To verify the hypothesis, this study made a questionnaire by using a measuring instrument for the brand value, trust, attitude and loyalty which come from the former study. This study carried out an analyzing method such as frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmed factor analysis and structural equation model to verify the hypothesis. From hypothesis verification, emotional and social brand values of accreditation program for healthcare organizations gave a positive effect to the brand trust and attitude on healthcare organizations. Its functional value did not give an effect to a brand attitude but gave a positive effect to healthcare organizations' brand loyalty. Emotional and social brand values of accreditation program for healthcare organizations did not give an effect to the brand loyalty. The brand trust and attitude of the healthcare organizations which gained accreditation program for healthcare organizations gave a positive effect to the brand loyalty on healthcare organizations.
This study explores whether there are differences in financial structure and governmental support between social service organizations and other nonprofit organizations. In addition, it analyzes what factors are related to governmental supports for both types of nonprofit organizations. Guided by the argument that specific areas where nonprofits primarily operate can explain a difference of relations between nonprofit organizations and funders, this study compares revenue sources and expenditures of social service organizations and other nonprofit organizations in the United States. Also, based on resource dependence theory and taking some important indexes from financial ratio analysis, this study also identifies factors that affect governmental supports for nonprofit organizations. The study sample consists of 10,690 organizations that reported tax form 990 in 1996. Binary logistic regression analysis was conducted for the study. The results show that social service organizations obtained more revenue from government than other nonprofit organizations. Also, logistic regression analysis suggests that revenue diversification and financial characteristics were significantly associated with governmental supports for nonprofit organizations in the United States.
This study analyse interorganizational networks of the self-supporting service organizations using data on the 31 organizations in Chanju area. Interorganizational networks are operationalized in two ways: conference network and referral network. First, this study attempt to examine the characteristics of interorganizational networks of the self-supporting service organizations. Using block model, I can capture some of the structural features of interorganizational networks. Major findings of block modeling are as follows: (1) Public organizations are more inactive to make a connect with other organizations. (2) Most of organizations incline to make a connect with same kind organizations. Namely, employment service organizations incline to flock together, and social welfare organizations are also much the same. Second, this study attempt to examine the determinants of interorganizational networks of the self-supporting service organizations. Relations between pairs of organizations are modeled as a function of dyadic level covariates in accordance with resource dependence, transaction cost, and organizational domain theory. Measure of informal ties between organizations are also included as covariates. Applying logit and tobit regression methods, this study reveals that most variables have effects on the dyadic relations of organizations. Through this empirical analysis, I can suggest policy implications for the self-supporting programs in Korea.
This paper aims to introduce budgetary accounting system for not-for-profit organizations related to maritime and fishery in Korea Especially, these not-for-profit organizations related to maritime and fishery should design and maintain the original accounting systems because they have some objectives and activities of organizations different to for-profit organizations. Purpose: The integrated export organization for agricultural products is an export marketing organization established by joint participation of famers, farmer organizations, and exporters. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors affecting the intention of farmers to participate in integrated export organizations. Research design, data and methodology: The multiple regression analysis was used to identify factors affecting intention of pear and mushroom farms to participate in the integrated export organizations. Results: It is shown that the lower farm age, the higher the need for consolidation of export companies, and the lower the government support for the integrated export organizations, the higher the willingness to participate in integrated export organizations. However, export experience, export scale, awareness level of integrated export organizations, and check price level did not significantly affect the intention to participate in integrated export organizations. Conclusions: It is desirable to promote export organizations of agricultural products among relatively young farmers and to reform their consciousness through emphasizing education for them. In addition, integrated export organizations should avoid disorderly competition by consolidating export companies. Lastly, governmental policies should be pursued in a direction that enables farmers and export companies to strengthen their competitiveness on their own.

Background: The aim of our study was to review the findings of health insurance fraud investigations and to evaluate their impacts on medical costs for target and non-target organizations. An interrupted time series study design using generalized estimation equations was used to evaluate changes in cost following fraud investigations. Methods: We used National Health Insurance claims data from 2009 to 2015, which included 20,625 medical institutions (1,614 target organizations and 19,011 non-target organizations). Outcome variable included cost change after fraud investigation. Results: Following the initiation of fraud investigations, we found statistically significant reductions in cost level for target organizations (-1.40%, p<0.001). In addition, a reduction in cost trend change per month was found for both target organizations and non-target organizations after fraud investigation (target organizations, -0.33%; non-target organizations of same region, -0.19%; non-target organizations of other regions, -0.17%). Conclusion: This study suggested that fraud investigations are associated with cost reduction in target organization. We also found similar effects of fraud investigations on health expenditure for non-target organizations located in the same region and in different regions. Our finding suggests that fraud investigations are important in controlling the growth of health expenditure. To maximize the effects of fraud investigation on the growth of health expenditure, more organizations needed to be considered as target organizations.
Most transportation problems are expected to be dealt with by public sector, mainly government organizations, even though few articles are available to tackle the problems from the administrative points of view. This study has the following scopes: to define the transportation system; to derive the subsystems, i.e., the functions of the system; to identify the elements (or organizations) of performing the functions; to study the inter-organizational relationships among the elements and to derive problem areas; and finally to propose a new administrative system for solving the problems. System Theory was exclusively used for defining the system and deriving subsystems of transportation. Laws and regulations about government organizations were analyzed to identify the relevant organizations. Communications analysis was used for deriving the relationships among the organizations. Ledger books containing incoming-and-outgoing documents in the sampled organizations were inputed onto computer. Exactly 49,367 records(i.e., information flows) were stored for this analysis. Finally, this study proposed a new administrative system that is expected to result in more cooperative and productive inter-organizational relationships among the transportation organizations.
