농촌주거지역의 실태조사를 통한 공동이용건축물의 재생방안 (Revitalizing Plan for Public Using Building through Current Status Survey in Rural Residential Area)

  • 농촌의 공동이용건축물은 시대에 따라 그 수요가 변화해왔고, 그에 따라 기능과 규모 등도 바뀌고 있지만, 농촌지역에 반드시 필요한 시설이라는 점에서 중요하다. 하지만, 주로 농업생산기반시설에 초점이 맞춰져 있어, 도시지역에 비해 의료, 보건, 문화, 교육 등의 건축물은 턱없이 부족하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 농촌주거지역 내의 다양한 공동이용건축물을 조사하여 현황을 파악하였으며, 추가 검토를 통해 문제점을 구체화하였다. 그리고 건축물 별 상황에 따라 재생방안을 제시하였다.

대형건물내 비고형 석면함유 건축자재에 의한 기중 석면오염 및 관리실태 (Asbestos Content in Friable Sprayed-on Surface Material and Airborne Fiber Concentrations in Commercial Buildings)

  • Twenty(20) large commercial buildings located in Seoul with friable sprayed-on surface insulation material on ceilings were investigated for asbestos content in bulk material by polarized light microscopy and for airborne fiber concentrations in buildings by phase contrast microscopy. In addition, such building-related variables as building age, numbers of traffic, airflow, surface conditions of the ceiling, temperature, and humidity were studied for any correlation with airborne fiber concentrations. The results were as follows: 1. Chrysotile asbestos was found in two bulk samples with 3-5% content and with <1%in one sample out of total 20 bulk samples collected. Glass fiber and mineral wool were the two major constituents of the bulk samples. 2. The ceiling surfaces were very friable in 16 buildings and were relatively hard in 4 buildings. The friability of the surface material was dependent upon the type and the amount of binder that had been mixed with the sprayed-on surface material. 3. Airborne fiber concentrations were log-normally distributed and the geometric mean(geometric standard deviation) fiber concentrations in the underground parking lots, inside buildings, and outdoor ambient air were 0.0063(1.97)f/cc, 0.0068(2.29)f/cc, and 0.0033(2.36)f/cc, respectively. 4. No significant relationship of airborne fiber concentrations and all building-related variables studied except humidity was found. The results of this study suggest that the sprayed-on surface insulation material found in some commercial buildings may possibly be contaminated with asbestos. Since most of the ceiling surfaces surveyed were very friable and poorly maintained and the airborne fiber concentrations were relatively high, there is a possibility of asbestos fiber contamination in these buildings, particularly at those buildings with asbestos-contaminated surface material. Since poorly maintained surface conditions were thought to be a source of high airborne fiber concentrations, there is a urgent need of a systematic operation and maintenance program. Further study of non-occupational asbestos exposure in general population utilizing advanced analytical technique such as transmission electron microscopy is highly recommended.

철도역 연계서비스수준(LOS) 평가지표 설정 및 적용방안 (Development and Application of LOS (Level of Service) for Accessibility to Railway Stations)

  • 본 논문에서는 철도역 연계서비스수준 평가지표 설정 및 적용방안 도출을 위하여 전국 철도역 중 56개소를 선정하여 이용객 접근시간 조사를 수행하고 이를 기반으로 KTX, 일반철도의 연계영향권과 서비스수준(LOS) 평가지표를 도출하였다. 또한 도출된 평가지표를 활용하여 56개 철도역의 연계서비스수준을 평가하였다. 평가 결과 KTX, 일반철도 모두 일부 권역을 제외하고 연계서비스 수준이 모두 "E"등급으로 매우 열악하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 마지막으로 연계체계 개선을 위한 정비방향을 연계시설 확충, 연계노선의 확충, 혼잡구간 교통체계 개선, 개인교통수단 이용자 및 연계교통시설 이용자를 위한 해당시설의 용량 확충 방향 등을 제안하였다.

도시하천의 환경특성과 친자연적 계획전략 - 춘천시 공지천을 대상으로 - (Environmental Characteristics and Nature-friendly Planning Strategies for an Urban Stream - The Case of Chuncheon's Gongji Stream -)

  • This study analyzed characteristics of natural and human environments in Chuncheon's Gongji stream, and suggested nature-friendly planning strategies for self-purification of water quality, biodiversity improvement and conservative waterfront recreation. The environmental analysis included streambed structures, floodplain soils, water quality, vegetation, wildlife, and human facilities. Natural colonization of vegetation for the middle section of the study stream was obstructed by a straightened concrete revetment of baseflow channel, and vehicle movement and concrete parking lots across the floodplain. These human disturbances also deteriorated the naturalness of the stream landscape and limited habitation of bird species. However, natural sedimented wetlands in half of the channel width for the lower section of the stream contributed to a desirable vegetational landscape and greater bird occurrence. Based on BOD measurements, water quality of the stream fell under class $II{\sim}III$ of the stream water-quality standard, but it was worse around sewage outlets due to incomplete sewage collection especially during the dry season. Dominant fish species included typical inhabitants of good water-quality streams that are tolerant of adverse habitat changes. Nature-friendly planning strategies were established based on analysis of the environmental characteristics. They focused on not merely spatial zoning and layout divided into four zones - preservation, partial preservation, conservation and use -, but close-to-nature channel revetment techniques, natural water-purification facilities, biotope diversification, and water-friendly recreation and circulation. Strategies pursued both renewal of stream naturalness and hydraulic stability of streamflow by minimizing transformation of natural channel micro-topography and biotope, and by reflecting natural traces of streambed structures such as revetment scour and sedimentation.

한국 농촌교육농장 활성화 방안 - IPA 기법을 활용하여 - (Activation Measures for Rural Education Farms in Korea - focusing on IPA -)

  • The Purpose of this study is to analyze the importance and satisfaction on the items related to rural education farm management. The survey was carried out on the operators of rural education farm from October 6th, 2014 to April 30th, 2015, and 144 questionnaires were used for the final analysis. According to the analysis result, In the first quadrant, the environment of the farms(safety of the education farms, accessibility to the farms) and the existing customer management(dealing actively with the customer complaints, consulting with schools regarding the hands-on education and the feedbacks) were included. In the second quadrant, fourteen items were included. To mention these items in detail, the environment of the farms(lounge area for the guiding teachers), customer management(diversification of the publicity for the education farms, efforts to secure loyal customers, efforts to create new customers), campaigns of publicity and contents of publicity management(diversification of the publicity channels for education farms, off-line contents management, on-line contents management), ensuring professionalism(worksheet development and utilization, periodical supplemental education for operators), hands-on education programs(new program development, customized program development, distinguished program development), costs(efforts for cost reduction, fees for hands-on education) were included. In the third quadrant, the environment of the farms(size of the education farms), publicity activities and publicity contents management(enthusiastic publicity activities), strengthening professionalism(participation in the training programs related to rural education farm management) and in the fourth quadrant, the environment of the farms(environmentally-friendly and aesthetic natural landscape, convenient facilities such as powder rooms and washstands, parking lots) were included.

농촌관광활성화를 위한 경관요소 도출 및 평가 -중국 농촌관광지를 대상으로- (Elicitation and Evaluation of Landscape Components for Vitalization of Rural Tourism -Centered on Rural Tourist Attractions of China-)

  • 최근 중국에서 농촌관광개발이 활발하게 진행 중에 있지만 경관적 측면을 고려하지 않은 채 진행되고 있어 이용자들에게 만족스럽지 못한 결과를 가져왔다. 이에 본 연구는 농촌관광활성화를 위한 경관요소의 도출 및 평가를 통해 농촌관광지 경관계획에서 중요하게 고려해야 할 경관요소와 그에 따른 개선방안을 모색하였다. 요인분석을 통해 농촌관광활성화를 위한 경관요소를 도출하였고, 관광객을 대상으로 중요도 만족도 평가를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 1)농촌관광지 경관계획 시 가장 중요하게 고려해야할 경관요소로 지역상품, 안전시설, 공공주차장의 순으로 나타났다. 2)경관개선방향으로 교통과 숙박시설에 있어서는 지역특성을 반영하여 특색 있는 경관조성을 지향하고, 쓰레기수거시설, 식음료시설, 네트워크 및 전력시설은 질서감이 있는 계획을 통해 경관정비 및 유지관리가 필요하다. 하천 및 호수는 자연성 회복, 오폐수정화시설은 차폐경관에 의해 경관정체성을 확보하도록 한다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 "대고지질지모관광지구"의 활성화에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것이며, 나아가 중국의 농촌관광지조성 및 관리에 있어 실효성 있는 기초자료가 될 수 있을 것이다.

원룸형 다가구주택 거주자의 주거선택 중요도와 주거만족도 - 광주광역시를 중심으로 - (Priority of Residential Choice and Housing Satisfaction among Studio-type Multi-family Housing Dwellers in the City of Gwangju)

  • The purpose of this study is to gather baseline data on perceived priority of residential choice and housing satisfaction rates among consumers with the aim of using this information for future planning. Self-administered questionnaires were provided to 196 studio-type multi-family housing dwellers in the City of Gwangju from 2009 Apri 5th to 29th. The collected data was used to conduct comparative and descriptive statistical analysis: factor analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis. The main findings obtained are as follows: Firstly, in relation to perceived priority of residential choice, dwellers identified seven factors as important. Secondly, in terms of housing satisfaction about a unit room, the respondents identified five factors as important. This study confirmed that there existed passive correlation between priority of residential choice and housing satisfaction among residents in studio-type multi-family housings in Gwangju. It is very necessary to project a studio-type multi-family housing close to transportation for easy access, avoiding commercial districts. Delicate interior and design will attract more female residents as well as fully-equipped parking lots for people who drive to their workplace. According to research on a degree of housing satisfaction, all respondents expressed dissatisfaction with "noise". Therefore, in dealing with construction plans of studio apartment units, from now on, sound proofing facilities are required to reduce the acoustic invasion of privacy, especially, for units with more than two people. In order to satisfy all the demand of residents in studio apartment units, we have to pursue systematic and succeeding research about a studio-type multi-family housing well-fitted for the actual circumstances of local area and suitable for longer stay. To sum up, more research and development will be required for high-class studio-type multiplex housing for sale in dealing with households with financial stability such as two-paycheck couples, so-called DINK, or a professional single person, in the future.

국내 지하공간 개발 및 대책 (Underground Space Development and Strategy in Korea)

  • 우리나라는 99,274 $km^2$의 협소한 면적에 산지가 약 70%을 차지하고 있다. 게다가 인구밀도는 세계 3위의 조밀한 국가이다. 따라서 우리나라는 지하공간을 새로이 활용해야 할 국토로 간주하고 적극적으로 개발할 필요가 있다. 우리에게는 지하공간개발이 선택이 아니라 필수이다. 국내에서는 1970년 이후로 가스 원유비축기지, 지하 양수발전소가 건설되었고 주로 대도시에서 지하철, 상가, 보도, 공동구, 주차장 등의 형태로 지하공간이 활용되어 왔다. 여수 지하석유 비축기지와 지하철은 세계적인 규모이다. 최근에는 지하공간의 개발이 더욱 다양화 되고 또한 대규모화 되고 있는 추세이다. 국내 지하공간 개발현황과 문제점 및 대책에 대하여 소개하였다.

지속가능한 주거지 실현을 위한 계획적 고려사항 - 부산지역 '살고싶은 도시만들기' 실천사례 거주자 의견을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Planning Consideration for the Realization of Sustainable Housing - In the Aspect the Residents' Opinions at the Pilot Project 'Livable City Making' in Busan -)

  • The purpose of this study was to determine the incomplete aspects of the government pilot project 'Livable City Making' Also, the study was conducted to consider a plan that residents will satisfy for the realization of the project. The study used a case study and a survey method in research process. For the case study, two projects in Busan that have similar planning were chosen. The contents of the survey included the residents' interest in their housing area, their recognition and opinions of the pilot project, their satisfaction about the environmental alterations, and their thought about conditions of sustainable housing. The main results of this study were as follows. First, the residents were satisfied with the alteration of the street space and the provision of green and open spaces. Meanwhile they revealed that the preservation of the natural environment and the vitalization of community are insufficient. Second, they also believed that the construction of the pedestrian streets, the provision of parking lots, and the remodeling of the deteriorated buildings are incomplete. Third, the residents believed that the following provisions need to be made for successful sustainable housing waste discharge needs to be minimized, facilities need to be used for saving energy, opportunities for employment need to be provided within their housing areas, and safe street spaces and comfortable traffic systems need to be provided.

친환경 리조트 개발사업을 위한 비점오염원관리: 비점저감시설을 통한 오염물질 삭감량 산정 (NPS Control in Environment-kindly Resort Development: Determination of NPS Loading Rates by BMPs)

  • 환경부에서 국내 4대강에 도입한 수질오염총량관리제는 점오염원뿐만 아니라 비점오염원의 관리를 통해 주요 상수원수인 4대강의 수질을 개선하고자 함이다. 비점오염원의 주요 근원은 토지이용이며, 개발사업은 토지이용의 변화를 의미하고 비점오염물질의 유출 증가를 의미한다. 따라서 본 연구는 현재 국내에서 유일하게 수질 오염총량관리제가 도입되어 개발할당량이 주어져 있는 한강수계의 리조트 개발사업에서 개발계획에 따른 토지이용의 변화와 더불어 유출이 증가하는 비점오염물질의 양을 산정함으로써 효율적인 비점오염원 관리방안을 수립하고자 한다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 개발사업 전후의 토지이용에 따른 비점오염물질의 발생 및 배출부하량 변화를 산정하였으며, 이를 근거로 비점오염물질 유출 관리가 요구되는 토지이용을 선정하였다. 또한 그 결과를 이용하여 적정 비점오염물질 관리방안(최적관리방안)을 수립하고자한다.
