In recent years, problems like the formation of the organizational culture that emphasizes the outcome, deepening of stagnation of promotion, the advent of high wages and the open era, the shortage of talented human resources has occurred. Thus, public agencies have an effort to improve the traditional seniority supply wage system and have carried out introducing the performance annual salary system. This study analyzed performance annual salary system problems and the improvement plan in addition to the investigation of the recognition of employees related to the outcome annual salary system of recent public agencies. Performance annual salary system of public agencies was introduced in conjunction with the evaluation of the public agencies. Performance annual salary system of this way were studied something that it have been properly secured, what is problems generated by the annual salary system fusing process and improvement about them. According to the study, It found that there are various problems like strong negative perceptions of overall performance annual salary system, the sense of discomfort occurrence associated with the implementation of the outcome annual salary system, salary piling of objectivity for the performance evaluation, etc. In order to improve these problems, It is necessary to converse of negative recognization, eliminate discomfort of performance annual salary system, provide fair evaluation criteria of the outcome, and due to the implementation annual salary system, and clarification of sectoral performance concepts and criteria.
This paper aims to investigate changes in Korean family structures by reflecting on the perception of traditional family rites and family systems. In-depth interviews were conducted with 17 married middle-aged men (9) and women (8) who had at least one child. Findings were as follows: First, both married middle aged men and women internalized Confucianism. They thought that the head of household, who was male as far as possible, was needed for the formation of a normal family. In addition, both of married middle-aged men and women recognized married women as outsiders based on Chul-ga-we-in-sa-sang. And they put parents-children relationships ahead of couple relationships and supported Jang-ja-woo-dae-sang-sok (privileging the eldest son over the other children in terms of the distribution of family resources and inheritance based on Confucianism). However, there were some differences to support the use of Hang-ryul-ja, which is based on expressing the character of generation by sharing the first name, and the importance of Jok-bo. which is based on traditional family genealogical records. Second, even though women internalized Confucianism, they did not attach traditional meanings to memorial services for ancestors to the extent that men did and defined family members as a procreation family boundaries unlike men, who defined family boundary as original family members and procreation family members. In conclusion, even though family laws and culture have evolved from the patrilineal family system to one which promotes gender equality, married men and women internalize Confucianism. Instead, some transformations are evident from the perspective of females in terms of memorial services for ancestors and family boundaries.
Utilization of IS is increasing in businesses: many organizations have established information systems(IS) and are using it as a means to innovate and communicate their businesses. But the expansion of IS utilization lead to the negative influence of ICT-induced stress on information system users. This study suggests IS utilization ability, IS self-efficacy, and pace of change as precedence factors of ICT-induced stress, and explains that ICT-induced stress influences Employee Productivity. The result shows self-efficacy and Pace of Change had significant effects on ICT-induced Stress. Also it had negative effects on Employee Productivity. In conclusion the study proposed that information system users' Performance decreases by ICT-induced stress.
Sweetpotato fields in Korea are highly infected with virus and virus like diseases that greatly diminish both yield and quality as indicated by field observations and laboratory tests. In order to solve this problem, there is an urgent need to produce and mass propagate virus-free planting materials for distribution to the farmers. These experiments were conducted, firstly, to determine the most appropriate culture media, nutrient solution, and cutting intervals to maintain growth and vigor of tissue cultured plantleta as mother plants for propagation in insect-proof greenhouse. And as a labor saving method, the production efficiency of plug trays for rapid propagation of stem cuttings as a source of planting materials was likewise evaluated. Results showed that plants grown in medium B supplied with 0.5 and 1.0 strength of MS nutrients had high growth rate, and 20-day cutting interval was the best. 72-plug tray was better than 128-plug. Secondly, it was to develop a technique for the production of first-generation seed roots using hydroponics cultivation system. The yield of virus-free plants propagated in the non-insect proof and open-field cultivation was 2,402 kg/10a, 6% higher than those in the insect-proof cultivation, and the rate of virus re-infection was 18% higher compared to 3.3% with insect-proof cultivation. Lastly, it was to investigate the growth performance of virus free plants in farmers' field. Differences were existed in the yield depending on the variety used, but virus free plants showed an increase of $6{\sim}24%$ over virus infected plants.
The harpacticoid copepod, Tigriopus japonicus is one of the important zooplankton as a live food the production of marine fish fry. This reserch was carried out to investigate the culturing method and dietary value of T. japonicus. The reproduction of this copepod was analysed in the culturing systems (tne opened and the closed systems) and the surface area of the substate plates for the mass culture. Survival rate of the mature female and the number of nauplii produced per female for two day was higher in the open culturing system than in the close system. However, the result of survival rate of the nauplius was reversed. Larger surface area of the culturing vessel accommodated higher density of this bentic copepod. In polyculture of T. japonicus and rotifer (B. plicatilis), growth of T. japonicus seems to be dependent on the rotifer density. But rotifer seems to be independent on the copepod. With regard to dietary value, this copepod is better than Artemia nauplius for the larvae of red sea bream and tiger puffer which feed by picking. However, it is inadequate for bottom fish larvae as flounder.
Microalgae have been considered as a promising microorganism in the field of bio-industry due to their abilities to fix carbon dioxide as well as biosynthesize valuable secondary metabolites. Of many lighting sources for microalgal cultivation, LED (Lighting Emitting Diode) has been emerged as the appropriate choice with multiple advantages over the conventional bulbs. However, it is only in recent years that we have witnessed the possibility of application of LED into microalgae cultivation system. LED will serve as an evolutionary lighting source for microalgae cultivation system and open the frontier for integrative bio-industries. In this paper, we present the comprehensive review on the recent trends of LED applications into microalgal biotechnology.
This study analyzed a characteristic by types of urban regeneration helping the establishment of urban identity under social condition change. It will be foundation of sustainable urban development with strategy that secures world-wide competitive power. For this, sample cases that established identity from urban regeneration were reviewed about the main subject and the supporting subject in business side and hardware, software, system, and finance in design factors. 4samples each in inheritance intensification type and change creation type were selected and analyzed. The result said it is most effective to establish urban identity when inheritance intensification type is the private-centered for urban regeneration. And it is better to do the project that the main subject and the supporting subject are taken by the private or the private-leading partnership. It is necessary to manage the region and plan events with software design factors more than hardware design factors. In addition, for urban identity, it was found to be desirable to utilize and preserve fully current resources such as historical scenery and activate the communities than making new facilities. On the contrary, the project based on change creation type needs to be under the public management with innovative idea. Also, when it comes to design factors, facilities related to culture and art and community spaces should open and run actively. It is important for the region to improve its image by New design style such as TOD. In software side, it is important to manage the region by monitoring about urban regeneration business and solve social mix and employment problem. On the other hand, in terms of system and administration, both types don't show a difference in urban identity establishment, since it is same that both should make partnership and get a support of subsidy to be most effective.

This study explores potential capability of a machine learning approach for monitoring urban morphology based on an evident case study. The case study conveys year 2006 investigations on interpreting urban morphology of Boston Main Streets by applying a machine learning approach. From the lesson of the precedent study, in 2016, another field research and interview was conducted to compare changes in urban situation, data commons culture, and technology innovation during the decade. This paper describes open possibilities to advance urban monitoring for morphological changes. Most of all, a multi-participatory data platform enables managing urban data system in real time. Second, collaboration with machines with artificial intelligence can intervene the framework of the urban management system as well as transform it through new demands of innovative industries. Recently, urban regeneration became a dominant urban planning strategy in Korean, therefore, urban monitoring is on demand. It is timely important to correspond to in-situ problems based on empirical research.

In the present study, we investigated the plant growth characteristics and biological activity of four asparagus cultivars grown using two cultural methods and tested the possibility of domestic open field. The number of shoots, buds, roots, shoot and root fresh and dry weights, and total dry weight of the four asparagus cultivars grown in a plastic house were higher than those of the same cultivars grown in an open field. Of the cultivars grown in the open field, Jersey Giant had greater shoot number than the other cultivars. In plastic house cultivation, the number of buds in Jersey Supreme was greater than the other cultivars. The total flavonoid content of the Jersey Giant was greater than the other cultivars, but cultural method was unaffected. The total polyphenol contents in asparagus cultivars grown in the plastic house were higher than those of cultivars grown in the open field. The total polyphenol content of the Jersey Giant grown the plastic house was significantly higher than those of other cultivars. Antioxidant activity such as catalase (CAT) and peroxidase (POX) did not differ significantly with cultural methods and among the cultivars. Ascorbate peroxidase (APX) activity of asparagus cultivars grown in the open field was higher than that of cultivars grown in the greenhouse; the highest APX activity was detected in UC157. Thus, greenhouse cultivation is expected to improve plant growth characteristics and biological activities of asparagus cultivars; each cultural method should be considered when selecting a suitable cultivar for high yield and high bioactive compound content.
