, 분석 1기에서 3기로 시간이 경과할수록 AI 응용 분야의 방법에 관련된 핵심어들이 부각되었다. 키워드 네트워크 분석에서도 시간이 경과함에 따라 응용 분야의 방법에 관련된 핵심어와 다른 핵심어 간의 연계성이 높아졌다. 또한 분석 전체 기간 중 상승 및 하락 추세를 보인 연계 핵심어를 분석하면 응용 분야의 방법과 관리에 대한 연계성은 강화되는 반면에 기초 분야의 연계성은 약화되었다. 키워드 연결 중심성 분석에서도 기간이 경과할수록 응용 분야에 대한 중심성 수치가 높았다. 키워드 매개 중심성 분석에서 분석 3기는 응용 분야의 방법론 관련 핵심어가 가장 높은 매개 수치를 보였다. 이는 앞으로 응용 분야의 방법들이 AI 분야의 강력한 중개자 역할을 할 것으로 예상된다. 본 논문에서 제시한 기법은 지역혁신과 관련된 과제 발굴이나 사회문제 이슈의 시각화 등 지역혁신 분야에 활용되어 질 수 있을 것이다.

All academic information on the web or elsewhere has its creator, that is, a subject who has created the information. The subject can be an individual, a group, or an institution, and can be a nation depending on the nature of the relevant information. Most information is composed of a title, an author, and contents. An essay which is under the academic information category has metadata including a title, an author, keyword, abstract, data about publication, place of publication, ISSN, and the like. A patent has metadata including the title, an applicant, an inventor, an attorney, IPC, number of application, and claims of the invention. Most web-based academic information services enable users to search the information by processing the meta-information. An important element is to search information by using the author field which corresponds to a personal name. This study suggests a method of efficient indexing and using the adjacent operation result ranking algorithm to which phrase search-based boosting elements are applied, and thus improving the accuracy of the search results of personal names. It also describes a method for providing the results of searching co-authors and related researchers in searching personal names. This method can be effectively applied to providing accurate and additional search results in the academic information services.

In developing total hospital information system, large amount of time and expense are to be spent while its results are likely to lead itself to end-users' dissatisfaction. Some of the main complaints on the part of end-users come from insufficient consideration of end-users environment as well as inappropriate representation of their requirement in the system alalysis and design. This papre addresses some advantages of Essential Logical Modeling Process for better analysis and design, explaining by example the developmental process of the Patent Management and Accounting System for a tertiary care hospital. In the case, the Essential Model, suggested by McMenamin and Palmer, proved to be an effective tool for clear separation of analysis and design phase and for better communication among system developers and with end-users. The modeling process itself contributed to better program modularity as well, shown in a Structured Chart. Difficulties in learning how to identify' essential activities' for the modeling practice were experienced in the beginnins stage, which were, however, overcome by elaborating some heuristic guideling and by rdferring to necessary tools including State Transition Diagram, Control Flow Diagram, and so many. While full evaluation of the Essential Model usag remains to wait till the completion of the case project, its strengt in making clear distinction between analysis and design phase was enough to be attractive to system analysts. The model concepts are open to many further application fields, particularly such areas as business re engineering, process remodeling, office automation, and organizational restructuring.

신생아에서 흉강내 대동맥류는 드물며, 말판 증후군, 대동맥 축착, 대동맥 판막 협착, 동맥염, 터너 증후군, 결절성 경화증 등과 연관되어 보고된 바 있다. 신생아에서 발견되는 ductus arteriosus aneurysm은 매우 드문 질환이나, 대동맥 파열이 유발 될 수 있는 기형이다. 병인으로 대동맥 쪽에 있는 동맥관의 폐쇄 지연, 선천적으로 동맥관 벽이 약한 경우, 자궁내에서 동맥관으로 혈류 증가, 자궁내에서 동맥관의 협착 등이 있으나 명확하지 않은 상태이다. Ductus arteriosus aneurysm은 흉부 방사선, 심초음파, 3차원 전산화단층촬영, 자기 공명영상 검사 등으로 진단할 수 있다. 치료는 인도메사신의 투여, 수술적 절재 등의 방법이 있으며, 자연 소실되는 경우도 있다. 저자들은 태변흡인증후군 환아에서 우연히 발견된 ductus arteriosus aneurysm이 생후 4주 뒤 자연 소실되는 1례를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다.

Augmented reality (AR), which is a live direct or indirect view of a real-world environment combined with virtual objects, has grown rapidly owing to its wide application potential. Despite the growth of AR technology and its increased attraction, however, little attention has been paid to identifying sub-technologies of this technology and their evolving trends based on the data encompassing industrial competition. In the present study, therefore we collect AR-related patents granted until 2015 and then identify technology topics constituting AR technology by applying topic modeling to the patents' textual data. Subsequently, this study determines dynamic evolving trends with respect to those identified technology topics using indicators and maps based on the technology topics' patents and citations. The contributions of this study are twofold; it provides an overall understanding of AR technology's evolving trends based on text mining of AR patents and will assist technology experts in academia and industry in determining further R&D in the near future.

This study was undertaken to evaluate safety and antitumor activity of Nexia, a processed extract of Rhus verniciflua STOKES by heating according to Korean patent 0504160 through toxicology, cancer research and clinical application. Nexia did not exhibit any toxicological symptoms through 13 week continuous treatment, dosage accumulation study and anaphylaxis response. The lifespan of four patients with acute lymphocytic leukemia under complete remission were 110, 83, 97, and 86 months after treatment of Nexia, respectively. These data suggest that Nexia, a processed extract by removing allergen from Rhus verniciflua STOKES, may have safety and antitumor activity and also still need continuous study on its mechanism and clinical trial.

인터넷에 있는 방대한 양의 웹 페이지들을 분석하기 위해서는 웹 페이지에 내재된 정보를 추출하는 것이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 웹 페이지로부터 정보를 추출하고 이를 XML 문서로 변환하여 다차원적으로 분석하는 방법을 제안한다. 웹 페이지로부터 정보를 추출하기 위하여 두 종류의 언어를 제안한다. 하나는 객체지향 모델에 의거하여 웹 정보 추출 규칙을 기술하기 위한 것이고, 다른 하나는 추출하고자 하는 정보를 찾기 위한 HTML 태그 패턴을 정규식으로 기술하기 위한 것이다. XML 문서에 대한 다차원 분석을 위하여 관계형 데이터에 대해 하는 것처럼 웨어하우스를 구축하고 이로부터 다양한 큐브를 생성하는 방법을 제안한다. 마지막으로 본 논문에서 제안한 방법을 미국특허 웹 페이지에 적용한 예를 통해 그 타당성을 보인다.

Recently Drone technology is emerging as an alternative new way of distribution systems services. Amazon, Google which are global network chain distribution companies are developing an idea of Drone based delivery service and applied for patent for Drone distribution systems in USA. In this paper, we investigate a way to adopt Drone system to Air Cargo logistics, in particular, drone system based on combination of Light ID and RFID technology in the management procedure in stock warehouse. Also we explain the expected impact of Drone systems to customs declaration process. In this paper, we address the investigated limitations of Drone by the Korean Aviation Act as well as suggest the directions of future research for application of Drone to Air logistics industry with investigated limitations.

As social interest in acne treatment has grown, various external preparations have been developed and studied. So, we investigated the external prescription which can treat acne in medical classics, then reviewed and divided it by dynasty. The data for analysis of Herbal formula was taken from 'medicine Dictionary of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions(中醫方劑大辭典)'. 31 external medicines were searched, 3 were before song(宋) dynasty, 11 were Song(宋) dynasty, 11 were Yuan(元) dynasty, 7 were Ming(明) dynasty and 7 were Qing(淸) dynasty. The recipe and usage were only making them pill(丸) and paste(膏) using grinded medicinal herbs, then rubbing to face. As the age developed, unique manufacturing process(i.e fermentation method), and usage(i.e time-based usage, herbal medicine extracts for wash) were proposed. The external application with oriental medicine for acne used with Angelicae Gahuricae Radix(n=12), Bletillae Rhizoma(n=8), Syzygii Flos, Saposhnikoviae Radix(n=7) and so on. In particular, Bletillae Rhizoma was searched with high frequency in this study, but it was not included or studied in patent composition. The results of this study will provide basic data for future experiments and clinical studies.

The fusion research subjects of Oriental medicine and Bio-Technology are actively advanced. Development of information analysis algorithm for constitution diagnosis using clinical and biological information is started recently. In addition, the research for providing personal oriented treatment information with Diagnosis result is to in the process of advancing. This paper considers the inside and outside of the country technical development trend of research for using clinical and biological information by analyzing patents and papers. It executed information analysis about changes to number of research papers and patents, present state and star higher officer of research facility from the dissertation which it sees. It is known that our country research result is slight so far in quantity and quality as result of analysis. But hereafter it contains a many developmental possibility. Also it reflects the appearance and a growth of new field like bioinformatics from constitution and bio information application field. The combination of bio information similar to constitution and heredity and computing technology to control those information efficiently comes to think with core technique.
