A preliminary performance test of a 30RT 2-stage screw heat pump was carried out in order to develop a high performance large-scale unutilized energy source heat pump system, which will be used for district heating and cooling. In this study, two issues of the system operating control were investigated. The first issue is the mode switching control from 1-stage to 2-stage. A stable 2-stage heating operation is guaranteed, only if the load-side water inlet temperature is over a certain value, where the 1-stage heating operation should be done first from a cold start. The second issue is oil level control. An oil shortage problem in the low stage compressor, which depends on the degree of suction superheat, was solved by a proper oil level control scheme.

With controlling Drones, although it was discussed in the previous study which showed a possibility. Which is personality and property rights of third parties could be violated while operating the drone with a video camera. But It's hard to find out precedents related to drones in Korea. In case of that someone try to control the drone which is equipped with a camera in a yard of neighborhood, the German District Court (Potsdam) considered an operator of drone has little bit of careless to do his duty and admit nonfeasance claim in the owner of the one's property for prevention to repetition of similar situation according to a nonfeasance claim for prevention to Section 1004 (1) sentence 2 of the German Civil Code(BGB). The drone which is equipped with a camera have possibilities to disrupt property and personal rights of the owner. Because a danger in repetition is getting larger regarding the violation of law. Moreover, there is a case that someone shot down the drone which is equipped with a camer. Because it has a risk to interrupt private life and cause some dangerous in our life. The German district court(Riesa) recently have considered that controlling the drone with a camera in private spaces is illegal as a violation of personal life. In addtion to, the action of property owner shot down drone is a legal according to § 228 of the German Civil Code(BGB) which is caleed "Necessity". Although it is difficult to apply to foreign cases directly to Korea, similar cases are likely to be occurred in Korea. The decision of the German District Court showed implications to Korea. As demand for the camera-equipped drone increases in Korea, it is time to discuss specific measures for drone violations.

The purpose of this study is evaluate the direct payment program for rural landscape conservation and deduce facts to improve. This research is composed with a survey on local government officials and farmers joined this program, and used monitering in selected 41 zones. According to the surveys, this program showed a positive contribution to the effects: village harmony, visitors increase, village income. However, It's contribute in short term objectives, but has not yet reach the ultimate goal such as regional development through visitors and village income. We found some problems in the monitering, on the agreement with farmers, range of village activities, operating AgriX program, etc. Finally, we suggest some proposals ; 1) to redefine the aims and range for the program, 2) to clarify a village action program, 3) to strength the admission procedure, 4) to designate district based on landscape resources survey.

KEPCO has been operating since March 1998 a HVDC link between Cheju Island and the mainland that it constructed to save high generation cost & ensure the system stability and the supply of electric power of Cheju island (approximately 100km from south of mainland). The purpose of this study is to consider the complete maintenance of the HVDC Submarine Cable after its construction in 1997 while proposing future direction for the stable operation of the HVDC Submarine Cable.

A GDHS(Geothermal District Heating System) is a heating system supplying a group of districts with heat extracted from geothermal sources. The advantages of GDHS include saving fuel consumption as well as reducing air pollution. This paper presents a case study for the economic feasibility model and analysis of a GDHS with which central/individual heating systems are replaced. Configuring to a simplified GDHS which consisits of subsurface systems, surface systems, and transmission/distribution systems, we find out the properties of the system and the model parameters affecting the initial investment/operating costs in order to develop a classical economic feasibility model given geothermal temperature. Based on our model parameter space, we analyzed the geothermal development project of the Jejoo Island probabilistically given prior information such as the expected geothermal power, the demand size and the length of transmission/distribution pipes.

The purpose of this study is planning a representative model of a modernized school with rearrangement of existing two primary schools(Nammyun and Namjin) and a middle school(Seonam) in Nammyun distric. Nammyun district, which is adjacent to Tae-an national ocean park, is the Place where gas a natural advantage. However, in the result of the rural exodus follwed by industrialization, the population in this province are decreased rapidly and it still be on the process of the rural exodus. Hence, the total number of students, each school is under 100 at the moment and the number will be less in the future. Under this consequences, the rearrangement of these school is inevitable. For the new modernized school plan Narnmyun district, estimate the scale of school on the basis of decreased number of students, the analysis the 7th education plan and the questionnaire and face-to-face interview investigation, which is a resident-orented investigation, were carried out preferentially. The major research contents are as follows; o Expansion of schools facility and space for operating the 7th education plan(classified level schools level and subject-based class school plan) o Over-all improvement of educational environment to take all-out advantages of school, social and home education. o The school which can take a part of an educational center of a rural community in schools off-time-after school and summer and winter vocation. o The school which is related to the local cultural, sports and entertainment utility, On the basis of this research, the basic concept and purpose of a new school model model plan in Nammyun will be established and the new school plan represented for the result of this research.

In this study, the land market in Eastern District of Gyeongseong is examined using land price data in the 1920's. For the study, land information in 1927 is constructed as a DB, and a map in 1929 is constructed as a GIS file to realize digitalization of historical data. As a result of the study, it is confirmed that spatial autocorrelation exists, and through spatial econometrics analysis, some factors affecting the modern land market are also valid at that time. The results show that land use and road accessibility have a positive effect on the land market, while the proximity of anchor facilities and educational facilities have a negative effect. This study is meaningful in that it has moved on to a research topic that has been insufficient until now by examining whether the factors operating in the land market in the 21st century are also valid in the land market in the 1920's.

In this research, we describe the methodology and the quantification about GHG reduction effects, expected by optimization of operation mode according to establishing additional heat storage system of Bundang Combined Cycle Power Plant. As an intermediate form of General Combined Cycle Power Plant and Heat supply only district heating plant, Bundang Combined Cycle Power Plant(and Ilsan, Anyang, Bucheon) is possible to satisfy demand for the electrical load and thermal load capacity at the same time through changes to the operation mode itself. Therefore, through the operating transition of high-efficiency mode that the condenser cooling water is recovered and supplied to district heat and cooling, establishing additional heat storage system have flexible supply ability at the power and heat market. In this research, We calculated using the operating performance for the last three years(2008~2010) and efficiency of each mode-specific values. As a result, GHG reduction effects were calculated as $97.95kg_{-}CO_2/Gcal$ per heat energy 1 Gcal supplied at the heat storage system and we expected emmision reduction effect about $13,500Ton_{-}CO_2/yr$.

Investigation on relics was performed by dividing the site of Samheung-ri, Gangjin-gun, Jeonranam-do into six districts, A to F, and as a result, total 16 kilns including Celadon kilns and pottery kilns were found. Among them, total 9 kilns found from A D E F districts including 3 Celadon kilns, 6 pottery kilns, went through archaeomagnetic analysis with baked earth samples collected from them. Since those baked earth samples showed good baking conditions as well as high soil quality, it was possible to gain archaeomagnetic data with high reliability. Through archaeomagnetic analysis, it was possible to obtain archaeomagnetic dating for each of the 9 kilns corresponding to the period between A.D. 990~1250, and the results also correspond to archaeological dating estimated to fall under the period of Goryeo. Also, it was examined if there was any difference in the operational periods of the kilns by districts, and there was difference of periods from archaeomagnetic dating in the order of district D(A.D.1100) ${\rightarrow}$ E F(A.D.1180) ${\rightarrow}$ A(A.D.1210). This result tells us that the kilns in district D stopped operating the earliest and were deserted, and next, those in districts E and F almost at the same time, and lastly, those in district A operated to the last and then were disposed.

The foremost priority for establishing record management of public institutions is strengthening the function and role of the records centers in the institutions and creating the foundation of the organization and personnel for demonstrating professionalism of archivists. However, concept of current records center is not clear and there is no substance of the organization. It also says that once a records manager is deployed, a records center is founded since appointment criteria for archivists is prone to be interpreted subjectively by the institutions. Therefore, it's time for more concrete improvements to resolve these issues. This research analyses some problems found in the system of records centers in the main office and district offices of education focusing on the environment of them. The problems are centers without substance in district offices of education because of the organization structure that all authority has been assembled in the main office, and the reality of records managers who have fallen into records discarders, etc. To solve these problems, this paper proposes changing the appointment criteria for archivists, operating an integrated records center reflecting the intensive working system, and legislating special act on record management of educational institutions.
