This research intends to explore services, programs or policies for supporting married immigrant women to qualify themselves for being employed from the professional point of view on the assumption that their desire to get a job is high. To achieve this purpose, a delphi survey was conducted with a panel of 13 experts related to multi cultural family support in three sessions from December 20, 2013 to June 5, 2014. To analyze the collected data, descriptive statistics, including frequency, percentage, the mean, and standard deviation, were implemented, and Kendall's W for the internal reliability test on the survey instrument was carried out for statistical processing. The results are as follows : from the first session, services, programs, and policies in the level of married immigrant women themselves, children, parents in law and/or husband, organizations, and government were suggested. The highest item in average is systematization of levelwise Korean teaching program. The next higher items in average are daycare service during job training, parents in law and/or husband's consideration, parenting support services, program development of the organizations, linkage and integration system among the government ministries. As a result of the Kendall's W performed for the internal reliability test of the Delphi research, it has been concluded that the professionals' view on the supportive measures' important contents was statistically identical. According to the results of the Delphi research, systematization of levelwise Korean teaching program most required for the furtherance of the married immigrant women's entering the workforce, followed by provision of the services to draw family support, a grounding teaching of Korean corporate culture, and reconsideration of the policies.
Fair trade has received increasing attention from ethical consumers in the North Trans-Atlantic world. It is a movement establishing alternative trading organizations to ensure minimal returns, safe working conditions, and to provide continuity in the trading relationship for disadvantaged producers, especially women and indigenous people in the South. Despite of the growing fair trade movement in the U.S. and Europe, it is still in the introductory stage in Korea. Although fair trade has gained some attention because of the efforts of activists, most Korean consumers are still unaware of it. This paper is divided into four sections including an introduction and conclusions. In section two, I analysed sales of the fairly traded products and the websites of the fairly traded products sellers. In section three, I proposed two effective recommendations for the better marketing and promotion strategies of fairly traded products. One proposal is for providing consumer information, like fair trade certificates, consumer campaigns, and consumer information of the fair trade sellers' websites analyses. The other is for establishing the infrastructure to promote the consumption of fairly traded products such as consumer education, corporate social responsibility, social enterprise, fair trade town and school, and networking. This study is relavant to academics, non-profit fair trade organizations, manufacturers, retailers and governments.
The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of organizational culture types (rational culture, developmental culture, group culture, and hierarchical culture) on Community-Centered Social Inclusion Orientation(COSI) among social service organizations for people with disabilities. More specifically, this study developed and empirically tested two theoretical models where each of organizational culture types were hypothesized to affect COSI either directly or indirectly through market orientation. For data collection, self-administered type questionnaires were mailed to 416 social service organizations for people with disabilities across the nation and 293 responded (response rate: 70.4%) from June 1 to September 22, 2006. For analysis, however, only 263 respondents were used, excluding Independent living centers due to their small size and short history. Structural Equation Modeling was employed for analysis and Full Information Maximum Likelihood was used for estimation. Findings indicated that market orientation had a significant effect on COSI. In addition, developmental culture and hierarchical culture were found to affect COSI directly while rational culture and group culture were found to affect COSI indirectly through market orientation. These findings imply that market orientation needs to be emphasized as a strategy in order to enhance social inclusion orientation for those organizations. Given that all the four types of organizational culture have direct or indirect impacts on COSI, those organizations are also advised to develop the four types of organizational culture harmoniously rather than one single type of organizational culture.

Earthquakes and volcanic information can vary in type and extent, from raw data to processed data. In order to be able to analyzed and modeled, information needs to be opened in any formats and provided with metadata from the Korea Meteorological Agency and related data production organizations. We propose the metadata and data registry related to volcanic disasters in a form that can be used in conjunction with the Korea Meteorological Administration system that manages earthquake and volcanic data in Korea. The standard registry refers to a virtual system that checks the standards developed for over 20 years in the field of geographic information and receives information registration to grasp the location of geographical features. It is not only data from natural disasters such as earthquakes and volcanoes, but also national environmental survey results, and the cooperation system with other organizations dealing with national land information is also important, so a registry that creates and operates standards is necessary. Therefore, creating and operating the standard registry is necessary and expected to contribute to academic openness and data-driven policy.

Background: Breast cancer is one of the most common cancers among females worldwide. The aim of this study was to assess the knowledge and practice about breast cancer and its related factors among women in Baghdad city, Iraq. Materials and Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted among 508 women aged 18 to 55 years from four non-governmental organizations (NGO) in Baghdad city, Iraq. A self-administered questionnaire on breast cancer knowledge and practice was distributed to participants during weekly activity of the NGO. Results: A total of 61.2% of the respondents had poor knowledge, only 30.3% performed breast self-examination (BSE) and 41.8% said that they did not know the technique to perform BSE. Associations between knowledge and marital status and age were significant. For practice, working status, education, age and family income were significant. After controlling for cofounders, the most important contributing factors for poor knowledge among respondents were marital status and not performing BSE, with adjusted odds ratio of 1.6 and 1.8 respectively. Conclusions: Breast cancer knowledge and practice of BSE are poor among women in Baghdad city, Iraq. More promotion regarding breast cancer signs and symptoms and also how to perform BSE should be conducted using media such as television and internet as these constituted the main sources of information for most women in our study.

Background: Workplace bulling is a pervasive phenomenon with negative consequences for the health of victims and the productivity of organizations. The aim of this study was to measure the prevalence and forms of workplace bullying among employees working at the public health-care sector of Cyprus using the Greek version of Leymann Inventory of Psychological Terror (LIPT) instrument. Methods: A translation process was followed from the French to the Greek version of LIPT questionnaire. Test-retest reliability expressed by Pearson's correlation coefficient was 0.98 indicating excellent reproducibility. Internal consistency reliability assessed by Cronbach ${\alpha}$ coefficient was 0.87 suggesting high reliability. LIPT instrument was distributed among 403 employees working at the primary health-care setting and at the largest public hospital of Cyprus with response rate of 73.4%. Results: Women comprised the majority of participants (71.4%). Mean age was 43.3 years. Prevalence of workplace bulling according to Leymann's definition was 5.9%. Most common forms of bullying were "Being continuously interrupted" (17.2%) and "continuously being given new work assignments" (13.5%). Women were significantly more often exposed to at least one mobbing behavior than men within the previous year (49% vs. 35.7%, p = 0.038), whereas nurses were significantly exposed to at least one mobbing behavior as compared to physicians (53.3% vs. 31.4%, p = 0.004). Conclusion: This was the first study that examined the prevalence of workplace bullying in the public health-care sector by elaborating the Greek version of LIPT instrument. Results showed that workplace bullying is a common and complex phenomenon among health-care organizations.
The purpose of this study was to empirically reveal the causal relationship between ethics management, organizational trust, organizational identification, and organizational citizenship behavior perceived by members of public sports organizations. For this purpose, a survey was conducted on the employees of Korea sports promotion foundation, the city and county sports association, and the federation of sports associations in Kyoung-In and Kangwon area. The results were as follows : First, ethics management has been found to influence organizational trust. Second, ethics management has been found to influence organization identification. Third, organizational trust has been found to influence organizational identification. Fourth, organizational trust has been found to influence organizational citizenship behavior. Fifth, organizational identification has been found to influence organizational citizenship behavior. This study confirmed that the ethical management activities of public sports organizations were positively influencing the various pro-social behaviors of the members who voluntarily perform outside of their jobs for the development of organization by trusting and identifying the organization.
This study agrees with the idea that a situation centered perspective provides a useful contribution in understanding women's attitude on organizations. Women's occupational experiences are less related to their "femaleness" than to the structural constraints inherent in the occupational positions women fill. So characteristics of the organizational situation including gender composition and hierarchical status may "shape and define" women's experience on the job. The present study examined the managerial level's gender gap and "glass ceiling" of the corporation. According to Kanter, if the ratio of women to men in organizations begins to shift, as affirmative action and new hiring and promotion policies promised, forms of relationships and corporate culture should also change. However, the mere presence of women on workplace may not, in itself, result in women-friendly work condition. This study analyzes "Korean Women Manger Panel survey(2010 3rd. wave)" to examine how much gender gap of the managerial level persists and when the glass ceiling effect emerges. Using t-test and ANOVA, various aspects of the gender gap within managerial level were verified. The most significant finding is the glass ceiling effect starts from very low level of management. Policy implications from the statistical analysis of the Panel survey are: 1) We need to increase the absolute number of the women managers for securing middle level women leadership pipe line. 2) We need to confront the fact that the glass ceiling starts from the very low managerial level, and to explore more realistic way to break up the vicious circle for the tokenism. and 3) We need to looking beyond numbers in approaching women's matter at work. At the cultural and institutional level, work-family programs and policies, women's ratings of their competence, and family-friendly organization's climate should be considered.

This study analyzed the effects of social support and career decision self-efficacy that can have effects on career based on career-interrupted women's perception on career preparation behaviors and mediating effects of the career decision self-efficacy. This study surveyed 227 career-interrupted women who participated in job training or registered for job searching in woman employment support organizations using a self-reported type questionnaire. The results are presented: First, social support was found to have a significant correlation with career decision self-efficacy and career preparation behavior. Second, discovered that emotional support as sub-factors of social support had a significant effect on career preparation behaviors. Third, discovered that goal setting and job information as sub-factors of career decision self-efficacy had a significant effect on career preparation behaviors. Fourth, career decision self-efficacy, there was a partial mediating effect between social support and career preparation behaviors. The results presented above suggested that in respect to career guidance for career-interrupted women, a focus should be given to psychological aspects than technological.
Objectives : This study was conducted to examine the differences in the association of intellectual capital with organizational effectiveness of nursing organizations between public and private hospitals. Methods : A total of 166 nurses (82 of public hospital and 84 of private hospital) were recruited for the survey. Nurses' job satisfaction, organizational commitment, intellectual capital, sociodemographics, work-related factors, and health status were measured. Results : Nurses of public hospitals reported significantly higher scores in human capital, customer capital, job satisfaction, emotional engagement, and transactional commitments than did those of the private hospital. Human capital private and structural capital were significantly associated with nurses' job satisfaction in both public and private hospitals. Customer capital was positively associated with the emotional and transactional commitment in the public hospital, while, structural capital was associated with transactional and normative commitment in the private hospital. Conclusions : We could confirm that the nurses' intellectual capital is important the effectiveness of nursing organizations in both public and private hospitals.
