제7차 교육과정에 근거한 준거지향적 수행평가 문항의 개발과 평가 -고등학교 과학 "생식"과 "생물 농축" 단원을 중심으로- (Development and Evaluation of Criterion-Referenced Performance Assessment Items Based on the 7th National Science Curriculum -Subject Unit of Reproduction and Biological Accumulation-)

  • 최근 제7차 교육과정이 실시되면서 준거 지향적인 수행평가에 대한 요구가 커지고 있으며, 이러한 상황에서 평가의 절대적인 기준을 마련할 필요성 또한 절실해지고 있다. 본 연구는 제7차 교육과정에 근거하여 고등학교 과학 중 '생식' 단원과 '생물 농축' 단원에 대해서 필수 학습 요소, 성취 기준, 평가 기준 및 평가 문항을 개발하고, 이를 바탕으로 개발한 평가 문항을 실제 현장에 적용하여 그 타당성을 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구에서는 제7차 교육과정과 고등학교 과학의 7종 교과서를 바탕으로 하여, '생식' 과 '생물 농축' 단원의 필수 학습 요소를 추출하고, 준거 지향 평가의 기초가 되는 객관적이고 타당한 성취 기준 및 평가 기준을 마련하였다. 추출된 필수 학습 요소는 '생식' 단원에서 12개, '생물 농축' 단원에서 4개이었으며, 개발된 성취 기준은 '생식' 단원에서 총 26개, '생물 농축' 단원에서 총 9개로 각각은 지식(K), 탐구(P), 태도(A)의 세 개 영역으로 구분하여 개발하였다. 이상과 같이 개발된 성취 기준을 바탕으로 평가 기준을 개발하였다. 개발된 평가 기준의 수는 '생식' 단원에서 총 25개, '생물 농축' 단원에서 9개였다. 성취 기준과 평가 기준에 따라 '생식' 단원과 '생물 농축' 단원에서 개발된 평가 문항의 수는 서술형 문항 17개, 논술형 문항이 13개, 포트폴리오가 2개로 총 22문항이었다. 각 평가 문항은 구체적인 채점 기준을 제시하였으므로, 교육과정에 근거한 객관적인 평가에 사용될 수 있다. 개발된 평가 문항 중, 서술형 문항 8개를 경기도 소재 고등학교 1학년 학생 240명을 대상으로 적용 분석하였다. 서술형 문항에 대한 학생들의 응답을 두 가지 검사 이론을 적용하여 분석하였는데, 평가 문항의 기본적인 양호도 검증을 실시한 결과, 본 연구에서 개발된 서술형 문항들은 난이도와 변별도 면에서 전반적으로 적절한 지수를 보여 수행 평가로 사용하기에 적절한 문항들이었다. 개발한 서술형 수행 평가 문항들은 미리 개발된 성취 기준과 평가 기준을 바탕으로 하였으므로 교수 학습의 목표와 내용에도 적합하였다. 고전 검사 이론과 다분 문항 반응 이론에 의해 분석된 문항의 변별도에는 언어적인 해석의 차이가 없었으나, 문항 난이도의 경우는 고전 검사 이론을 사용하였을 때 집단의 특성이 많이 나타나 다분 문항 반응 이론을 사용한 결과와 비교하여 해석의 차이가 다양하게 나타났다.

식품첨가물의 리스크 커뮤니케이션 촉진을 위한 소비자단체의 인식조사 (A Survey on the Perceptions of Consumer Organizations to Promote Risk Communication for Food Additives)

  • 본 연구는 식품안전에 관심이 높은 소비자단체를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 식품첨가물에 대한 인지도 분석과 함께 리스크 커뮤니케이션 촉진 가능성을 알아보았다. 응답자 111명의 설문지를 분석한 결과, 가공식품을 구입할 때에는 '안전성(91.0%)'을 가장 고려하며, '식품첨가물 24.3%(27명)'과 '환경오염물질 23.4%(26명)'이 식품의 안전을 가장 위협한다고 생각하였다. 식품첨가물에 대한 이해도는 활동 기간이 길수록 높게 나타났고(p<0.01), 응답자 모두는 식품첨가물이 위험하다고 생각하였고 식품첨가물을 섭취하는 양이 많다고 응답하였다. '식품첨가물에 관해 가장 알고 싶은 정보'는 '안전성 80.8%(84명)'이 대부분을 차지하였다. 식약청의 '식품첨가물' 안전성 평가 연구를 알고 있다고 답한 30.6%(33명) 중 72.7%(24명)가 식품첨가물에 대한 연구가 충분히 이루어지지 않고 있다고 하였고, 추가 연구와 관련해서는 다중섭취와 지속적이고 다각적인 접근이 필요하다고 답하였다. 또한 식품첨가물에 대한 교육 및 홍보 사업이 적절히 이루어지고 있다고 생각하는가에 대해 '그렇지 않다 75.0%(24명)', '전혀 그렇지 않다 15.6(5명)'로 충분하지 않다고 생각하였다. 소비자단체 구성원들이 정보를 얻는 경로는 '교육, 강연', '인터넷', '국내 기타 단체', 'TV' 순이고 가장 바람직하다고 생각하는 교육 및 정보 제공방식은 TV(4.65점)로 나타났다. 위 결과, 소비자단체는 식품첨가물을 식품안전을 위협하는 물질로 인식하고 있었고, 정부의 식품첨가물 안전 관리에 대해 일반 소비자들에 비해 매우 낮은 신뢰도를 보이고 있었다. 또한 소비자 대상 교육홍보도 불충분하다고 인식하고 있어, 소비자들의 인식을 주도하는 이들의 식품첨가물에 대한 인식과 정보요구 분석에 따라 지속적인 정보전달 노력을 기울이는 것이 식품첨가물에 대한 리스크 커뮤니케이션 촉진 방안이 될 것이다.

저소득층 임신부들의 우유 소비 행동을 이해하기 위한예측이론(Theory of Planned Behavior)의 적용 (Applying the Theory of Planned Behavior to Understand Milk Consumption among WIC Preagnant Women)

  • 임신기 영양의 중요성이 널리 말려져 있지만, 여러 연구 결과를 보면 미국내 저소득층 임신부들에게서 식이 깎숨의 섭취가 부족한 것으로 나타나고 있다 본 연구에서는 WIC 프호. 프로그램에 참여 자격이 있거나 가입한 임신부른 대상으로 이들의 우유 소비 의향과 실제 소비에 영향은 주는 요인을 알아보고자 하였고, 이를 위해 사회과학에서 유래된 행동 설명 이론인 Theory of Planned Behavior 를 석용하여 이 이 론이 영양행동을 설명하는데 유용한지 조사하였다. 횡단작 survey플 이용하여, 우유 쏘비 의향파 실제 소비, 그라고 요인으로 우유 소비와 관련된 개인의 태도. 주위인과 사회적 영향, 우유 소비와 관게된 통 세력(자신김), 가정내의 우유 배분을 조사하였다 설문지는 112멍익 임신부를 대상으로 개방형 질문과 인터뷰를 통해 작성하였고‘ 본 설문 조사에는 보건소내 산전 관리 클리닉을 방문한 180명의 임신부가 참 여하였다 자료는 주로 증회귀분석을 이용하여 분석하였고, 이론에 제시된 비와 같이 우유 소비 의향과 실제 소비에 대한 두가지 다른 모델을 테스트하였다 가정내의 우유 배분 정도는 이 이론내의 construct는 아니지만 우유 소비를 설명하기 위해 조사하였다 연구 결과. 이론내 세 변수, 즉 개인의 태도, 주위인괴 사회적 환경, 통제력 모두 소비 의향과 관련이 있었으며(소비 의향의 36.2% 변동 설명) 이 중 통제력이 소비 의향을 나타내는데 가장 중요했다 또한 이론 에서 제시하는 바와 같이 소비 의향과 통제력은 실제 소비와 유의적으로 관련이 있었으나, 가정내의 우유 배분은 임신부의 우유 소비와 상관이 없었다(실제 소비의 44.6% 변동 설명) 본 연구 결과, 우유 소비 행동에 대해 본인이 느끼고 있는 통제력내지 자신감이 소비 의향과 실제 소비를 설명하는데 매우 중요한 것 으로 나타났으며, 이러한 결과로 볼 때 영양행동올 설명하는데 Theory of Planned Behavior가 유용하다 고 할 수 있다 우유 소비에 대한 통제력은 실제 소비보다는 익향을 설명하는데 그 역할이 더 컸다. 임신부의 우유 소비를 증가시키기 위한 interventions에서는 행동에 대한 통제력의 증가(즉 자선감익 증진), 신념의 변화로 인한 우유 소비에 대한 개인의 태도 변화, 임신부의 행동에 영향을 줄 수 있는 주위인들에게서 식행동이 변화될 수 있게 도움을 구하는 방법등 다양힌 전략을 세우도록 해야 할 것이다

간호기기 개발수요 조사연구 (A Study on the Demand for Equipent Development in Nursing)

  • The objectives of thes study were to identify the need for equipment development in nursing, and to determine the priorities for that development. The study was descriptive study done between March 2 and May 30, 1995, in which the subjects, including 421 patients, 223 family members, and 198 nurses from neurosurgery, orthopedic, rehabilitation medicine, internal medicine and intensive care units of nine general hospitals in Seoul, completed a questionnarie developed by the research team. The questionnaire consisted of 35 open and closed questions. Data was analyzed using frequencies and percentages. The results ware summarized as follows: 1) The average age of the nurses was 27.9 years, 48% of the patients were between 20 and 40 years of age, and 17% were over 60. The average lingth of experience for the nurse subjects was four years five months with 36.9%. having over five years experience. The most frequent diagnoses of patients were spinal disc(35.9%), internal medicine disease(26.0%), cerebral vascular accident(16.6%) and spinal cord injury(10%) 2) Many of the nurses(96.4%) reported deficiencies with existing equipment and 96.5% of the nurses, but only 79.8% of the patients, nurses' time. Further, 82.3% of the nurses and 75.8% of the patients felt that the development of new equipment would lead to a decrease in the cost of nursing care. 3) Nurses felt that the greatest areas of inconvenience were patient feeding(71.7%), hygiene(71.2%), caring for a patient confined to bed(70.7%), patient clothing(67.2%), mobility transfers(63.5%) and urinary elimination(52.0%). However, patients and family members listed the following as being the most inconvenient: urinary elimination(58.7%), Hygiene(50.5), feeding(48.4%), mobility transfers(47.1%) and bed care(45.2%). 4) Generally the nurses listed more inconveniences and patients and family members listed more demands for the development of equipment. These included utensils with large handles, and regulators for tube feedings; mattresses that provide for automatic position change and massage, which have patient controlled levers and a place for bed pan insertion; automatic lifts or transfer from bed to wheelchair; equipment to facilitate washing and oral hygiene as well as equipment that will allow patients with spinal cord injuries easy access to showers; a bed pan/urinal for women that is comfortable and effective from which urine can be measured and disposed of easily; disposable dressing sets and tracheostomy care sets and a convenient way of measuring changes in wound size; a safe delivery system for oxygen, a variety of mask sizes and better control of humidity, tracheal material than at present, as well as a communication system for patients with tracheostomies; clothing that will allow access to various parts of the body for treament or assessment without patients having to remove all of their clothing; and finally a system that will allow the patient to control lighting, telephones and pagers. Priority areas for equipment development reported by the nurses were, urinary elimination(58. 7%), hygiene(50.5%), feeding(48.4%), mobility transfers(47..1%), bowel elimination(40.8%). Those reported by the patients family members were feeding(71.7%), hygiene(70.0%), bedcare(70.7%), clothing(67.2%), mobility transfers(63.6%), urinary elimination(52.9%) and bowel elimination(50.5%) Altogether, nurses, patients and family members listed the following as priorities; clothing (178), bed care(144), urinary elimination(92), environment(81), hygiene(70). Further, a health professional forum listed urinary elimination, oxygen delivery, medication delivery, mobility transfers, bed care and hygiene in that order as priority areas. From this study it can be concluded that the first need is to develop equipment that will address the problems of urinary elimination. 질적 간호에 대한 환자와 가족의 지각 (Perceptions of Quality Nursing care of Patients and Families)

  • The purpose of this study was to offer the results of content analysis and qualitative study that explored the perceptions about quality nursing care of patients and families as consumers and to identify the implications of this study for quality nursing care management and research. The data was collected from 12 adult patients and 9 families who were admmitted at medical and surgical nursing unit of one university hospital in Seoul from October, 1996 to January, 1997. Research participants were asked to response "what do you think quality nursing care?" and similar questions during the interviews was performed. Data were analyzed using open coding and content analysis with frequencies and percents of attributes of quality nursing care. Attributes of quality nursing care and meaning of quality nursing care that patients and families perceived were explored. 1. The attributes of quality nursing care that patient and families perceived were categorized into 56 attributes. The highest response rate among the attributes was 'one's heart at ease' (76.2%), and the next high response rates were ranked in order 'consideration' , 'care about' (each 61.9% 'expert skill' (57.1%), 'deal with problem promptly' , 'information offer' (42.9%), 'intimate feeling' (38.1%), 'smile' 'service spirit' , 'do one's best' (each 33.3%), 'frequent visit' (23.8%), 'observe the time' (23.8%), 'direct nursing care' , 'speaking warmly' , give a hope' , 'address kindly' , 'a sense of duty' , 'good facilities' (each 19.0%), 'inquire after a patient health' , 'patient-centered nursing care' , 'showing an example' , 'professional knowledge' , 'careless moraly patient' , 'give encourage to patients' , 'good answer a question' (each 14.3%), 'do not imprudently' , 'do not disregard' , 'broad knowledge' , 'emergency treatment skill' , 'dependability' ,'consolation' giving a sense of security' , 'a self sacrificing spirit' , 'a sense of responsibility' 'hard - working', 'enough disposition of nursing staff (each 9.5%), 'improve patient's pride' and the rest attributes exhibited 4.7%, respectively. 2. The attributes that were identified in patients' data only were 8 categories, 'service sprit' (58.3 %) 'expert knowledge' , 'good answer a question' (each 25.0%), 'hard working' (16.7%), 'a warm character', 'professional attainments', 'do without reserve', 'satisfaction' (each 8.3%), 3. The attributes were identified to families' data only were 31 categories, 'speaking warmly' , 'direct nursing care', 'adress kindly', 'patientcentered nursing care', 'showing an example' (each 33.3%). 'do not imprudently' , 'do not disregard' , 'consolation', 'giving a sense of security', 'broad knowledge' , 'emergency treatment skill', 'dependability' ,'a self - sacrificing spirit', 'a sense of responsibility' (each 22.2%), 'improve patient's pride' , 'without discrimination' , 'show kindness' , 'individual nursing care', 'being with patient' , 'helping' , 'accuracy' , 'without any mistake' , 'love' , 'self - confidence', 'self possession', 'a self - denying spirit' , 'a sense of duty' , 'tighten discipline' , 'disposed room with similar patient to diagnosis', 'compensatory relationship between me dical team' , 'role of connection' (each 11.1 %). 4. The attributes of quality nursing care were integrated into 11 categories that they were 'patientcentered nursing care' (25.1%), 'expertise' (22.1%), 'caring'(18.1%), 'kindness'(11.1%L 'nurse attainments(10.1%), 'sincerity' (7.5%), 'good environment' (2.0%), 'effective organizational management', 'coordination', 'enough nursing staff' ( each 1.0%), 'satisfaction' (0.5%) were showed in the order of the highest rate. 5. The concept of quality nursing care were defined as 'give a satisfaction to patients by patientcentered care based on professional skill and caring with kindness and sincerity'. The description of the meaning of quality nursing care provided by this research participants, patients and families can provide important information for quality nursing care management, medical marketing, education and researches of this field. On the basis of the above findings the following recommendations are made: to suggest to utilize this results for patient care in practice setting, development of quality assessment tool in nursing care, repeat study by the same subjects and method, and to a comparative study by the same method to nurse.

한국 대학생이 생각하는 한국과 미국의 암묵적 창의성에 대한 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study on Implicit Creativity of Korea and America Recognized by Korean University Students)

  • 본 연구는 한국과 미국의 창의성에 대한 인식 차이를 알아보기 위한 선행연구로서 한국 대학생의 한국과 미국에 대한 암묵적 창의성을 조사하였다. 연구방법은 한국의 4년재 대학생을 대상으로 개방형 질문으로 다중 응답하게 하였고, 빈도 분석하여 해석하였다. 그 결과로 첫째, 한국의 대학생들은 한국의 창의성 특성에 대하여 인지적 특성, 인성적 특성, 문화적 특성, 연구개발분야, 예술분야 등으로 생각하는 것으로 나타났으며, 이는 기존의 창의성 이론과 비슷한 방식으로 창의성을 인식하는 경향이 있음을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 한국의 경우, 사회문화적 배경과 같은 환경적 특성은 창의적 특성, 비창의적 특성 모두에 비중 있게 차지하였다. 셋째, 미국의 창의성을 개인주의적인 성향에 초점을 두어 인식하고 있으며, 이에 비해 한국적 창의성에서는 공동체의식이 창의적 특성으로 나타났다. 넷째, 한국f보다는 미국의 문화가 창의성을 발휘하는데 더 유리한 조건으로 인식되고 있다. 다섯째, 한국의 전통문화는 문화의 고유성과 우수성 그리고 현대적 활용 가능성 측면에서 창의적 특성으로 인식되었다. 여섯째, 창의적 인물은 대학생들이 잘 알고 있는 예술가, 경영자, 통치자, 과학자 순으로 인식되었다. 일곱째, 창의적 인물의 특성에 나타난 양 국가의 창의적 특성 비교에서 한국보다는 미국의 특성이 더 많이 반영되었으며, 이는 미국문화에 보다 익숙한 대학생들이 선호하는 인물들이기 때문인 것으로 보인다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 비교문화적 창의성 연구에서 동양적 창의성에 대한 새로운 가능성을 찾았으며, 특히 전통문화와 전통재창조, 동양적 가치관 등이 서양에는 없는 우수한 문화자원이며 창의성을 지원할 수 있는 역할을 할 것으로 제기되었다.

고등학생의 건강 및 삶의 질에 대한 진단적 연구 - PRECEDE 모형을 근간으로 - (A Diagnostic Study on High School Students' Health and Quality of Life - Based on the PRECEDE model -)

  • Health education, as the most fundamental concept for national health promotion, alms for developing the self-care ability of the general public. High school days are regarded as the period when most important physical, mental and social developments occur, and most health-related behaviors are formed. School health education is one of the major learning resources influencing health potential in the home and community as well as for the individual student. High school health education in Korea has a fundamental systemic flaw in that health-related subjects are divided and taught under various subjects areas at school. In order to achieve the goal of school health education, it is essential to make a systematic assessment of the learner's concerns connected with his health and life, and the factors affecting them. So far, most of the research projects that had been carried out for improving high school health education were limited in their concerns to a particular aspect of health. Even though some had been done in view of comprehensive school health education, they failed to Include a health assessment of the learner. Therefore, in this study the high school students' concerns related to health and life were investigated in the first place on the basis of the PRECEDE model, developed by Green and others for the purpose of a comprehensive diagnostic research on high school health education. This study was done in two steps : one was the basic study for developing research instrument and the other was the main one. The former was conducted at five high schools in Seoul and Cheongju for 2 months-beginning in March, 1996. The students were asked to respond to questions related to their health and lives in unstructured open-ended question forms. On the basis of analysis of the basic study, the diagnostic instruments for the quality of life, health problems, health behavior and educational factors were constructed to be used for the collection of data for main study. An expert panel and the pilot study were used to improve content validity and reliability of the instruments. The reliability of the instruments was measured at between .7697 and .9611 by the Cronbach $\alpha$. The data for this study were collected from the sample consisted of the junior and senior classes of twenty general and vocational high schools in Seoul and Cheongju for two months period beginning in July, 1996. In analyzing the data, both t-test and $X^2$-test were done by using SAS-$PC^+$ Program to compare data between the sexes of the high school students and the types of high school. A canonical correlation analysis was carried out to determine the relationships among the diagnostic variables, and a multivariate multiple regression analysis was conducted by using LISREL 8.03 to ascertain the influences of variables on the high school students' health and quality of life. The results were as follows : 1) The findings of the hypothesis tests (1) The canonical correlation between the educational diagnosis variables and behavioral, epidemiological, social diagnosis variables was .7221, which was significant at the level of p<.001. (2) The canonical correlation between the educational diagnosis variables and the behavior variables was .6851, which also was significant (p<.001). (3) The canonical correlation between the behavioral diagnosis variables and the epidemiological variables was 4295, which was significant (p<.001). (4) The canonical correlation between the epidemiological diagnosis variables and the social variables was .6005, which was also significant (p<.001). Therefore, the relationship between each diagnosis variable suggested by the PRECEDE model had been experimentally proven to be valid, supporting the conceptual framework of the study as appropriate for assessing the multi-dimensional factors affecting high school students' health and quality of life. Health behavior self-efficacy, the level of parents' interest and knowledge of health, and the level of the perception of school health education, all of which are the educational diagnostic variables, are the most influential variables in students' health and quality of life. In particular, health behavior self-efficacy, a causative factor, was one of the main influential variables in their health and quality of life. Other diagnostic variables suggested in the steps of the PRECEDE model were found to have reciprocal relations rather than a unidirectional causative relationship. The significance of this research is that it has diagnosed the needs of high school health education by the learner-centered assessment of variety of factors related to the health and the life of the students. This research findings suggest an integrated system of school health education to be contrived to enhance the effectiveness of the education by strengthening the influential factors such as self-efficacy to improve the health and quality of the lives of high school students.

로이적응모델의 가족건강사정에의 적용가능성 (Feasibility of Application of Roy's Adaptation Model to Family Health Assessment)

  • This article was intended to survey whether Roy' Adapation model ('Roy Model') can be applied to family health assessment and to study whether application of the Roy Model to a Korean family is feasible. under the Roy Model, a family is viewed as an adaptation system having a series of process of input. process, feedback, and output. Further, the Roy Model indicates that a family contains Physiolosical, self-concept. role function and interdependent mode in respect of internal or external stimuli. In the event where the family health assessed, the adaptation mode of that family must be assess at the first stage. Then, the focal, contextual, residual stimuli affecting the family must be assessed. In 1984 Hanson suggested four types of family adaptation mode based upon the Roy Model and thereby enhanced the possibility for family health assessment. In order survey whether the Roy Model can be applied to the Korean family, the author of this article contracted adults of 169 who live in 'A' city to make open questions regarding family and then analyzed responses from them by utilizing Roy model. This study categorized family Adaptation mode based upon the' four types of family adaptation mode developed by Hanson. As a result of this study, family adaptation mode was categorized into 117 concepts. Those 117 concepts are consisted or Physiolosical mode of 47. self­concept mode of 56, role function mode of 9 and interdependent mode of 5. Further. stimuli affecting family were classified based upon Roy's definition as to three types of stimuli. Stimuli on a family are comprised focal stimuli concept of 19, contextual stimuli concepts of 19, one residual stimuli concept. this result implies that the Roy's Model can be applied to Korean family. Physiological mode shows meaning of survival. while self-concept mode reflects meaning of growth and emphasizes harmony among the family based on the familism. The role function mode shows continuity rather control of family member. By contrast, interdependent mode shows interaction with community to which the family belongs. but the degree of interaction does not appear too high. The analysis of family stimuli led this study to conclude that troubles within a family. changes in family structure and diease of family member generate stimuli. However, an application of the Roy Model contains the following problems: First, Roy argued that the family adaptation mode should be assessed at the first level family health assessment and then stimuli affecting family adaptation should be adaptation assessed at the second stage. To the belief of the author of this article. however, for checking family adaptation level. focal, contextual, residual stimuli should be confirmed by assessing stimuli at first stage. Then, the family adaptation mode in respect of such stimuli should be assessed. The rationale for this is that the family adaptation level is determined depending on degree of strength of focal. contextual. residual stimuli. Second. Whall (1991) raised a question 'Does one assess family adaptation mode and intervene in the stimuli?' 'Likewise, assessment of the family adaptation should be made in the following manner in order for family health to be enhanced. Third. Roy believes that additional stimuli (such as contextual and residual) are same as internal process (including nurturance. support, and socialization). However, the basis for this Roy's belief is not too clear. In spite of these problems which the author indicated above, it can be concluded that the Roy Model can serve as a good device for an assessment of family health and that the Roy Model can be applied to a Korean family. Finally, further research of family adaptation theory and family nursing theory is required for a development of these theories.

ARCS 동기유발 전략을 적용한 식품 안전 교육 교수·학습 과정안 개발 (Development of Teaching-Learning Plans Applying ARCS Motivation Strategies for Food Safety Education)

  • 본 연구는 2015 개정 가정과 교육과정의 '식품의 선택과 안전한 조리' 내용요소를 중심으로 ARCS 동기유발 전략을 적용한 식품 안전 교육 교수·학습 과정안을 개발하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 분석, 설계, 개발, 평가(1), 수정(1), 평가(2), 수정(2) 및 완성의 단계로 연구를 수행하였다. 분석 단계에서는 2015 개정 가정과 교육과정의 성취기준과 교육과정 6대 핵심개념 중 하나인 '안전' 관련 내용요소 중 '식품의 선택과 안전한 조리'에 해당하는 중학교 교과서(12종)의 내용을 분석하였다. 설계 및 개발 단계에서는 식품 안전 교육요소를 선정하여 ARCS 동기유발 전략을 적용한 교수·학습 과정안, 학습 활동지, 학생 평가 도구를 개발하였다. 평가(1)과 수정(1) 단계에서는 식품 안전 교육요소와 ARCS 동기유발 전략에 대하여 개방형 질문으로 평가 항목을 선정하여 4인의 전문가 집단을 통해 타당도를 검증받았으며, 교수·학습과정과 연계한 과정 중심 평가계획, 내재적 동기유발 강화 방안 등의 개선점에 대한 의견을 반영하여 9차시의 교수·학습 과정안으로 수정하였다. 평가(2)와 수정(2) 단계에서는 수정(1)의 결과를 대상으로 식품 안전 교육과의 관련성, 학습목표 달성의 적합성, 동기유발 전략의 적절성 등의 3개 항목에 대한 타당도와 개선점에 대하여 개방형 질문으로 7인의 전문가 집단을 통해 2차 검증받았으며, 의견들을 반영하여 자료를 수정 및 보완하여 최종 10차시의 교수·학습 과정안을 완성하였다. 본 연구는 중학생을 대상으로 한 식품 안전 교육을 위해 ARCS 동기유발 전략을 적용한 교수·학습 과정안으로서 현장교사들 및 교육과정 개발자에게 좋은 자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

임상실습 교육개선을 위한 일 실습지도자 활용모델 (preceptorship model)의 적용 및 효과에 관한 연구 -암센타, 재활센타, 중환자실 실습을 중심으로- (Application and Effectiveness of a Preceptorship for the Improvement of Clinical Education)

  • Clinical practice in nursing education provides an opportunity for students, through the process of ap-plying theoretical knowledge to practice, and to learn nursing skills as well as being socialized into nursing and as such decrease the reality shock of actual nursing practice. Because of a shortage of nursing faculty, the job of achieving the objectives of the clinical practice had been turned over to the head nurses. This resulted in many problems, such as, unclear location of responsibilities and inadequate feedback from head nurses. Therefore this study was done to introduce and evaluate the use of preceptors as a way to minimize the above problems, and to maximize the achievement of the clinical practice objectives. Using an adaptation of Zerbe's (1991) three-tiered team model, clinical practice was done using a preceptor, a head nurse and a clinical instructor, each with different and well defined roles. The subjects of this study were 67 senior students of the College of Nursing of Y University in Seoul whose clinical practice in adult nursing was carried out between May 1, 1994 and December 8, 1994. There were 22 preceptors who had at least two years of clinical experience and who were recommended by their head nurses. They were given additional education on the philosophy and objectives of the College of Nursing, on communication skills, on the theory and practice of education, and on nursing diagnosis and education evaluation. The role of the preceptor was to work one-to-one with students in their practice. The role of the head nurse was to supervise and evaluate the preceptors. The role of the clinical instructor was to provide the education program for the preceptors, to provide ad-vice and suggestions to the preceptors and to maintain lines of communication with the college. With each of these roles in place, it was thought that the effectiveness and efficiency of the clinical practice could be increased significantly. To evaluate the effectiveness of the preceptorship, the three - tiered model, Lowery's Teacher Evaluation Opinion Form translated and adapted to Korea was used to measure student statisfaction. The Clinical Practice Compentency Evaluation Tool developed by Lee et ai was also used to measure student competencies. The results of this study are as follows 1. The satisfaction with clinical practice was higher with the introduction of the perceptors than it was before they were used. (t=-5.96, p=<.005) 2. The clinical practice competencies were higher with the introduction of the preceptors than it was before they were used(t=-5.l3, p<.005) 3. In order to analyze areas not measured by the quantitative tools additional analysis of the open questions was done. The results of this analysis showed that : 1) The students felt positive about their sense of security, confidence, handling of responsbility, and being systematic. They also felt positive about improvements in knowledge, opportunities for direct care, and socialization. 2) The students felt negative about the technical part of their role, lack of knowledge by the preceptor, unprofessional attitudes on the part of the preceptor, difficulty in the role of the professional nurse(student). 3) The preceptors felt positive about their responsibility, motivation, and relationship with the college. 4) The preceptors felt negative about their bur-den. Introduction of the preceptorship model will lead to change and improvement in the negative factors discussed above, solve problems in the present clinical education system, increase continuity in the education of the students, help with socialization of the students and motivation of the preceptors to up-grade their education and increase their confidence. These objectives must be obtained to further the development of professional nursing, and thus, making the preceptorship a reality is our job for the future.
