We studied the solution processes of IGZO thin films and investigated the electrical characteristics of thin film transistor (TFT) with sol-gel processed InGaZn-oxide active semiconductor layer. In particular, the effect of composition variation and post annealing temperature were studied by using solutions having various metal cation ratios to optimize transistor performance.

A pixel isolation wall of liquid crystal display is fabricated by the anisotropic photoreaction of a cinnamate based prepolymer. The various oligomers containing a cinnamate moiety were synthesized and used for the formation of the pixel isolation wall. The anisotropic photoreaction of cinnamate moiety was closely related with the liquid crystal orientation at the polymer wall boundary.

Objectives The aim of study was to suggest diagnostic indicator according to Exterior-Interior disease for the Sasang Constitution based on original symptom. Methods We investigated the literature(『Dongeuisusebowon sinchukbon』) and another study(Clinical Practice Guideline for Disease of Sasang Constitutional Medicine: Diagnosis and Algorithm). As a result, we developed diagnostic indicator of original symptom for Exterior-Interior disease in Sasang Constitutional Medicine. Results and Conclusions Diagnosis of Exterior-Interior disease in Sasang Constitution was decided by heat and cold of original symptom. Detailed indicators of diagnosis in Exterior-Interior disease were heat/cold sensitivity, the degree of sweating, the amount of drinking water, thirst, face color and somatalgia.

The human immune system has evolved to fight against foreign pathogens. It plays a central role in the body's defense mechanism. However, the immune memory geared to fight off a previously recognized pathogen, tends to remember an original form of the pathogen when a variant form subsequently invades. This has been termed 'original antigenic sin'. This adverse immunological effect can alter vaccine effectiveness and sometimes cause enhanced pathogenicity or additional inflammatory responses, according to the type of pathogen and the circumstances of infection. Here we aim to give a simplified conceptual understanding of virus infection and original antigenic sin by comparing and contrasting the two examples of recurring infections such as influenza and dengue viruses in humans.

A teratogenic study on Original Woo-Whang-Chung-Sim-Won was carried out in SpragueDawley rats. Original Woo-Whang-Chung-Sim-Won suspended in distilled water was administered to pregnant dams by oral gavage during organogenesis period (from 7th to 17th day of gestation) at daily doses of 1/9, 1/3 and I pill/kg. About two-thirds of dams were sacrificed at 20th day of gestation to scrutinize the pregnant performances and fetal development, and the remaining dams were allowed to deliver. The growth, reflex, behaviour and reproductive function of F1 offsprings were examined. There was no treatment-related difference in body weight, food consumption and necropy findings of dams. No gross, skeletal and visceral abnormalities was observed in F1 fetuses from dams treated with Original Woo-Whang-Chung-Sim-Won. F1 offsprings did not show any treatment-related difference in growth, reflex, behaviour and reproductive peuformance. At caesarean section of F1 dams, no growth retardation and gross abnormality was observed in F2 fetuses. In conclusion, Original Woo-Whang-Chung-Sim-Won did not show any potential teratogenic activity in rats.

The purpose of this study was to investigate whether customers' fashion involvement, brand familiarity, and expertise of negative information moderate the influence of the original brand attitudes on the attitude toward extended brand attitudes in the fashion market. For these purposes, four hypotheses were developed and data was collected from 480 students. Data was analyzed using SPSS methods such as factor analysis, frequency, 1-test, and moderated regression analysis. The results were as follows; first, it was found that the original brand attitudes positively influence the extended brand attitudes. Second, the influence of the original brand attitudes on the extended brand attitudes was stronger when fashion involvement was high rather than low. Third, in the case that perceived similarity between the original and the extended product classes was high, the influence of the original brand attitudes on the extended brand attitudes was stronger when brand familarity was high. Fourth, the influence of original brand attitudes on the extended brand attitudes was stronger when the perceived expertise of negative information source on the extended brand was high. Therefore, the results suggest that extending brands requires the systematic brand management considering customers' variables such as fashion involvement, brand familiarity, negative information etc. Also, it seems that the brand strategy should be based on the segmentation for targeted customers' characteristics.

1970년 중요무형문화재 보유자 인정제도가 도입되면서 '원형규범'이 채택되었다. 규범으로 채택되기 이전에도 '원형'은 문화재 보존의 방향으로 통용되고 있었다. 법규상 원형의 개념은 형태적인 개념이다. 그러나 구전 및 실연에 의해 전승되어온 무형문화재의 특성상 과거 어느 시점에 누구에 의해 실연되는 것을 원형의 형태로 확인하거나 특정할 수 없으므로, 지정 인정행위의 시점에서 현존인이 실연하는 기 예능을 중심으로 원형을 설정하고 보유자를 인정하였다. 따라서 근원적 실체로서 '원형' 이 아닌 지정 인정 당시의 보유 기 예능이 '잠정적 원형'으로 설정되면서 '원형보존' 정책이 시행되었다. 원형보존 정책은 '원형'을 보유한 보유자의 전수교육과 전승자 양성을 통하여 시행되었으며, 보유자(보유단체)를 중심으로 한 배타적인 전승환경이 조성되기에 이른다. 그러나 이러한 원형보존 정책에도 불구하고 지정 당시의 기 예능은 사회적 환경과 수요에 맞게끔 변화가 진행되어 보존하고자 했던 형태적 의미의 '원형'은 보존되지 않았다. 그럼에도 불구하고 원형규범은 근대화, 서구화 등 외부환경으로부터 우리 전통문화를 보존하기 위한 사회적 실천의 지침 내지는 지향점을 지닌 시대적 담론이었으며, 무형문화재 보존정책의 당위적 지침으로 정책적 실효를 거두었다고 평가할 수 있다. 2016년 3월 시행될 예정인 무형법은 무형문화재의 변화적 속성을 고려하여 '원형' 대신 '전형'을 도입하였다. '전형'은 무형문화재 주변부의 변화를 인정하여 원형의 경직성을 탈피하고자 한 것이다. 그러나 법규상 '전형'에 해당하는 고유한 가치, 지식, 기법이 문화재 보존의 지침 또는 원칙에 따라 유지되어야 하므로 전형은 원형과의 단절보다는 관련성과 연장선에서 볼 수도 있다.

본 연구의 목적은 2016년 원문정보공개를 앞둔 정부산하공공기관들이 기록관리에 기반하여 체계적인 원문정보공개를 실천할 수 있도록 하는데 있다. 정부산하공공기관들은 기록관리에 대한 인식은 물론 체계가 갖추어진 사례가 드물어 원문정보공개를 대비하는데 어려움을 겪고 있다. 앞서 원문정보공개를 시행하였던 행정자치부와 서울시의 사례를 살펴보고 시사점을 도출하였으며, 원문정보공개에 대응하기 위해 기록관리 체계를 구축하고 있는 정부산하공공기관의 사례 또한 살펴보았다. 정부산하공공기관은 새로이 기록관리와 원문정보공개에 대한 체계를 갖추는 시작 단계이므로 이들 기관의 특성에 부합하는 원문정보공개 대응 전략이 필요하다. 이에 기관별 업무특성이 반영된 자체개발 기록관리시스템을 구축하여 기록관과 기록관리시스템에 기반한 원문정보공개가 이루어질 수 있도록 시스템 간 연계도를 구상하였으며, 원문정보공개 대응을 위해 반드시 포함되어야 하는 기능요건들을 제시하였다.

This research is intended to help the development of new products and marketing strategies studying consumers' knowledge level and attitude towards original brand and the extension attitude related to the brand image. The detailed purposes of this study are as follow: First, it is to measure consumers' knowledge and attitude towards original brand. Second, it is to clarify the dimensions of the image about the original brand and extended brand product which is perceived by the consumer. Third, it is to meassure image consistency and product similarity between the original brand and extended product. The sample group consisted of female college students 393 in Seoul. Stratified sampling, based on major and grade of sturients and the structure of the college they were attending was used as sampling method. Questionnaires, which were selected from literature and proceeding researches published in Korea and abroad, were modified for this study, SAS Package was used for data analysis. The results observed in this study were as follow: 1. Consumers' knowledge level about original brand showed high among students majoring in clothing-related subjects and their general attitude proved to be positive. 2. Image factors of original brand were classified to dignity factor, personality/modernity factor, femininity factor, and ornamentation factor. Lipstick is considered to have high image consistency and product similarity. 3. Comparing the attitude before and after extension, extension to lipstick which showed high image consistency and product similarity received more positive reactions than one to bed cover sheet. 4. It was founded that although knowledge and attitude towards original brand with image consistency had no influence on the extension attitude, knowledge and attitude without image consistency influence the extension attitude.

This research suggests pattern design methods for motion through an evaluation of the appearance and motion of three existing kinds of original patterns (K type, N type, and L type) and modified patterns designed by the researcher. The results of the study are as follows. First, the evaluation of appearances showed that the modified patterns of a standing posture received a higher evaluation compared to the original patterns only in N type and in a sitting posture. In addition, the degree of lowering or a natural feel by the pulling of the slacks waist belt in a sitting posture received a higher evaluation than the original patterns. Second, the evaluation of motions showed that modified patterns received a higher evaluation than the original patterns in almost all items. Per each pattern, it showed meaningful differences in questions asking about the degree of comfort as the whole in N type in crouching motions. The L type showed low scores as a whole (both in original patterns and modified patterns) and the K type showed meaningful differences in questions asking about the degree of comfort of the crista iliaca and groin region in the motion of walking at a normal walking pace, ascending stairs and bending the waist 90 degree to the front. Third, the measuring distance the between back waist point of the body and the back waist point of original patterns and modified patterns during motions showed that the modified patterns of all three patterns (N type, L type, and K type) showed less lowering compared to the original forms in the whole pattern as well as individual patterns. The design method of back waist point developed in this research can be regarded as a design method appropriate for motions.
