장거리 병렬 송전선로용 대지 정전용량 보상에 의한 고장점 표정 알고리즘 (Fault Location Algorithm with Ground Capacitance Compensation for Long Parallel Transmission Line)

  • This paper deals with an improved fault location algorithm with compensation ground capacitance through distributed parameter for a long parallel T/L. For the purpose of fault locating algorithm non-influenced by source impedance and fault resistance, the loop method was used in the system modeling analysis. This algorithm uses a positive and negative sequence of the fault current for high accuracy of fault locating calculation. Power system model of 160km and 300km long parallel T/L was simulated using EMTP software. To evaluate of the proposed algorithm, we used the several different cases 64 sampled data per cycle. The test results show that the proposed algorithm was minimized the error factor and speed of fault location estimation.

Generating Chaos from Discrete TS Fuzzy System

  • In this paper, a simple and systematic control design method is proposed for a discrete-time Takagi-Sugeno(TS) fuzzy system, which employs the parallel distributed compensation(PDC) to determine the structure of a fuzzy controller so as to mark all the Lyaunov exponents of the controlled TS fuzzy system strictly positive. This approach is proven to be mathematically rigorous for anticontrol of chaos for a TS fuzzy system in the sense that any given discrete-time TS fuzzy system can be made chaotic by the designed PDC controller along with the-operation. A numerical example is included to visualize the anticontrol effect.

  • In this paper, a systematic design approach based on the parallel distributed compensation technique is proposed for chaotifying a general continuous-time Takagi-Sugeno (TS) fuzzy system. The fuzzy parallel distributed compensation controller (FPDCC) is composed of the feedback gain and time-delay feedback. The verification of chaos in the controlled continuous-time TS fuzzy system is done by the following procedures. First, we establish an asymptotically approximate relationship between a time-delay continuous-time TS fuzzy system and a discrete-time TS fuzzy system. Then, Marotto theorem is applied. Therefore, the generated chaos is in the sense of Li and Yorke. The boundedness in the controlled continuous-time TS fuzzy system is also proven via its associated discrete-time TS fuzzy system.

  • 본 논문에서는 시간 지연을 갖는 이산 시간 비선형 시스템을 $H\infty$ 의미에서 안정하게 하는 정적 출력 제한 퍼지 제어기 설계를 제시한다. 먼저 대상이 되는 비선형 시스템은 Takagi-Sugeno 퍼지 모델로 표현 되어진다. 그리고 parallel distributed compensation technique을 이용하여 퍼지 제어기의 형태를 만든다. 하나의 Lyapunov 함수를 정하여서 폐루프 시스템의 전역 점근적 안정성과 외란에 대한 강인성을 bilinear matrix inequality 형태로 제시한다. 그리고 합동변환법과 동질성 변환법을 통해 이것을 선형 행렬 부등식 (linear matrix inequality) 으로 표현한다. 제안된 방법의 효율성과 가능성을 보여주기 위해 한 예제를 포함한다.

  • This paper addresses analysis and design of a fuzzy model-based-controller for the control of uncertain SISO nonlinear systems. In the design procedure, we represent the nonlinear system by using a Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy model and construct a global fuzzy logic controller via parallel distributed compensation and sliding mode control. Unlike other parallel distributed controllers. this globally stable fuzzy controller is designed without finding a common positive definite matrix for a set of Lyapunov equations, and has good tracking performance. Furthermore, stability analysis is conducted not for the fuzzy model but for the real underlying nonlinear system. A simulation is included for the control of the Duffing forced-oscillation system, to show the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed fuzzy control method.

Compensation of Power Fluctuations of PV Generation System by SMES Based on Interleaving Technique

  • This paper proposes the enhanced application of superconducting magnetic energy storage (SMES) for the effective compensation of power fluctuations based on the interleaving technique. With increases in demand for renewable energy based photovoltaic (PV) generation system, the output power fluctuations from PV generation system due to sudden changes in environmental conditions can cause serious problems such as grid voltage and frequency variations. To solve this problem, the SMES system is applied with its superior characteristics with respect to high power density, fast response for charge and discharge operations, system efficiency, etc. In particular, the compensation capability is effectively improved by the proposed interleaving technique based on its parallel structure. The dynamic performance of the system designed using the proposed method is evaluated with several case studies through time-domain simulations.

Accurate Power Sharing in Proportion for Parallel Connected Inverters by Reconstructing Inverter Output Impedance

  • This paper presents parallel-connected inverters to achieve accurate proportional power sharing. Due to line impedance mismatch, reactive power cannot be distributed proportionally when using the conventional $P-{\omega}$ and $\mathcal{Q}-E$ droop. In order to realize reactive proportional power sharing, the ratio of the droop coefficients should be inversely proportional to their power-sharing ratios. Meanwhile, the ratio of the line impedance should be inversely proportional to the desired power-sharing ratio, which is very difficult to be met in practice. In order to deal with this issue, a practical control strategy is presented. By measuring the PCC voltage and using the virtual impedance, the output impedance of individual inverters is reconstructed to counteract the line impedance effect. In order to guarantee system stability, a low pass filter is designed to suppress the bandwidth of the line compensation. Finally, the simulation and experimental results are given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.

회전익 시스템의 시간지연 종속 병렬분산보상제어기 적용과 검증 (Application and Validation of Delay Dependent Parallel Distributed Compensation Controller for Rotary Wing System)

  • 본 논문에서는 비선형성을 가지는 고정피치 프로펠러를 사용하는 회전익 시스템의 병렬분산보상제어기 적용에 대한 연구 내용을 다루고 있다. 틸트 형 무인기 등 발전된 시스템의 제어기 설계 시 요구되는 비선형 모델링을 위해 T-S 퍼지모델을 사용하였다. 병렬분산보상 제어기는 선형행렬부등식을 이용해 설계하였다. 병렬분산보상제어기 적용가능성 판단을 위한 실험은 시뮬레이션과 1축 자세제어장비를 이용해 수행하였다. Mathworks의 Simulink를 사용해 시뮬레이션을 진행하고 설계한 제어기의 전반적인 성능과 특성을 파악하였다. 이후 1축 자세제어장비와 기 개발된 제어기를 이용해 병렬분산보상기법을 적용한 제어기와 결과를 비교하고 성능을 검증하였다. 시뮬레이션 및 실험 결과를 토대로 고정피치 프로펠러를 사용하는 회전익 시스템에서 설계한 병렬분산보상제어기 적용가능성과 개선사항을 분석하였다.

연속시간 T-S 퍼지 시스템에 대한 정적 출력궤환 제어 (Static Output Feedback Control for Continuous T-S Fuzzy Systems)

  • This paper presents a design method of a static output feedback controller for continuous T-S fuzzy systems via parallel distributed compensation (PDC). The existence condition of a set of static output feedback gains is represented in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). The sufficient condition presented here does not need any transformation matrices and equality constraints and is less conservative than the previous results seen in [20].
