In this thesis, lateral thermosonic bonding with ACFs was investigated as a process to make high reliability joints for FPD fabrication. Conditions for thermosonic and thermocompression bonding with ACFs were determined and used to make specimens in a driving test jig for testing of bond reliability by thermal shock. The results showed that thermosonic bonding temperature of $199\;^{\circ}C$ and bonding time of 1s produced bonds with good reliability. Additionally, thermosonic bonding temperature and time were reduced and thermal shock test results compared to this proposed curing condition. It is concluded that theromosonic bonding with ACFs can be effectively applied to reduce bonding temperature and time compared with that of thermocompression bonding.

The objectives of this study were : 1) to investigate the socio-demographic and housing characteristics, 2) to evaluate the present conditions of residential environment, 3) and to analysis the differences of residential environmental evaluation according to the characteristics of low-income families. Questionnaire survey method were used in this study. questionnaire were administrated by 264 household of low-income families in Taejon area. Data were analyzed by SPSS PC computer package. The statistics were frequencies, percentage, t-test, F-test and Ducan's multiple range test. The major findings were as follows; low income families evaluated all of their residential environment at lower, especially the worst of all was the comfortable environment outdoor. there were significant differences in evaluation of residential environment according to the housing characteristics of low income families. The results of this study can be used as basic information for housing p;an and policy for low income families in Taejon area.

As very large scale integration technology has been developed, much more accurate, reliable technology is needed for outer lead bonding. Laser soldering has been researched as an alternative for fine pitch device bonding. This study is focused on how to select optimal laser soldering variables with which solder wets parent material, the microstructural results of laser soldering and the reliability test One of popular packages, QFP100 was soldered successfully with two kinds of solder. The inspection of the joint for reliability was carried out by optical microscope, SEM, EDAX and pull test, which demonstrated the superiority of laser soldering.

The cold formed light-gauge profiled steel sheeting can offer considerable shear resistance acting in the steel building frame. This paper conducted the full-scale test on the shear behavior of stressed skin diaphragm using profiled sheeting connected by the self-tapping screws. A three-dimensional finite element model that simulates the stressed skin diaphragm was developed. The sheet was modeled using thin element model while the supporting members were simulated using beam elements. Fasteners were represented in the numerical model as equivalent springs. A joint test program was conducted to characterize the properties of these springs and results were reported in this study. Finite element model of the full-scale test was analyzed by use of the ANSYS package, considering nonlinearity caused by the large deflection and slip of fasteners. The experimental data was compared with the results acquired by the EUR formulas and finite element analysis.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the clothing interest, the preference for clothing color, in men of their 20s and 30's. The data were obtained from questionnaires completed by 546 men in their 20's and 30s. The SPSS package was used for data analysis which includs factor analysis, t-test, x²-test, Scheffe test, and Cronbach's α to measure the reliability. This study shows the following results. 1. The interest for clothing color was related to individual factors. (age, marriage status, personality). 2. men in their 20's and 30's preferred neutral color, blue, yellow. 3. Men in their 20s and 30s liked monochromatic match in clothing color. 4. The preference for clothing color were appeared to be influenced by the age, personality, skin color.

SCTP is a next generation transmission protocol that is more efficient for large scale data transmission like as multimedia data. SCTP protocol is supported in recent linux kernel 2.6.0-testX. SCTP which is supported in linux kernel 2.6 implemented in lksctp package styles. It is necessary that SCTP API is analyzed and is compared with TCP, UDP protocol. So, in this paper describes the analyzing and testing SCTP API that is supported in linux kernel 2.6.0-testX.

This research is to understand the residents' responses and evaluation about their apartment interior environment and thereby to be used as the basix data for designing residential space environment of new apartment complex in Sanggae area. The specific obectives of research were 1) to examine the residents' vale and life style concerning several specific rooms, 2) to find out residents' evaluation on physical characteristics, and 3) to understand residents' preference and demand for characteristics of interior space. Research method used was personal interview using a structured questionnaire. Residents living in 13, 15, 18, 22, 25 pyung in three selected large apartment complex areas provided dada : 777 questionnalires were used for analysis. Data were analyzed using the SPSS computer package. The statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean, F-test, χ\sup 2\-test, Duncan's multiple range test, Pearson's correlation coefficient.

The goal of this study is to investigate the consumers'shopping orientation among those who have experience in buying imported clothing and those who have no experience in buying imported foreign clothes, types of clothing they buy (planned purchase, non-planned purchase, impulsive purchasing), purchase behavior, and demographic characteristics. The data were obtained from questionnaires completed by 400 women in the Daegu area whose age was 20 years and older. The SPSS package was used for data analysis which includes a test of reliability, frequency, percentage, factor analysis, t-test, and $\chi$$^2$ test. There were significant differences in clothing shopping orientation, impulsive purchasing, use of information sources, store selection standards between groups who had experience of buying imported clothing and had no experience of it. Also, there were significant differences in education levels, income Levels, marital status between two groups.

This study was aimed to identify a study on risk perception and safety knowledge and awareness of scuba diver. In order to achieve this purpose, a total of 310 customers over the age of 20 were selected as study participants form diving pools and dive resort in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Gangwon, Gyeongsang area using the convenience sampling method. However, only data from 295 customers were used after screening the data for reliability. The instrument for data collection was a questionnaire, and descriptive statistics, inter-item consistency reliability, t-test, ANOVA, post hoc test, correlation analysis, pearson chi-square test were conducted on the data using the SPSS 21.0 version statistical package program. The followings are the results: First, risk perception differs significantly according to age, education level, occupation and participation period. Second, participation period and safety knowledge have positive correlation.

In this study, to evaluate the shock and vibration load characteristics of used fuel, a sea transportation test was conducted using simulated fuel assemblies under normal transport conditions. An overall test data analysis was performed based on the measured strain and acceleration data obtained from cruise, rotation, acceleration, braking, depth of water, and rolling tests. In addition, shock response spectrum and power spectral densities were obtained for each test case. Amplification and attenuation characteristics were investigated based on the load path. The load was amplified as it passed from the overpack to the simulated used fuel-assembly. As a result of the RMS trend analysis, the fuel-loading position of the transportation package affected the measured strain in the fuel rod, and the maximum strains were obtained at the spans with large spacing. However, even these maximum strains were very small compared to the fatigue strength and the cladding yield strength. Moreover, the fuel rods located on the side exhibited a larger strain value than those at the center.
