강판 마감형 조립식 벽패널 복사냉난방시스템의 냉난방 방열 특성 평가 (Evaluation of Heating and Cooling Thermal Output Characteristics of Prefabricated Steel Wall Panel System for Radiant Heating and Cooling)

  • Recently the radiant panel heating and cooling system has been regarded as an alternative of low temperature heating and high temperature cooling by applying the renewable energy sources to the heating and cooling of buildings. Especially this system can be used as HVAC system alternatives in super high-rise buildings for energy saving and thermal comfort. Also it can be possible to reduce the plenum space because the minimum ventilation air will be supplied into the space. This study focused on the evaluation the basic characteristics of thermal output in prefabricated steel wall panel system for radiant heating and cooling. In order to evaluate the thermal output according to both various supply water temperatures and supply water flow rates, three-dimensional dynamic heat transfer analysis was performed. As results, for the heating mode, thermal output increased by 26% with the supply temperature increasing by $5^{\circ}C$. The surface temperature of panels range within $1{\sim}3^{\circ}C$. For the cooling mode, thermal output decreased by 18.2% with the supply temperature increasing by $2^{\circ}C$. The surface temperature of panels range within $0.5{\sim}1^{\circ}C$ and it was shown the even temperature distribution.

  • The major advantage of transparent materials over traditional materials in noise barriers is aesthetics. The transparent panel materials such as clear plastic or glass are an ideal way of reducing or virtually eliminating the visual impact of a noise barrier. With the use of transparent materials, the drivers' view of the roadside and the sunlight penetration to the highway would not be blocked. With the use of transparent materials, the highway and barrier appear less imposing. Korean Industrial Standards for soundproof panels have been established. But, transparent soundproof panels are not included in this standards. And, some specifications provide only a few basic characteristics for transparent soundproof panels. To develop guidelines on quality criteria for transparent soundproof panel, their mechanical properties such as wind load resistance, safety under impact, and abrasion resistance were experimentally investigated.

  • Confirmation of a damage degree and repair about a damage part are very hard for an underwater structure. And quality control of a construction is very complicated even if repair work is carried out on a damaged structure because repair work is carried out in water. If repair work is carried out while a defect part of the structure which there is in water keeps dry state, a efficient of repair is maximized. However, as for the repair technology about an underwater structure, a systematic researcher is not enough because of the environmental trouble. And, as for the effect about repair method to be applied to a currently underwater structure, it is not certainly proved. In this study The repair work of an underwater structure damaged applied the method that used a fiber panel form work. And a efficient of structure repaired was evaluated.

  • As the public use part of the railway and the road, the railway crossing is important to work properly by two transportation means. Also, It is important to provide the good face of friction on the railway crossing in aspect of protecting the railway crossing accident. Lately, the material of railway crossing panel is the wood. the asphalt, and the steel. As they have a various fault, it was studied to analyze the structural action of the new material. rubber panel. This paper analyzed eigenvalue, stress and displacement by truck passing weight and thermal stress using the FEM model.

  • The weight of soundproof panels is an important consideration in the design of both panels and supporting structures. The soundproof panels in noise barriers have to carry their net weight in wet condition respectively the reduced weight and also the weight of the above installed panels in wet condition without showing any failing. In this study, a compression test and a flexural test were performed to determine the maximum vertical load which a wood plastic composites (WPC) panel can bear. In addition, the maximum loading number and height of WPC panels in a noise barrier were calculated for full, simple, and continuous support conditions.

  • An analysis system for evaluating the design of dieface of stamping press dies is developed. The die design analysis system interfaced with CATIA via universal or NASTRAN data format provides the design information such as binder-wrap, punch contact status, section length change ratio, wrinkle symptom etc., which are crucial in predicting the defects of initial shape of the sheet in the dieface design stage. The graphic post-processor of developed system which displays 3-dimensional shapes of tool and die and analysis results, helps the interpretation of design evaluation. The dieface design analysis system was tested in draw dies of front floor panel and quarter panel of auto-body in order to verify the usefulness and validity of the system The examples show that the developed system would be a good tool in evaluating dieface designs.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the seismic behavior of reinforced concrete Containment Panel subjected to earthquake motions. A computer program, named RCAHEST(Reinforced Concrete Analysis in Higher Evaluation System Technology), was used for the analysis of reinforced concrete structures. A 4-node flat shell element with drilling rotational stiffness is used for spatial discretization. The layered approach is used to discretize behavior of concrete and reinforcement through the thickness. Material nonlinearity is taken into account by comprising tensile, compressive and shear models of cracked concrete and a model of reinforcing steel. The smeared crack approach is incorporated. Solution of the equations of motion is obtained by numerical integration using Hither-Hughes-Taylor(HHT) algorithm. The proposed numerical method for the seismic analysis of reinforced concrete Containment panel is verified by comparison of analysis results with reliable experimental results.

  • Based on non-completely hybrid flow line scheduling of panel block in shipbuilding, several uncertain factors influencing the problem were analyzed in a real environment, and a nonlinear integer programming model was built for each sub-scheduling problem. To narrow the difference between theory and application, rolling horizon and rescheduling methods are proposed. Moreover, with respect to the uncertainty of processing time, arriving time and due time, we take the minimizing of the early and delayed delivery costs as the objective, and establish an evaluation with a global penalty function. Finally, numerical experiments and a simulation analysis were undertaken to demonstrate the effectiveness of the model and algorithm.

플라스마 디스플레이 패널에서 ITO/black interlayer/Bus 전극 간의 전기저항 평가 (Evaluation of the Electrical Resistance between ITO/black interlayer/Bus electrodes in a Plasma Display Panel)

  • Black interlayer was introduced into between ITO and Bus electrodes to enhance a bright room contrast ratio of a plasma display panel. To measure the electrical resistance of the black interlayer, we designed two test patterns, type I and type II, of which type II pattern was successful. Using type II test pattern, the electrical resistance of the black interlayer was measured to be $300{\Omega}$ for $2{\mu}m$ thickness case and infinitely high for 4, $6{\mu}m$ thickness. This result shows that electrical resistance of the black interlayer in the ITO/black interlayer/Bus electrodes structure is a critical parameter which determines the electrical characteristics of the PDP.
