This study investigated the effect of size recommendation technology convergence on purchase intention mediated by information credibility and satisfaction. The survey for this study was conducted on Amazon Mechanical Turk targeting U. S. residing women aged 18 to 60 years old who have never used size recommendation technology. They experienced the size recommendation technology in the provided web page and returned to the survey to answer the questionnaire. The analysis was done with 213 surveys using SPSS 27.0 and Process Macro (model 6, 5,000 Bootstrapping sample). The dimensions of service quality were found to be responsiveness and ease of use, and both have a significant effect on purchase intention through information credibility and satisfaction.

To identify the immunogens of a PRT strain of Infectious Hematopoietci Necrosis Virus (IHNV) isolated from cultrued fish in Korea (Park et al, 1993). a panel of 4 monoclonal antibodies (MAbs) against IHNV-PRT strain and two polyclonal antisera from rainbow trout survived IHN disease were prepared. Proteins of purified IHNV-PRT strain were analysed on 10% SDS-PAGE and transferred onto NC paper and were incubated with the antibody solutions. With the polyclonal antibodies, four bands ($M_1$, $M_2$, G and 90Kd) were detected and the band density was in the order of $M_2$ > 90Kd > $M_1$ > G. However, with the MAbs, only two bands(G and 90Kd) were detected. The origin of 90Kd protein was not clear but maybe cell. All the results represented that among the five proteins of IHNV-PRT strain (Park et al., 1993), $M_2$, $M_1$ and G proteins were immunogens and $M_2$ protein was the strongest one.

We examined the bacteriochlorophyill/bacteriopheophytin ratios in several species of purple bacteria containing only LHI. The pigment ratios depended greatly on species. Further, Rhodospirillum rubrum showed wide variation when grown under different light intensity, and Rhodobium marinum showed significant variation from culture to culture even under the same light conditions. The protein ratios of a/RC and $\beta$/RC estimated by SDS-PAGE of chromatophores of Rsp. rubrum and Rbi. marinum exhibited the ratio of $\beta$/$\alpha$ > 1. These findings gave us the novel idea that there are two types of LHl; one is a C-shaped open antenna composed by $\alpha$$\beta$ units surrounding a RC, and another is a small closed ring antenna composed by $\alpha$$\beta$ units located peripherally in a variable ratio to the core complex like LH2.

Biochemical characteristics of Spodoptera uigua nuclear polyhedrosis virus (SeNPV) isolated in Jinju were studied. SeNPV contained a number of nucleocapsids within a viral envelope embeded in polyhedra. The polyhedral protein of SeNPV was composed of a single polypeptide with a M. W. of 30kd. Double-immunodiffusion test showed that the polyhedral protein of SeNPV had common antigenic determinants with SINPV and BmNPV. Virion proteins of SeNPV were resolved into 49 polypeptides by silver staining after SDS-PAGE. The approximate genome size of SeNPV by restriction endonuclease analysis was 1l0kb.

Immunomagnetic separation of virus coupled with .reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (IMS-PCR) was performed with infectious hematopoietic necrosis virus (IHNV). A DNA fragment of expected size was synthesized in the RT-PCR with total RNA extracted from IHNV inoculated CHSE-214. In a SDS-PAGE analysis, a protein band of over 70kDa was detected from non-infected cells and cells inoculated with IHNV and infectious pancreatic necrosis virus (IPNV). This protein was detected in the Western blot analysis probably because of non-specific reaction to monoclonal antibody against IHNV nucleocapsid protein. In the immunomagnetic separation, magnetic beads coated with monoclonal antibody against the IHNV nucleocapsid protein was incubated with supernatant from IHNV inoculated CHSE-214 cells. During this process, the non-specifically reacting protein could be removed by washing the magnetic bead with PBS in the presence of an external magnetic field, and viral proteins were detected from the remaining, cleaned magnetic beads. It was necessary to extract viral RNA from the captured virus particles before RT-PCR, and no DNA product was detected when the captured virus was only heated 5 min at $95^{\circ}C$. A PCR-product of expected size was synthesized from IMS-PCR with magnetic beads double coated either by goat anti-mouse IgG antibody -monoclonal antibody or streptavidin - biotin conjugated monoclonal antibody.

This paper introduces the design and implementation of a flash memory simulator to emulate a real flash memory. Since this simulator provides exact execution time information and parameter testing functions as well as the type, total capacity, block size, and page size of flash memory, it can be used as a real flash memory as viewed by the operating system. Furthermore, the simulator provides time logging functions of the internal routines of the flash memory management software allowing the monitoring of bottlenecks within the software. Finally, we show the performance measurements of applications under the Linux operating systems on both the simulator and a test board verifying the simulator's use as a replacement for real flash memory.

참멍게의 체액세포로부터 산추출 후, 조 추출물에서 천연항균소재를 개발하기 위해 먼저 멍게 조 추출액을 직접 Tricine-SDS PAGE를 통하여 주요 펩타이드들의 분자량의 범위를 살펴본 결과 6kDa 이하의 분자량의 펩타이드들이 다량 존재함을 알수 있었다. 펩타이드들의 size별 항균활성을 알아보기 위해 여러 사이즈의(100, 50, 30, 10 kDa)의 한외여과만으로 여과하여 그 여과액들의 specific 활성을 알아본 결과 여과막의 cut-off size에 상관없이 거의 인정한 specific activity를 가짐을 알 수 있었다. 멍게 조 추출액의 여러 미생물에 대한 항균 스펙트럼을 알아보기 위해 E.coli, P. aeruginosa, S. typhi, V. parahaemolyticus, L. monocytogenes, B. sutillus, S. aureus, S. mutans 균주들을 $10^5 CFU/ml$로 부터 4log 감소시키는 농도를 측정한 결과 각각 200, 50, 60, 10, 25, 30, 100, 100ppm 농도였으며, 대표적 상용화 항균 펩타이드인 Nisin과의 항균활성 비교 결과 비슷하거나 월등히 뛰어난 결과를 보여주었다. 또한 추출액의 열안정성을 측정하기 위해 $100^{\circ}C$에서 10분간 가열한 후 원액과의 항균력의 차이를 Radial diffusion assay로 알아본 결과 항균력의 차이가 거의 없음을 알 수 있었다.

As there has been much demands for processing multimedia data, a storage manager for multimedia data makes much effects on system performance. Because the size of multimedia data is usually very large, disk I/O for the data consumes much time and causes the system performance to be decreased. Therefore, it makes a better effect on system performance that a multimedia data storage manager decreases its disk I/O by the buffer management of multimedia data. This paper proposes a buffer management technique which allocates the buffer to be equal to its corresponding segment which consists of physically continuous disk page set and is disk management unit for multimedia data in many multimedia data storage manager. As the size of buffer varies, it also proposes a buffer replacement policy which consider not only reference behavior of buffer but also buffer size The proposed multimedia data buffer management technique is implemented in KORED/STORM which is a storage manager for multimedia data.

Flash memory is widely used as a storage medium for mobile devices such as cell phones, MP3 players, PDA's due to its tiny size, low power consumption and shock resistant characteristics. Additionally, some computer manufacturers try to replace hard-disk drives used in Laptops or personal computers with flash memory. More recently, there are some literatures on developing a flash memory-aware $B^+$-tree index for an efficient key-based search in the flash memory storage system. They focus on minimizing the number of "overwrites" resulting from inserting or deleting a sequence of key values to/from the $B^+$-tree. However, in addition to this factor, the size of a physical page allocated to a node can affect the maintenance cost of the $B^+$-tree. In this paper, with diverse experiments, we compare and analyze the costs of construction and search of the $B^+$-tree and the space requirement on flash memory as the node size increases. We also provide sorting-based or non-sorting-based algorithms to be used when inserting a key value into the node and suggest an header structure of the index node for searching a given key inside it efficiently.
