Purposes: In this study, we examined the factors which silenced the organizing members and how the factors affects deprivation of employment about the organization culture, the organizational silence, and the turnover intention. Methodology: In order to research, we carry out a survey on 400 employees of small and medium hospitals. Among them, 321 questionnaires were used for actual analysis, excluding insincere respondents, non-responders or duplicate respondents. In order to verify the hypotheses in this study, we conduct the covariance Structural Equation Model(SEM). Finding: We obtained results using following hypotheses. First, ''The organization culture has an effect on the turnover intention.'' Second, ''The organization culture has an effect on the organizational silence'' Third, ''The organizational silence has a influence on the turnover intention.'' Finally, ''When the organization culture mediates the organizational silence, the adaptation relationship of the ornization effectiveness is different.'', as the key hypothesis, showed that the agreement culture, rational culture, and hierarchical culture of the organization culture type were statistically significant. The organizational silence as a parameter has the partial mediating effects(-) because it has direct and indirect effects. Practical Implications: The results of this study showed that the reason for the organizational silence of the organizing members is that the organization culture by a grade of rank is the largest and these the organizational silence affects the turnover intention.
The purpose of this study identificate the sources of stress, and then find the influenced factor on the performance of organization by thoses. The sources of stress be limited on the level of individuals and the results of its also be did on the level of organization. The finding of the study will contribute to the effective management of stress by the manager in organization. As a results, rational management would made the quality of life of members of organization to level up, and the goals of organization to achieve rationally.
The summarized analysis result of this research is as follows. First, regarding the difference of preceding variable and dependent variable, statistically considerable difference did not appear between self determination and personal relations in educational background and between groups of self determination in hotel type, and statistically considerable difference appeared among other groups. Second, regression analysis result between empowerment and job satisfaction turned out that statistically considerable influence is exerted in the order of personal relations ability, influence power, role performance ability and self-decision nature. Third, regression analysis result between empowerment and job devotion turned out that statistically considerable influence is exerted in the order of personal relations ability, role performance ability and influence power. Fourth, regression analysis result between empowerment and organization devotion turned out that statistically considerable result is exerted in the order of influence power and personal relations ability. Fifth, it turned out that statistically relative high correlation existed among correlation of empowerment and result variable such as job satisfaction, job devotion and organization devotion. The above-mentioned matters considered, this research proposes following points. This research examines the effect of empowerment on job satisfaction and organizational commitment of culinary staff in the hotel. the effect of the variable of empowerment on result variable shows that role performance ability, influence power and personal relations ability are important variables. Therefore, to improve the role performance ability of members of kitchen, it is essential for each individual to improve their ability and to have confidence at the time of business performance. So, this research implies that consistent and systematic training is necessary for increasing the ability and confidence. In order to improve influence power, it is necessary for members of an organization to have strong faith that their jobs determine the success of the company, and to increase the sense of self-control by letting them have the right of self determination, so that all members may have strong desire to transact business. This research implies that in order to improve personal relations ability, it is necessary for members of an organization to discover the best method of decision-making and solve problems through members' developing mutual action, and for managers to take personal characteristics into account so that members may have belief and confidence in their job and realize the value of their job. In conclusion, the person in charge of personnel affairs and the manager in charge of kitchen need to realize the importance of empowerment and especially have an much interest in all parts including self determination, influence power and role performance ability and personal relations ability etc.
Improving productivity of knowledge workers is an important issue in the 21st century referred as knowledge-based society. The core key word is knowledge sharing among constituents of an organization. The purpose of this study is to combine the social network position factors with attitude and behavior factors, and develop an integrated research model for the knowledge sharing among members of an organization. This study adopted the integrated theoretical framework based on social capital, self-efficacy, transactive memory, and knowledge sharing. Surveys were conducted to 42 organizational members from a department in a leading IT outsourcing company to empirically test the proposed research model. In order to validate the proposed research model, social network analysis tool, UCINET, a structural equation modeling tool, SmartPLS, were utilized. The empirical result showed that, first of all, organizational members' familiarity network position had significant influence on knowledge self-efficacy and transactive memory capability. Second, knowledge self-efficacy and transactive memory capability affected knowledge sharing intention. Third, knowledge sharing intention also had an impact on the job performance. However, organizational members' expertise network position had no significant influence on knowledge self-efficacy and transactive memory capability. This finding reveals the importance of the emotional approach rather than the rational approach in knowledge management. The theoretical and practical implications on the research findings were discussed along with limitations.

This study examined the mediating effect of management's values on organizational performance and between them. Hypotheses 1, 2, 3, and 4 which were set up to achieve the purpose of this study, were verified as follows. First, Hypothesis 1 proposed that the values of management will have a positive effect on organizational performance. Second, Hypothesis 2 proposed that the values of management are likely to have a positive effect on the consistency of the values of organizational members. Third, Hypothesis 3 proposed that the consistency of the values of organizational members will have a positive (+) influence on organizational performance. We found that the consistency of the values of organizational members has a positive (+) influence on organizational performance. Hypothesis 3 was adopted. Fourth, hypothesis 4, the value consistency of the members of the organization, had a mediating effect between the organization performance on value management. The results of this study were all adopted research hypotheses. Therefore, management's values have a significant impact on the theoretical and practical aspects by showing the relationship between organizational members' value consistency and organizational performance. In the future, the necessity of further research on management's values and member's value consistency through various fields for organizational performance has emerged.

This study attempted to confirm the factors that the meaning of work perceived by organization members and job embeddedness affects creative behavior. In addition, we tried to confirm the relationship between the meaning of work and job embeddedness. On the other hand, we tried to verify the mediating effect of job embeddedness between the meaning of work and creative behavior. Accordingly, the following results and implications were derived through the hypotheses set for the members of small and medium-sized enterprises. First, the meaning of work showed a positive effect on job embeddedness and creative behavior, and it was empirically analyzed that job embeddedness was improved on creative behavior. In order to improve the creative behavior of organizational members, the need for advancement of the management and training system to systematically improve and strengthen the meaning of work and job embeddedness has emerged. Second, job embeddedness showed a mediating effect between the meaning of work and creative behavior. In other words, the employee's job embeddedness acted as a direct or indirect factor according to the improvement of the meaning of work and creative behavior. Accordingly, as one of the major factors in human resource management and strategic human resource development for the advancement of the sustainable management system, the need for institutional establishment and implementation was required as it became more efficient and effective.
The dispute settlement mechanism of the World Trade Organization (WTO) is in great peril. The Appellate Body has ceased to function last December as the United States has blocked the appointment of new Appellate Body members since 2017. The focus of this study is on the examination of US's discontent on the Appellate Body and various efforts to reform the Appellate Body. In a recent report, the US Trade Representative raises its concerns on the Appellate Body including 90 days mandatory deadline, transitional rules for outgoing Appellate Body members, scope of appeal, advisory opinions, precedent, recommendation, and overreach without offering any viable solutions. Some of WTO members and experts proposed several Appellate Body reform measures but agreement between WTO members is unlikely in a foreseeable future. Alternative dispute settlement mechanisms should be seriously considered such as interim appeal arbitration arrangements, separate dispute settlement mechanisms for trade remedies, unilateral retaliatory measures without WTO authorization. Rules-based multilateral dispute settlement system is imperative to small open economies like Korea. The Korean government should actively participate in Appellate Body reform discussions with other WTO members to keep the WTO dispute settlement system from collapsing.
The social capital of an organization is recognized as the origin of the knowledge capital creation, and it becomes the mechanisms which explain the interaction of members or which accelerate the behavior of the members to attain the goal of an organization (Park, 2001; Jang et al., 2011). Lots of researches show that this causal relationship empirically exists. Social capital and knowledge capital of an organization are one of the most important competitive advantages that a company needs. They are also the main dynamic drivers of the innovation activity. This study analyzes the relationship and examines the impact and role of an organization's social capital on intellectual capital and innovation activities in an organization. In other words, the main purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of social capital on the intellectual capital and innovation activities of, in particular, China local companies. This study empirically analyzed the survey data collected from the employees of the companies located in China. Our empirical results of this study showed that social capital has significantly causal effects on intellectual capital partially and also showed the intellectual capital has significantly positive effects on the innovation activities partially.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of person-organization fit(PO fit) and person-job fit(PJ fit) on positive psychological capital at both team-level and individual-level. Present study intends to confirm the effectiveness through theoretical considerations and empirical analysis of positive organizational behaviors. This is expected to strengthen the basis of positive organizational behavior studies and provide the foundation to integrate positive organizational behavior to the actual organization. In order to test the hypotheses, the data were collected from multiple domestic organizations and composed 47 team-level and 244 individual-level data. For the analysis, hierarchical linear modelling(HLM) were conducted. The results of this study are as follows. PO fit and PJ fit had significant relationships with positive psychological capital at both team-level and individual-level. Also, in the relationship between the attitudes and behaviors of the members and positive psychological capital, the positive psychological capital was found to have significant effect on affective commitment and organizational citizen behaviors. The implications of this study according to the results as follows. Positive relationships of psychological capital with the antecedents and consequences variables, it is necessary for the management to magnify the strength of members in the actual operation at the organization level. Such the management of positive psychological capital can be suggested as a new approach method for achievement of the organization's goals and visions.
In a competitive organizational environment, members view completing tasks to perfection without mistakes as the requirement for success and good evaluation from others. However, unrealistically strong perfectionism can have negative effects on members' psychological states and organizational performance. This study focuses on evaluative concerns perfectionism, the negative aspect of perfectionism, based on positive psychology theory to explore the positive mechanism that comes into place in the process of strengthening organization members' resilience. For this purpose, we performed a moderated moderation analysis to investigate whether the moderating effect of leaders' social support (primary moderator) is moderated by their emotional intelligence (secondary moderator). To verify our research model, we conducted a two-part survey of 252 employees in various industries with a time interval to minimize the common method bias. Job rank and positive affectivity were set as control variables to identify the clear causal relationship among variables. Our findings showed that first, evaluative concerns perfectionism reduced resilience; second, leaders' social support positively moderated the relationship between evaluative concerns perfectionism and resilience; and third, the leaders' emotional intelligence positively moderated the two-way interaction between evaluative concerns perfectionism and the leaders' social support, confirming a moderated moderation. Our findings suggest the need for leaders to assume multidimensional roles to enhance the positive traits of organization members, especially in today's complex business environment. The implications of our findings are further discussed in relation to knowledge management and the development of organization members who exhibit evaluative concerns perfectionism, along with suggestions for future research.
