The $L^p-L^q$ mapping properties of convolution operators with measures supported on curves in $\mathbb{R}^3$ have been studied by many authors. Oberlin provided examples of nondegenerate compact space curves whose arclength measures enjoy $L^p$-improving properties. This was later extended by Pan who showed that such properties hold for all nondegenerate compact space curves. In this paper, we will prove that the operator norm of the convolution operator with the arclength measure supported on a nondegenerate compact space curve depends only on certain quantities of the underlying curve.

Let ${\varphi}(z)\;=\;({\varphi}_1(Z),{\cdots},{\varphi}_n(Z))$ be a holomorphic self­map of $\mathbb{D}^n$, where $\mathbb{D}^n$ is the unit polydisk of $\mathbb{C}^n$. The sufficient and necessary conditions for a composition operator to be bounded and compact from the Hardy space $H^2(\mathbb{D}^n)$ into $\alpha$-Bloch space $\beta^{\alpha}(\mathbb{D}^n)$ on the polydisk are given.

We give two sufficient conditions that the space (X,C*) be a Fr$\acute{e}$chet-Urysohn space such that $x_n \to x$ in (X,c) if and only if $x_n \to x$ in (X,c*), where c* is the sequential closure operator on a generalized topological (X,c).

We introduce a new norm, called the $N^p$-norm (1 $\leq$ p < ${\infty}$ on the space $N^p$(V,W) where V and W are abstract operator spaces. By proving some fundamental properties of the space $N^p$(V,W), we also discover that if W is complete, then the space $N^p$(V,W) is also a Banach space with respect to this norm for 1 $\leq$ p < ${\infty}$.

In this article we have determined the spectrum and fine spectrum of the lower triangular matrix B(r, s) on the Hahn sequence space h. We have also determined the approximate point spectrum, the defect spectrum and the compression spectrum of the operator B(r, s) on the sequence space h.

The Berezin symbol à of an operator A on the reproducing kernel Hilbert space 𝓗 (Ω) over some set Ω with the reproducing kernel k_λ is defined by $${\tilde{A}}(\lambda)=\,\;{\lambda}{\in}{\Omega}$$. The Berezin number of an operator A is defined by $$ber(A):=\sup_{{\lambda}{\in}{\Omega}}{\mid}{\tilde{A}}({\lambda}){\mid}$$. We study some problems of operator theory by using this bounded function Ã, including estimates for Berezin numbers of some operators, including truncated Toeplitz operators. We also prove an operator analog of some Young inequality and use it in proving of some inequalities for Berezin number of operators including the inequality ber (AB) ≤ ber (A) ber (B), for some operators A and B on 𝓗 (Ω). Moreover, we give in terms of the Berezin number a necessary condition for hyponormality of some operators.

In this paper, we study averaging properties in Banach space. We prove that the convex block Banach-Saks property is equivalent to the reflexivity in a Banach space. And we show that a weakly compact operator is a convex block Banach-Saks operator.
