This paper presents the features of an impact angle constrained open-loop optimal trajectory which is given by a function of initial conditions and optimal guidance gains. Using missile motion described by linearized kinematic equations and a proper form of performance index, an inverse optimal problem is suggested to investigate the gains related to the performance index. The flight trajectory and time-to-go can be shaped in terms of the optimal guidance gains. The results are evaluated by 3-DOF simulation.

The paper presets the improvements of MMI at the PROSET2000 correction program which is totally computerized system of the power system protection. The Base Form that is an open interface is developed to be able to compose the screen by reading the input screen from the database. It also is developed to be suitable for the environment of the Graphical User Interface instead of the DOS window when the users do the pannel settings. Program development in this paper is designed by Unified Modeling Language(UML) techniques.

In this paper, a finite element structural analysis for thin-walled open-section composite beams with elastic couplings has been performed. The analysis includes the effects of transverse shear across beam sections, torsion warping and constrained warping. Reissner's semi-complementary energy functional is used to obtain the beam st illness coefficients The bending and torsion related warpings and the shear correct ion factors are obtained as part of the analysis. The resulting theory describes the beam kinematics in terms of the axial, flap and lag bending, flap and lag shear, torsion and torsion-warping deformations. The static response has been validated against finite element predict ions, closed form solutions, and experimental data for rectangular sol id and I-beams with elastic couplings. The free vibration results are also compared with available literature.

A huge amount of data in the form of videos and images is being produced owning to advancements in sensor technology. Use of low performance commodity hardware coupled with resource heavy image processing and analyzing approaches to infer and extract actionable insights from this data poses a bottleneck for timely decision making. Current approach of GPU assisted and cloud-based architecture video analysis techniques give significant performance gain, but its usage is constrained by financial considerations and extremely complex architecture level details. In this paper we propose a data pipeline system that uses open-source tools such as Apache Spark, Kafka and OpenCV running over commodity hardware for video stream processing and image processing in a distributed environment. Experimental results show that our proposed approach eliminates the need of GPU based hardware and cloud computing infrastructure to achieve efficient video steam processing for face detection with increased throughput, scalability and better performance.

2019년 말부터 지속된 언택트 시대의 장기화는 문화콘텐츠를 디지털 형태로 제공하는 유통 플랫폼들의 확산을 더욱 가속화시켰다. 디지털 콘텐츠 유통 플랫폼들은 문화콘텐츠 기획, 생산, 유통의 중심축으로서 시장에서 치열하게 경쟁하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 디지털 콘텐츠 유통 플랫폼들의 경쟁 요소로서 개방형 혁신 이론을 적용하여 콘텐츠의 다중언어화 관점에서 경쟁력을 확보할 수 있는지 가늠한다.

차세대 정보시스템의 대부분은 스마트폰 등의 휴대용 모바일 기기에서 동작할 것이다. REST 웹서비스는 모바일 애플리케이션 개발 분야에서 매우 급속하게 대중화되고 있다. 이러한 REST 웹서비스의 사용은 단지 활용도가 증가하는 것 뿐 아니라, 모바일 애플리케이션을 개발하는 방법론 자체를 바꾸고 있다. 이는 REST 웹서비스가 제3의 애플리케이션 개발에 있어 빌딩블록과 같은 형태로 사용될 수 있기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 소켓을 대신하여 REST 웹서비스 Open API를 사용한 분산 컴퓨팅을 제안한다. 이를 위해서, 본 연구에서는 REST 웹서비스 Open API가 기존의 소켓 기반 서비스에 비해 충분한 성능을 제공함을 분석적/실험적 방법을 통해 제시한다. 따라서, 향후 인터넷 통신 프리미티브 API로서 REST 웹서비스 Open API가 충분한 성능을 갖는다는 사실을 보여준다.

전 세계적으로 각종 산업 분야를 불문하고 소프트웨어 개발 시 오픈 소스 소프트웨어가 다양하게 활용되고 있다. 이러한 오픈 소스 소프트웨어는 자유로운 사용에 대한 권리뿐만 아니라 그에 따른 책임을 라이선스(license) 형태로 요구한다. 오픈 소스 소프트웨어 라이선스는 오픈 소스 소프트웨어 개발자와 이용자 간의 조건 범위를 명시한 계약이기 때문에 개발자가 규정한 라이선스를 지켜야 하며 이를 위반할 경우에는 저작권 침해가 발생하고, 이에 대한 책임을 지게 된다. 특히, 새로운 소프트웨어 개발 시 기존에 개발된 오픈 소스 소프트웨어를 활용하는 경우, 각 코드의 라이선스가 양립성(compatibility)문제를 발생시키지 않고 서로 호환되는지 확인해야만 한다. 그러나 이러한 철학에 반하여 양립성 문제 관련 사건들이 다수 발생하고 소송으로 이어지기도 하면서 원활한 오픈 소스 소프트웨어 생태계에 악영향을 미치고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 사용하고자 하는 오픈 소스 소프트웨어들 간에 오픈 소스 규칙을 준수하고 라이선스 양립성 문제가 발생하지 않는지 식별할 수 있는 새로운 기법인 OSLC-Vid를 제안한다. 이렇게 제안된 기법은 실제 오픈 소스 소프트웨어를 활용하여 위반사례 식별 성능을 검증하였다.

Joint financial network of Korea Financial Telecommunications and Clearings Institute, which is an essential facility with a natural monopoly, maintained its closedness as monopoly/public utility model, but it has evolved in the form of open banking in order to obtain domestic fintech competitiveness in the rapidly changing digital financial ecosystem such as the acceleration of Big Blur. In accordance with digital transformation strategy of financial institutions, various ICT companies are actively participating in the financial industries, which has been exclusive to banks, through the link technology called Open API. For this reason, there has been a significant change in the financial service supply chain in which ICT companies participate as users. The level of security in the financial service supply chain is determined based on the weakest part of the individual components according to the law of minimum. In addition, there is a perceived risk of personal information and financial information leakage among the main factors that affect users' intention to accept services, and appropriate protective measures against perceived security risks can be a catalyst, which increases the acceptance of open banking. Therefore, this is a study on factors affecting the introduction of open banking to achieve financial innovation by developing an open banking security control model for financial institutions, as a protective measures to user organizations, from the perspectives of cyber financial security and customer information protection, respectively, and surveying financial security experts. It is expected, from this study, that effective information protection measures will be derived to protect the rights and interests of financial customers and will help promote open banking.

Hepatitis B virus (HBV)is a member of the Hepadna virus family whose members share a characteristic virion structure and genome size, around 3.2kb in a paritially double-stranded form. The genome of HBV contains four overlapping open reading frames designated as P(polymerase). C(core), S(surface antigen)and X. The X gene has potential to encode 154 amino acids protein.
