The status and effectiveness of Bi-modal Tram is analyzed through the comparison of the transport effectiveness and operation cost between the public transportation systems (bus, light rail transit) considering the vehicle and operation characteristic of new transit system Bi-modal Tram. The standard operation schedule is established in consideration of the vehicle specification and operation characteristic of main public transportation modes, and then the annual average operation cost is estimated depending on the volume, speed, analysis length for respective public transportation mode. Through analyzing the operation cost and distribution characteristic of public transportation modes depending on the transport volume and travel speed, the operational efficiency suitable for the city is derived. It is concluded that the operational efficiency of Bi-modal Tram is superior to that of the bus and light rail transit on the aspect of travel volume and operation speed.

현재, 정보통신 기술의 급격한 발전으로 인해 디지털 영상처리 기술 분야에서도 많은 연구가 진행되고 있으며, 영상복원 분야 중에서도 임펄스 잡음과 같은 잡음 제거 기술은 우수한 품질의 영상을 얻기 위해서 필수적으로 요구된다. 이러한 임펄스 잡음을 효과적으로 제거하기 위한 방법으로 SM (standard median) 필터가 대표적이지만 영상의 에지 영역에서 오류를 나타내어 전체 영상의 품질을 저하시킨다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 임펄스 잡은 환경에서 훼손된 영상을 복원하기 위해 영상의 방향성 정보를 이용한 비선형 공간 필터를 제안하였으며, 시뮬레이션을 통해 기존의 방법들과 그 성능을 비교하였다.

After the twenty-first century, the university emphasize on the role of knowledge creation facilities, and for this, various social and educational requirements are changing the environment of higher education. These change makes university that has old facilities difficult to correspond environmental changes. The purpose of this study is to review the facilities manual of Establishment and Management of university and to suggest amendment of Establishment and Management of university by exploring the university educational environment and facilities plan to respond various changes. We reviewed division of university studies, classification system of facilities, Area Standard of building and site in th provision for university establishment and operation, based on studying domestic university facilities standards, space management standards, facilities condition of national/private university and doing a survey of university facilities satisfaction and propriety of facilities standard in 120 universities. According to this study on validity and propriety of rules, we suggest amendment of Establishment and Management of university that can respond changing higher education environment.

Urban transit is one of the most effective ways for efficient operation and construction of an urban transit by composition system which is liked originally such as rolling-stock, power, signal and infrastructure. Urban rail transit system is running in domestic, imports major equipments from advanced countries and setup for maintenance. But it takes long time because it does each organizations and lines. Also, signal, power and track system apply different standard by each construction organizations it causes an increasing construction of cost accordingly it desperately needs a systematic countermeasure. Therefore standard specification of urban transit have been establishing and operatingfor efficient operation of urban transit and base technology security that is populace ride to become a base of state economy. After track, power and signal system will be announced. Standard specification become more, the importance of administrationof standards is emphasized more. Specification administrator’s the importance which use a computing support tool recently in railroad part in embossed and is predicted to be more such forward. Therefore we propose the effective method of management with track, power signal system by constructed data-base system.

Human factors have been considered the primary reason of marine accidents. Especially, the collision between vessels is mostly mused by human behavior. However, there have not been many researches to clarify the reason of marine accidents mused by human factors quantitatively. In order to understand human factors and to enhance safe navigation systematically, using a full mission ship-handling simulator, we've investigated the characteristics of avoiding behavior taken by mariners. Further in order to apply the characteristics more widely and effectively, it's necessary to formulate the standard behavior for ship-handling in the condition of collision avoidance. Is this study, therefore, we intended to propose the concept to model the mariner's standard behavior on the handling of collision avoidance as the first step. As a result, we confirmed the contents of information processing in ship-handling that mariner's generally taking to avoid collision.

In the past annual recycling obligation rate calculation of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) system, it was difficult to operate the system efficiently, because responsible producers passively participated in the scheme only bent on achieving annual obligation without long-term plan. Thus, a new scheme of long-term recycling obligation rate began to be established every five year from 2008 in order to give the basis for the notice of annual specific operation standard and recycling obligation, thereby helping responsible producers to make a preparation with a plan and giving expectation of active operation of the scheme. However, in the operation of long-term recycling target program, while the development of prediction models and the evaluation for existing items has been conducted in various ways, applications for a new target items and the evaluation are quite insufficient. Therefore, in this study, problems in implementing long-term recycling goal of new target items will be examined, and more objective and rational long-term recycling rate calculation and the operation standard will be proposed. Thus, the long-term recycling target will play a role as a pacemaker to steadily improve the recycling performance of target items, and responsible producers will be expected to increase the achievement with the realistic capacity.

For several years by discussion and research, the designing plan and detail plans of year 2000 has been unified. By this result the District Standard Planning as well as the following existing town to control all sorts of living surrounding problems and to make a delightful arranged town are the purpose, which is carrying out all over the country. It is true that the expectation was high to the District Standard Planning. Because of this plan it could use and control the District special quality. Such as, it could rise the ability of beautiful sight and make a advisable town. But in this study the first preceding subject is a problem by the constructing work that the restriction and the standard application has been strong. So the District Standard Planning had many problems. And also by the problems here, as a immoderate volition and stiffen about the operation, the system and equipment lack about the environment improving work, problems with areas by the exciting plannings, the attitude of the executive agency that can't accept the inhabitants will. From these backgrounds we thought the research has not to be standardize in only newtown concept, but has to breath with the exciting towns and the rural areas that the District Planning has been applied. And to revive the special quality of the area and local government by a positive and logical research. Consequently in this study, we researched about the problems of architectures that had issues with the District Standard Planning of architectural part of operation guide which has been assisted form Single-Detached House in Eomsa District Dooma-Myun Nonsan which is located in Chungnam province.
