Necessities of a traffic means work a car in the modern society human to an usability of a life is enjoying. On the other hand, the damage by traffic accident increment the human quotient worked as we were in proportion to the vehicle which increased. Passing an examination moves necessarily on an obstacle to suddenly appear at the fronts if a car travels and the vehicles which stopped suddenly. Dynamic passing an examination about an obstacle turn on Vehicle Emergency Lamp to by hand when is unhurried, and can turn off, but to appear urgently dynamic passing an examination in time human is instinctive, but cannot inform an emergency to a back vehicle, and a rear-end collision occurs. A car we synthesize a speed of a vehicle, and this unit analyzes as we use GPS, and to drive runs Vehicle Emergency Lamp to automatic in the situations that shall turn on emergencies etc. If a speed of a vehicle continuously slows down in too high-speed driving or low-speed driving, or we are stopped, Vehicle Emergency Lamp is always turned on. It was built if we rise again as clearing itself from risk, and a speed of a vehicle judges, and we turn off Vehicle Emergency Lamp to automatic. It runs till rear-end collision sensor operates, and by hand reset does Vehicle Emergency Lamp a driving vehicle collides from behind to a back vehicle or when a driving vehicle was overthrown. It is shortened very much to the chain rear-end collision traffic accident that is a traffic accident of large size if we use this unit. And we did authentication through the experiment which a driver was helpful to unnecessary operation and a relaxed safe driving during drivings.
The purpose of this study is to derive obstacle factors to 'high value vocational training' and to suggest development strategies. The training aims to solve the quantitative and qualitative problems of female employment by providing professional training in high value areas such as ICT, SW and knowledge service. To verify the training to meet these objectives, 48 processes operated in 2018 were analyzed and field monitoring was conducted. As a result of the analysis, problems were identified and improvements were derived in terms of learners management, training course design, field practice operation, and performance evaluation. Based on these results, researchers suggested four ways to develop high value vocational training. First, select learners based on combined talent and second, strengthen the project of linking enterprises and structured field practices. Third, establish a performance evaluation system of its own and manage performance and fourth, expand support for excellent training courses and provide consulting for course development. The results of this study are expected to be used as a reference for establishing policies for high value occupational training. In the future, quantitative research should be conducted to clarify the performance and problems.

This study, developed a dynamic hard shoulder running(HSR) algorithm that includes ending speed and minimum operation time in addition to the starting speed for HSR, and presented an operation plan. The first stage of the algorithm was red, which means vehicles are prohibited from HSR. The second stage is red/amber, in which drivers are notified of HSR, and operators are given time to check whether there is any obstacle to HSR. Stage 3 is green, which vehicles are permitted for HSR. Stage 4 is amber, in which a signal is given to drivers that the end of HSR is imminent. In addition, a minimum time is applied to green and red, but if congestion is severe, red is terminated early to prevent congestion from worsening. The upstream and downstream traffic flow is managed stably through main line ramp metering and lane number matching. The operating standard speed reflects the characteristics of vehicles and drivers, and based on simulation results, 7090 was selected as the optimal operating standard speed considering traffic flow and safety aspects. Therefore it is desirable to apply the travel time divided by the minimum speed of the HSR link as the minimum operating time in order to ensure continuity of traffic flow
The vacuum-cleaner had made the burden of house chore lighten but the operation labour of a vacuum-cleaner had been so severe. Recently, the cleaning robot was producted to perfectly solve the cleaning labour of a house but it also was not successful because it still had a problem of mess-cleaning, which is the clean-up of big trash and the arrangement of newspapers, clothes, etc. The cleaning robot is to just vacuum dust and small trash and has no function to arrange and take away before the automatic vacuum-cleaning. For this reason, the market for the cleaning robot is not yet built up. So, we need a design method and technological algorithm of new automatic machine to solve the problem of mess-cleanup in house. In this paper, a Home Mess-Cleanup Robot(HMR), which has a practical function of the automatic mess-cleanup, is developed. It need functions of agile automatic navigation, novel manipulation system for mess-cleanup. The automatic navigation system has to be controlled for the full scanning of living room, to recognize the absolute position and orientation of the self, the precise tracking of the desired path, and to distinguish the mess object to clean-up from obstacle object to just avoid. The manipulation system, which is not needed in the vacuum-cleaning robot, must have the functions, how to distinguish big trash to clean from mess objects to arrange, how to grasp in according to the form of mess objects, how to move to the destination in according to mess objects and arrange them. Then, it should be an intelligent system so that the mess cleaning task can be autonomously performed in a wide variety of situations and environments. It need to also has the entertainment functions for the good communication between the human and HMR. Therefore, the Home Mess-cleanup Robot with Entertainmental Human Interface is developed in this paper. Finally, the good performance of the designed machine, HMR'4, is confirmed through the results of the mess clean-up and arrangement.

This paper investigates the issue of efficient reading for sensor data of semi-passive sensor tag. The Cold Chain management system requires complete sensor data without data loss and the short processing time of reading sensor tag data. However, reading the sensed data could be interfered by RF environment such as a jamming, obstacle and so on. This study found that it could lead to loss of the sensed data and takes much time to read it when data loss is occurred. To solve this problem, we propose the transaction processing mechanism that guarantees efficient reading of the sensed data. To do this, we present the technique of dynamic packet size and technique of data recovery to execute read transaction. These techniques improve the reliability of reading operation as well as speed up of read process for the large capacity data. This paper contributes to the improvement of efficient reading of sensed data without any loss of data and large time required.
High-resolution digital holograms can be quickly generated by using a PC cluster that is based on server-client architecture and is composed of several GPU-equipped PCs. However, the data transmission time between PCs becomes a large obstacle for fast generation of video holograms because it linearly increases in proportion to the number of frames. To resolve the problem with the increase of data transmission time, this paper proposes a multi-threading-based method. Hologram generation in each client PC basically consists of three processes: acquisition of light sources, CGH operation using GPUs, and transmission of the result to the server PC. Unlike the previous method that sequentially executes the processes, the proposed method executes in parallel them by multi-threading and thus can significantly reduce the proportion of the data transmission time to the total hologram generation time. Through experiments, it was confirmed that the total generation time of a high-resolution video hologram with 150 frames can be reduced by about 30%.
There have been many papers reporting that the axiomatic approach in Abstract Algebra is a big obstacle to overcome for the students who are not trained to think in an abstract way. Therefore an instructor must seek for ways to help students grasp mathematical concepts in Abstract Algebra and select the ones suitable for students. Mathematics faculty and students generally consider Abstract Algebra in general and quotient groups in particular to be one of the most troublesome undergraduate subjects. For, an individual's knowledge of the concept of group should include an understanding of various mathematical properties and constructions including groups consisting of undefined elements and a binary operation satisfying the axioms. Even if one begins with a very concrete group, the transition from the group to one of its quotient changes the nature of the elements and forces a student to deal with elements that are undefined. In fact, we also have found through running abstract algebra courses for several years that students have considerable difficulty in understanding the concept of quotient groups. Based on the above observation, we explore and analyze the nature of students' knowledge about $Z_n$ that is the set of congruence classes modulo n. Applying the genetic decomposition method, we propose a model to lead students to achieve the correct concept of $Z_n$.

If one were to say that war is political in its nature, then war could be one of the several ways of achieving political goals. Thus, the aspect of wars will, in certainty, be altered by the changes in political environment. Wars in the past broke out mainly due to ideological differences that ran to extremes and were of high intensity. However, wars today show such restraints as controlling them beforehand or during the war in anticipation of the post-war situation. The trend of ideas to actualize such wars in the effective operation of airpower is on the rise. Airpower normally possesses speed and operative flexibility as well as capability of destruction, so it is possible to destroy the politically declared targets clearly. Previous airpower was merely employed as means of helping to vertically detouring the spatial obstacle that the ground forces encountered. Over the years, due to the speedy improvement of aviation technology and of ideas concerning wars in space, more advanced application has been developed. but they also were nothing more than an auxiliary role to facilotate the ground forces, that needed a longer effective range of firepower and did not become forces with the right of self-determination, that is, the fact of decisive war that makes its outcome. However, under transitional strategic environment like that of the present, Airpower possesses not only the capability to operate as a decisive means of war but also as theories to support it. The advancement in air technology has enabled supremacy over targets in depth, and the development of electronic technology has empowered the improvement of degree of destruction but also triumphant war by means of an overwhelming supremacy in a relatively short period. Thus, the method of systematic destruction that accomplishes the stated goals while rejecting the damage of accumulative destruction has been realized. The progress of such a concept has also proved that the counter-force strategy that has been developed in nuclear strategy is useful in conventional warfare as well. Therefore, it can be said that the under today's strategic environment airpower is an outstanding means of military strategy that can deeply affect to achieve the national objectives.

Finally, the good performance of the designed UHMR is confirmed through the results of the mess clean-up and arrangement.

Many accidents are being occurred due to many missteps, etc. at the railway platform. Recently in Korea, efforts to prevent casualties fundamentally are being made by installing and operating the PSD(Platform Screen Door) with underground station building as its center to prevent these casualties of passengers. Although this PSD can solve the problem of public casualties at platform fundamentally, it is impossible to install it at whole station buildings since its installation cost is high, and in case of the ground station building of general railway whose operation speed is higher, installation of PSD is impossible due to the characteristics of railway system. This paper proposes the novel safety equipment using Laser radar sensors for the prevention against casualties of passengers at station buildings where the PSDs are not installed like this. The safety equipment using Laser radar sensors is the safety equipment making an approaching train stopped if the falling object is a person by detecting the obstacle at platform through, and it has the merit possible to apply it to station buildings not only in the underground section but also in the ground section since it may detect accurately under ambient environmental elements such as the snow, rain and yellow dust, etc. also. We developed the prototype of the safety equipment to reduce public casualties at platform by using Laser radar sensors and carried out its performance test, and the result is presented in this paper.
