The purpose of current study was to find differences of selected attributes and visitors of responses according to their lifestyle as perceived by Pocheon Yidong-BBQ-Galbi Festival participants. Survey method was employed and total 370 data was used for statistical analysis. The results of factor analysis showed that three factors were extracted from lifestyle(Activity, Example, Commonness), and four factors were found from festival selection attribute(Food, Service, Program, Cleanliness). In addition, three clusters(Outgoing personality, Gentle character, Normal character) were extracted from the result of cluster analysis. The result of chi-square shows that selection attributes are significantly different by clusters of festival. Therefore the festival host need to focus on various kinds of BBQ along with diverse foods and activities to make attractive cultual experience festival for visitors who visited with family. Additionally, all selection attributes except clearness have significantly influence on responsive relationship. Thus, the organizer should make an effort to provide high quality of various selection attributes. Current study will be contribute to develop various and fascinating local festival expecially related to food.

Pusan the principal port of South Korea, has opened its door since 1876. Currently, the four-stage port construction project is under way to handle ever-growing marine transportation volume. While the port unloading capabilities are increasing the infrastructure to deal with all the transportation volume failed to catch up with them. Accordingly the city had to suffer from worst traffic congestion on due to the increasing container traffic volume causing logistical costs to rise. This study was designed to inspect the enforcement of infrastructure construction plan and suggest systematical and effective ways to improve the plan. The study focused on :\circled1The decision-making procedure, \circled2Financial resource for the plan, \circled3Effectiveness of the project enforcement, and \circled4Who will be in charge of the project. As a result from the study, these followings were suggested to improve the plan. First, Pusan Port Infrastructure consisting of (Inter-city Free way, Belt Highway and Outer Highway) should be immediately legally-regulation project. Second, the method to finance the project should be deter-mined and investment consultation among the central government the city government and private sector should be also made. Measures to make the central government budget allocation for the project mandatory should be discussed. Third, Effectiveness of the project can be doubled by gradually or partialyl opening the routes based on long-term or short-term operating plans. Fourth, The organizer of the project should be appointed, or a special task-force team in charge of the plan can be formed.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the teaching and learning strategies included in the inquiry tasks of elementary moral textbooks with multiple intelligences (M.I), and to propose educational information services of teacher librarians. It was found that the tasks were mainly designed by the linguistic intelligence, logical & mathematical intelligence and spatial intelligence. In terms of the information literacy process, linguistic intelligence and spatial intelligence are mainly applied to the analysis-understanding stage. Logical & mathematical intelligence is applied to the stage of comprehensive-application and linguistic intelligence is applied to expression-delivery step. In order to cultivate the insufficient M.I in inquiry activities, teacher librarians should improve room and teaching materials of their school library and provide workbooks using the graphic organizer after analyzing the linkage of the inquiry tasks between the subjects.

This study examined the anti-cancer effects of diallyl sulfide(DAS) and/or diallyl disulfide(DDS), major components of garlic oil, with the DEN-PH model in rats, by the numbers and areas per cm$^2$ of induced glutathion S-transferase placental form(GST-P) positive foci and silver-stained nucleolar organizer regions(Ag-NORs) counts per nuclei in liver as indicator. Sprague-Dawley(SD) rats were given the diethylnitrosamine(DEN, 200 mg/kg, i.p.) as initiator and 2 weeks later, in experiment 1, rats were treated with DAS(200 mg/kg, i.g.) and/or DDS(50 mg/kg, i.g.) for 6 weeks, respectively and concomitantly and also were given the same dose of DAS and/or DDS prior to DEN treatment for 2 weeks, and in experiment II, rats were treated with potential cancer promoter, 2-acetylaminofluorene (2-AAF, 20 mg/kg, i.g.). The DAS and/or DDS were treated prior to 2-AAF for 8 weeks, respectively and concomitantly. Then the anti-promoting effects of DAS and/or DDS were assessed. All rats were subjected to the two-thirds partial hepatectomy(PH) at week 3 and sacrificed at week 8. In experiment I, DAS and/or DDS treatment only prior to DEN showed inhibition of the development of GST-P positive foci. In experiment II, DAS and/or DDS treatment prior to 2-AAF promotion showed obvious inhibition of the development of GST-P positive foci in numbers and areas and AgNORs counts. In conclusion, We found DAS and/or DDS had the preventive effects on the hepatocarcinogenesis in rats and the concomitant treatment had some additive effects compared with the each treatment and AgNORs counts correlated well with the preneoplastic hepatic lesion.

The purpose of this study is to identify how the components of a fashion show can influence the perception of the spectators, and what the spectators most like in a fashion show. Through the analysis on the literature reviews and in-depth interviews with professional's organizing fashion shows we established a list of the main components, which allowed us to set up a questionnaire. The results regarding the viewing satisfaction of the spectators at a fashion show were investigated and came out as follows: First, the components of fashion show are generally viewed to be four factors: the program, the directing, the model, and the sets. These four factors are influencing the perception of the spectators and are very important to the success of a fashion show and the enjoyment of a fashion show by spectators. Second, it is shown to us that the most influential factor for the perception is 'the directing'(stage scenery, background music, lighting, effects etc.), and the next is 'the sets'(convenience seat, display, service facilities etc.). So, in order to raise the level of satisfaction for the spectators, it is advisable to concentrate on these two main factors. Finally, we would suggest that the organizer of a fashion show shall carefully analyze how spectators understand and perceive the components of a fashion show. This study provides information about how the components of a fashion show can influence the spectator's perception and presents suggestions on how to improve a fashion show by reorienting it towards the satisfaction of the spectator. In addition, there needs to be a strategy by customer satisfaction experience to reinforce a customer-oriented fashion show and heighten a viewing satisfaction for spectators.

This study was carried out to determine the chromosomal localization of the 5S and 18S-26S ribosomal DNA(rDNA) genes by means of fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH) techniques, and the constitutive heterochromatin detected by means of Gimsa C-banding technique in rye(Secale cereale L.). The somatic chromosomes number was 2n=14. The karyotype consists of four pairs of metacentrics(chromosomes 1, 2, 3, and 7) and three pairs of submetacentrics(chromosomes 4, 5, and 6). Secondary constrictions appeared in the short arm of chromosome 1. The 5S rDNA genes have been located on two pairs of chromosomes 1 and 5, and 18S-26S rDNAs genes have been located on one pair of chromosome 1. 5S rDNA genes were detected on the distal region of the secondary constrictions in nucleolus organizer regions(NOR) in chromosome 1, and other detected on the intercalary region in the short arm of chromosome 5.

The vertebrate body plan is accomplished by left-right asymmetric organ development and the heart is a representative asymmetric internal organ which jogs to the left-side. Kupffer's vesicle (KV) is a spherical left-right organizer during zebrafish embryogenesis and is derived from a cluster of dorsal forerunner cells (DFCs). Cadherin1 is required for collective migration of a DFC cluster and failure of DFC collective migration by Cadherin1 decrement causes KV malformation which results in defective heart laterality. Recently, loss of function mutation of A-kinase anchoring protein 12 (AKAP12) is reported as a high-risk gene in congenital heart disease patients. In this study, we demonstrated the role of $akap12{\beta}$ in asymmetric heart development. The $akap12{\beta}$, one of the akap12 isoforms, was expressed in DFCs which give rise to KV and $akap12{\beta}$-deficient zebrafish embryos showed defective heart laterality due to the fragmentation of DFC clusters which resulted in KV malformation. DFC-specific loss of $akap12{\beta}$ also led to defective heart laterality as a consequence of the failure of collective migration by cadherin1 reduction. Exogenous $akap12{\beta}$ mRNA not only restored the defective heart laterality but also increased cadherin1 expression in $akap12{\beta}$ morphant zebrafish embryos. Taken together, these findings provide the first experimental evidence that $akap12{\beta}$ regulates heart laterality via cadherin1.

MICE (Meetings, Incentive trip, Convention and Exhibition & Event) industry is a multifaceted industry with a variety of stakeholders including the public and private sectors, and PCOs (Professional Convention Organizers) play a mediating role in communicating opinions of the stakeholders. For enhancing their reliability and awareness, PCOs have their stakeholders' hyperlinks on the websites. This study attempted to analyze the hyperlink networks among PCOs (Professional Convention Organizers) and their stakeholders so as to understand the MICE industry ecosystem and find out whether the network structure of PCOs' shows different levels of hyperlink use with their stakeholders' websites based upon PCO's performance and size. The results showed the hyperlink network of MICE industry and that the bigger PCOs have higher centralities in the network.

Induction of triploid cherry salmon, Oncorhynchus ma.sou was performed by the heat shock procedure. The triploids were induced by 15 and 20 min heat shock treatments after 10 min fertilization at $28^{\circ}C$. Incidences of the triploidy were $91.4\%\;and\;89.8\%$, respectively. Nucleus and erythrocyte from the induced triploids larger than those of the diploids in major axis, minor axis, major axis/minor axis, surface area and volume. The chromosome number of diploid was 2n= 66 (17 pairs of metacentrics or submetacentrics, 16 pairs of acrocentrics or telocentrics), and that of triploid was 3n=99. Satellites were observed in the short arm of the largest telocentrics, and these may be useful marker to determine the polyploidization. Diploid have outgrown to triploid, and female have also outgrown to male in the triploid group during the 22 months of observation period after hatching. During the spawning season, 22 to 26 months after hatching, diploid were observed the growth retardation because of their sexual maturation, however the triploid showed continuous growth.

This study was to highlight the importance of elements of flower fair to organizer who organize flower fair in local community, to increase of participancy in flower fair exhibition with informing experience element and finally to increase incomes of flower farmhouse. To investigate degrees of interest of visitors on experience marketing of exhibition factors in flower fair, survey was conducted for 278 target audiences and data was analyzed to find the effect of experience marketing of exhibition factors in flower fair on the interest of purchasing. To population statistics, female took majority, 61.9% in sex, twenties, 34.5% in ages, married, 50.7% in marriage and students, 36.7% in job. University graduation occupied 58.3% in education, one million something, 48.6% in average income, seoul showed 38.1% in resident cities and 1st time visit was 79.9% in flower fair visit. For statistical categories, technology statistics analysis and reliability analysis were conducted. To check validity, factor analysis was conducted, and to see interrelationship of factors, using regression analysis, fluence among factors was analyzed. Results showed that exhibition environment of flower fair was effected by cultural elements, exhibition quality and exhibition service were effected by event and cultural element, exhibition marketing was effected by cultural and image element and purchasing interest was effected by image element.
