Due to the differences between and distinct consumer perceptions of domestic and cross-border e-commerce (CBEC), e-consumer misconduct, which we call "cunning behavior," has emerged. This study examines cunning behavior in CBEC and compares e-consumer perceptions about environmental factors and their own personal traits using a vignette experiment and survey. The vignettes of this study were developed for three situations: illegal, deviant, and unethical behavior. Drawing on vignettes, we collected survey data and then examined the research model using the analysis of moment structure statistical tool. The results show that perceived benefit and past experience with CBEC are strong triggers for cunning behavior, while the ability to exercise self-control restrains this behavior. This study provides an understanding of why cunning behavior occurs in the CBEC context and describes different cunning behavior types.

Unsteady behavior of the early wake in the viscous flow field past an impulsively started semicircular cylinder is studied numerically. In this paper, we propose the hybrid diffusion scheme to simulate dynamic characteristics of wake such as a fishtail-like flapping and an alternate vortex-shedding more accurately. This diffusion scheme based on particle strength exchange is mixed with the stochastic nature of random walk method. Also, the viscous splitting algorithm which calculates convective and diffusion terms successively is applied in order to handle random walk method effectively. Consequently, the early behavior of wake due to the breakdown of symmetrical vortici balance is more practically simulated with the vortex particle method.
Background: Violence against health professionals is an increasing problem in Turkey. This study aims to determine the societal perception of violence, experience of violence, and the intentions to use violence against health professionals. Methods: This descriptive study sample comprised 484 individuals. Data were collected by using the "Descriptive Information Form" and "Intentions to Use Violence against Health Professionals Scale." Results: Of the participants, 8.3% used violence against health professionals. Most of the participants (81.2%) stated that violence was not a solution, and 65.9% believed that health professionals did not deserve violence. Past behavior of the participants was the most influential factor on the intention to use violence (β = .473, p = 0.000). Conclusions: More than half of the participants believed that health professionals did not deserve violence and violence was not a solution. We found that intention to use violence was affected by past experiences.
Human behavior and emotions are influenced by experiences accumulated through the past and present. To realize artificial intelligence technology that understands and sympathizes with humans, cognitive computing technology that automatically analyzes human behaviors, habits, and emotions associated with specific situations and uses past data and domain knowledge is required. In this study, we examine the latest research trends on human-understanding cognitive computing technology that recognizes human behavior and emotions, stores them as experience data, and provides services by analyzing the stored data. Further, we introduce high-quality data collection research in real-life and services for improving physical and mental health. We also review key issues essential for developing these technologies.
This study providesd an empirical analysis of trip-chaining behavior and its application to transportation planning. In the empirical analysis, changes in trip-chaining patterns since 1970 have been examined and details of current trip-chaining behavior as they describe shopping trip-chaining behavior has changed. Individual trip-chaining has become longer and complex. It appears that the average number of trips per chains has substantially increased over the past 20 years. An increased number of trips in chains means fewer home-based trips. Changes in trip-chaining behavior have several consequences. Important consequences are for transportation and land-use planning. Up to now trips have been treated as if they are independent clusters of home-to-destination-to-home; this approach has not usually taken into account the trip-chaining behavior of individuals. this calls for a different approach to at least the trip generation and trip distribution part of transportation planning. In this study, application of trip-chaining behavior to trip distribution model formulation is proposed and its calibration results are presented.
The purposes of the present study were to analyze correlation of vote behavior and attitude and vote intention in the pre-survey, and to investigate the efficient method of predicting the voting result from the pre-surveys. The previous attitude is measured by the support for the candidate, political self-confidence, self-efficacy and opinion on present issues. The vote intention is surveyed by the past election participation and degree of election interest. Real voting behavior is surveyed by the post enumeration, and the pre-survey and both post-survey are conducted to the same person to analyze the correlation of voting behavior and pre-survey. The real election participation is highly correlated with vote intention, election interest and past election participation. Almost respondents did not change the supporting candidate from the poll survey to the election vote. It is shown that the voting behavior at election of the nonrespondent of pre-survey can be predicted with the demographic charater and attitude of present issues.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine health behavior and disease of children and adolescents. Method: Data was taken from the Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey. The SPSS 12.0 program was used for statistical analysis of data collected. Results: For the past one year, 57% of study group had oral examinations, 43.9% of them were vaccinated against influenza, and 16.9% tried to control body weight. Many children and adolescents (37.7%) had diseases, and 16% were diagnosed chicken pox. Of the subjects who were over 10 years old 35.9% had low high density lipid. The difference of sickness status between children and adolescents was significant ($x^2$=8.376, P=.015). The differences between children and adolescents in subjective health status, oral examination, vaccination of influenza, subjective physical change, body weight change and weight control efforts in the past one year were significant. The differences between children and adolescents in diagnosis of sinusitis, pneumonia and low HDL were statistically significant. Conclusions: The children and adolescents have different characters in health perimeters and these factors should be considered in order to improve the health status of children and adolescents.

It has been observed in the past that, the reinforced concrete (RC) bridge columns are very often subjected to torsional moment in addition to flexure and shear during seismic vibration. Ignoring torsion in the design can trigger unexpected shear failure of the columns (Farhey et al. 1993). Performance based seismic design is a popular design philosophy which calls for accurate prediction of the hysteresis behavior of structural elements to ensure safe and economical design under earthquake loading. However, very few investigations in the past focused on the development of analytical models to accurately predict the response of RC members under cyclic torsion. Previously developed hysteresis models are not readily applicable for torsional loading owing to significant pinching and stiffness degradation associated with torsion (Wang et al. 2014). The present study proposes an improved polygonal hysteresis model which can accurately predict the hysteretic behavior of RC circular and square columns under torsion. The primary curve is obtained from mechanics based softened truss model for torsion. The proposed model is validated with test data of two circular and two square columns. A good correlation is observed between the predicted and measured torque-twist behavior and dissipated energy.
This study explores the factors that affect the lottery purchasing intentions of university students. Self-administered questionnaires were completed by 504 students attending four universities in Kwangju South Korea. The conclusions are as follows: First, approximately 43% of respondents participated in at least one lottery purchase and the frequency of lottery purchases during the last 12 months was 4.84. Gender issues were considered since almost twice as many males reported lottery purchases. Second, males were affected by attitudes toward lotteries; females were affected by past behavior, subjective norms, and attitudes toward lotteries. It was hypothesized that the attitudinal message would change behavior for male students while the accurate information and the normative message would also be effective for female students. The fact that just about half of the respondents have previously participated in gambling vis-$\grave{a}$-vis lotteries shows consumer educators that lottery purchases by youth is a social policy issue in need of systematic and scientific attention.
The purpose of this study is to make up an effective market strategy for distinguishing clothing shops through analysing the influences on store choice behaviors by demographical characteristics, clothing shopping orientations and information search activities as well as analysing the effects of information search activities according to clothing shopping orientations, together with clarifying the dimension of clothing shopping orientations and information search activities. Clothing shopping orientations were factor analyzed resulting five factors, such as Recreational Shopping, Store/Brand Loyalty, Economic Shopping, Fashion Synchronization, Careful shopping. Information search behavior were factor analyzed resulting five factors, such as mass media information, commercial media information, personal information, store information, past experience information. According to a result of looking into the influences of clothing shopping orientations on information search behaviors, as shopping orientation for pleasure, fashion synchronization orientation, brand store royal orientation & economical orientation go high, the search degree of store information & mass media information, commercial media information & personal information, past experience information and personal information raise up respectively more and more.
